Mysterious Secret Passage – A youtuber was using his metal detector and found a hotplate, which really isn’t that big of a deal. 2. Floating Beverage Cooler – A group of friends were out on a normal outing near a river when they noticed a white container was floating on the water. 3. Tank buried in forest – A popular Youtuber known as Deep Digger Dan, who finds all kinds of interesting things using a metal detector, actually found a tank gun barrel that was made in 1928. 4. Shotgun – While this youtuber, who goes by Aquachigger, was out in the woods and stumbled onto a gun case laying on the side of a riverbank. 5. Galaxy S5 Phone – Dumpster diving is a term that is commonly used for going through dumpster of stores to see if they’ve thrown out broken or damaged merchandise. 6. Gold Ring – Treausure hunters find all kinds of interesting, and sometimes, very valuable things. This youtuber was looking for treasure using his metal detector and found a big solid gold class ring. 7. Hidden Bunker – A Youtuber that goes by ww2historyhunter was out in the woods and came across a small square metal door in which he thought he’s open and find a water tank. 8. Machine Gun – Magnet fishing seems to be a popular thing as you never know what you’re going to find under the water somewhere. 9. Prosthetic Leg – This might be the strangest thing on this list. Once again this is youtuber Aquachigger who is diving for treasure and happens on a prosthetic leg sitting at the bottom wedged between some rocks. 10. Cremated Human Remains – This youtuber by the name of dallmyd (D-ALL-MY-D) was diving and found a black box sitting at the bottom of a river. Keep in mind, you want to make sure that you dilute only one to two tablespoons of the apple cider vinegar in water. Don't drink it straight up. Next I have another high protein food for you and that's tuna. Tuna is a very lean fish that's pretty much entirely made up of protein. This makes tuna a great option to increase protein intake without increasing calorie intake too much. Developed through conventional plant breeding, Canola was developed by breeding rapeseed, which has been in use for millennia, and was even used as fuel by many ancient civilizations. The first Genetically Modified version was originally bred by University of Manitoba, Canada by Keith Downey and Baldur R. Stefansson during the 1970s. That strain was called Roundup Ready canola, developed to have a tolerance to glyphosate. This was done by introducing two genes, the first called Agrobacterium, which is a common soil bacterium, with a gene from Ochrobactiurm antroi strain LBAA… which honestly won’t mean much to most of us. Surprisingly, a whopping 90% of the U.S canola crop is genetically modified. Number 9: Potatoes. Nearly all of us will be familiar with the hardy potato that has been a stable part of diets for thousands of years, but did you know some strains have been genetically modified? The potato was first domesticated in modern-day southern Peru in between 8000 and 5000BCE. It was first introduced to Europe following the Spanish conquest of the Inca Empire and since then it has been introduced to all corners of the world. An estimated 382 tons of potatoes were produced in 2014 with the People’s Republic of China producing the most at 95.5 million tons. In recent years genetic researchers have produced several genetically modified varieties of potatoes. The New Leaf potato was genetically modified to resist attacks from the Colorado potato beetle, but was unsuccessful in making a dent in the market so sales were discontinued in 2001. In more recent years, the USDA approved a modified potato, the Innate potato, which contains genetic modifications that reduced or prevented bruising. Although these have gone into circulation, the Food and Water Watch petitioned McDonald’s, a major consumer of potatoes, to not use the new strain of potato. Thankfully, McDonald’s agreed. So if you eat McDonald’s fries, at least you don’t need to worry about consuming this particular GM food! Number 8: Eggplant. Eggplant, also known as aubergine, has been cultivated in southern and eastern Asia since prehistory. Strangely, the plant has also played a role in Italian and Egyptian folklore. In the 13th century Italy and 19th century Egypt, the plant was liked to cause or increased levels of insanity amongst the populace. The genetically modified version of the eggplant is also known as Bt Brinjal, and was created by inserting crystal protein gene taken from bacterium Becillus thuringiensis to make it resistant to pests. It works by enabling the plant to produce a toxin that kills the worms that devastate crops. This strain of the eggplant is only cultivated in Bangladesh, but as it is only a recent phenomenon it is too early to judge its success. Number 7: Papaya Papaya is native to Mexico and northern South America, but has since been introduced to Florida, California, Hawaii and other tropical and subtropical regions like India. It turns out that only the female plants are used for cultivation, though, as the male plants provide poorer quality fruit. In 2014 India produce 44% of the world’s total estimated at 12.7 million tons – which is a lot of papaya. But it hasn’t been an easy ride for the plant. Papaya production was hit with a deadly virus that nearly wiped out the entire world crop. The virus, known as papaya ringspot, first hit the crop in Hawaii in the 1940s and within 50 years the virus had spread to nearly every area that grew the crop. Regardless of whether you agree with the GM food industry, if it wasn’t for the Hawaiian born scientist, Dennis Gonsalves, we wouldn’t be able to feast on the delicious fruit today. His creation, known as the Rainbow papaya, was designed to be resistant to the virus, and has ensured a stable and sustainable income for the people of Hawaii and other places it’s grown. It clear that the genetically modified papaya has helped ensure its continued availability today. So…maybe not all GM foods are bad.

