In fact, research has demonstrated1-3 the vital role this mineral plays in your cardiovascular health, by reducing your risk for hypertension, stroke, heart attack and plaque build-up in your arteries. This invaluable mineral is important to the health of every cell and organ, playing a role in over 600 different reactions in your body. So what mineral am I speaking of?... It’s Magnesium! When magnesium levels are low, you can have major problems in your muscles and organs. Symptoms of a deficiency can include unexplained fatigue or muscle weakness, abnormal heart rhythms, eye twitches, muscle spasms, restlessness, insomnia and even hair loss. It is quite possible to be unaware of a deficiency, which is why it has been dubbed the "invisible deficiency." Some researchers estimate that up to 80% of American do not get enough magnesium from their diet to replace the magnesium lost.(1) I bring this up because studies have shown that less than 25% of US adults are getting the minimum requirements for magnesium - which is only about 300 mgs for women and 400 mgs for men.(2) Magnesium & Blood Pressure I could go on and on about the importance of Magnesium, but I hope you get the point. However, today I want to focus on lowering your blood pressure. If you didn’t already know, 1 out of 3 Americans (33%) suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension).3 … which can increase your risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Sadly, ½ of these people don’t even know they have hypertension and less than 20% have this under control.(3) In fact, having high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer” because there are no real symptoms. Other than getting your blood pressure tested regularly, it’s hard to tell if yours will be elevated or if it’s normal. However, the good news is that in a clinical study5, people who had the highest levels of serum magnesium, had a 48% lower risk of hypertension 69% lower risk of type 2 diabetes 42% lower risk for CAC, which is the hardening of your arteries. All very positive for your heart and overall health. Better Than A Drug? One type of drug prescribed for hypertension are “calcium channel blockers”. These are medicines which relax and widen blood vessels, therefore allowing the blood to flow through the blood vessels smoothly, lowering blood pressure. The good news is that magnesium acts like a calcium channel blocker, easing blood vessel flow and lowering blood pressure – naturally, without any synthetic drugs. It was found in a human clinical study6 of more than 8,500 people that a higher intake of magnesium may decrease the risk of high blood pressure. Where To Get Your Magnesium From Unfortunately, getting optimal magnesium levels can be difficult because most foods are depleted of vitamins and mineral. And most supplements of magnesium are poorly absorbed. FOODS As far as best “magnesium-rich” foods, most of it is greens and vegetables: Spinach Beet greens Collard greens Turnip greens Broccoli -Raw seeds -Raw nuts -Fatty fish SUPPLEMENTS Obviously, taking a pill a lot easier and more efficient. Unfortunately, there are about 9 common forms of magnesium supplements, which can get very confusing. Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate Magnesium Oxide Magnesium Citrate Etc. So What’s The Best Form? Over the years, I’ve tested many different forms and combinations and I’ve discovered the best is a combination of 4 different magnesium's, which are clinically proven for maximum absorption: TRAACS® Magnesium Glycinate Amino Acid Chelate Albion® Di-Magnesium Malate Magnesium Citrate ======================================== Thank you for watching. Plus, high blood pressure causes fatigue, hair loss, impotence, memory problems, inflammation and lots of other ailments that negatively affect the quality of your life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. The shocking statistics reveal that 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worst of all, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 And the bigger problem is that high blood pressure has no warning signs or symptoms. People think high blood pressure causes headaches or dizziness, but these are rare. So What’s The Solution? Okay, so now we know just how bad it is – so, what are the solutions? In a previous video I’ve covered all the various drug options and how they all have negative side-effects. They’re okay to short term to quickly lower extremely high blood pressure. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Additionally, the resulting lower blood pressure isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood pressure quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And because of this, people are able to lower their blood pressure and KEEP it at a healthy level daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered 10 natural ingredients that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure: Let’s first start with the top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts. Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 5 most important ones are: Magnesium blend - There are many forms of magnesium and each has a different function, bioavailability and absorption factor. Potassium is very important because it balances sodium, which causes water retention and higher blood pressure levels. It’s a natural diuretic. Vitamin D3, B6 and C work together to improve stress hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone levels, both causing hypertension. And finally, one of my favorite amino acids, L-Arginine. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. 11 Signs Your Body Needs More Magnesium

