♥ What’s The Best Sleep Position For Better Blood Flow and Circulation

02:38
How to quickly improve your blood flow and circulation in 30 days or less, naturally! ►♥ http://drsam.co/yt/BetterBloodFlow ======================================= What’s The Best Sleep Position For Better Blood Flow & Circulation? ======================================= Most people when they get into bed, they don’t give much thought about their sleep position. They pick whatever they’re most comfortable with. Besides, most people toss and turn throughout the night, so however you may start, usually won’t be the same as when you wake up. For me, I almost always sleep on my back. Sleeping on my stomach hurts my lower back and neck. Sleeping on my sides hurts my shoulders. So, I have no choice. But if you’re concerned about improving your blood flow and circulation, especially to your heart, then the best position to sleep on is your LEFT side. This is because when your heart pumps blood out to your body, it gets circulated and then flows back to your right side of your heart. But if you sleep on your right side, the pressure of your body smashes up against the blood vessels and makes it more difficult to get the blood back to your heart. Basically, it’s more work for your heart. If you’re older, or have a weak heart or plaque buildup your arteries, then this really puts a lot more pressure and stress and could result in a heart attack or stroke while sleeping. This is also why pregnant women are told to sleep on their left side. The baby is taking up room and is pushing the mom’s organs upward, so there is less space. The mother’s heart is already working harder during the pregnancy. So sleeping on the right side, where there is already less space and extra pressure from the organs being smashed together because of the baby, could hinder blood flow to the mom’s heart, as well as the baby’s. And if you’re going to sleep on your side, you may consider using a body pillow for extra support and comfort. How to improve your health with the right sleeping position - right and wrong sleeping posture

How to improve your health with the right sleeping position - the 5 most common sleeping positions and meaning for your health. Suffering from hair loss? Check https://endhairloss.eu Do you know what is the best sleeping position? Other important videos from our channel: -- Hair Loss and Diet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vuxnvk96Igg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cCLw0D4_2DU -- Castor oil and Hair Loss: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huX0Dn3RZJE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMNOnqUm_Jc -- Onion and Hair Loss: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvcF4pPGrUI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtPvhIocZxs -- Biotin and Hair Loss: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lop9cLiNzVw Did you know that our nightly sleeping posture can make an impact on our health and how we feel. Some of the sleeping postures may be bad. If so, new sleeping patterns should be considered. Among the following, what is your preferred position? 1. The Fetal Position This is one of the most common sleeping posture, and around 40% of people claim that they find it most comfortable. The bad news is that this position is unfortunately the unhealthiest. It causes backaches and does harm to joints. Experts warn that it can affect also your neck and shoulders. During the night they should be aligned. If you cannot avoid sleeping in the fetus position, doctors recommend you should put a pillow between the knees. In such way you’ll alleviate stress on your joints. 2. On Your Back Those who prefer to sleep on their back have a tendency to snore at night, BUT on the other side this posture is the most beneficial of all. It is particularly good if you have back problems, and it will also resolve neck issues. We sometimes speculate why we feel pain in the back on neck without even realizing that the main reason could be our sleeping position. Sleep on your back if you want to look younger for longer. This position causes fewer fine lines and wrinkles, because there is no pressing on your face. Moreover, this posture allows you to keep the breasts supported, which prevents sagging. 3. Left Side The left side position not only does it reduce acid reflux, but it can also prevent neck and back pains. There’s a disadvantage, though – it is not the best posture for the breasts. The breasts are not supported, which leads to sagging. Since the left side posture stimulates blood circulation to the uterus, it is great for pregnant women. 4. Right Side The right side posture may cause heartburn. On the other hand, this position is similar to the last one – they both are good for people suffering from back or neck issues. Unfortunately, also this position causes sagging breasts and wrinkles. 5. On Your Stomach Many doctors agree on the fact that there is nothing as bad as sleeping on your stomach. This position causes different health problems and should be absolutely avoided. If this is your preferred posture, do not be surprised if you find out that something is wrong with your back. Sleeping in this way, during the night you put too much pressure on your joints and muscles. Consequently, you may feel numbness and pain. Sleeping on your stomach, you keep your neck in a rotated position for too long. If this is done regularly, then you will have bad blood circulation and problems in breathing. The only good thing about sleeping on your belly is that you are unlikely to snore at night and disturb whoever is sleeping by your side. In conclusion, we know that, regardless of health benefits, people sleep in the position they find comfiest. If you can, try to correct your posture, now that you know the pro and the cons of each position. If you realize you need to change something in your posture, it will probably be challenging in the beginning, to sleep in a position that is not the one you are used to. However, over time, you will become more comfortable. Hope this video was useful for you to find out for yourself what is the best sleep posture. Subscribe to our channel for more videos like this!

