In fact, research has demonstrated1-3 the vital role this mineral plays in your cardiovascular health, by reducing your risk for hypertension, stroke, heart attack and plaque build-up in your arteries. This invaluable mineral is important to the health of every cell and organ, playing a role in over 600 different reactions in your body. So what mineral am I speaking of?... It’s Magnesium! When magnesium levels are low, you can have major problems in your muscles and organs. Symptoms of a deficiency can include unexplained fatigue or muscle weakness, abnormal heart rhythms, eye twitches, muscle spasms, restlessness, insomnia and even hair loss. It is quite possible to be unaware of a deficiency, which is why it has been dubbed the "invisible deficiency." Some researchers estimate that up to 80% of American do not get enough magnesium from their diet to replace the magnesium lost.(1) I bring this up because studies have shown that less than 25% of US adults are getting the minimum requirements for magnesium - which is only about 300 mgs for women and 400 mgs for men.(2) Magnesium & Blood Pressure I could go on and on about the importance of Magnesium, but I hope you get the point. However, today I want to focus on lowering your blood pressure. If you didn’t already know, 1 out of 3 Americans (33%) suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension).3 … which can increase your risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Sadly, ½ of these people don’t even know they have hypertension and less than 20% have this under control.(3) In fact, having high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer” because there are no real symptoms. Other than getting your blood pressure tested regularly, it’s hard to tell if yours will be elevated or if it’s normal. However, the good news is that in a clinical study5, people who had the highest levels of serum magnesium, had a 48% lower risk of hypertension 69% lower risk of type 2 diabetes 42% lower risk for CAC, which is the hardening of your arteries. All very positive for your heart and overall health. Better Than A Drug? One type of drug prescribed for hypertension are “calcium channel blockers”. These are medicines which relax and widen blood vessels, therefore allowing the blood to flow through the blood vessels smoothly, lowering blood pressure. The good news is that magnesium acts like a calcium channel blocker, easing blood vessel flow and lowering blood pressure – naturally, without any synthetic drugs. It was found in a human clinical study6 of more than 8,500 people that a higher intake of magnesium may decrease the risk of high blood pressure. Where To Get Your Magnesium From Unfortunately, getting optimal magnesium levels can be difficult because most foods are depleted of vitamins and mineral. And most supplements of magnesium are poorly absorbed. FOODS As far as best “magnesium-rich” foods, most of it is greens and vegetables: Spinach Beet greens Collard greens Turnip greens Broccoli -Raw seeds -Raw nuts -Fatty fish SUPPLEMENTS Obviously, taking a pill a lot easier and more efficient. Unfortunately, there are about 9 common forms of magnesium supplements, which can get very confusing. Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate Magnesium Oxide Magnesium Citrate Etc. So What’s The Best Form? Over the years, I’ve tested many different forms and combinations and I’ve discovered the best is a combination of 4 different magnesium's, which are clinically proven for maximum absorption: TRAACS® Magnesium Glycinate Amino Acid Chelate Albion® Di-Magnesium Malate Magnesium Citrate ======================================== Thank you for watching. Plus, high blood pressure causes fatigue, hair loss, impotence, memory problems, inflammation and lots of other ailments that negatively affect the quality of your life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. The shocking statistics reveal that 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worst of all, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 And the bigger problem is that high blood pressure has no warning signs or symptoms. People think high blood pressure causes headaches or dizziness, but these are rare. So What’s The Solution? Okay, so now we know just how bad it is – so, what are the solutions? In a previous video I’ve covered all the various drug options and how they all have negative side-effects. They’re okay to short term to quickly lower extremely high blood pressure. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Additionally, the resulting lower blood pressure isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood pressure quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And because of this, people are able to lower their blood pressure and KEEP it at a healthy level daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered 10 natural ingredients that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure: Let’s first start with the top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts. Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 5 most important ones are: Magnesium blend - There are many forms of magnesium and each has a different function, bioavailability and absorption factor. Potassium is very important because it balances sodium, which causes water retention and higher blood pressure levels. It’s a natural diuretic. Vitamin D3, B6 and C work together to improve stress hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone levels, both causing hypertension. And finally, one of my favorite amino acids, L-Arginine. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. → 3 Things You Didn’t Know Can Cause Poor Blood Flow & Circulation

06:04
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow and circulation in only 30 days - NO drugs or diets! ►►http://drsam.co/yt/30DaysSolution ======================================= 3 Things You Didn’t Know Can Cause Poor Blood Flow & Circulation ======================================= So today I’m going to quickly discuss 3, little-known causes of poor blood flow and circulation. 1 -- Binge Drinking Studies have shown that drinking a glass of alcohol (distilled spirits, wine, or beer) a day can help the heart function better. It also helps maintain balance and the right proportions of fat in the blood and helps lower your chances of developing blood clots and blocked arteries. However, science also reveals that more than two drinks of alcohol a day can harm the heart. How?... Large amounts of alcohol can affect how the heart works. If the heart isn’t pumping blood throughout your body effectively, other organs may suffer from lack of oxygen or nutrients. If the person drinking has clogged blood vessels, the heart has to work even harder. Studies1 on middle-aged and older people resulted in linking binge drinking to a higher risk of cardiovascular diseases like stroke, sudden cardiac death, and heart attack. Binge drinking may also lead to hardening of your arteries, which further increases your risk of cardiovascular disease. Obviously, binge drinking should be avoided in order to have a healthy blood circulation. Typically, binge drinking happens in groups. So try to limit the time you spend with your friends who tend to be binge drinkers. 2 -- Sitting For Too Long, Especially With Bad Posture While a brief period of sitting here and there is natural, long periods of sitting day-in and day-out can seriously impact your health and shorten your life. Excessive sitting is bad for your back and is one of the causes of poor circulation. Unfortunately, most of us are sitting even more than ever because of computers. And with prolonged sitting, comes negative damages to your organs The Heart – In a sitting position, blood flow slows down and muscles don’t burn enough fat, which permits fatty acids to clog in the heart much faster. The Pancreas – The body’s ability to properly respond to insulin is badly affected by just one day of prolonged sitting. This leads the pancreas to produce more insulin, and this cause low energy, fat again and diabetes. Colon Cancer – Excessive sitting may increase your risk of colon, breast, and endometrial cancers. So, how can you avoid sitting for too long? Set an alarm on your computer, watch or phone and stand up every 30-60 minutes. Move around, stretch, grab a glass of water or do something physical. If possible, go outside for a quick 10 minute walk. Instead of sitting and talking on your cell phone, walk around. There are no cords, so you have no limits. 3 -- High Intake Of Salt A high intake of sodium is a more common cause of poor circulation. For clarity, I’m referring to regular table salt or salt found in most packaged foods. Not so much with more “natural” salts such as Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt Sodium is a mineral and electrolyte that’s crucial for your body to function well. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention2, around 90% of sodium you get comes from salt. Sodium assists in controlling blood volume and blood pressure. However, your circulatory health may suffer if you get too much of it. A high sodium diet is linked to hypertension. According to the CDC, if sodium rises, blood pressure rises too. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2010 recommends you limit salt intake to less than 2,300 milligrams/day. You should not consume more than 1,500 milligrams daily if you’re over the age of 50, African-American, or have health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or chronic kidney disease. Processed foods and restaurant foods are full of salt. Don’t eat these foods and you’ll be able to avoid the majority of your salt intake. You can also add in potassium rich foods or supplements, to counteract and balance the sodium intake. 11 Signs Your Body Needs More Magnesium