03:49
Magnesium is a mineral found in many types of foods, it plays an essential role in human DNA production, repair and in maintaining healthy bones, nerves and muscles. Though it is readily available, most Americans do not meet their need for magnesium through their diet. you should consider getting your magnesium level checked if you suffer the following 11 symptoms. 1. Low energy. Magnesium is involved in at least 300 different chemical reactions in our body, and a lot have to do with energy production. A sign of low magnesium can be low energy. 2.Insomnia. If you're having a hard time falling or staying asleep, it may be due to low levels of magnesium, particularly if you are experiencing a lot of stress. Stress hormones increase blood pressure and heart rate, this is partly accomplished by depleting the body of its magnesium If there isn't enough magnesium available for the body to replenish itself, sleeping becomes a problem. 3.Constipation. Bowel movements often slow down without enough magnesium in the body. note that magnesium is the main ingredient in many over-the-counter laxatives. 4.Frequent headaches. Magnesium deficiency lowers serotonin levels, causes blood vessels to constrict and affects neurotransmitter function, all related to headaches -- especially migraines. 50% of migraine sufferers have a magnesium deficiency. 5.Twitching or cramping. Because magnesium plays an important role in muscle relaxation, insufficient intake can result in unintended muscle movement. Without magnesium, our muscles would be in a constant state of contraction 6.Low bone density. Magnesium plays a major role in bone formation, and the majority of the body's magnesium is stored in the bones. People with higher intakes of magnesium have a higher bone mineral density. 7.High blood pressure. Magnesium is very important in maintaining a healthy blood pressure, a deficiency can definitely cause pressure to be too high. Eating foods high in magnesium and other minerals can help prevent high blood pressure in people with prehypertension. 8.Type 2 diabetes. Breaking down blood sugars is another of magnesium's jobs in the human body. People with higher amounts of magnesium in their diets tend to have a lower risk of developing diabetes. Research is ongoing to determine whether magnesium therapy can be used in diabetes treatment. 9.Irregular heartbeat. With low magnesium levels, the heart can have trouble staying in its regular rhythm. doctors will often prescribe magnesium supplements for patients who complain of an irregular heartbeat. 10.Increased sensitivity to noise. Not having enough magnesium curtails its role in stabilizing the nervous system, This often results in hyperflexia, an enhanced startle reflex. And 11. Depression and anxiety. Low levels of magnesium in the brain can affect neurological functions that result in all sorts of problems. Studies have shown that some phobias -- such as agoraphobia -- have developed as a result of low magnesium levels.  Please Subscribe! ▶ https://goo.gl/ksfh7M NOTE: The materials and the information contained on Natural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg takes about the relationship between insulin resistance, potassium and blood pressure. Blood pressure is a potassium deficiency, not a a sodium excess. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. By spiking potassium in a pre-diabetic or a diabetic state, the need for insulin can reduce. 💓 Best Supplements to Improve Blood Flow Naturally

How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow in only 30 days (copy the same formula): 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/BloodFlow-Formula Or see the best sleeping position for better blood flow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZgO8yITTyM&index=16&list=PLkoAH5env5qVd3BMOH-jPUsmyuED97_1i ======================================= 💓 Best Supplements to Improve Blood Flow ======================================= They’re okay to short term to quickly improve blood flow should you run into a blood clot or something similar. Sadly, most people just aren’t patient enough to wait for improvements. Additionally, the resulting improvement in circulation, isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood flow quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And this is what we all want. And because of this, people are able to improve their blood flow and strengthen their blood vessels and KEEP it that way daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered about a dozen natural ingredients that are clinically proven to improve blood flow: 4 Proven Herbs Let’s first start with the top 4 clinically proven herbal extracts. Ginger (Standardized Extract 15%) Ginger promotes an anti-inflammatory response. Fight against atherosclerosis, which is the hardening of the