Your Blood Pressure According To Your Age

03:58
Your Blood Pressure According To Your Age Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11 It is extremely important to regulate the blood pressure, as it can be a real life threat, and damage various vital body functions. In the case of older people, if left untreated, high blood pressure may cause various severe consequences. However, a study conducted on more than 2, 000 seniors, and published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, found some interesting facts. Blood pressure affects the function of the kidneys, arteries, and the entire body. If not regulated on time, it causes great damage to the arteries, and the other body organs, leading to heart attack, kidney failure, heart failure, and numerous other health problems. This is the reason why numerous doctors decide to treat hypertension with an aggressive approach in order to lower high blood pressure. Yet, we will dedicate our time today on recommending how t control blood pressure, as the methods should not be the same in the fifth and the eighth decade of life, for example, as it would be adequate. In general, health providers tend to chart the changes in blood pressure and start following their results since they are 20. The AHA (American Heart Association) asks youngsters to regularly screen their blood pressure at their healthcare visit. This happens once in a few years and applies to people whose blood pressure is less than 120/80 mm Hg. Yet, blood pressure rises with heart beats and falls down between the beats. It is also affected by stress, sleep, posture, and physical activity. Yet, despite all these changes, the blood pressure should be lower than 120/80 mm Hg (which is less than 120 systolic and less than 80 diastolic). Sadly, 1 in 3 American adults suffers from high blood pressure. In this case, doctors read the blood pressure over time, or may advise a monitoring at home, before they diagnose high blood pressure. This is due to the fact that it does not mean that you have a high blood pressure just because you have a single high reading. Yet, if it is the case, and your readings remain to show values of 140/90 mm Hg or above (systolic 140 or above OR diastolic 90 or above) over time, you will be advised to start treating the issue, and almost all therapies include lifestyle changes, prescription drugs, and diets. To be sure your results are correct, if the systolic value is 180 mm Hg or higher and your diastolic value is 110 mm Hg or higher when monitoring, you should repeat the procedure after several minutes. If the second results are the same, you should seek medical help. Finally, even if your blood pressure is normal, regarding its importance for your overall heath, you should control it and maintain its normal values, in order to support your heart health. This may include healthy lifestyle habits and dietary changes. ================================= blood pressure, high blood pressure, blood pressure chart, normal blood pressure, hypertension, low blood pressure, high blood pressure symptoms, how to lower blood pressure, blood pressure range, blood pressure monitor, what is normal blood pressure, what is high blood pressure, high blood pressure diet, blood pressure medication, causes of high blood pressure, high blood pressure chart, symptoms of high blood pressure, normal blood pressure range, low blood pressure symptoms Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11

Hypotension is treatable, however, if left untreated, it can weaken the heart and cause symptoms of lethargy, weakness, lightheadedness, fatigue, and even fainting due to inadequate blood flow to the heart, brain, and other vital organs. Low blood pressure or hypotension may cause inadequate blood flow to the heart, brain, and other vital organs. A sudden drop in blood pressure often occurs when someone suddenly rises from a lying down or sitting position. This is called postural hypotension and may cause light-headedness and dizziness. While you cannot control hereditary and some environmental factors, you can still lower your risk of low Blood Pressure by making healthy diet and lifestyle choices. A well-planned diet can help prevent low Blood Pressure. To treat your High Blood Pressure, medications are needed. Medical treatment is a simple, safe and effective option. Baroreflex is a rapid negative feedback loop in which an elevated blood pressure causes heart rate and blood pressure to decrease. Reversely, a decrease in blood pressure leads to an increased heart rate, returning blood pressure to normal levels. The reflex starts with specialized neurons called baroreceptors. These are stretch receptors located in the wall of the aortic arch and carotid sinus. Increased blood pressure stretches the wall of the aorta and carotid arteries causing baroreceptors to fire action potentials at a higher than normal rate. These increased activities are sent via the vagus and glossopharyngeal nerves to the nucleus of the tractus solitarius – the NTS - in the brainstem. In response to increased baroreceptor impulses, the NTS activates the parasympathetic system – the PSNS - and inhibits the sympathetic system – the SNS. As the PSNS and SNS have opposing effects on blood pressures, PSNS activation and SNS inhibition work together in the same direction to maximize blood pressure reduction. Parasympathetic stimulation decreases heart rate by releasing acetylcholine which acts on the pacemaker cells of the SA node. Inhibition of the sympathetic division decreases heart rate, stroke volume and at the same time causes vasodilation of blood vessels. Together, these events rapidly bring DOWN blood pressure levels back to normal. When a person has a sudden drop in blood pressure, for example when standing up, the decreased blood pressure is sensed by baroreceptors as a decrease in tension. Baroreceptors fire at a lower than normal rate and the information is again transmitted to the NTS. The NTS reacts by inhibiting parasympathetic and activating sympathetic activities. The sympathetic system releases norepinephrine which acts on the SA node to increase heart rate; on cardiac myocytes to increase stroke volume and on smooth muscle cells of blood vessels to cause vasoconstriction. Together, these events rapidly bring UP blood pressure levels back to normal. Baroreflex is a short-term response to sudden changes of blood pressure resulted from everyday activities and emotional states. If hypertension or hypotension persists for a long period of time, the baroreceptors will reset to the “new normal” levels. In hypertensive patients for example, baroreflex mechanism is adjusted to a higher “normal” pressure and therefore MAINTAINS hypertension rather than suppresses it. 10 Yoga Asanas That Will Help Lower High Blood Pressure