03:49
Magnesium is a mineral found in many types of foods, it plays an essential role in human DNA production, repair and in maintaining healthy bones, nerves and muscles. Though it is readily available, most Americans do not meet their need for magnesium through their diet. you should consider getting your magnesium level checked if you suffer the following 11 symptoms. 1. Low energy. Magnesium is involved in at least 300 different chemical reactions in our body, and a lot have to do with energy production. A sign of low magnesium can be low energy. 2.Insomnia. If you're having a hard time falling or staying asleep, it may be due to low levels of magnesium, particularly if you are experiencing a lot of stress. Stress hormones increase blood pressure and heart rate, this is partly accomplished by depleting the body of its magnesium If there isn't enough magnesium available for the body to replenish itself, sleeping becomes a problem. 3.Constipation. Bowel movements often slow down without enough magnesium in the body. note that magnesium is the main ingredient in many over-the-counter laxatives. 4.Frequent headaches. Magnesium deficiency lowers serotonin levels, causes blood vessels to constrict and affects neurotransmitter function, all related to headaches -- especially migraines. 50% of migraine sufferers have a magnesium deficiency. 5.Twitching or cramping. Because magnesium plays an important role in muscle relaxation, insufficient intake can result in unintended muscle movement. Without magnesium, our muscles would be in a constant state of contraction 6.Low bone density. Magnesium plays a major role in bone formation, and the majority of the body's magnesium is stored in the bones. People with higher intakes of magnesium have a higher bone mineral density. 7.High blood pressure. Magnesium is very important in maintaining a healthy blood pressure, a deficiency can definitely cause pressure to be too high. Eating foods high in magnesium and other minerals can help prevent high blood pressure in people with prehypertension. 8.Type 2 diabetes. Breaking down blood sugars is another of magnesium's jobs in the human body. People with higher amounts of magnesium in their diets tend to have a lower risk of developing diabetes. Research is ongoing to determine whether magnesium therapy can be used in diabetes treatment. 9.Irregular heartbeat. With low magnesium levels, the heart can have trouble staying in its regular rhythm. doctors will often prescribe magnesium supplements for patients who complain of an irregular heartbeat. 10.Increased sensitivity to noise. Not having enough magnesium curtails its role in stabilizing the nervous system, This often results in hyperflexia, an enhanced startle reflex. And 11. Depression and anxiety. Low levels of magnesium in the brain can affect neurological functions that result in all sorts of problems. Studies have shown that some phobias -- such as agoraphobia -- have developed as a result of low magnesium levels.  Please Subscribe! ▶ https://goo.gl/ksfh7M NOTE: The materials and the information contained on Natural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. 💓 Best Supplements to Improve Blood Flow Naturally

How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow in only 30 days (copy the same formula): 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/BloodFlow-Formula Or see the best sleeping position for better blood flow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZgO8yITTyM&index=16&list=PLkoAH5env5qVd3BMOH-jPUsmyuED97_1i ======================================= 💓 Best Supplements to Improve Blood Flow ======================================= They’re okay to short term to quickly improve blood flow should you run into a blood clot or something similar. Sadly, most people just aren’t patient enough to wait for improvements. Additionally, the resulting improvement in circulation, isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood flow quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And this is what we all want. And because of this, people are able to improve their blood flow and strengthen their blood vessels and KEEP it that way daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered about a dozen natural ingredients that are clinically proven to improve blood flow: 4 Proven Herbs Let’s first start with the top 4 clinically proven herbal extracts. Ginger (Standardized Extract 15%) Ginger promotes an anti-inflammatory response. Fight against atherosclerosis, which is the hardening of the arteries. Inhibits abnormal platelet aggregation, which is a part of blood that can "clump" together and cause blood clotting. Increase contractile strength of the heart (strengthens the heart muscle) Nattokinase It fights Fibrin Buildup, which is an insoluble protein that impedes flow of blood (not what you want) Nattokinase is nature’s very own natural blood thinner known to support healthy blood pressure and improve circulation to every part of your body, so you can feel young and energized. Green Tea Extract (98% Polyphenols, 50% EGCG) Contains potent natural antioxidants catechins and flavonoids, which decrease plaque buildup in your arteries. Improves blood flow by increasing production of nitric oxide, promoting vasodilation. Improves both cholesterol and blood pressure levels. White Willow Extract (25% Salicin) Natural form of aspirin, but without the negative side-effects. Helps thin the blood Reduces inflammation Amino Acids In addition to herbs, we have 4 specific amino acids you should take. N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) This is a very important amino acid because it helps remove heavy metals and toxins, helps cleanse your kidneys and boosts your immune system. Even though NAC helps improve blood flow, the main reason I use it is because it helps cleanse your blood and decreases toxins. Having clean blood is just as important as good circulation. L-Carnitine Blend Carnitine is an amino acid that has many heart health benefits. However, a special blend of Acetyl L-Carnitine, Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine (GPLC) and L-Carnitine Fumarate have been scientifically proven to increased blood flow to the brain Increased oxygenation of heart tissue Improve blood flow to vascular tissue Reduce hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis) So the combination of these 3 forms of Carnitine can be magical in results. Vitamins & Minerals Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 4 most important ones are: Magnesium blend Vitamin K2-7 Vitamin D3 Vitamin E ======================================== Thank you for watching. 7 Best supplements that will clean your arteries naturally at home

04:06
7 Best supplements that will clean your arteries naturally at home : Heart attacks are caused by the blood supply to the heart being suddenly interrupted. Without this supply, heart muscles may be damaged and begin to die. fatty deposits called plaque buildup in your arteries, they can narrow the vessels and raise your risk of atherosclerosis and heart disease. Several supplements are available that, over time, might help dissolve plaque and improve the function of your arteries, lowering your risk of chronic circulatory problems. Here are 7supplements that can help you unclog your arteries 1. Take fish oil supplements. If you don’t like fish or don’t have access to fish, you can simply take fish oil supplements to help get omega-3 fats. Look for fish oils that contain EPA and DHA oils. Although you might expect consuming fat to increase arterial plaque, omega-3 fatty acids may help slow plaque deposition and, over time, reduce its amount, according to experts at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Consuming supplements containing these unsaturated, healthy fatty acids can lower levels of blood triglycerides while raising levels of HDL, helping to keep your blood cholesterol in a healthy range. They may also help prevent inflammation of the arterial lining and reduce the risk of blood clots, both of which promote plaque deposits. 2. Take psyllium supplements. If you have difficulty getting enough fiber from foods, you can take psyllium supplements. Psyllium is a water-soluble fiber available in pill and powder forms. 3. Increase soy protein through supplements. Soy proteins are commonly available as powders that you can mix into a variety of foods and beverages (juices, smoothies, etc.). Several studies have shown that soy protein supplementation can have a beneficial effect on your cholesterol levels. 4. Take niacin supplements. You can also take niacin (vitamin B3) to help lower cholesterol levels. However, talk to your physician and monitor niacin supplementation closely. Common side effects at high doses include: • Flushing of the skin • Stomach upset • Headaches • Dizziness • Blurred vision • Increased risk of liver damage 5. Garlic Supplement. Garlic isn't just a culinary herb but is also a useful supplement if you're concerned about arterial plaque and atherosclerosis, according to evidence summarized at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Garlic contains a compound that's converted into allicin when cloves are crushed. Allicin could help lower blood levels of cholesterol by suppressing a liver enzyme that makes cholesterol. This eventually reduces plaque so You can simply add more fresh garlic to your food or take garlic supplements if you don’t enjoy garlic in foods. 6. Take plant sterol supplements. Beta-sitosterol and sitostanol are two additional supplements that may have a positive impact on cholesterol. You can find these options in supplement form at most vitamin shops or health food stores. 7. Take coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10) supplements. CoQ-10 is an essential nutrient used to treat a variety of heart and blood vessel conditions. It can also counteract muscle pain resulting from other cholesterol-lowering medications called “statins.” Consider taking CoQ-10 if your doctor has prescribed one of these medications. check out my other similar videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFE8MFBZURI 😍 15 Foods That Unclog Arteries Naturally And Protect Against Heart Attack https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-yVQyl2k4s 😍 7 Lifestyle Changes That Will Clean Your Arteries Naturally And Protect You From Heart Attack NOTE: The materials and the information contained onNatural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. More nutrition tips & videos: http://barbaramendeznutrition.com Good morning everyone and happy Monday! We're at the height of summer and therefore, swimsuit season and I know you are all eager to look your best while on the beach~ But in order to lose any weight, the first thing you need to do is stabilize your blood sugar! Earlier in the year, I posted two videos on this subject. The first one was about lifestyle factors that you need to modify for optimal glucose control and the second was about foods to eat that will help you with your goal. If you've not watched them, go back and do that first before considering supplementation, as modifying those things may be sufficient to help you get to your goal. If you're already eating well and have changed your habits yet you still feel that you're hungry, tired, irritable and generally struggling with an unstable blood sugar, then you may want to consider using supplements to help move you along. In today's video, I discuss the top 7 supplements for balancing blood sugar which in turn will help control your appetite and cravings and help you lose weight. Remember though, before beginning any supplementation with vitamins or herbs, that you discuss it with a health care practitioner familiar with your case, particularly if you are currently on medication for diabetes or hypoglycemia. Once you've watched the video, I'd love to hear from you! Are there any supplements you've used in the past that have helped you feel less hungry, lessened your cravings and supported healthy weight loss? If so, leave your comments in the space below~ Looking forward to hearing your feedback~ Till then, stay well, stay cool and have a great week! xox B

