Dab Puff CBD/Hemp Inhaler - Metered-Dose

08:16
The Dab Puff Inhaler is a real pressurized metered dose inhaler pMDI (“asthma can”) charged with natural extracts of cannabis (dispensaries) or industrial hemp (Farm Bill compliant shipping). All components (can, valve, propellant, etc.) are of pharmaceutical grade coming from the same sources that produce pharmaceutical inhalers. Dab Puff can created with any strain terpene profile originating from natural flower extracted concentrates. Dab Puff is different than all other inhalers and vape pens. The aerosol sprayed from the product is coarser than smoke or vape so you get more cannabinoids (THC for dispensary versions or CBD for online or shipped hemp versions) per a puff than from a “joint” or e-cig. Very little cannabis or hemp oil (~5%) is exhaled), allowing you medicate without exposing others to significant second-hand aerosol (no smell). However, you will feel the medicine in the central lung and your throat. If this is uncomfortable, try using a spacer or “dose holding chamber.” If you get a model with a mask, inhaling the aerosol through the nose is particularly satisfying. Some online stores will ship directly to you. We plan to have them available on this site shortly. The Dab Puff Inhaler was created by a team who specialized in respiratory drug delivery with “hands on” experience in compounding and designing several respiratory drugs such as inhaled insulin, lung surfactant therapy for premature babies, antibiotics, antifungals, live viruses, peptides for oncology and the typical asthma and COPD drugs. Cannabis presents a unique challenge with over 85 active compounds found in cannabis with an entourage effect (i.e. different strains may have different medicinal effects due to the different set of compounds). With Dab Puff being a consistent, clean delivery platform, we feel confident we are providing you with the best inhaled medical cannabis possible. 1. Ingredients: Hemp oil, HFA 134a (pharmaceutical-grade propellent used in other inhalers such as Albuterol), U.S. Pharmacopeia (U.S.P.)-grade ethanol (pharmaceutical-grade solvent used in other inhalers such as Proventil to suspend oil), Cannabis-inspired terpenes. 2. Pharmaceutical Grade Materials/Processes: The same components as you would get in an asthma inhaler created in a typical pharmaceutical-grade clean room lab environment. 3. Metered-Dose: This is a true inhaler that delivers a single and identical dose for every single user directly into the lungs. Vaporizers and smoking are user-dependent and battery/heat source-dependent (longer, harder inhales will produce varied results). Cannabis and hemp oil are one of the only items that a doctor recommends but the user controls the dose. This is very uncomfortable for new users. The Dab Puff Inhaler is the only product that allows that control with natural flower extracted hemp or cannabis oil. This is the future of dosing until physician recommended dosing guidance becomes the norm.

Mike Arnold True Crime Book Trailer

01:36
From Mike Arnold, criminal defense attorney/author: More often than not, a defense attorney's clients are guilty. Gerald Strebendt certainly looked guilty of the January 2014 road-rage murder. Marine sniper. Blackwater operative. MMA fighter with a 9-7 win-loss record, including an appearance in UFC 44. Strebendt was a trained killer, in other words, & one who just happened to be known for his hothead tendencies. It didn't help that his truck was a rolling armory that dark night on a rural road in Springfield, Ore., or that the weapon he used to shoot the other unarmed driver wasn't anybody's idea of "the right gun" to be carrying around town. It was an AR-15-type rifle, a long, black semiautomatic that the world loves to label a "military assault rifle." Yes, he sure looked guilty to many. But he told me he was innocent. He told mean unbelievable story about what happened. And I believed him. In the end, a single shot rang out & only Strebendt was left standing. So, was it road rage? Self-defense? Or, some combination of the two? I'm Mike Arnold, attorney for the defense, & this book isn't just the story of this shooting, or of Gerald Strebendt's guilt or innocence. It's also my story. Because, for the first time, I saw myself in one of my clients. And I realized that, in this case, neither one of us was likely to get a fair shake from the judicial system. ---- FROM THE PUBLISHER: (WARNING:Contains Crime Scene Photos) The true crime thriller of UFC fighter veteran Gerald "The Finishing Machine" Strebendt, who in 2014 shot & killed an unarmed man after a minor traffic accident. Police detectives called it road rage. Gerald's attorneys called a press-conference, taking a unique step in a high-profile case in changing the narrative. Within days, self-defense became the key media issue & Gerald awaited a charging decision by the Oregon prosecutor. Charge: Murder with a Firearm, & thus began the next stage of Gerald's life. He had served the Marine Corps proudly as a Marine sniper. He had done two tours of duty in Afghanistan as a Blackwater (Academi) mercenary. He had fought mixed martial arts professionally & had a successful MMA-training gym. However, the next stage of his life was a fight for justice & a fight for his life. Was it going to be a murder conviction & a life in prison? Many in the community wanted that, claiming that a trained killer like Gerald couldn't possibly need to shoot an unarmed 55-year-old man with an AR-15 military-style assault rifle. But the truth was much more nuanced. Finishing Machine is a book about choices. Gerald made choices in his life to fight & compete. Some of these instincts carried on in his post-military life when he was accused of years of prior road-rage incidents that the Oregon prosecutor wanted to introduce as evidence at his trial. His attorneys, Mike Arnold & Emilia Gardner, set out to disprove these allegations & get to the truth with science & hard work. Gerald also made a choice that night to use his firearm rather than to run or fight. Written from the perspective of Gerald's lead counsel Mike Arnold, the authors' book takes the reader on a journey of the goings-on in a defense attorney's mind. Does he doubt his client's story? How does he deal with surprising evidence? Can he stay the impartial advocate? Does the judge's gag order turn the case into a secret criminal tribunal at this former UFC fighter's detriment or does it allow him access to the justice the law requires? Does science say it was a minor traffic accident or a dramatic crash caused by a crazy man? And if so, who was the crazy man, Gerald or his victim? Live the tension of the lawyers & the accused yourself by stepping into the mind of a criminal defense attorney & into the mind of "The Finishing Machine."

