How Video Games Change Your Brain
There has always been a debate on whether video games change your brain or not. What's the truth about games and the brain? How cell phones and video gaming can help cancer patients | Dr. David Odde | TEDxMinneapolis
Almost all of our data from cancer patients' cells is obtained after killing the cells. Why not keep the cancer cells alive, and first make movies of their dynamics? In this talk, I describe how we could then use these movies to build computer models that predict patient prognosis and point to potential therapeutic strategies. Trained as a chemical engineer, David Odde studies the molecular mechanics of cell division and migration, applying state-of-the-art mathematical modeling to fight a great nemesis: cancer. His team’s groundbreaking progress in fighting cancer is no small feat. Continued innovation is as critical as ever. In many respects, the camera on your smartphone is more technologically advanced than the most sophisticated equipment Odde uses in his research. Only now, in the 21st century, is oncology beginning to embrace mathematical and computational modeling. Why not capitalize on our progress in personal digital technology to make a significant impact on the world? This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx

Does video gaming ruin people's lives? | Antonius van Rooij | TEDxGhent
League of Legends, World of Warcraft and Counter Strike are only three video games among hundreds but they all have one thing in common: once you get hooked it is hard to stop playing. But when does gaming behaviour become a serious problem? Does gaming „eat“ the soul of our children? In his talk Antonius van Rooij will explain the science behind video game addiction. Antonius van Rooij successfully defended his PhD on the same topic in 2011 and is currently employed as a senior researcher at the iMinds research group Media & ICT (MICT) at Ghent University. He is active in several Dutch and Flemish public health initiatives that aim to translate scientific information about the risks and benefits of gaming to the general public through websites, online self-tests, and streamed video. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx

Such a beautiful day The sun’s shining in a beautiful way gonna take a shower, brush my teeth and Life is ultimately meaningless ....Uhh (cough)... but I'll get out of the house Get on the road, top down, hands out Put on my favorite song and nod to the rhythm The planet’s being destroyed by your carbon emissions But I- I- , I’ll head to class try my best on every test til I pass and my grades are screaming in my face - Ayyyy 98 percent of what you learn is a waste. I get to hang out with all my friends My friends are the friendliest friends Can't think of a better way to spend my time Your brain is flawed and all your friends will die Nevermind! I’m alive in the greatest nation! So proud of- the exploitation of natives This graceful bird means freedom for all Tell that to the slaves and bald eagles aren't bald I can live in the moment, milk every second at any time you could get clinical depression But I'll just be happy, no matter what’s in store it’s quite genetic and we have no cure uhh- at least (CHORUS ) We are young not for long Life is fun It only goes downhill We gotta make the most of it, Make the most of it or you'll regret it We are young For now Life is fun for some people We gotta make the most of it, Make the most of it Good luck Woo! I got a brand new job today! Doin stuff that'll help the economy I'll save money and buy things at the store Banks can crash and capitalism is flawed And it’s all because of my hard work And the thousand advantages you lucked into at birth I put a lotta effort in my resume! Good thing you don't have a black person’s name I'm proud to be a functioning member of society Finally, I can be the citizen I dream to be part of the community, contribute with my tax What could possibly stop me? The shrinking middle class I’ve at least got a nice stable job Until it’s outsourced to china or replaced by a robot OH GOD- Well then I could relax a bit You'll be empty with nothing to distract from it But man I'm a passionate graduate I can be different and I have a career paths to pick from I could be a rapper or an animator if I'm lucky Neither of those will make you happy, trust me I'm able to choose what I pursue You're a slave to people born richer than you Then screw it, I'll keep going in then I'll party on the weekend and sing Thanks to autotune (CHORUS ) Life is a wonder You’ll never know the answer Nature is a miracle Natural disasters It’s good to be alive You could wake up with cancer But I'm healthy Healthy people still get cancer I love this show It’s the last episode The sun is shining It’s going to explode Every species is beautiful and unique though Children have malaria thanks to mosquitoes I met a cute girl with a ponytail Statistically that relationship is going to fail I have a wonderful family, it’s like no other You're not special and one day you'll bury your mother No matter what I can find a home! We. Will. All. Die. Alone. There’s amazing potential in every human on earth There’s no escaping the heat death of the universe I don't have to live life based on negative parts No matter how bad they are, they're just thoughts Yeah that’s fair wait really? yeah that seems reasonable wait-wait-wait-wait but you were just telling me whatever man, I dunno, live your life how you want, I'm not forcing you to do anything, I'm just saying. Oh...Well in that case... (CHORUS )