💋 How Poor Blood Flow Causes Erectile Dysfunction & How To Quickly Fix It

06:05
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow in only 30 days and avoided the #1 cause of a heart attack or stroke: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/BetterFlow Or go and watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbNyVIqZ36s =============================================== 💋 How Poor Blood Flow Causes Erectile Dysfunction & How To Quickly Fix It =============================================== However, today I want to discuss how poor blood flow can also be a major cause of erectile dysfunction. I’ll also reveal 3 clinically proven ways to quickly fix this problem So if you have any degree of erectile dysfunction, you should watch this video. However, if you’re also not achieving rock-solid erections every time you’re going to have sex... like used to when you were younger… Then you should also watch this video because “weak” erections is an indicator that your health is not optimal…. Both in respect to hormonal imbalances, as well as decreased blood flow and circulation. In fact Rush University Medical Center1 states that bad circulation is one of the most common causes of erectile dysfunction, second to hormonal imbalance. What’s interesting is that the newest research shows that men with erectile dysfunction (ED), typically also have heart problems.2 Thus, ED is a pre-warning sign that you may have a heart attack or stroke in the future because you have a buildup of plaque and calcium in your blood vessels.2 3 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Blood Flow & Improve Your Erections =-=-=-=-=- 1 - DIET Diet obviously plays a big role in improving your blood flow and reducing plaque buildup. The good news is that it’s never too late to eat a healthier diet. Just as years of bad eating can damage your body, good eating can help heal it and it can happen quickly. Add more “healthy” fats to your diet. These are typically mono and poly unsaturated fats. They’re found in foods like olives, raw seeds and nuts, avocados, and fish. These should be RAW and uncooked. Eliminate “unhealthy” and artificial sources of trans fats. Most artificial trans fats are found in processed, packaged foods like cookies and snack cakes. These have been heated and are hydrogenated. They are also high in omega 6 fats, which causes inflammation. Even regular so-called “healthy” oils like canola, cause inflammation. Increase your fiber intake. Soluble fiber helps prevent and remove plaque buildup. You can find soluble fiber in foods like vegetables, lentils, beans, and oats. I would also add in fiber supplements as well, especially if you have a hard time getting it all from food. Cut back on sugar. The sugar found in processed foods like cookies, ice cream, and sugar-sweetened beverages has no nutritional value. Unfortunately, sugar is hidden in almost all “man-made” foods. They increase your blood sugar levels... Which when combined with the unhealthy fats, clogs your arteries and reduces blood flow. 2 -- Exercise First, we all need to move more. All we tend to do is sit all day long -- computer, phone, driving, eating, work, etc. The reason exercise is important is because it helps improve your youth hormones, which then helps your body naturally get rid of toxins - this includes plaque. You should lift weights and do cardio - both are needed. And in my opinion, “resistance exercise” is more important than cardiovascular. This means lifting weights - which can be with free weights, machines, cables or simply your own bodyweight. And if you workout quickly, it will also give you a very strong cardiovascular workout at the same time. You only need 3x weekly and I would add in daily walking as well. 3 -- Take Specific Supplements Taking specific herbs, vitamins and minerals that are clinically proven to help your improve blood flow and circulation, will give you the biggest and fastest improvements in preventing AND removing plaque buildup. And thus, improving blood flow to your penis for better, fuller and bigger erections. You can get more information about which herbs, minerals and vitamins are the best, by clicking the special link below this video in the description area. Of course, supplements do NOT take the place of a healthy lifestyle. However, when combined together, it’s like being on “steroids”. You’ll get much faster and more dramatic results, with LESS effort. And for many people, like my own parents, it’s made the biggest difference in removing the plaque build up, while also preventing future growth. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. High Blood Pressure, Vitamin E, Magnesium ~ Understanding

Today I have an understanding of high blood pressure, how magnesium works and how Vitamin E can helo Why is it called hypertension? Maybe I know. Humm ~~Nancy Gurish Your Health And Tech Friend Magazine http://www.livestrong.com/article/301209-vitamin-e-high-blood-pressure/ Here's the link to the Curezone: High blood pressure is serious condition that can increase your chances of developing atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries, heart attack, stroke or kidney disease. According to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, about one in three Americans suffers from high blood pressure. Lifestyle changes, such as reducing stress and increasing physical activity, may help to lower blood pressure. Dietary changes, such as taking vitamin E supplements, may also decrease blood pressure. Ideally, your blood pressure will be less than 120 over 80. Keto and Blood Pressure

