This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. Or beans or meat because they have healthy protein. Or whole grains because they have fiber and help with weight loss. It’s a lot of “stuff” that *may* help a LITTLE… but they NEVER address the REAL problem and CAUSE of low libido, which is a HORMONAL IMBALANCE! That’s it! If your sex drive and libido isn’t where you’d like it to be or where it used to be. If you have a hard time getting or maintaining an erection. If you’re just not “driven” -- mentally, physically or emotionally -- when it comes to sex or just life in general. Then the problem is hormonal imbalance which typically means: LESS “pro-sexual” hormones - such as testosterone. (1) Cholesterol and saturated fats help produce most of your sex hormones - especially testosterone. Cholesterol helps lower your stress hormone, cortisol -- which does the OPPOSITE of testosterone. In fact, without cholesterol you’d die eventually. And for those of you are are really concerned about having high cholesterol -- the PRIMARY cause of high cholesterol is AGING and the change in your hormones!!! This is why the older you get, the worse your cholesterol levels. This is why women who go through menopause start having high cholesterol. Again, it all comes down to a hormonal imbalance!!! What MATTERS is WHERE you get your fats. Don’t go fry up some bacon and think this is healthy. Most animal and dairy fats are the problem. Heating oils, processed vegetable fats, hydrogenated and trans fats are the problem. Instead, have HEALTHY fats. Have free range eggs WITH the yolk. The BEST way to eat eggs are RAW --- but if you can’t do that, at least keep the yolk runny and soft, which will increase your “good” HDL cholesterol.(2) If you want to have some free range, grass fed meat or bison/buffalo 2-3x a week, that’s fine too. Grass fed red meat has higher levels of CLA fats, which boost testosterone, reduce cortisol, are anti-inflammatory and help reduce many forms of cancer (4) Other than that, I would stay away from most other meats because they’re processed and full of negative hormones such as ESTROGEN, which will LOWER your testosterone and libido. Sadly, I have some crappy genetics and gaining muscle and losing fat has always been an uphill battle for me. But I’ve never given up and in the process, I’ve learned everything there is to gaining muscle and losing fat, naturally. This also probably explains why I became an anti-aging, endocrinology doctor - which is the study of hormones. And I’ve coached professional and Olympic athletes, including lots of bodybuilders. So today, I’m here to pass on all of my wisdom, so you can learn from my mistakes. I’ve simplified the entire process of gaining muscle to 4 simple and clinically proven “ingredients”. 4 Primary Ingredients For Building Muscle Ingredient #1 - HORMONES Before anything can be said and done, you must have the right hormones for building muscle. They need to be optimized. We all have different genetics and please don’t compare yourself to someone else who might have great genetics and then think there’s something wrong with you. Just as someone who is a genius and has a high IQ, some people are just born with lots of muscle cells and the perfect hormones for building muscle and losing fat. If you don’t optimize your hormones, anything else you do will NOT work and it’ll be a waste of effort, time and money. In fact, the right hormonal environment will make you grow muscle without doing anything - no exercise, diets or supplements. And, this is exactly what happens when you hit puberty and all of a sudden you start getting muscular, leaner, more aggressive, hornier, etc. It’s ALL about the hormones. But let’s move on to the second most important ingredient and that’s EXERCISE Ingredient #2 - EXERCISE In order for muscle to grow, it FIRST needs to be “stimulated” and that requires exercise. The correct form of exercise ALSO produces important hormones and growth factors, that will build muscle. And in order to do this, you need to lift weights. Now, this can be with dumbbells, barbells, cables, machines or your own bodyweight. It doesn’t matter. Okay, now that you’ve stimulated the muscle, have produced the right hormones, it’s time to FEED your muscles. Ingredient #2 - DIET If you don’t feed your muscles, the workouts will cause you to LOSE muscle. In fact, this is what happened to me when I first started. I thought I’d lift weights to make my muscles grow and then eat less food to lose fat. But all I did was get smaller and weaker. I was like anorexic. However, you don’t need that much extra food. Increase your calories by about 250-500 daily and see how you look and feel after a month. If you’re not getting fat, then good. If you are, lower the calories a little. This has to do with YOUR body, so listen to it, pay attention. As far as WHAT to eat. Okay… this is where all the confusion comes. Simple, easy and effective. Ingredient #4 - REST Now that you’ve stimulate and fed the muscle, you need to REST it. Just like a baby, you need your rest to grow. As far as sleep, get as much as you need. At the very least, put your phone on “airplane” mode to reduce electromagnetic waves Again, it’s all about optimizing your hormones. 