06:21
High blood pressure or hypertension is a serious condition identified by increased pressure in the arteries, the vessels that carry blood from the heart to the rest of the body. This pressure can damage the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys. Here are 10 best yoga asanas that will help lower high blood pressure. Baddha Konasana - Butterfly Pose Badhakonasana is also popularly known as the Butterfly Pose because of the movement of the legs during the posture, giving the appearance of a butterfly flapping its wings. Targeting primarily the legs, it is the perfect antidote to relax and stretch the muscles of the legs. This yoga pose will relax your body, mind and soul that will comfort your tired feet. Adho Mukha Svanasana - Downward Facing Dog Adho Mukha Svanasana posture replicates a dog bending forward, hence the name downward facing dog pose. This asana can be practiced by any beginner too and with all its benefits, one should include it as a part of daily yoga practice. It is a standing pose and mild inversion that builds strength while stretching the whole body. Uttanasana - Intense Forward Bending Pose The name Uttanasana (Uth-thA-nA-suh-nuh), known as the Standing Forward bend Pose, is derived from the Sanskrit words Ut (meaning intense), Tan (meaning stretch), and Asana (meaning posture). The end pose leaves in such a position that your head is in a lower stratum than your heart. This enables a gush of blood to the head, revamping the blood cells, leaving you with a sense of novelty. Setu Bandhasana - Bridge Pose In sanskrit ‘Bridge’ means ‘Setu’, ‘Bandha’ means ‘Lock’ and ‘Asana’ means ‘Pose’. The poses look like the shape of the bridge, so this pose is called as bridge pose. This rejuvenating backbend will open your chest up and keep your spine flexible. Setu Bandhasana will also help to prepare you for more intense backbends. Basically this pose is effective in relaxing the body and reducing stress. Sukhasana - Easy Pose Sukhasana, Easy Pose is an asana practised in yoga. Sukh means Pleasure and asana means pose; pronounced As – soo-kah-sah-nah. This pose is best-suited for meditation for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Sukhasana comes from the Sanskrit word Sukham that means easy, pleasure, comfort, and pleasure. People of all ages can do this asana. Paschimottanasana - Forward Bend Pose Paschimottanasana or the Seated Forward Bend pose is a ‘forward bend asana. Paschimottanasana is also known as the Intense Dorsal Stretch pose as it engages the dorsal muscles of the back. “Paschima” means your “back” and “Uttana” means “stretching“. Ardha Matsyendrasana - Sitting Half Spinal Twist Ardha Matsyendrasana usually appears as a seated spinal twist with many variations, and is one of the twelve basic asanas in many systems of Hatha Yoga. This is one of the few poses in the Basic Session that rotates the spine. Most bend the spinal column either backward or forward, but to become truly flexible it must be twisted laterally as well. The movement also tones the spinal nerves and ligaments, and improves the digestion. Halasana - Plow Pose Hala means Plow and Asana means Pose. So it is also named as plow pose. Halasana rejuvenate the inner parts of your body and make it healthy again. This pose gives flexibility to spine as well as strengthens the back muscles. Halasana is one of advanced yoga pose, simple to practice and contains lots of benefits. How Blood Pressure Works Animation - Understanding Blood Pressure Measurement Monitor Readings Video