CORRECTION: At the end, it should be "INCREASE" potassium DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3362178/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16467502 https://journals.lww.com/acsm-healthfitness/fulltext/2012/05000/SODIUM,_POTASSIUM,_AND_HIGH_BLOOD_PRESSURE.6.aspx https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28396533 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4566462/ https://vitamindwiki.com/Vitamin+K2+decreases+arterial+stiffness+%28cleans+arteries%29+%E2%80%93+RCT+Feb+2015 Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY or go here: https://www.drberg.com/how-to-do-ketosis In this video, Dr. Berg discussed about Keto (Ketogenic Diet) and blood pressures. Sodium and the opposing mineral potassium works together and our body needs 4x as much potassium that we do with sodium. To lower sodium, increase the potassium that will automatically give the ratios the body needs. Potassium helps lowering or normalize blood pressure, we need to take at least 7 to 10 cups of leafy greens per day. A calcified artery usually comes after a chain reaction from damage of high sugar and high levels of insulin because the calcium and the cholesterol is triggered by the damage on the artery wall. Cause of High Blood Pressure: • High sodium higher fluid volume – Potassium helps lowering or normalize blood pressure. Increasing potassium will also help lower insulin and improve insulin resistance. • Artery Calcified – hardening of the arteries and plaquing. Coronary Artery Calcification scan is a great test to detect any calcification in the artery. Vitamin K2 with D3 – helps decalcify and helps remove excess calcium from either the joints or arteries and puts it on the bone where it should belong. It comes from fatty foods, grass-fed meats or dairy. The actual vitamins in fatty foods has the ability to calcify or protect the arteries from accumulating too much calcium. • High Insulin – The arteries become stiff and the blood pressure will go up. It is associated with insulin resistance. • Statins – A medication to lower cholesterol but several of the risk factor is diabetes, insulin resistance and insulin spike. Hey guys today we are gonna talk about keto (ketogenic diet) and blood pressure, probably should add in there IF or intermittent fasting as well. But people can then be put in a diuretic, pull their fluid out and then lower their blood pressure. So one point I wanna bring out is the relationship between sodium and the opposing mineral potassium, they both work together. And we need 4x more potassium as we do with sodium. So what does that mean? It means that if you want to lower sodium, you wanna increase your potassium. Because that is automatically will give you the ratios that you need rather than try to lower your sodium, yes you can do see salt which I recommend but you would be much better off increasing your potassium and one of the reason is because potassium automatically will help you lower your blood pressure or normalize blood pressure and most people do not consume enough potassium-rich foods and I am not talking about bananas, I am talking about leafy greens. The average person consumes 1.6 cups of vegetable per day, we need at least 7 cups to hopefully even 10 if you can actually do that. And that would actually give you a lot closer amounts for your potassium. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, 52 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Low blood pressure can be of a problem if it falls below a manageable level, so it is important to monitor your levels constantly if you suffer with this disease. An suitable reading that is known as normal for blood pressure is 120/80, but sufferers of low hypertension can have readings of 90/60, or sometimes even lower. Right now there is also a suitable low level for athletes or people who live an extremely healthy lifestyle, and of course never smoke. This would be very unusual for a smoker to have less than normal blood pressure measurements unless we were holding unwell or were struggling with some other complaint. However in a lot of people which may have an underlying cardiovascular system disease it might be an alert, or indication of limited blood flow in to the essential organs. This is specifically prevalent in older people. If you are one of those people who have low stress but have no symptoms, then you will probably be wondering when exactly is your pressure too low. First you must understand precisely what exactly low blood pressure is. Because your hypertension changes for every person, when one of you gets a reading of 90 millimeters of mercury (mm hg) or less as systolic parts and 60 mm Hg or less as diastolic readings, eg: 90/60 it is considered low blood pressure. » Best Supplements For Removing Calcium Deposits On Arteries

04:10
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow and circulation in only 30 days - NO drugs or diets! ►► http://drsam.co/yt/CleanYourArteriesNaturally =============================================== Best Herbs, Vitamins and Supplements For Removing Calcium Deposits & Plaque Buildup From Your Arteries =============================================== When attempting to remove calcium deposits from the arteries, most people mistakenly stop taking calcium supplements. This is wrong and counterproductive because calcium has many benefits and it’s a very important mineral, especially in your BONES… But NOT in your arteries and heart. In fact, calcium deposits and plaque buildup is a sign of early aging. So you really need to be proactive and reverse and remove calcium and plaque buildup For anti-aging purposes For improved blood flow and circulation To help reduce your risk of a heart attack or stroke. And the good news is that no matter how old you are or how “bad” things may seem in your arteries, you can DEFINITELY help reverse and remove calcium and plaque buildup… quickly and easily. And the best part is you can do it naturally – no need to ever take medication. I’ve done it over and over again with hundreds and thousands of my clients, including my father! Best Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals Regular, daily exercise and a healthy diet of natural foods is very important for overall health. Unfortunately, there’s no way you can get all of your vitamins and minerals from food, unless you ate thousands of calories daily. And when it comes to plaque and calcium removal, there are some very specific, potent and effective supplements that will give you dramatic results in just a few short weeks. -Vitamin C, D3, E and especially K2-7 (MK7) and Magnesium are very important at removing calcium OUT of your arteries and putting it in your bones where it belongs -Nattokinase reduces Fibrin buildup, which is an insoluble protein that impedes blood flow and thickens your blood. -White Willow Extract and Ginger Extract are anti-inflammatory and also reduces thick, sticky blood and improves circulation. They work great together. -NAC reduces heavy metals, toxins and pesticides from your body and also strengthens your liver… all of which is very important for healthy and clean circulation of your blood. There are a few other good ingredients specific for our goal -- such as green tea extract and a blend of L-Carnitine (Acetyl + Glycine Propionyl) Of course, I’m not expecting or advising you to go out and buy all of these ingredients individually and take them daily because it’s just way too expensive and inconvenient. I know from personal experience because I tried it myself and my parents. It’s not a long-term solution and if you don’t stick to something long-term, you won’t get lasting results. The good news is that under this video you can get access to a simple, proven and effective solution, which eliminates the need to take all of these ingredients by themselves. So it’s easy and it’s what I do myself. 5 Signs And Symptoms Of Magnesium Deficiency

Follow us on Twitter: @foods4health1 Recipes4Health: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2bZhXBHIb51n1fE3VWPmcQ/videos To learn more about the health benefits of food, visit: http://www.benefitsoffood.blogspot.com Consuming enough nutrients to meet our dietary and lifestyle needs is an important part in living a healthy life. A vitamin or mineral deficiency can lead to unwanted health complications and disorders that can negatively impact our quality of life. Magnesium deficiency is no exception to this, and this mineral plays an important role in contributing to our overall health. Magnesium is important for the overall health of our heart, bones, energy, sleep and many other bodily interactions and functions. Foods that are high in magnesium include spinach, pumpkin seeds, swiss chard, avocado, black beans and almonds. Discuss with your medical practitioner to determine the correct amounts of magnesium you should be getting each day. Now, lets discuss some signs and symptoms of magnesium deficiency. 1. A common sign and symptom of magnesium deficiency is an increased risk of weakened bones or bone related ailments such as osteoporosis. This can also increase the risk of bone injuries and bone fractures. Magnesium deficiency can directly lead to weaker bones and lower levels of calcium in the blood, a nutrient that is very important for bone health. A deficiency in this mineral may also lead to reduced bone mass. 2. Another common symptom of magnesium deficiency is fatigue and feelings of weakness. Please note that these feelings of fatigue are often quite severe and common and occur even after having a good nights sleep. Magnesium deficiency can also lead to muscle weakness often attributed to a lack or loss to potassium in the cells found within our muscles. When we are low in magnesium, these two symptoms can appear together. 3. Being deficient in the mineral magnesium may also lead to the symptom of high blood pressure as some studies have shown. This can also put you at risk for developing heart disease. These studies suggest that low levels of magnesium can lead to blood pressure levels rising. One of the most beneficial nutrients to lower blood pressure if magnesium and it can help contribute to better overall heart health. 4. Another common symptom of magnesium deficiency is muscle cramps or muscle twitches. This is often attributed to more calcium flowing into our nerves cells, leading to our muscle nerves being hyperstimulated. Again, these twitches often occur frequently and are persistent when related to magnesium deficiency. 5. Lastly, being deficient in the important mineral magnesium can increase the risk of certain mental disorders such as depression and anxiety. Having a deficiency in magnesium may lead to nerve dysfunction which can increase the risk for these disorders to occur. For all of the above signs and symptoms, it is important that you speak to your medical practitioner to always determine the direct cause and best treatment for you. Thank you for watching the video! Now, they’re good for your heart and blood sugar because they reduce inflammation and blood sugar - even when eaten with carbs such as white rice.2-5 3 - Nuts Raw nuts taste great and are good for you. They’re high in fiber, very low in carbs and contain healthy, essential fats.6-8 All of this helps reduce inflammation and lower blood sugar, A1C and Cholesterol levels. 4 - Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Extra-virgin olive oil is extremely beneficial for heart health and blood sugar. It contains oleic acid… This is a type of monounsaturated fat that has been shown to improve triglycerides and HDL, which are often at unhealthy levels in type 2 diabetes. It also increase the fullness hormone, GLP-1.9 This reduces your cravings, especially for sugars. 5 - Seeds Raw seeds such as flax, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp and sesame seeds have lots of health benefits. They’re very high in fiber and full of amazing minerals and vitamins. They’re proven to help Decrease your risk for heart disease 10 Improve your blood sugar levels 11 Reduce your A1C levels 11 Improve blood flow and circulation 12 6 - Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity and lower fasting blood sugar levels. It may also reduce blood sugar response by as much as 20% when consumed with meals containing carbs. 13-15 7 - Berries Most people are told not to have sugar, especially fructose which is the sugar found in fruit. To a certain degree, this is correct. So those are the 7 foods clinically proven to lower your blood sugar. However, there’s one category even more powerful... Herbs, Plants & Extracts Even though today’s topic is about food… there are specific plants, herbs, spices and extracts which can have dramatically positive effects on your blood sugar -- much more than food. And if you want the truth, plants and herbs are food and probably one the most important categories of food. And specific plants, herbs and extracts can have drug-like results, but without any of the negative side-effects. Which, shouldn’t be surprising because most drugs, well over 50%, are actually based on plants and herbs found in nature. The pharmaceutical companies change the original structure, patent them and make billions. Unfortunately, in the process of changing the natural structure, they also create side-effects. Anyway, my favorite are Bitter Melon, Gymnema Sylvestre, Fenugreek, Banaba Leaf and Cinnamon Extract.18-21 ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. How To Lower Blood Sugar Immediately