arteries. Inhibits abnormal platelet aggregation, which is a part of blood that can "clump" together and cause blood clotting. Increase contractile strength of the heart (strengthens the heart muscle) Nattokinase It fights Fibrin Buildup, which is an insoluble protein that impedes flow of blood (not what you want) Nattokinase is nature’s very own natural blood thinner known to support healthy blood pressure and improve circulation to every part of your body, so you can feel young and energized. Green Tea Extract (98% Polyphenols, 50% EGCG) Contains potent natural antioxidants catechins and flavonoids, which decrease plaque buildup in your arteries. Improves blood flow by increasing production of nitric oxide, promoting vasodilation. Improves both cholesterol and blood pressure levels. White Willow Extract (25% Salicin) Natural form of aspirin, but without the negative side-effects. Helps thin the blood Reduces inflammation Amino Acids In addition to herbs, we have 4 specific amino acids you should take. N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) This is a very important amino acid because it helps remove heavy metals and toxins, helps cleanse your kidneys and boosts your immune system. Even though NAC helps improve blood flow, the main reason I use it is because it helps cleanse your blood and decreases toxins. Having clean blood is just as important as good circulation. L-Carnitine Blend Carnitine is an amino acid that has many heart health benefits. However, a special blend of Acetyl L-Carnitine, Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine (GPLC) and L-Carnitine Fumarate have been scientifically proven to increased blood flow to the brain Increased oxygenation of heart tissue Improve blood flow to vascular tissue Reduce hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis) So the combination of these 3 forms of Carnitine can be magical in results. Vitamins & Minerals Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 4 most important ones are: Magnesium blend Vitamin K2-7 Vitamin D3 Vitamin E ======================================== Thank you for watching. 7 Best supplements that will clean your arteries naturally at home

04:06
7 Best supplements that will clean your arteries naturally at home : Heart attacks are caused by the blood supply to the heart being suddenly interrupted. Without this supply, heart muscles may be damaged and begin to die. fatty deposits called plaque buildup in your arteries, they can narrow the vessels and raise your risk of atherosclerosis and heart disease. Several supplements are available that, over time, might help dissolve plaque and improve the function of your arteries, lowering your risk of chronic circulatory problems. Here are 7supplements that can help you unclog your arteries 1. Take fish oil supplements. If you don’t like fish or don’t have access to fish, you can simply take fish oil supplements to help get omega-3 fats. Look for fish oils that contain EPA and DHA oils. Although you might expect consuming fat to increase arterial plaque, omega-3 fatty acids may help slow plaque deposition and, over time, reduce its amount, according to experts at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Consuming supplements containing these unsaturated, healthy fatty acids can lower levels of blood triglycerides while raising levels of HDL, helping to keep your blood cholesterol in a healthy range. They may also help prevent inflammation of the arterial lining and reduce the risk of blood clots, both of which promote plaque deposits. 2. Take psyllium supplements. If you have difficulty getting enough fiber from foods, you can take psyllium supplements. Psyllium is a water-soluble fiber available in pill and powder forms. 3. Increase soy protein through supplements. Soy proteins are commonly available as powders that you can mix into a variety of foods and beverages (juices, smoothies, etc.). Several studies have shown that soy protein supplementation can have a beneficial effect on your cholesterol levels. 4. Take niacin supplements. You can also take niacin (vitamin B3) to help lower cholesterol levels. However, talk to your physician and monitor niacin supplementation closely. Common side effects at high doses include: • Flushing of the skin • Stomach upset • Headaches • Dizziness • Blurred vision • Increased risk of liver damage 5. Garlic Supplement. Garlic isn't just a culinary herb but is also a useful supplement if you're concerned about arterial plaque and atherosclerosis, according to evidence summarized at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Garlic contains a compound that's converted into allicin when cloves are crushed. Allicin could help lower blood levels of cholesterol by suppressing a liver enzyme that makes cholesterol. This eventually reduces plaque so You can simply add more fresh garlic to your food or take garlic supplements if you don’t enjoy garlic in foods. 6. Take plant sterol supplements. Beta-sitosterol and sitostanol are two additional supplements that may have a positive impact on cholesterol. You can find these options in supplement form at most vitamin shops or health food stores. 