Hi. I wanted to show you today, my new favorite recipe for Greenberry Shakeology. I used to use orange juice and frozen bananas which was awesome, but it was getting to be a little bit too much sugar content for me. So, I switched up. I'm using unsweetened almond milk which only adds forty calories, that's kind of nice. If you don't mind using sugar free products, I like the sugar free Jell-O banana flavored pudding, that's excellent. So, I add in some of that and naturally my one scoop of my delicious Greenberry Shakeology, you have to have ice and a high speed blender. I personally love the Ninja, I think it takes the shake to the next level. It's going to be a little bit noisy here for a minute.
As you can see, I got the same delicious, creamy consistency as I did with the frozen bananas and the orange juice, only now I've really cut down on the calorie content and the sugar content. The taste is phenomenal. That Jell-O banana sugar free pudding just takes it to a next level. So that's my new favorite Greenberry recipe for Shakeology. I hope I helped you get a new idea for today.