05:00
You can find Sensolin here: https://www.truthnutra.com/sensolin-yt In the next 60 seconds I'm going to show how to lower blood sugar immediately and naturally increase insulin sensitivity. So first off, let's take a look at… What is insulin? Insulin is a hormone that's produced by the pancreas, that helps turn sugars from carbohydrates to energy. It also allows the body to store glucose for future use. The muscles and liver store the sugars as glycogen, which causes muscle cells to expand. Likewise, fat cells store the sugar as triglycerides and may expand as well. Now, what is insulin sensitivity, and insulin resistance. Insulin sensitivity is how receptive the body is to the insulin it produces. When the body is properly sensitive to insulin, it uses that insulin produced and effectively removes it from the bloodstream, making energy and storing glucose for later. A healthy body is sensitive to insulin, which means it needs to make less insulin to stay healthy. Better yet, being more insulin sensitive allows the body to utilize carbohydrates properly for more energy, building muscle, and will also help the body store less fat. What's even better, is that greater insulin sensitivity is going to lead to higher T levels in men. Now what are some signs that a person might have poor insulin sensitivity? Or have developed insulin resistance? Higher insulin levels can cause weight gain, higher insulin levels can cause aging, higher insulin levels can cause reduced T, higher insulin levels increases cravings for junk foods, and also leads to blood pressure issues. With all of this in mind, for anyone who feels as though they're one of those people who is constantly riding the blood sugar roller coaster, with blood sugar all over the place, depending on what you eat, when you eat, and you get hangry and get crazy when they don't have food, For everyone who needs help with blood sugar control and needs to increase their insulin sensitivity naturally, and for the good people out there who don't want to go take drugs to achieve this, I've got 3 natural compounds to use today to simply, and quickly increase insulin sensitivity naturally and get control over those cravings once again. Now the first thing is what's known as berberine. Now berberine is an alkaloid extract taken from various plants and it's been used in traditional chinese medicine for centuries. Some of the benefits of berberine include, anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic effects, improved intestinal health, improved cholesterol numbers, increased exercise performance, and decreased blood pressure. Now the recommended dosage for berberine is between 500-1500mg/day. It's also recommended to take this dosage split between 2-3 times throughout the day. Now next up, we have cinnamon ceylon oil. Cinnamon is commonly used as a spice but it's also known for its numerous biological effects on the body. The best type of cinnamon is ceylon because it has lower coumarin content. Cinnamon has a ton of benefits, including reducing the rate at which glucose enters the body, improved glucose usage in cells, lower fasting blood sugar, and improved cholesterol levels. Now the recommended dosage for daily cinnamon intake is between 1-6g per day. And the third compound, the third natural ingredient that you can consume on a daily basis is actually what's known as chromium. Chromium is an essential mineral that's consumed through your diet. It's found in plant products and grains. The benefits of chromium include, a regulation of glucose metabolism, improved insulin sensitivity, it is used to treat glucose intolerance in type 2 diabetes, leads to a great reduction in appetite, improved symptoms of depression, and a noticeable increase in libido with the right amount of chromium. Now the daily recommended dosage of chromium is between 800-1000 mcg. At this point, some of y'all are probably wondering: where do we get all these things? One option is to search around on Amazon and try to find them, but we did at Truth Nutra is that we put together a supplement known as Sensolin (hold up sensolin bottle). Sensolin is specifically designed with these three ingredients at the exact clinical dosages shown in human studies to actually work, to actually help regulate blood glucose and to help with insulin sensitivity. Now we put them all in here, it's a very simple supplement. And it actually works. Signs And Symptom Of Potassium Deficiency You Should not ignore

