In this video we are going to talk about the 6 tips doing ketogenic diet with a sluggish gallbladder. So many people have a sluggish gallbladder and those symptoms would be bloating after you eat, right side of underneath the ribcage feels full and kind of maybe even sore and painful, pain that goes up into the right shoulder blade, intolerance with fat, when you are going to the bathroom it floats, burping, belching, indigestion, headaches on the right side and anything on the right side. Those are signs of sluggish gallbladder. I am going to give you some tips that you can be able to do ketogenic diet with a sluggish gallbladder and it will actually improve it. No. 1, I always recommend to adding intermittent fasting to the ketogenic diet simply because it allows the gallbladder to reset. If you think about the purpose of the gallbladder, it is a sac that helps concentrate bile. You are going to have to concentrate bile between meals. When you are snacking all day and eating too much and too frequently, you will never concentrate the bile to the point where it supposed to be like 20x more concentrated. That way when you eat, this concentrated bile really helps emulsify and break down the fats extracting the fat soluble vitamins as compared to having some dilute bile that doesn’t really do the job because you are eating frequently. Taking the stress off the liver and the gallbladder, the way to do that is through not eating or intermittent fasting, 3 meals no snack and then to 2 meals no snack.