Do you know how nutella is made? Watching this video we can appear inside the factory and see whole production process! Nutella is made from sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa powder, milk powder, whey powder, soy lecithin, and vanillin. The process of Nutella making consists of several steps: 0:07 - The first step involves the hazelnuts. The whole hazelnuts arrive raw, shelled and calibrated into the factory. Once the hazelnuts have arrived at the processing plant, a quality control is issued to inspect the nuts so they are suitable for processing. After that the hazelnuts are cleaned and roasted. Hazelnuts of the same size guarantee a better uniform roasting.This is one of the secrets of the unique flavour of Nutella. At the end of this step, the hazelnuts are transformed into a silky paste, then it is blended with the other ingredients within a few hours, to ensure the hazelnut aroma is captured at its best inside Nutella. 0:58 - The extraction of cocoa powder from the cocoa bean. The beans are taken from cocoa trees and are left to dry for about ten days before going for processing. Cocoa beans contain approximately 50 percent of cocoa butter; therefore, they must be roasted to reduce the cocoa bean into a liquid form. The cocoa powder is obtained by processing raw cocoa beans in a multi-phase transformation process that is carried out in Nutella factories. They start with the drying phase, followed by the shelling: the beans are put into a large mill that separates the edible part to be ground from the husk. The ground nibs are then roasted to bring out their flavour and colour. Then they are grinded into the cocoa mass that is subsequently pressed to separate the cocoa butter from the cocoa "cake". After breaking out the cocoa "cake", the cocoa powder is obtained, it is used in the preparation of Nutella. The cocoa butter is transferred elsewhere and it can be used in other products. 1:42 - The sugar used in Nutella comes from beet sugar and/or refined cane sugar, depending on the geography of its production area. The next sugar types are purchased for Nutella: 75% beet sugar and 25% refined cane sugar. Only sugar in crystals is purchased. 3:03 - Palm oil is extracted from the pulp of the palm tree fruits Elaeis Guineensis, which can be found in various equatorial zones. Palm trees produce fruits which grow weighing between 10 and 40 kg. These tropical fruits are rich in oil (around 45%-65% of the pulp). The palm oil is extracted by pressing the fruit pulp. It's palm oil that ensures the smooth, creamy texture and unique stability of the Nutella. 3:46 - The cocoa powder is mixed with the hazelnuts, sugar, vanillin and milk until it becomes a paste-like spread. A palm oil is then added to help retain the creamy texture of the Nutella at room temperature. Whey powder is then added to the mix to act as a binder for the paste. Lecithin is added to help emulsify the paste and vanillin is added to enhance the sweetness of the chocolate. The finished Nutella product is then packaged. Yep, that’s right! smoking right after a meal is very bad and if you must do it, you should wait for at least a couple of hours after the meal. When we lie down some digestive juices from your stomach flow back to the esophagus because of gravitational force, due to its acidic nature it can burn the inner layer of the esophagus causing acid reflux. 3.Never rush to shower after a meal Waiting 30 minutes after a meal in order to take a shower is the best suggestion one could give on this topic. Digestion needs a lot of energy and blood flow in our body. This can result in 87% decrease in iron absorption and even iron deficiency, which can lead to anemia, dizziness, weakness and fatigue 5.Eat your fruits before not after a meal Fruits are recommended by almost everyone, be it some expert dietician, or just some inexperienced house-wife. But few of them know that fruits just after any meal can be harmful, and thus neglect to mention it to you. Fruits are the easiest to digest, and just take 20 minutes to travel from your stomach to intestines, where they are finally digested (bananas and dates being the two exceptions). So when you eat a fruit after a meal, it gets stuck with the food, thus not travelling in time to the intestines, and getting spoiled as a result, thus spoiling food too. 6.Avoid cold water after a meal The reason is very simple . Most people think keeping them alive longer makes them safer to eat, but that's not the full story. Oyster expert Julie Qiu explains. Following is the transcript of the video. David Anderson: "Wanna know a secret? This oyster I'm about to eat could still be alive! So, why do we do this?" Most people think it's a food safety issue. Keep the oyster alive as long as possible, to reduce the risk of bacterial contamination.  And there is a little bit of truth to that. Oysters can carry a scary flesh-eating bacteria called vibrio vulnificus. You can get it from oysters or from swimming in warm brackish water. But let's put that into perspective.  Julie Qiu: "The risk of running into a bad oyster is lower than people think it is. My biggest pet peeve is that people go crazy over one bad oyster but they don't really care that hundreds of thousands of pounds of lettuce are contaminated with salmonella" About 100 people die from vibrio infections (including from vibrio vulnificus) each year, about 450 die from salmonella. Plus, the FDA requires that oyster farms have to test water quality before sending oysters out to markets and restaurants. And that's important, because oysters are filter feeders. They soak up basically anything that's in the water around them — including fecal matter which can come from rain runoff. But there’s a clever way to check if your oysters are good. Julie Qiu: "one thing that you can ask for is a shellfish tag, which every retailer or restaurant is required to have for every bag of oysters that they purchase for up to 90 days after they make that purchase. So that tag, if they don't have it, don't eat those oysters." This tag is a way for restaurants to track where and when their oysters were farmed. Qiu says that she looks for the most recent dates on the tag. Anything further out than two weeks won't taste as good and increases the risk of a bad oyster. Some chefs may look at you funny for asking for the documentation, but it's a strategy that apparently works. Julie Qiu: "I've had thousands of oysters and never had a bad one" Ok great, so basically, oysters are safe, why on earth are they sometimes alive when we eat them?? Julie Qiu: "You really want your raw shellfish to be really fresh and the freshest you can get is something that is recently killed, so it goes back to not only the food safety but the actual taste and texture is going to be far superior when it's a fresh oyster."  