In this video I am going to share with you 7 high protein low carb foods to include in your diet Tuna Economical, versatile and easily available, tuna is a classic low-carb, high-protein food. A 100g serving has no carbohydrates and 23g of protein. Use tuna on salads or as a topping for baked potatoes or open-faced sandwiches. Tofu Eating it alone like cheese, it doesn’t taste that good, but when you add it to other diet it really makes your dish wonderful. Eating one slice of tofu will give you so much protein and is low in carb. Many people are turning towards it as a major diet. Vegetarian and non vegetarian will both love for it as it can be added to them easily. Poultry Poultry, along with fish, is the leanest animal source of protein. To maximize the health benefits, focus on including low-fat poultry such as chicken breast and turkey in your diet, as other types of poultry such as duck and goose are much fattier--and more expensive. Skin your meat and eat white meat for the highest protein with lowest fat and carbohydrate count. Shrimp can be your main ingredient of a healthy eating plan if you are careful about the manner that you enjoy it. These reports are for two ounces of prepared shrimp, either broiled, or grilled. The Ultimate NO CARB Full Day of Eating - high protein, low fat, no carbs

I do not recommend anybody doing this because you will get mentally exhausted and low low on energy. What i did for the past two weeks was pretty much only cardio. The first week i did high reps and low weight and the second week i did no weight traing what so ever. Also i ate a lot of protein, i focussed to have the majority of protein out of meat sources. Morning meal 1: 7 eggwhites and veggies Meal 2: 370grams of chicken and green beans Meal 3: 320grams of fish and again green beans Meal 4 and 5: Spicy tuna wraps (wrapped in lettuce) and two scoops of protein with 5-6 raspberries I can tell you the calories are really low from all these meals. But spread throughout the day i did not feel any hunger. I talked about my diet plan these coming weeks before my vacation. So i am going to do a reverse diet up to my vacation. Slowly increasing my calories by the week and decrease my cardio. Check the part where i talk about it and you will hear me explain the whole plan :D That's was pretty much a no carbs diet. Ketosis can occur during fasting, when you reduce the amount of carbs or calories in your diet, during pregnancy or after exercising for a long period of time. Many diets use ketosis as the means of burning fat while maintaining muscle - examples include the Atkins diet and other low-carb diets. This strategy can also lead to decreased hunger. How long does it take to kick your body into fat burning, ketosis mode? Roughly 3-4 days of consuming less than 50 carbs per day, the equivalent of 2 bananas. (3) -The ketogenic diet has also been found to increase the number of mitochondria in brain cells. In a 2004 study on rats, one group was fed a ketogenic diet while the other was fed a normal diet. A positive impact was found on the gene expression for mitochondrial enzymes in the hippocampus, the memory and learning center of the brain. (4) Ketosis and Body Water Composition: High fat and low carb diets are known to lead to fast weight loss. The fast weight loss is due to water weight being shed (5) -When you decrease carbs, you decrease water storage in the body. Who Can Benefit From Ketosis? If you are looking to shed some body fat, ketosis may be a good tool. This can go along with an exercise regimen as you maintain muscle while losing fat. Ketosis can also benefit those who need to boost brain power as energy may be utilized more effectively in the brain. *Be careful because those with diabetes can get too high of a level of ketones in their blood, which is very dangerous. Ketogenic Diet vs Low Carb Diet - Best Weight Loss Diet Keto vs Atkins vs Paleo vs low carbohydrate
Which is the best weight loss diet? Ketogenic diet vs low carb diet vs atkins vs paleo? How about Atkins and paleo aren't all of these diets just a fancy way of saying keep your carbs low. Well it's definitely safe to say that you are limiting your carb intake in all of these diet plans but each plan calls for a slightly different approach to burning fat. Most ketogenic diets require you to keep your carbs under 30 grams a day and the most carbs that I've ever seen on a keto plan was 50 grams a day. Usually this will account for 5% of your total daily intake. Then you would have somewhere between 75 to 80 percent of your calories from fat. And finally 15 to 20 percent of your calories from protein. With ketogenic it's clear that the carbs are very limited at only 5 percent per day and the reason why carbs are so limited is because the ketogenic diet is trying to put you into ketosis. To sum it up simply ketosis is a state in which you're going to burn more fat and produce Ketone bodies in your liver for use as energy when carbohydrates are really low. Low-carb diets on the other hand don't require an exact number of carbohydrates the way that keto does. Obviously since it's low carb you wouldnt expect to have more than 20 to 30 percent of your calories coming from carbs but even at 20 percent it's a huge difference from the five percent that you get with keto. So with low carb we can consider the exact number of carbs undefined whereas with Keto that number is very defined with exact numerical values. What about atkins? When taking a closer look at Atkins you see that Atkins is different from keto and low-carb as well. With Atkins the General accepted split is 30% protein 10% carbs and 60% fat. Again this is higher in carbs than the 5 percent we see with keto which Keto dieters would not support because they would say that having a higher level of carbs would take you out of ketosis. But Atkins at certain points dies definitely put you into ketosis. The plan takes you through four phases and a lot of these phases match up with the keto structure. In Phase 1 of Atkins you have to limit your totally daily carb intake to only 20 grams per day. This is as low if not even lower than keto. Then you progress to phase 2 where you still keep carbs really low but you add in certain vegetables berries nuts and seeds back into the diet. Then in Phase 3 which you only start once you're about 10 pounds from your weight loss goal, but once your there you start to add 10 grams of carbs to your diet each week. And finally in phase four you enter maintenance which allows you to eat anywhere from 45 to 100 grams of carbs per day. Phase one and two sound just like the ketogenic diet and I'm sure when your in those two phases you will be in a state of ketosis but when you enter into phase 3 and phase 4 you're going to be moving more towards a general low carb diet which as ive already mentioned is very different from keto. Now how about paleo, where does paleo fit in all of this. Well paleo once again elicits fat loss by keeping the list of approved carbs short but the paleo plan is different because it only allows Foods that were believed to be eaten by our caveman ancestors. The best paleo macronutrient split as defined by the perfect health diet and paleo leap.com is around 20 percent carbohydrates 65 percent fat and 15 percent protein. Again this is slightly different from what we've seen with low carb and Atkins but it's very different from keto. Even though paleo and Keto are both low in carbohydrates Keto is significantly lower than paleo again keto totals only at 5% of total daily intake. The Paleo diet is also very specific with what foods you can and cannot eat. Even though you can do this diet with regular produce it's highly recommended that all your meat products are grass-fed wild caught and pasture-raised. You're allowed to eat any fresh vegetables except for potatoes and any nuts except for peanuts. Also eggs, healthy oils like olive oil, and fresh fruit especially berries are allowed on the plan. Grains, bread, cereals, any processed food, legumes, beans, and Dairy are completely off the plan. Dairy is a big part of the ketogenic diet for many people. A lot of people get the massive amount of fat required on keto with options like cheese. Cheese would be forbidden on the Paleo diet but on paleo you would actually be able to eat things like pumpkin squash and yams. With keto it would be almost impossible to eat these things because you would easily exceed you're 5% carb allowance. Most of these diets matchup in their efforts to limit grains