What Happens To Your Body And Brain If You Don't Get Sleep
Sleep expert Matthew Walker breaks down the many effects of sleep deprivation on your brain and body. Tech Insider tells you all you need to know about tech: gadgets, how-to's, gaming, science, digital culture, and more. Subscribe to our channel and visit us at: http://www.businessinsider.com/sai TI on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/techinsider TI on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tech_insider/ TI on Twitter: https://twitter.com/techinsider -------------------------------------------------- Following is the transcript of the video: Matthew Walker: My name is Matthew Walker, I am a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, and I am the author of the book "Why We Sleep." We certainly know that a lack of sleep will actually prevent your brain from being able to initially make new memories, so it's almost as though without sleep the memory inbox of the brain shuts down and you can't commit new experiences to memory. So those new incoming informational emails are just bounced, and you end up feeling as though you're amnesiac. You can't essentially make and create those new memories. We also know that a lack of sleep will lead to an increased development of a toxic protein in the brain that is called beta amyloid and that is associated with Alzheimer's disease because it is during deep sleep at night when a sewage system within the brain actually kicks in to high gear and it starts to wash away this toxic protein, beta amyloid. So if you're not getting enough sleep each and every night, more of that Alzheimer's-related protein will build up. The more protein that builds up, the greater your risk of going on to develop dementia in later life. What are the effects of sleep deprivation on the body? Well, there are many different effects. Firstly, we know that sleep deprivation affects the reproductive system. We know that men who are sleeping just five to six hours a night have a level of testosterone which is that of someone ten years their senior. So a lack of sleep will age you by almost a decade in terms of that aspect of virility and wellness. We also know that a lack of sleep impacts your immune system. So after just one night of four to five hours of sleep, there is a 70% reduction in critical anticancer-fighting immune cells called natural killer cells. And that's the reason that we know that short sleep duration predicts your risk for developing numerous forms of cancer. And that list currently includes cancer of the bowel, cancer of the prostate, as well as cancer of the breast. In fact, the link between a lack of sleep and cancer is now so strong that recently the World Health Organization decided to classify any form of nighttime shift work as a probable carcinogen. So in other words, jobs that may induce cancer because of a disruption of your sleep rate rhythms. We also know that a lack of sleep impacts your cardiovascular system because it is during deep sleep at night that you receive this most wonderful form of effectively blood pressure medication. Your heart rate drops, your blood pressure goes down. If you're not getting sufficient sleep, you're not getting that reboot of the cardiovascular system, so your blood pressure rises. You have, if you're getting six hours of sleep or less, a 200% increased risk of having a fatal heart attack or stroke in your lifetime. There is a global experiment that is performed on 1.6 billion people twice a year and it's called daylight saving time. And we know that in the spring, when we lose one hour of sleep, we see a subsequent 24% increase in heart attacks the following day. Another question, perhaps, is what is the recycle rate of a human being? How long can we actually last without sleep before we start to see declines in your brain function or even impairments within your body? And the answer seems to be about 16 hours of wakefulness. Once you get past 16 hours of being awake, that's when we start to see mental deterioration and physiological deterioration in the body. We know that after you've been awake for 19 or 20 hours, your mental capacity is so impaired that you would be as deficient as someone who was legally drunk behind the wheel of a car. So if you were to ask me what is the recycle rate of a human being, it does seem to be about 16 hours and we need about eight hours of sleep to repair the damage of wakefulness. Wakefulness essentially is low-level brain damage.

What'll Happen to You If You Start Eating 3 Eggs a Day?