10:28
Signs You Are Not Getting Enough Potassium. Potassium is one of the body’s most important minerals. It is present in every cell of the human body. In fact, it is one of the body’s four main electrolytes, along with sodium, magnesium and calcium. Being an electrolyte, potassium helps maintain a proper water balance in the body as well as regulate blood pressure. It also plays a role in the digestion of proteins and carbohydrates. Here are the top 10 signs and symptoms that you are not getting enough potassium. 1, Muscle Cramps. 01:02 Frequent muscle cramps, whether during the day or night, is a very common sign of a potassium deficiency. Cramping in the legs, feet and arms is common. Potassium is one of the electrolytes found in all body cells, including muscle and nerve cells. It works with sodium to maintain your cells’ electrical charges, which control muscle contractions and functioning. When this mineral is low in the body, the cells do not send or receive the proper electrical signals to control muscle contractions. This in turn increases the chance of suffering from frequent muscle cramps. The cramps can last from a few seconds to minutes. As significant fluid loss from profuse sweating may cause low levels of potassium, it is important to replenish your body’s potassium after exercise. 2, Muscle Weakness and Damage. 02:02 A low potassium level can have a huge impact on your muscle health. It can impair the function of muscle cells as well as damage the muscles. This leads to profound weakness and muscle stiffness, aching and tenderness. Also, potassium is needed for healing the muscles on a cellular level. Hence, there may also be an increase in muscle tearing or straining with little or no effort. If your muscles feel weak and tired for no apparent reason, you need to get your potassium level checked. 3, General Fatigue. 02:55 Another common symptom of low potassium is a general feeling of fatigue. This kind of fatigue is not due to overexertion or overworking. In fact, the feeling of fatigue and tiredness has no explainable reason. Every cell in the body needs the right amount of potassium to function, and an inadequate amount of this mineral can affect the functioning of cells as well as organs. Thus, a deficiency of this mineral can lead to fatigue and general weakness. 4, Tingling Sensations. 03:45 Potassium is important for the health of your nerves. A low level of this mineral can affect the electrical impulses that pass from the skin and muscles to the spinal cord and brain. This can lead to a loss of sensation along the outer extremities, resulting in the tingling sensations. Usually, this tingling sensation is noticed in the fingers, toes, hands, feet, arms and legs. Low potassium may also contribute to muscle twitching. If you experience tingling sensations in your arms and legs, along with other symptoms mentioned here, there is a strong possibility that you are low in potassium. A simple blood test can confirm this. 5, Heart Palpitations. 04:36 A potassium deficiency can also affect your heart health. It can cause an irregular heartbeat rhythm and heart palpitations for no apparent reason at all. Low potassium can disrupt the rhythmic, coordinated contractions of the heart that are controlled by electrical impulses. On the other hand, an adequate amount of potassium in the body helps protect your heart from heart disease, heart attacks and strokes. No matter what, if you are experiencing heart palpitations, it is important to see a doctor. 6, Mental or Emotional Issues. 05:25 Potassium is important for mental health and brain function. It helps maintain the electrical conductivity of the brain and nerve transmissions. Plus, it plays a key role in transporting serotonin, a neurotransmitter that promotes feelings of well-being and happiness. This is why a low potassium level can contribute to confusion, mood swings, depression, hallucinations and delirium. A 1992 article published in Neuropsychobiology reported a relationship between sodium, magnesium and potassium in depressed patients. 7, Constipation. 06:36 The mineral potassium is important for the digestive system, which is made of smooth muscles that contract rhythmically to aid digestion of food. Low blood levels of potassium can disrupt the functions of the involuntary muscles of the stomach and intestines. Proper functioning of these muscles is needed for digestion, absorption and metabolism to occur. Poor functioning can lead to constipation. 8, High Blood Pressure. 07:21 Potassium helps relax blood vessels, and without enough of it, they can become constricted, which causes blood pressure to rise. Potassium also balances out the negative effects of sodium. When potassium is low, the balance of sodium in the body gets disturbed. This can also affect your blood pressure. http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free guide to shopping for dietary supplements! If there is no glucose in the bloodstream or very little, then this is called hypoglycemia. You probably have experienced some of this when you exercised really hard or have gone a while without eating. Other causes of it would be an illness like kidney or pancreas problems. Using too much prescription medicine, as well as consuming a lot of alcohol can also bring about this problem. The most common indicator someone has low blood sugars would be hunger, since the body is crying out for energy in order to operate correctly. Your heart could be beating faster and you may be feeling nervous or jittery as your body enters into survival mode. Next your skin might turn cold and clammy as fuel is prioritized to important organs to keep the body running. If blood sugar levels drop even further it will bring about worse symptoms. A person's vision could be blurry and they could feel lightheaded, confused and short tempered. I know that If I go without food for a while I begin to get irritable and bad tempered. Also the person might have difficulties with walking, keeping their balance or driving a car. Since the body needs sugar to run and if it stops completely what do you think will happen? Exactly a person could easily pass out, and their body could shut down. Seizures can take place and lastly with no sugar the body will cease to operate, and a person could die. One of the best ways to control blood sugar levels is by ensuring you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. For instance B vitamins have a lot to do with cell health. Various studies show that low levels of vitamin D increases insulin resistance and causes poor control over blood glucose levels. Someone can get these vitamins through eating food, but it's very risky. The truth is that most of the food we eat does not have the vitamins and minerals like it used to. I would highly recommend getting a good multi-vitamin to ensure you're not going to be deficient in any vitamins, which can cause many problems. There are also some herbal remedies that help with blood sugar levels like ginseng. This herb reverses fatigue, strengthens the heart, nervous system and helps someone think. Consuming a green tea supplement or drinking the beverage can help. What it does is boost insulin activity that can transport more glucose to where it's needed. Many of these herbal remedies someone can get by consuming a dietary supplement. I'm a huge fan of dietary supplements simply because they are convenient to take, and can provide a person with tons of benefits. The bad news with dietary supplements is the fact that nobody really checks to ensure these products are safe and do what they say. The fact is many government agencies around the world don't have the resources to check these products before they are sold. They also think it's up to companies to make sure their product is safe and does what it states. We both know that in a competitive world it's going to be tempting for an organization to do whatever it can to earn the most amount of money. The sad fact is that many supplements on the marketplace have problems. The famous Consumerlabs tested many of the top selling supplement brands and they discovered almost half either have harmful ingredients or they are mislabeled. To make things a little easier on you I have created a guide that I feel can really help someone in their quest of finding supplements to enhance their health. This guide can share with you a few warning signs you might not be aware of that a product will most likely be harmful to you. It goes over various herbal remedies as well as a few common ones found in everyday items that are actually dangerous. It also offers some online resources and much more. The best part is that it's completely free. You can take a look at this guide by clicking on http://utahtexans.com/.

Calcium Deficiency Symptoms

07:05
http://www.glutenfreesociety.org/gluten-free-food-sources/max-digest/ultra-cal-mag-gluten-free-calciummagnesium-supplementation/ Nutritional deficiency is a common side effect of gluten sensitivity. Often times patients going on the diet fail to improve because of long term vitamin and mineral deficiencies caused by years of food induced gastrointestinal damage. The problem with this phenomenon is that many patients go gluten free and still continue to have health issues yet their doctor fails to properly evaluate and monitor nutritional status. Calcium deficiency is one of these more common nutritional deficiencies. Causes and Consequences of Calcium Deficiency Click on picture to enlarge... Low Calcium Levels Contribute to Disease There are many medical conditions linked to calcium deficiency. The following list are some of the more common symptoms and side effects: Early bone loss (osteopenia) Muscle spasms and cramps (especially night time calf cramping) Heart palpitations Depression Fatigue Joint pain High Blood pressure Hormone abnormalities Blood clotting problems Gum disease Headaches The above problems are often times medicated before a doctor performs the proper nutritional evaluation. Keep in mind that serum calcium levels are not an accurate representation of calcium stores within the body. Too Much Calcium Can Also Be a Problem Calcium is a very commonly used nutritional supplement. Many doctors instruct their female patients to take calcium as a preventative for bone loss. Without monitoring and checking calcium, taking too much can contribute to many problems. Therefore; it is not recommended to take excessive calcium without need. Some symptoms of too much calcium include: Confusion Fatigue Irritability Constipation Magnesium and iron loss Heart Arrhythmia Kidney damage Drugs That Interfere with Calcium There are a number of prescription medications that can interfere with calcium absorption or metabolism. It is not the single or short term use of medication that one has to worry about, but taking some of the following medications long term (6 months or greater) can interfere with this mineral. Examples include: Corticosteroids -- these are commonly used for control of pain and inflammation. Some steroids are used to treat chronic fatigue, chronic muscle pain, and inflammatory joint pain. Additionally, some steroids are used in the treatment of asthma. Antacid medications -- these drugs are commonly used to treat gastric reflux, heartburn, and indigestion. Examples include Nexium, Tagamet, Tums, and Rolaids. These prescription and over the counter medications suppress and interfere with stomach acid production. Calcium requires acid to be absorbed properly. Sometimes people take Tums with calcium to as a calcium supplement. I have had patients whose doctors actually recommended this! Bad advice -- Don't take antacids for a source of dietary calcium. Foods High In Calcium Despite popular belief, milk and dairy products are not a necessity for calcium in the diet. Foods rich in calcium are kale, broccoli, turnip greens, mustard greens, collards, figs, salmon, sardines, arugula, spinach, kelp, bone marrow and broth, and citrus fruits. High Quality Gluten Free Calcium When you have the need for calcium supplementation, you have to be careful not to take excessive calcium without magnesium, because doing so can contribute to magnesium deficiency. Additionally, it is important to ensure that your vitamin D levels are normal as calcium absorption is low when vitamin D is deficient. Many supplements have been found to contain gluten cross contamination.

What REALLY Causes High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)?