4 - Lose Fat Your fat cells produce estrogen. The higher your body fat, the more estrogen your body has, which tells your testicles to produce LESS testosterone. Typically you have low testosterone, high female and stress hormones. And I’ve mentioned this in the past… However, there’s also a secondary reason that can’t and shouldn’t be ignored and that has to do with poor blood flow and circulation - throughout your body, but more specifically to your penis. Of course, poor blood flow also reduces the size and firmness of your penis. The second thing I want to point out is how Dr. Amen stated that “it means you have bad habits”. By this he means that most people are “unknowingly” making the wrong lifestyle choices every day and thus, the “bad habits”. And that’s what I quickly want to discuss today - 3 clinically proven and simple changes you can make right away, that’ll naturally improve your blood flow and circulation and thus, not only improving your erections. 3 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Blood Flow & Improve Your Erections =-=-=-=-=- 1 - DIET Diet obviously plays a big role in improving your blood flow and reducing plaque buildup. The good news is that it’s never too late to eat a healthier diet. Just as years of bad eating can damage your body, good eating can help heal it and it can happen quickly. Add more “healthy” fats to your diet. These are typically mono and poly unsaturated fats. They’re found in foods like olives, raw seeds and nuts, avocados, and fish. These should be RAW and uncooked. All we tend to do is sit all day long -- computer, phone, driving, eating, work, etc. The reason exercise is important is because it helps improve your youth hormones, which then helps your body naturally get rid of toxins - this includes plaque. You should lift weights and do cardio - both are needed. And in my opinion, “resistance exercise” is more important than cardiovascular. This means lifting weights - which can be with free weights, machines, cables or simply your own bodyweight. 3 -- Take Specific Supplements Taking specific herbs, vitamins and minerals that are clinically proven to help your improve blood flow and circulation, will give you the biggest and fastest improvements in preventing AND removing plaque buildup. Can you tell me more about the psychological causes of impotence and what I can do to fix this?” Your mind is your biggest “sexual organ” and this means that your mind DOES affect your sexual desires and performance. Psychological factors are responsible for about 15%-20% of all cases of erectile dysfunction (ED) Sometimes this is due to a secondary reaction to an underlying physical cause. In some cases, the psychological effects of ED may stem from childhood abuse or sexual trauma. 6 psychological causes of Erectile Dysfunction... STRESS Stress comes in many forms. Sometimes it’s job or money related. Sometimes it has to do with the current relationship(s) you’re in -- intimate or friendships. Constant worry, negative thoughts, lack of sleep and even physical stress all cause a change in your “brain chemistry” due to a change in your hormones by increasing your “stress” hormone, Cortisol. Remember, your mind and body are connected and they work WITH each other. So what happens in your mind, can manifest physically and in this case, cause Erectile Dysfunction.. ANXIETY Once a man experiences ED, he may become overly worried that the problem will happen again. This can lead to "performance anxiety," or a fear of sexual failure. Unfortunately, the more you think about it, the more anxious you become and the worst the situation is. Keep in mind that similar to “stress”, when you have anxiety your brain chemistry and hormones change, all of this reduces blood flow to your penis and thus, causing impotence. Drugs used to treat anxiety only make ED problems worse! GUILT Feeling guilty can also cause ED. A man may feel guilty that he is not satisfying his partner. Or he may feel guilty about something hurtful that he’s done. DEPRESSION A common cause of ED is depression because it affects a person both psychologically and physically. Depression can cause ED even when a man is completely comfortable in sexual situations. When you’re depressed, you don’t have the “drive”, both in and out of the bedroom. Similar to anti-anxiety drugs, anti-depressant medications only make ED problems worse. LOW SELF-ESTEEM This can be due to prior episodes of ED, thus a feeling of inadequacy. Or it can be the result of other issues unrelated to sexual performance. You may have low self-esteem because of how you look naked or how much money you make or the kind of job you have or other superficial factors. You may also have low self-esteem if you’re comparing yourself to your woman’s past -- previous boyfriends, sexual experiences, etc. Also, statics show that men who watch a lot of porn, tend to have low self-esteem due to the size of their penis -- “is mine big enough?...”, which causes even more mental stress and anxiety. INDIFFERENCE This may come as a result of age and a subsequent loss of interest in sex, stemming from problems in a couple's relationship. If there’s a lack of effort to be affectionate or sexual by both people in the relationship, psychologically you just stop caring, wanting or even thinking about “sex”. Summary As stated in the beginning of today’s video, your mind is your “biggest sexual organ”. We all have things that turn us on or off. Fetishes and so forth. If you’re not in a positive place psychologically, your body will react accordingly. Mental and emotional stress, worry, anxiety and depression AFFECT your body physically… There is a drop in your “sex drive” hormones. When your mind and body is under “stress” and excess worry, it has no need, want or desire to “procreate” and thus, your body shuts down your libido. Solution So, what’s the solution?... In life, you get what you focus on. So if you’re constantly thinking about what you do NOT have, your mind will be under stress, you’ll have anxiety, you’ll be depressed and have low self-esteem. Your mind can have only ONE feeling at a time...