So yeah, freshly killed oysters taste better. And it's hard to tell exactly when an oyster dies, because before it's served, it's shucked. It's not a gentle process. Shucking involves separating the oyster’s abductor muscle from the shell. This muscle gives the oyster control over opening and closing its shell. Similar to how your spinal cord helps you move. So, severing the their abductor muscle is almost like severing your spine. Yikes. Most restaurants in the US keep their oysters alive - on ice - up until this shucking process, which afterwards, either leaves the oyster dead, or immobile. Since they don’t move around much in the first place, it's not easy to tell which. So you're eating an oyster that was either just killed or is dying. And that seems pretty cruel, right? But considering that the oyster's biology is very primitive, it's possible they might not even feel pain at all. Julie Qiu: "They don't have a brain, they're not really processing pain the same way the same way we are feeling so I don't think they're feeling pain the same way we are thinking of it." So really, it's up to you. If you don't want to eat oysters, that's fine. If you do, you'll be far from the first. Julie Qiu: "It's one of the few foods that have not changed for thousands and thousands of years so being able to appreciate that is something that's really special and remarkable and something that should be celebrated for what it is."

We are all guilty of adding some sugar here and there to make things taste better, but what might seem like innocent pleasure can actually cause a lot of serious health issues when we put too much sugar in our body. There stands a divide between hard, scientific data and what we’ve come to popularly and socially accept as standard hygienic practice. After all, how many of us wash our hands immediately after handling money, which many studies have identified as one of the foremost germ-infested items that we handle every day? So it’s no surprise then that there is a long list of common products that we share regularly without a thought, but that happen to be a big, hygienic no-no from a sanitation standpoint. As a general rule, if you aren’t engaged in an intimate relationship with someone, you probably don’t bear a level of physical closeness with them to warrant sharing personal cleaning products. So what are these items? Well, some are of no surprise – or at least they shouldn’t be, anyway. It probably goes without saying that any cleaning tool that digs past the surface of the body and enters and openings shouldn’t be used by others. In other words, feel free to hoard your own Q-tips, nose hair trimmers and toothbrushes without offering them around. But an object doesn’t have to delve inside of you to leave it better suited strictly for your own use. If you rub it against your skin, if it comes anywhere near your mouth, if it goes in your hair… when in doubt, it’s probably best just to keep it to yourself. Without getting too in depth into his study the bottom line of his experiments was that hunger is a highly suggestible state that can not only be caused by the taste, smell, and sight of food, but hunger can also be trained as a conditioned response. Meaning if you're used to eating breakfast everyday at 7 am, lunch at 12 pm, and dinner at 6pm you've conditioned yourself to get hungry everyday at those times. The stimulus that causes you to get hungry isn't the smell taste or sight of food it's the time itself. And this applies further...By pairing things like eating snacks while watching tv, or while studying, or whenever you feel boredom you develop even more conditioned hunger responses. So the ironic truth is that by practicing fasting you can break a lot of these conditioned hunger responses, and start feeling only the unconditioned hunger response when you're actually hungry, allowing you to develop a better relationship to food in general. To help you break your conditioned hunger responses throughout the day you can slowly ease into a one meal a day diet, by cutting out snacks and meals slowly one at a time. You can also incorporate things like black coffee, apple cider vinegar, and sugar free tea throughout the day to suppress your appetite. Remember it'll take some time, but your body will for sure adapt. Lets move on to what to eat and how much of it to eat. When you actually get to your one meal for the day you don't want to restrict calories. A lot of people try this diet plan to lose weight or burn fat, and they think they can lose weight faster by cutting calories from the only meal they eat for the whole day. This is a big mistake that leads to binge eating almost every time. Another big mistake is trying to do something like a one meal a day ketogenic diet plan as a beginner. You should allow yourself to eat all three macro nutrients protein, carbs, and fats. Again do not restrict calories or macronutrients during this one meal especially when first starting as it will likely lead you to failing the diet. Instead you want to eat your fill of single ingredient real foods. I think we all know what single ingredient real foods are, but just to give you some examples fruits, vegetables, rice, potatoes, oats, barely, buckwheat, natural cooking oils, eggs, chicken, turkey, fish,....you get the idea foods that contain only one real natural ingredient. You can also have foods that are a combination of a bunch of single ingredient foods.