Give Dr. Berg a Review: http://bit.ly/DrBergReviewGoogle VIDEOS ON INSULIN RESISTANCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxl8h... Dr. Berg talks about the link between high blood pressure and insulin resistance. Insulin resistances, which is high insulin stiffens your arteries, disrupts the endothelial layer of your arteries, which start the hardening of the arteries as well as the cascade effect of cholesterol and calcium to accumulate in the arteries. High insulin (insulin resistance) creates inflammation in the arteries. This condition also causes sodium retention and a loss of potassium because insulin is necessary to allow this mineral in the cell. Diuretics also have a side-effect of causing insulin resistance. The treatment of hypertension is mainly medications because we are told that there is no cure, only treatment. The pathophysiology is in reality a disruption of the artery wall creating vasoconstriction, stiffness and less elasticity. The additional symptom of hypertension is headaches and a risk for stroke and heart attack. The home remedies involve actions to lower insulin - cutting out sugar, adding vegetables to get your potassium and even apple cider vinegar can help. Top 3 Minerals for Fasting & a Low Carb Keto Diet

07:33
Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com Top 3 Minerals for Fasting & a Low Carb Keto Diet - Thomas DeLauer When you're on a ketogenic diet, a low carb diet or even if you're fasting for that matter, there's some things that you need to be paying attention to when it comes down to your minerals. Now I mention in a lot of videos increasing your sodium intake, in some videos I talk about magnesium, some videos I talk about potassium. But in this video I want to break it down all into one. I want to help you understand what happens in your body when you're in a low carb state or when you're in a fasted state and why minerals become extremely, extremely, extremely important. So we have to remember that even when we're fasting or when we're cutting card out of the diet, we are not holding nearly as much water. You see for every one gram of carbohydrate that you consume, you hold on average 3.7 grams of water. So that means when you cut these carbohydrates out your body is losing a lot of water. Now, to make matters worse, ketones like beta hydroxy butyrate that our body produces when we're fasting or when we're in a ketogenic state are proven to be somewhat of a diuretic as is, so they make it a little bit worse. They cause your body to excrete even more water. So let's talk about three minerals today. I want to talk about sodium, I want to talk about potassium and I also want to talk about magnesium. So let's start with sodium. Heres the thing, first and foremost when your body isn't holding onto the water as much you're going to drop some sodium. It's going to head on out along with the water. You're just going to excrete it out. But there's an additional thing that happens that we have to be cognizant of and that's the fact that your insulin levels are very low. So whether you're fasting or on a ketogenic diet, your insulin levels are lower and insulin helps regulate the kidney's ability to reabsorb sodium. So when insulin isn't present, the kidneys tend to just flush that sodium out of the equation. So now you have two different things going on. Your losing water because you don't have the carbs, you don't have the actual volume. But then you actually have a function of the kidneys themselves that are causing the body to just excrete extra sodium. This isn't necessarily a bad thing because I will honestly say that the benefits of having lower levels of insulin probably supersede the actual negative aspects of your body excreting sodium because it's a lot easier to add more sodium into the diet. There was one study that was published in the American Journal of Medicine that took a look at 51 obese patients. Now these 51 obese patients they put on a low carb diet, okay, they put them on a 25 carb diet for about six months. They kept their calories still relatively high though, they just cut their carbs down. Well what they found was that at the end of six months, all the patients that were on the low carb diet had an increase in blood urea nitrogen levels. What does this end up meaning? This means that their body was losing sodium. They also found that their blood levels of sodium were significantly reduced compared to those that didn't go on a low carb diet. So we do have legitimate telltale proof that going on a low carb diet does slow down the ability to retain sodium and it does make it so you lose a little bit of that salt that's helping your blood pressure stay up. ►5 High Blood Pressure Solutions - Clinically Proven!

06:40
My favorite solution for lowering my dad’s blood pressure in just a few days: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/ReduceHBPToday ======================================= 5 Clinically Proven Solutions for Lowering Your High Blood Pressure ======================================= Thus, about 66% of the adult population has above “optimal” blood pressure levels and it only gets worse as you get older.2 The “Silent Killer” This is why high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer” because you don’t really feel like there’s anything wrong until it’s too late! And I’m very familiar with this topic because I have a family history of heart attacks and strokes, some of them caused by high blood pressure. In fact, under today’s video I’ve got a short report about how I quickly lowered my dad’s high blood pressure - without drugs or restrictive diets. Make sure to take a look after you finish this short video. I bring all of this up because I want to emphasize just how important it is for your health and longevity to make sure you control your blood pressure levels. So let’s get started with the top 5 clinically proven solutions for lowering high blood pressure. Drugs / Prescription Medications Like I said, hypertension is such a massive health problem that blood pressure drugs are the #1 most prescribed drugs in America.3 In fact, out of the top 10 most prescribed drugs - THREE of them are blood pressure drugs! And the crazy part is that there are 11 TYPES of “blood pressure lowering” drugs, which is a total of over 80 DIFFERENT medications all trying to lower hypertension. And yet, the problem is getting worse each and every year. I don’t like these drugs because they have lots of negative side-effects. However, they are valuable for SHORT-TERM usage to quickly put you into a “normal” range. But it’s definitely not a long-term solution. Diet What you eat is very important and one of the best types of diets for lowering blood pressure is a DASH diet4 - which stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. This is similar to the Mediterranean diet - both being successful at reducing hypertension and promoting weight loss at the same time. DASH promotes the consumption of vegetables, fruits, lean protein, whole grains, and low-fat dairy, and recommends avoiding sugars, red meat, and salt. Many believe that the low-sodium is responsible for its success. However, salt probably doesn't have that much to do with it... I believe the primary reason why it works so well is because it restricts your intake of fructose—as does the Mediterranean diet. The idea that salt promotes high blood pressure is actually, at least in part, a myth. Exercise Exercise has many health benefits as I’m sure you know. One of the best is the simple fact that you get some stress release. And I think we can all agree that we live in very stressful times and this additional stress contributes to hypertension. The best exercise is a combination of BOTH: Aerobic (with oxygen) - walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, etc. Anaerobic (without oxygen) - resistance exercise with weights, cables, machines, etc. Ideally 3x weekly for 30-45 minutes is a good goal. However, even a 15 minute daily walk will do wonders for your health and blood pressure levels. Rest & Relaxation Most “experts” don’t emphasize the importance of rest and relaxation - both physical and mental. Your mind is more powerful than your body and with the extra stress and worry in our modern life-styles, you MUST make some time to “unplug” and “reboot” your system. Meditation, stretching, reading, napping, walking, writing your thoughts, getting a massage, laughing, hugging, playing, etc… are all great ways to reduce your stress hormones and improve your blood pressure levels. You MUST do this daily. As my friend Tony Robbins says, this can be your “hour of power” or “30 minutes to thrive” or “15 minutes to fulfillment”. Specific Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals Most supplements don’t work. But there are a few herbs and minerals that are clinically proven to help lower your blood pressure levels naturally and quickly. Many times better than prescription medications and WITHOUT the negative side-effects. The top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts are: Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Click here for a natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/ReduceHBPToday Or look at these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25zDNw3ZQU8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfS74a_MSgg ======================================== Thank you for watching. The heart is one of the main muscles of the body that responds to nutrition very quickly. Arrhythmia is a problem with the pacemaker of the heart, a neurological thing that keeps the heart rhythm requires electrolytes. Not having enough electrolyte would create all sorts of abnormal heart rhythm happen in the body. Calcium - it helps contract muscles. Calcium deficiency could cause tetany, muscle twitch and too much calcium could create a rhythm problem with the heart. Vitamin D3 increases the absorption of calcium by 20x in the small intestine and Vitamin K2 helps avoid buildup of too much calcium in the arteries or other soft tissues. Magnesium – Deficient in magnesium could cause leg cramp. Magnesium is involved in relaxation of muscles and it is very important for muscle cramps prevention. Sodium – low in sodium will cause feeling weak and too much sodium would cause high blood pressure. Potassium – The body needs 4,700mg of potassium daily. It is needed for the electrical connectivity of the nervous system and the muscles, it also helps lower blood pressure and lower the pulse rate. Insulin resistance is a condition where the cell can’t absorb the minerals well anymore and it’ll start developing all sorts of issues in the arteries. Plaquing in the arteries develops after a lesion or oxidative problem with the artery wall. Heart attacks occur during a stress events because the adrenal triggers it. The adrenal hormone called adrenaline has one function of vasodilation the coronary artery, the main blood supply to the heart itself. Vitamin B1 is really important in preventing the heart from enlarging. Respiratory and breathing problems will occur when you are deficient in vitamin B1. Some of the B vitamins helps the arteries constrict and some helps with vasodilation. The Many Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