Eggs have been getting a bad rap in the health and fitness community because they are associated with cholesterol and weight gain. Others say they may trigger a heart attack. But you might be missing more benefits than you realized. Bright Side will crack the myths behind eggs, especially the egg yolks and let you know what will happen if you eat 3 eggs a day. TIMESTAMPS: What an egg contains 1:02 Eggs keep you full and help with weight loss 3:44 Eggs improve eye health 4:16 Eggs keep your bones healthy 4:54 Eggs prevent iron deficiency 5:17 Eggs help with brain development in infants and fetuses 5:42 How to choose the right egg 6:35 What will happen if you eat 3 eggs a day 8:11 Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY: - Eggs have been getting a bad rap in the health and fitness community because they are associated with cholesterol and weight gain. Others say they may trigger a heart attack, and people who want to lose weight usually remove eggs from their diet. But what if you tried to eat 3 eggs a day? You might be missing more benefits than you realized. - Egg contain calories, protein, healthy fats, folate, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, and vitamins A, B5, B12, B2, D, E, K, and B6. They also contain omega-3 fatty acids and dietary cholesterol. - A large egg contains about 6 g of high-quality protein, which may help you eat less for several hours after a meal. As a result, this helps you lose weight. - Egg yolks contain lutein, which helps reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration and cataracts. It contains zeaxanthin, which protects you from the sun’s harmful UV rays. - Egg yolks improve bone metabolism and prevent the risk of osteoporosis. They are also a source of iron. - The yolks can also help to prevent birth defects during pregnancy. Vitamin B is important for the development of the spinal cord and fetal nervous system. It also helps prevent breast cancer, according to a study. - There are 4 types of eggs, and they are organized based on where the hen is raised and fed. Brown and white eggs have the same nutritional value according to the USDA (who debunked all previous myths on this matter). - A study from the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Connecticut revealed that a person who consumes 3 eggs a day may experience more of an increase in good cholesterol and decrease in bad cholesterol than someone who eats the same amount of egg substitute. This particular topic is about an important underlying building block for video games; their performance. We hope you enjoy...! Most of the music tracks are high-quality video game rips provided by SiIvagunner. Did you rike them? Lots of random bits of footage were pulled from around Youtube as well, and while I had a list of credits at one point, I kind of ended up losing it over the months of this project. : P if you happen to find your footage was used in this video and you're none too happy about it for whatever reason, then PM or something and I'll sort it out. (P.S. While this is meant in good joking fun, I seriously don't approve of developers making PC ports or PC games with some kind of 30 fps cap or something, in cases where it would take minimal effort to do things the "right" way. Just maybe not enough to boycott it or anything assuming the game is otherwise solid.) P.S. I'm sorry that this video might be hard to watch, (for several reasons).

Ultraviolence in Gaming Should NOT Stop and How Microsoft Surface Could Affect Gaming
The Bearded Gamer gets into the week's news with thatgamecompany's kickstarter campaign, SSX's success, SteelSeries' new headset that benefits breast cancer research, the biggest Diablo III patch to date, and Australia finally gets mature games. Microsoft recently announced their proprietary tablet called Surface and the Bearded Gamer wonders aloud how the device may affect video games. Finally, The Bearded Gamer calls out Warren Spector's comments about ultraviolent video game and why they don't need to stop, but why maybe developers should really think about their violence. *Correction: Warren Spector was not involved with Deus Ex: Human Revolution, only with the first two Deus Ex games. Some claim it's a wonder drug for epilepsy, severe autism, and even to quell the harsh side effects of chemotherapy, while others decry pumping marijuana into still-growing bodies. We went to the small town of Pendleton, Oregon, where medical marijuana is legal, to visit Mykayla Comstock, an eight-year-old leukemia patient who takes massive amounts of weed to treat her illness. Her family, and many people we met along the way, believe not only in the palliative aspects of the drug, but also in marijuana's curative effect—that pot can literally shrink tumors. The Validity of Video Games – Season One, Episode 5