Ep. 7: The Bundy Verdict - Not Guilty! (Law Is War Podcast)

19:57
Mike Arnold, Ammon Bundy's lawyer in the aftermath of the Oregon Malheur Refuge arrests, armchair-quarterbacks the October 2016 not guilty verdicts. There is no justice system. There is only a dispute resolution system. “Justice” is for idealists and philosophers. Law is war and the attorneys and litigants are the combatants.

Dab Puff Inhaler - Part 2 (Key Differentiators)

13:27
4. Instant Pocket Dab: “dabbing” cannabis and hemp extracts is becoming more common. This is essentially cannabis or hemp dab oil (depending if dispensary purchased or CBD/Hemp version) aerosolized as a liquid rather than vaporized with heat. There is no other known way to get cannabis or hemp extracts into the blood stream as efficiently or quickly than this patent-pending aerosol technology 5. Entourage Effect: Although we are not aware of any peer-reviewed research on the existence of the entourage effect (from the natural plant oils, other non-THC/CBD cannabinoids not yet known or understood, terpenes, or lipids), anecdotally many cannabis and hemp users report a different effect with flower or whole flower extract versus distillate (i.e., pure THC or pure CBD in a vape pen or edible) and different effects with different “strains.” 6. Immediate Effect/No Waiting: Users typically report a five- to 45-second activation time (with up to five minutes reported), which is the fastest known activation time. A fast activation time helps prevent over-indulging and unwanted cumulative effects by taking a dose before the prior dose is bio-available (i.e., not waiting long enough for a second dose). Vape pens and smoking can take up to 15-20 minutes before full effect and often causes uncomfortable over dosing due to impatience or inexperience by the user. 7. No Smell: There is no external “cannabis” smell like there is with smoking. 8. No Vape Cloud: There is no vape cloud exhaled like with an e-cigarette or vape pen. 9. No Exhale, No Waste, Less Trace: any visible mist exiting the mouth during the puff is likely the pharmaceutical-grade propellant and not the oil. Typically up to 80% of vape pens and smoking is exhaled, wasting 80% of this valuable commodity. Can you imagine asking a cannabis or hemp farmer to bulldoze 80% of his crop? Of course not. Then why exhale 80% of it? 10. Cheaper than Vaping/Edibles/Smoking given Bio-Availability: Eating or smoking your “medicine” often has a negative connotation for many consumers in general but also due to the waste (the amount exhaled or not digested through the G.I. track). The Dab Puff Inhaler is a metered-dose alternative and it is likely much cheaper in obtaining actual bio-availability of the medicine in your blood stream. Example: Compare Claywolf Oregon’s gram of crumble for $50 in Oregon dispensaries (on March 1, 2018). Given the conventional wisdom of bio-availability and scholarly journals of bio-availability of smoking and vaporizing, our 100 puff inhaler likely has up to 2.6 times more cannabinoids (e.g., CBD) that enters your bloodstream than crumble. That makes the actual cost of the same quantity in your bloodstream from Claywolf as ours at $129 (rather than the $50 they charge) assuming ours selling at $80-90. And ours is also an edible. This is a huge differentiator. Up to 3 times more THC (in licensed dispensaries) or CBD (industrial hemp) available! No waste. Less trace. And it’s also a metered-dose edible actuator! 11. Up to 95% bio-availability: vs. 10-20% by smoking or vaping. 12. Direct entry of bloodstream from lung capillaries: versus slow diffusion from vapor or via the lower intestine for most edibles. 13. Discrete (cover or peel off the brand sticker and it looks like an asthma inhaler) 14. Anti-vaping laws do not apply (it’s an aerosolized liquid, not a heated vapor) (other local laws prohibiting public consumption may apply to the hemp inhaler). 15. Make every snack and meal into an edible (Can also be used as a metered-dose edible by spraying on food) 16. Lab Tested: samples of each manufactured lot are lab tested for contaminants (mold, pesticides, etc.) and cannabinoid and terpene contents.

LET'S BUILD HER A WHEELCHAIR RAMP!

05:32
Janneva Yates is a rural Creswell, Oregon, wheelchair-bound woman with multiple sclerosis. Her recent ex doesn't pay support, an ID theft took money from her accounts (being prosecuted in Lane a County - I confirmed), and she's in the hospital right now for breathing issues but is being released this morning. She's had a number of strokes and heart attacks in the last nine months. Her power was turned off maliciously by landlord during the big freeze. She has so many problems that we can laugh about her bad luck together. She has such a sweet and optimistic disposition. She needs tangible househild goods donations and lumber brought to 401 E. 10th Ave. Ste. 400. She also needs additional funds for food and other life expenses until SSI kicks in hopefully soon. Also, I found free labor to build her a ramp to her trailer's door. Right now she has to crawl up the stairs and go in sideways. This should not be happening in 2017. Tangible donations can be dish soap, laundry soap, TP, fem. hygiene products, etc. Any extra tangible goods will be donated to Eugene's domestic violence shelter (they are always short on women's products).
