Dehydration can cause significant problems even if you aren’t pregnant. And your pregnant body is already more susceptible to overheating and dehydration as it is. Exercising without water can be extremely dangerous to you and your baby. Doctor’s say that, just 2% dehydration can cause serious damage to pregnancy.
So, never forget to take your bottle with you.