Daniel's instinct is to think of video games as mostly a waste of time. Can Kyle convince him otherwise? Is the storytelling approach to video games unique to our age? Together they play the video game "That Dragon Cancer" and get emotional talking about death.    Media Discussed: Much of this show discusses the video game 'That Dragon Cancer' http://www.thatdragoncancer.com available for Mac, PC, iOS, and Android. We briefly mention the board games Operation and Life, and describe the puzzle game Rush Hour http://www.thinkfun.com/products/rush-hour/ Video games mentioned include the Final Fantasy series, Golvellius, Tetris, the Battlefield series, the Call of Duty series, the Halo series, and Zelda: Ocarina of Time (which Kyle claims is the best video game of all time). Kyle first heard of That Dragon Cancer through an episode of This American Life http://www.radiolab.org/story/cathedral/ That episode consisted of clips from “Thank You For Playing,” a documentary film on the game. Daniel first learned of the game through the Christ and Pop Culture Facebook Forum, which you can join by becoming a member here: https://christandpopculture.com/member-benefits/ Daniel said that the game was covered by Wired Magazine https://www.wired.com/2016/01/that-dragon-cancer/ The New York Times (see below), and had meant to say The New Yorker http://www.newyorker.com/culture/culture-desk/a-video-game-about-terminal-cancer rather than The New York Post. The only other video game that Daniel has played all the way through is the beautiful Monument Valley http://www.monumentvalleygame.com/ Kyle's other podcast is Whatever This Is https://itunes.apple.com/ca/podcast/whatever-this-is/id532925138?mt=2 Daniel quotes from two articles on the game. The first is "Slaying the dragon: Video games, fairy tales, and seeing life in this world as it really is" http://st-eutychus.com/2016/slaying-the-dragon-video-games-fairy-tales-and-seeing-life-in-this-world-as-it-really-is/ written by Nathan Campbell. It contrasts the experience of playing Fallout 4 with playing That Dragon Cancer. Here is that full quote: "Fallout 4 relies on the premise that you can be totally in control of everything — put the right machines together, make the right choices, control the world and your environment just right — and you’ll live, not just you, but the society you’re building. That Dragon, Cancer makes it clear this promise is a baldfaced lie. It doesn’t matter how good you are at pulling levers, or knowing stuff — the monster will take down the machines every time. Hope is found somewhere beyond the machine." Daniel highly recommends the whole article, especially since it quotes Assumptions favourites James K. A. Smith and Charles Taylor.  The second quote came from The New York Times' profile on the game "This Video Game Will Break Your Heart" https://mobile.nytimes.com/2016/02/06/arts/that-dragon-cancer-video-game-will-break-your-heart.html which quotes Amy Green, co-creator of the game. "One of the great strengths of video games is that automatically a player goes into a game expecting to have some agency,” Mrs. Green said. “And it felt like the perfect way to talk about cancer, because all a parent wants is to have some agency.” Finally, at the end of the show Kyle describes the video game The Stanley Parable https://www.stanleyparable.com/ Further Reading: In addition to the outstanding St Eutychus and The New York Times pieces mentioned above, here are some additional pieces on the game. This short reflection was written by an atheist as he played the game. It includes the haunting line, "I have been staring at this cursor for a long time.  Help me, someone else write this. I want there to be a God, there should be one, because these people deserve an answer." https://www.penny-arcade.com/news/post/2016/01/13/unhelpful-ism For a thoughtful Christian perspective on the game, this piece from The Gospel Coalition https://www.thegospelcoalition.org/article/that-dragon-cancer) ishelpful. Here are some interesting quotes: “That Dragon, Cancer” is a hard experience to reduce to language, and perhaps this is part of why Ryan Green, Joel’s father, chose the medium of video games to tell the story. Things like sorrow, pain, fear, and doubt can be named and, to a certain extent, described; but as long as they are mere words and concepts their power is limited." "Often, the allure of video games is that the player is granted special power and agency. One becomes a soldier, business magnate, or superhero at the press of a button. “That Dragon, Cancer”frustrates and subverts the normal expectation of agency. Players are given game-like tasks, like navigating Joel through a field of cancer cells as he clings to a handful of balloons, or racing a wagon...