05:22
The many benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, by Markus Rothkranz Apple Cider Vinegar is amazing. It contains over 90 different healthy substances like lots of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, calcium, B vitamins and even bioflavonoids. Potassium is one of the most important minerals because it promotes cell growth and replaces dead cells. It keeps fluid in our cells. Bacteria need moisture to love, so they suck fluids from our cells, especially when we are stressed because resistance is low then. That’s one of the reasons small problems can turn into full blown illness and disease. When there’s enough potassium in our cells, it will draw moisture from the harmful bacteria instead of the harmful bacteria taking moisture from us. Where do you get potassium? Fresh fruits and vegetables, berries, sprouts, leaves, roots and apple cider vinegar. But the the part most of you will want to hear is that apple cider vinegar burns fat. …and it cleans a fatty liver (which most people have) with its main ingredient, acetic acid. Acid is also needed to absorb protein, minerals, calcium, iron, B vitamins and pretty much all of out nutrients. To help lose weight, take apple cider vinegar before each meal (like 2 teaspoons in half a glass of water) because it stimulates the thyroid and helps stomach acid. Maybe add a bit of ginger and lemon too. Wheat products on the other hand SOAK up stomach acid thus lowering it, creates potassium deficiency, high blood pressure, high blood sugar and wheat products are high glycemic. Apple cider vinegar is one of the best things you can take for cramps, eye twitching, nerve pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, constipation, stiffness- if you feel stiff or have pain, drink ACV- it helps absorb and dissolve calcium. High protein diets create waste product called GUANIDINE, which creates twitching, nerve pain, arthritis, and apple cider vinegar helps flush out that nasty guanidine. Research performed at Tokyo University in Japan, discovered that the acetic acid found in vinegars inhibits the activity of carbohydrate-digesting enzymes, including sucrase, mastase, lactase and amalase. This inhibition results in select sugars and starches passing through the digestive system without being digested, having less impact on blood sugar levels. Researchers at Arizona State University surveyed people afflicted with type 2 diabetes. They found that taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar right before bed lowered the blood sugar levels by 4 to 6 percent by the next morning. Another study led by Dr. Johnston at ASU gave subjects, some with insulin resistance and some without, 20 grams of apple cider vinegar and 40 grams of water. Results showed that the after-meal blood sugar levels of the subjects with insulin resistance was 34 percent lower when they drank apple cider vinegar. Of course not eating meat and dairy anymore and cutting out refined carbs and sugars would actually get rid of diabetes, but who wants to do that, right? People just want to take some magic stuff to make their problems go away. But apple cider vinegar is an amazing health helper for those people who really want some help cleaning up the mess they created in their bodies. You can wash your hair with it- its both shampoo and conditioner in one. That’s what I do a lot. Who needs shampoo and conditioner when you have this. It helps remove sun spots and age spots. Its great for digestive issue, allergies, sinus infections, acne, cholesterol, chronic fatigue, sore throats, memory, dermatitis and other skin problems, ear infections, dandruff, athletes foot, insect bites, weight loss, blood pressure, heart pain, it helps remove poisons, heck you can even feed it to your pets to help control fleas, ticks and give a beautiful shine to their coats! Its great for candida because acid shuts off the Candida growth gene. Of course you still have to stop eating the bread, bagels, pasta, chips and sugar! Take apple cider vinegar with water or make salad dressings with it. Drizzle it over your food. Put a spoonful in your smoothies. Try not to drink it straight because acid melts teeth, so always drink water afterwards. All kinds of books have been written about the healing powers of apple cider vinegar. I put it on everything. So… Your mission , should you choose to accept it, … is stop eating crap and start replacing it with healthy stuff. Tell your friends, share the video, thumbs up if you like this kind of stuff, leave a comment Till next time, Ciao! http://www.markusnews.com http://www.healanything.com

Water Retention: Try these 3 Foods to Reduce Bloating: Thomas DeLauer

06:54
Subscribe for 3x Videos Per Week! http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Water Retention: 3 Foods to Reduce Bloating- Thomas DeLauer… What is a Diuretic? Diuretics are sometimes called ‘water tablets’ and are designed to increase the amount of water and salt expelled from the body as urine (termed diuresis) They help get rid of excess fluid by removing sodium and chloride from the body in the urine - the sodium and chloride in turn draw excess water from the body. Too much salt can cause extra fluid to build up in your blood vessels, raising your blood pressure. There are different types of prescribed diuretics acting on different levels of a nephron (the smallest unit of kidney) The basic mechanism seen in most of them is that they act on pumps of a nephron, which means that they decrease the absorption of sodium from urine, and thus more water remains in the urine. (1) Use of Diuretics: Doctors prescribe diuretics when the body is retaining too much fluid. The following conditions may require the regulation of fluid in the body or result in fluid retention: High blood pressure, congestive heart failure, kidney dysfunction, edema (tissue swelling, such as in swollen legs and feet) Diuretics lower your blood pressure by flushing salt out of your body, which causes the walls of your blood vessel to relax and widen - easier for your blood to flow through. Congestive heart failure keeps your heart from pumping blood effectively throughout your body: this leads to a buildup of fluids in your body, which is called edema. Diuretics help reduce this fluid buildup. Prescription diuretics may cause some side effects. These include fatigue, muscle cramps, lightheadedness, rash, and headaches. (1,2,3) Natural Diuretics: Some herbs and dietary supplements have diuretic properties that may be helpful to you and won’t provide any negative side effects. Asparagus: It contains high levels of the amino acid asparagine, which serves as a natural diuretic, and increased urination not only releases fluid but helps rid the body of excess salts. Asparagine also benefits our central nervous system by helping with the maintenance of balance or equilibrium – keeps you from being overly calm or nervous. Also essential for the proper functioning and health of our nerves and other cells of the body, It controls their metabolism in the brain. Dandelion Leaves: Full of vitamins A, B, C, and D, as well as minerals, such as iron, potassium, and zinc. Dandelion leaves are used to add flavor to salads, sandwiches, and teas. Dandelion leaves act as a diuretic, increasing the amount of urine your body makes. The leaves are used to stimulate the appetite and help digestion. Dandelion flower has antioxidant properties. In one study (Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine) dandelion leaves were ingested by volunteers to investigate whether an increased urinary frequency and volume would result. Volume of urinary output and fluid intake were recorded by subjects. For the entire population, 17 subjects, there was a significant increase (5%) in the frequency of urination in just 5 hours after the first dose. You can find dandelion herbs and roots fresh or dried in a variety of forms, including tinctures, liquid extract, teas, tablets, and capsules (4) Parsley: Parsley is one of the best natural diuretics for edema treatment and fluid retention. Parsley increases urine output by acting as an aquaretic, meaning it acts to increase water excretion from the body without affecting electrolytes such as sodium and potassium the way most conventional diuretic drugs do. Parsley’s effect on your body’s electrolytes is largely neutral. Parsley herb extracts have been studied as natural diuretics in combination with another aquaretic, asparagus. In uncontrolled trials, this combination caused significant weight loss in overweight patients and significantly lowered blood pressure in patients with hypertension, without changing other laboratory values or physiological processes (5) References: 1) The Top 7 Natural Diuretics.
