How I Lost Weight WITHOUT Exercising!! https://goo.gl/GJpfSV Check this out LOSE Weight fast Weight Loss/ Healing Guide For breakfast, eat a large amount of fruit, preferably melons. If melons aren't available, eat your favorite fruit(s). Try to stay away from bananas. Limit bananas to about twice per week if your goal is to lose weight. You will eat one meal per day with very little to no meat. Whatever meal you decide, you will eat it at least 4 hours before lying down. If you must eat something right before lying down, make it fruit ONLY preferably melon since it is made of mostly water and will easily pass. Oranges is also good since it have the good acids in there to help burn fat. For the rest of your day, you will eat fruit. That means breakfast, dinner, snack time, etc. If you eat nuts, only eat a palm full. As quickly as possible, purchase Magnesium tablets. I have attached the ones I take but you can find them other places. Once per week you will ONLY eat fruit for the entire day. If you can push yourself to do it 3 times per day, that will put you on the fast track. In fact, go ahead and trash all table salt today and buy it no more. *** Everyday you will add a half teaspoon of baking soda to an 8 oz glass of water and drink it at once. ***If you happen to eat something fried(I don't suggest), make sure you take a half a teaspoon of baking soda in an 8 oz glass of spring water when done. Never let the grease just sit on your stomach. *** Cut out any dairy products and soy from your diet. We will only look at ingredients now. Calories don't matter when you consume the right kind of calories. ***I know organic foods is not always possible but if you wanna up your game, be sure to substitute organic instead of regular ESPECIALLY MEATS. (If you have to eat fast food, try Chipotle. They have no hormones, antibiotics, etc) It's actually healthy for you. *** Also Please record your process. This is where the hormone insulin comes in to play. A rise of blood glucose triggers an organ called our pancreas, to produce and then release insulin into our bloodstream. Our pancreas relies on magnesium as a key nutrient for its overall functionality, and more specifically - for creating insulin, via a magnesium-dependent process called protein synthesis. Now, Once insulin is in our bloodstream together with the glucose, it begins to interact with our cell's insulin receptors. This interaction brings glucose transporters to the surface of the cell. It's these transporters that allow glucose to enter our cells, where they are then converted into energy. In addition to creating insulin, we also need magnesium for the function of the insulin receptor, and the less magnesium our cells have, the less effective insulin is at letting glucose enter our cells. But magnesium's role doesn't end here. We also need it inside our cells for the actual conversion of glucose into energy. We also need magnesium for this entire sequence, for fat as well, both from our diets and body stores. The numerous ways that magnesium deficiency are detrimental to health are many and with deeper understanding, the list continues to grow. -Impacts nerve and muscle health There are 18 essential minerals that play roles in all of our body processes. There are 4 that are of particular importance for liver and body health and balance: magnesium, calcium, iron and copper. These 4 are so important because much of our adverse health problems are caused by too much iron and too little magnesium. Magnesium and calcium act together as counterbalances. For example: -Mg calms cells, Ca excites them -Mg necessary to relax muscles, Ca (in concert with potassium) cause muscles to contract -Mg plays a role in keeping blood flowing; Ca is involved in blood clotting -Ca contributes to bone hardness: Mg found mostly in soft body structures -Ca is involved in the fight-or-flight response and in inflammation; Mg is involved in balancing this through calm and reducing inflammation It follows that if we are stressed, maybe caused by work, life, or even extreme exercise, we need plenty of magnesium to regain balance. Magnesium burn rate is the rate at which we burn magnesium. It appears that this rate increases as we age. The idea is to fix mitochondrial functioning through the balancing of magnesium, calcium, iron and copper. Why these four minerals? We have already discussed the importance of calcium and magnesium, so now we should understand iron and copper. Iron is the #1 most abundant mineral on earth. As we go through life, we accumulate iron. Mg and Fe fight over available oxygen. These two mineral events criss-cross at about 40 - when much of the illness, aches and pains kick in. This is largely due to excess iron and deficient magnesium. Iron oxide is involved in the aging processes inside of our mitochondria. It changes enzymatic pathways and can cause a lack of ATP, which our bodies need to function! ATP doesn’t work unless it is complexed with magnesium, which affects the functioning of 3700 proteins in the body. As we go through stress iron builds up in the liver, and as we age magnesium burn rate increases. This rate is also higher when we are under stress. Copper is another important mineral - you can’t make ATP unless you have bioavailable forms of copper. Copper is the mineral that makes sure that things are oxidized properly. Dandelion acts as a natural diuretic, which is any substance that promotes diuresis, that is, the increased production of urine. Dandelion causes kidneys to increase the volume of urine and expel the extra salt accumulated inside the body. By stimulating more urine production, dandelion affects the blood volume and water balance in your body, causing excess fluid to move out of the body tissues. Additionally, dandelion contains taraxasterol. The diuretic effect of dandelion is believed to be due to taraxasterol. This plant sterol removes fluids from spaces between tissues and the skin. Taraxasterol is also anti-allergic, anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory. (1,2,3) Magnesium: Magnesium is important in the body because of its affinity for phosphates in biological systems. For this reason, it is needed for any biochemical reaction involving ATP (Adenosine triphosphate), the chief energy molecule in the cell. Magnesium is also required for synthesizing DNA and RNA. In humans, the mineral can be found mostly in the skeleton and inside the cells. Exercise: Aside from diuretics, such as dandelion and magnesium, exercise can also play a role in the reduction of water retention. Exercise does not need to be intense - simple, regular exercises are appropriate, and you should take a few minutes of rest while exercising to prevent the development of exercise-induced edema.