7 Benefits of Drinking Carrot Juice - Digestion - Weight Loss - Recipe
Learn More About Organifi Green Juice: http://www.fitlife.tv/ogj2?wtm_source=google&wickedid=176050551314 Drew explains some of the many benefits of carrot juice. Simple easy juice first thing in the AM. To help with. Carrot Juice Promotes Healthy Digestion When you think about good digestion, you may only think about the comfort of having a good poop, no constipation, no bloating, no gas and so on, but healthy digestion is more important than that. Healthy digestion is necessary for the proper absorption of nutrients in your food. Drinking carrot juice stimulates the secretion of digestive juices so that your body can benefit from all the macro- and micro nutrients you consume. The fiber content also feeds your good bacteria, keeping the bad bacteria in check and in balance (it is still beneficial to take some probiotics to help aid healthy digestion: check out our amazing Biotic Balance Probiotic at our new store!). Carrot Juice Can Improve Your Eyesight You heard it as a child and it’s true: carrots are good for your eyes. The reason for that is that they contain lutein and beta-carotene, which keep your retina stay in healthy condition. Keeping your eyes healthy is especially important in today’s world where we spend our days glued to various screens – smart phones, laptops, computers, tablets, TVs, movie screens, video games, etc. – under artificial lights indoors. So drink up your carrot juice! Your eyes will be sure to thank you. Carrot Juice Regulates Your Blood Sugar If you are worried about the sweetness of carrot juice, don’t be. Carrot juice actually can regulate your blood sugar. It is loaded with carotenoids, which are plant-based pigments full of antioxidant properties. They lower your blood sugar and keep it at a normal level. Carrot Juice Can Help Your Skin Carrot juice is a powerful source of vitamin A, which protects damaged skin cells and keeps your skin hydrated. Say goodbye to wrinkles and lines, say hello to youthful and glowing skin. Carrot juice is also effective for psoriasis and other skin conditions. Carrot Juice Can Give You A Healthy Glow Besides providing you with youthful skin, carrot juice can also help your complexion glow. It can help your liver to detoxify your body, which helps make your skin look bright and clear. Carrot juice also gives your complexion a slight orange hue that can make you look suntanned even in the winter time. No, you will not turn orange like Garfield, simply bright and healthy. Carrot Juice May Prevent Cancer The carotenoids in carrot juice are loaded with antioxidant properties that can keep away cancer cells. It is associated with being effective against colon, bladder, cervix and larynx cancer. The Gerson Therapy that seems to be a powerful alternative treatment for cancer also uses a plentiful amount of carrot juice in the protocol. Carrot Juice Lowers Bad Cholesterol Carrot juice is full of potassium that is known for potentially lowering your bad cholesterol. It is also full of fiber that is incredibly healthy for your cardiovascular system. Now you see how powerful carrot juice can be? It is also yummy – I dare you to try it! How To Make Carrot Juice Just grab some carrots and juice them! Seriously! It’s THAT easy! Peel 3 – 5 carrots and run them through your juicer. Then drink it slowly. You can also make other juices using carrots as an ingredient. Here are a few examples to help get you started: Carrot-Apple Juice Print Ingredients 1 Granny Smith apple (or apple of your choice) 2 - 3 carrots (peeled) 1 inch ginger (optional) Click here to SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/2fw7xYU Powered by Organifi... PE Interactive Video Game - Microsoft Imagine Cup, Spring 2012
Title of Project PE Interactive (video game) The Problem Children that undergo cancer treatment show decreased physical strength and endurance. This is coupled with increased fatigue and depression, when compared to peers without cancer. Play is essential for providing a healthy escape for children as well as allowing them to adapt to changes and express their feelings. This is significantly different for children affected by cancer. There is little research currently addressing this specific problem, but two things are known. Empowerment creates a fighting spirit that helps battle the disease and physical exercise improves cardio-respiratory fitness, mood and quality of life. Solution Design and create a video game that utilizes motion controlled technology to bridge specific physical exercise with empowerment, thus helping patients connect their physical progression with psychological cues and visualize overcoming their disease. This will be achieved by both by sensory feedback and by metaphors. For example the patient will see a character on screen getting stronger and overcoming obstacle (diseases) which the patient will then internalize. The in game character will be progressively getting stronger as the patient is progressively getting stronger in real life. The game will always have a win state and the patient can never lose. However, difficulty can be increased or lowered depending on the individual case of the patient. The game will be released on commercially available hardware (console). Some of the benefits from using this hardware include: Specifically used for games and instant recognition from children, allows up to four players, controllers can gather high fidelity data and numerous metrics, easy to acquire and purchase. Fortnite: What happens to your brain when you play
Fortnite is one of the most popular video games in the world. The game’s Battle Royale mode, where 100 players fight against each other to be the last person standing, is played by millions all over the world. But what actually happens to our brains when we play, what is it that keeps us playing and why is Fortnite so popular? (Click to subscribe for more Channel 4 News videos. https://www.youtube.com/channel4news?sub_confirmation=1) Fortnite Battle Royale uses psychological tools such as uncertain rewards, dopamine and flow theory to give players an experience which their brains constantly want more of. It has led to some gamers playing hours at a time, and some have even experienced ‘Fortnite addiction’, similar to gaming addiction which was recently classed as a mental illness by the World Health Organisation and the NHS. But some experts say it's unfair to blame games like Fortnite as the cause of the addiction, because there are often other underlying problems.