"Low Carb Bodybuilding Building Breakfast Meal" Burn Fat and Build Muscle (Big Brandon Carter)

Contrary to popular belief, the best possible way to lose fat or gain muscle is to eat 6 -7 meals each spaced about 2-3 hours apart. Food is fuel for the body and without a steady supply of nutrients your body will retain fat and fail to produce new muscle. Now I realize that many people would say 6 meals is absolutely absurd so the thing I want to stress is they don't have to be sit down meals at all. For example, take a grilled chicken breast sl with a baked potato on the side and you have an excellent small meal with a good protein-carbohydrate ratio. Another great substitute would be a meal replacement of whey protein powder if you dont have the time to make food. Let me take you through the list of benefits of having 6 meals a day as opposed to 3. Boost in Metabolism- 6 meals a day has actually been proven to increase metabolism for several reasons. The main factor is the thermic effect of food which is the calories it takes your body to break down and absorb the food. Foods have a thermic effect range from 3-30% and foods like protein are way up in that 30 percentile followed by carbohydrates in the 20% range. Burning calories just by eating more frequently? Sounds like a great deal to me! Increase in Energy- Eating 6 meals a day helps maintain a balanced blood sugar levels in the body which prevents hunger attacks and will give you an incredible surge of energy while going through the long work day. Lean Muscle Gains- Lastly and most important, 6 meals a day will drastically help you build and maintain muscle. The greater number of meals gives the muscles a constant supply of amino acids which are the building blocks of protein. Putting it all together- The key is to prepare as much as possible the night before. Do all the cooking and preparation before hand so you can incorporate 6 meals in your busy work schedule. What about counting calories? Forget about counting calories!!! That shit is to difficult and unsustainable for the average person! I suggest that you go by portion size. we will say that "portion" is the size of your hand or fist. When you see "protein, carb, vegetable or fruit" it means to eat A LEAST one portion of each. But the beauty of this program, is that even if your trying to lose fat, you can EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT! You should NEVER be hungry like some bullshit TV infomercial diet. Best Chicken Soup for Weight Loss | Oil-Free and High Protein Diet Soup | Lose Weight Fast
Here is the best chicken soup recipe for quick weight loss. It is oil free and perfect for high protein low carb diet or soup diet. Lose weight fast with this ultimate homemade oil-free chicken soup recipe. Ingredients: Chicken with bones- 200-250 gms Red onion- 1 cup (sliced) Garlic- 4-5 cloves Ginger- 1/2 inch Light Soy Sauce- 1 tsp Green onions- 1-2 stalks Celery- 1 stalk Sweet Corn Kernel- 1/2 cup Salt and pepper to Taste Procedure: Marinate the chicken with just some lemon juice and salt for about 30-40 minutes. Wrap it with a cling wrap and put it in the refridgerator for about 30 mins. After 30 mins, take the chicken out and place it in a pressure cooker. Throw in 1 cup of sliced red onions, 4-5 cloves of crushed garlic, half a inch ginger thinly sliced. Add in some salt and some freshly cracked black pepper, add in 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce. Lastly pour 3 cups of water and give it a quick stir. Cover the lid and place the pressure cooker on high flame. After the 1st whistle, lower the flame and let the chicken cook on low heat for another 8-10 minutes. After 10 minutes, switch off the gas and open the lid once all the steam has released. Take out only the chicken pieces in another container and let them cool down. In the meanwhile, finely chop some green onions or spring onions and a small stalk of celery. Once the chicken pieces are cool enough to touch, start shredding the flesh, Now switch on the gas again and add the shredded pieces back into the broth. Also add the celery and the sweet corn kernels. Give it a good mix and let it come to a boil. Take 2 tsp of cornflour and add in a little water to it to make a smooth paste. Now add in this cornflour paste to your broth and give it a good stir. Next in a separate bowl, lightly beat 2 egg whites and pour it into the soup. Stir quickly in circular motions as soon as pour the egg white in. Let it come to a boil. Finaly, add the sping onions. Just keep some aside for garnish. check for seasoning. Add more salt or pepper as per your taste and that is it . Your delicious restaurant quality chicken soup is ready.
