Here are a few ways by which you can use beetroot for pink lips: First, wash the beetroot well and peel it. Grate it over a muslin cloth and extract fresh juice from it, ensuring that it drops into a bowl below. Just like your mouth, this muslin cloth will stain too, so do wash it immediately. For soft pink lips: Mix a teaspoon of beetroot juice with a tablespoon of fresh cream and massage your lips for a few minutes at bedtime. Ways to Naturally Whiten Your Teeth Brush After Drinking or Eating: The best way to whiten your teeth naturally, however not always the easiest, is to simply brush your teeth after eating or drinking something. This takes a lot of persistence and can even be kind of difficult depending on where you are at the time of eating. Avoiding smoking cigarettes: Drinking too much coffee and soda, improving your oral hygiene overall, and eating a healthy diet also help prevent yellow teeth. Baking Soda: Baking soda is an age-old remedy that has been effectively used to whiten the yellow teeth. process: Stir in 1 tablespoon of baking soda in a cup of cold water. Use this as a mouthwash 2 – 3 times a day. Continue doing this daily till you get rid of the problem. You can also add 1 ½ teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide in this solution. Salt: Salt restores the lost minerals in the teeth and this, in turn, helps to achieve whiteness. However, it is harmful to gums and enamel so avoid using this salt remedy regularly. Process 1: Use salt as tooth powder instead of your regular toothpaste. Do this process regularly. Or you can simply mix baking soda with salt and rub this gently on the teeth.