01:44
Normal blood pressure is important for proper blood flow to the body’s organs and tissues. The force of the blood on the walls of the arteries is called blood pressure. Blood pressure is measured both as the heart contracts, which is called systole, and as it relaxes, which is called diastole. Normal blood pressure is considered to be a systolic blood pressure of 115 millimeters of mercury a diastolic pressure of 70 millimeters of mercury (stated as "115 over 70"). If an individual were to have a consistent blood pressure reading of 140 over 90, he would be evaluated for having high blood pressure. If left untreated, high blood pressure can damage important organs, such as the brain and kidneys, as well as lead to a stroke. High blood pressure is a common disease in which blood flows through blood vessels (arteries) at higher than normal pressures. Measuring Blood Pressure Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps blood. High blood pressure, sometimes called hypertension, happens when this force is too high. Health care workers check blood pressure readings the same way for children, teens, and adults. They use a gauge, stethoscope or electronic sensor, and a blood pressure cuff. With this equipment, they measure: Systolic Pressure: blood pressure when the heart beats while pumping blood Diastolic Pressure: blood pressure when the heart is at rest between beats Health care workers write blood pressure numbers with the systolic number above the diastolic number. For example: 118/76 mmHg People read "118 over 76" millimeters of mercury. Normal Blood Pressure: Normal blood pressure for adults is defined as a systolic pressure below 120 mmHg and a diastolic pressure below 80 mmHg. It is normal for blood pressures to change when you sleep, wake up, or are excited or nervous. When you are active, it is normal for your blood pressure to increase. However, once the activity stops, your blood pressure returns to your normal baseline range. Blood pressure normally rises with age and body size. Newborn babies often have very low blood pressure numbers that are considered normal for babies, while older teens have numbers similar to adults. Abnormal Blood Pressure Abnormal increases in blood pressure are defined as having blood pressures higher than 120/80 mmHg. The following table outlines and defines high blood pressure severity levels. The ranges in the table are blood pressure guides for adults who do not have any short-term serious illnesses. People with diabetes or chronic kidney disease should keep their blood pressure below 130/80 mmHg. Although blood pressure increases seen in prehypertension are less than those used to diagnose high blood pressure, prehypertension can progress to high blood pressure and should be taken seriously. Over time, consistently high blood pressure weakens and damages your blood vessels, which can lead to complications. Types of High Blood Pressure There are two main types of high blood pressure: primary and secondary high blood pressure. Primary High Blood Pressure Primary, or essential, high blood pressure is the most common type of high blood pressure. This type of high blood pressure tends to develop over years as a person ages. Secondary High Blood Pressure Secondary high blood pressure is caused by another medical condition or use of certain medicines. This type usually resolves after the cause is treated or removed. Blood pressure (BP) is the pressure exerted by circulating blood upon the walls of blood vessels. When used without further specification, "blood pressure" usually refers to the arterial pressure in the systemic circulation. It is usually measured at a person's upper arm. Blood pressure is usually expressed in terms of the systolic (maximum) pressure over diastolic (minimum) pressure and is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It is one of the vital signs along with respiratory rate, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and body temperature. Normal resting blood pressure in an adult is approximately 120/80 mm Hg. Blood pressure varies depending on situation, activity, and disease states. It is regulated by the nervous and endocrine systems. Blood pressure that is low due to a disease state is called hypotension, and pressure that is consistently high is hypertension. Both have many causes which can range from mild to severe. Both may be of sudden onset or of long duration. Long term hypertension is a risk factor for many diseases, including kidney failure, heart disease, and stroke. Long term hypertension is more common than long term hypotension in Western countries. Long term hypertension often goes undetected because of infrequent monitoring and the absence of symptoms. Physiology: During each heartbeat, blood pressure varies between a maximum (systolic) and a minimum (diastolic) pressure. Q. What blood pressure should I have? What is normal blood pressure?

Naturally low blood pressure is unlikely to cause any symptoms and is normally nothing to worry about. But if your blood pressure drops too low, it can restrict the amount of blood flowing to your brain and other vital organs, which can cause unsteadiness, dizziness or fainting. See your GP if you experience any symptoms of low blood pressure and are concerned. All adults should have their blood pressure checked at least every five years. If you haven't had yours measured or don't know what your reading is, ask your GP to check it. Read more about the symptoms of low blood pressure. What is low blood pressure? The heart pumps a constant supply of blood around the body through arteries, veins and capillaries. Blood pressure is a measure of the force of the blood on the walls of the arteries as the blood flows through them. It's measured in millimetres of mercury (mmHg) and recorded as two measurements: systolic pressure – the pressure when your heart beats and squeezes blood into your arteries diastolic pressure – the pressure when your heart rests between beats For example, if your systolic blood pressure is 120mmHg and your diastolic blood pressure is 80mmHg, your blood pressure is 120 over 80, which is commonly written as 120/80. Normal blood pressure is between 90/60 and 140/90. If you have a reading of 140/90 or more, you have high blood pressure (hypertension). This puts you at greater risk of developing serious health conditions, such as heart attack or stroke. People with a blood pressure reading under 90/60 are usually regarded as having low blood pressure. Read more about diagnosing low blood pressure. Why do I have low blood pressure?