Breast cancer... or... Dragon Fighting Warrior Princess
Breast Cancer... or... Dragon Fighting Warrior Princess...what do you think? I am a mum of three young children and live in Sydney Australia. In December 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. To be precise, I had a 4cm hormone positive and Her2 positive tumour in my right breast and a lymph node that was cancerous. A few weeks after diagnosis I had a lumpectomy, followed by a mastectomy two weeks later. This was followed by 6 months of chemo therapy (4x AC, 12x taxol), 25 radiation treatment and 17 herceptin IV infusions. I must have had about 130 days with medical appointments in the 15 months following diagnosis. I told my children that I had breast cancer and I explained what cancer is and my treatment would involve. The surgeon would cut my breast off to remove the cancer. Then chemotherapy would aim to destroy all fast growing cells in my body (like the cancer cells), but it would also destroy the healthy fast growing cells like those that grow hair. That is why my hair would all fall out. Radiation was aiming to destroy any cancer cells that might still lurk around in the chest and axilla area. They understood all that. However I also made up a story. The story is about how one night a bird pecked at my window. She asked for my help, to fight a dangerous dragon. I got my sword and got ready to fight the dragon. I found him and a battle started. The dragon managed to scratch me with his big sharp claws. He scratched my right breast off. He then started breathing flames and burnt all the hair of my head. I finally managed to wound the dragon. He got scared and flew away, hopefully never to return. I might look like an ordinary mum, but my bald head and the scar on my chest are proof that I am secretly a Dragon Fighting Warrior Princess. Initially I made up the story for my children, who were 2, 3 and 5 when I was diagnosed. My boys love dragons and swords and fighting. My little girl loves princesses. That is how I became a Dragon Fighting Warrior Princess, which ticks all the boxes for my three kids. It took me a while to realise how much comfort this story brought not only to my children but also to myself. Sometimes I look in the mirror and see a woman scarred by breast cancer. Sometimes I look in the mirror, and see a Dragon Fighting Warrior Princess. I finished active treatment in March 2015 and had my last surgery (the removal of my port) in May 2015. Now I take a anti-hormone (Tamoxifen) pill every day. My doctors don't know if the treatment destroyed all the cancer cells. Maybe it the cancer cells are all gone and cancer might never come back. Or maybe it has already metastasized and I will start feeling symptoms of metastatic cancer next month on next year. There is no way of knowing if the cancer is still present, so I will have to wait and see. Living with the fear of the cancer metastasizing (spreading to other parts of the body) has been overwhelming at times. Making this video with my beautiful family has been cathartic. It was good to look back on the past and what we went through the last two years. It was really good to translate our story into drawings, words, photographs, acting. Is was really awesome to work together as a team to make this memory that we can keep. I hope this video will provide some closure for me and my family and enable me to look forward without being overwhelmed by fear. We made this video for us. However if it entertains, comforts or inspires families who are dealing with illness we would be delighted. This is our story. Love, Carla DragonFightingWarriorPrincess@gmail.com

The Scythian - Positive Female Characters in Video Games
Please watch: "The Courageous Life of Ida B. Wells #OrdinaryWomen" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ip-SEYvRTA -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- In the debut episode of our series on Positive Female Characters, we celebrate the Scythian, the protagonist of Capybara Games’ 2011 release Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP. This episode examines how Sword & Sworcery employs widely recognizable action adventure game tropes to make the Scythian’s quest feel like the stuff of video game legend, and how in doing so, it asserts that women can fill the role of the mythic hero as effectively as men can. For more information on the game visit their website: http://www.swordandsworcery.com/ Full transcript is available at: http://wp.me/pwSlB-7GJ