7. Take coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ-10) supplements. CoQ-10 is an essential nutrient used to treat a variety of heart and blood vessel conditions. It can also counteract muscle pain resulting from other cholesterol-lowering medications called “statins.” Consider taking CoQ-10 if your doctor has prescribed one of these medications. check out my other similar videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFE8MFBZURI 😍 15 Foods That Unclog Arteries Naturally And Protect Against Heart Attack https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-yVQyl2k4s 😍 7 Lifestyle Changes That Will Clean Your Arteries Naturally And Protect You From Heart Attack NOTE: The materials and the information contained onNatural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. Pumpkin seeds are also can incredible source of different antioxidants. They contain good levels of vitamin E and are a good source of carotenoids. This can be achieved by consuming pumpkin seeds raw or pumpkin seed oil. 6. Lastly, pumpkin seeds may have health benefits for those individuals with diabetes or who are at risk of developing diabetes. The first question is what defined health, right? Health is more than being thin, it's tons of energy, low stress, great digestion, great mood, and cognition. Your food that is grown on fertile soils are a key factor in future health. You also have stress in the past, that can also deplete you of nutrition. If you're adapting to ketosis (fat), you're require more nutrients (B-vitamins and minerals). Then you have the environment filled with poisons and chemicals that deplete you and cause poor health. To counter this, you need phytonutrients that can cause the liver to break down these chemicals. Lastly, you have the required nutrients called RDAs - because the soils or so weak, it requires so much more nutrients to reach the min. requirements. Which Foods Can Increase Your Blood Flow & Circulation?

06:59
Do you know which foods, vitamins, minerals, and herbs can help you to increase your blood flow and circulation? Discover why Dr. Sam Robbins, natural health expert, recommends Blood Flow Optimizer™ like one of the solutions: ► http://drsam.co/yt/WhichFoods-BFO *********** Which Foods Can Increase Your Blood Flow & Circulation? ******************** In this video, we will discuss about foods that naturally increase blood flow, thin the blood and improve circulation. Poor circulation, due to fatty plaques and blood clots can slow healing and raise your risk of heart disease, heart attack or stroke. As the saying goes, “you are what you eat”. First thing that you need to do is to reduce or eliminate animal protein and fat, sugar intake and to eliminate all caffeine beverages because caffeine constricts your blood vessels and increases the stress hormone, cortisol. Then, you should focus on eating more natural whole grains, sweet potatoes, fruits, vegetables, legumes, fish and nuts. Also, you need to drink lots of purified water to increase your blood flow and volume. There are lots of foods that can slightly help increase blood flow, but the following 3 are by far the best and most effective. 1. Garlic 2. Fish 3. Cayenne Pepper If you want faster results, there are natural supplements and herbs that are super powerful and far more effective than foods in improving your blood flow. Certain vitamins and minerals are also very important. Blood Flow Optimizer™ is utilized by anyone who wants to improve their blood flow and circulation because you want a healthier heart and vascular system, in order to help avoid a heart attack or stroke. The reason for Blood Flow Optimizer™ success is because it’s a complete “All-In-One” proven solution that delivers results QUICKLY. Blood Flow Optimizer™ is the most comprehensive solution because it helps: - Decrease the plaque buildup and increase the openings in the vascular system – so you have better blood flow and circulation. - Strengthen the walls of the arteries and blood vessels, reducing the chance of a rupture or tear. - Inhibit future buildup of plaque and calcium, which can help prevent a heart attack or stroke. Blood Flow Optimizer™ is a complete, "all-in-one" formula without the negative side-effects of drugs, or the need for multiple supplements in order to achieve the same goal — a healthier heart and stronger vascular system. What Will Happen If You Start Eating Oats Every Day

10:07
Doctors and nutritionists highly recommend making oatmeal a part of your diet and having it as your healthy morning meal. The secret is simple: good-quality environmentally-friendly oats help you feel and look better on the inside and out. Oats have some unique properties thanks to the wide variety of vitamins and minerals they contain. Zinc helps cleanse the skin and remove toxins and other harmful compounds. Iron is one of the most important elements for the nutrition and saturation of moisture in skin cells. Magnesium promotes blood circulation and noticeable skin cell renewal. While protein is extremely important, your body also demands carbohydrates and fats, both of which you can find in oatmeal. Oats are also rich in antioxidants that help alleviate itching, inflammation, and high blood pressure. The slow carbohydrates found in oatmeal help curb your appetite and maintain normal blood sugar levels. All those nutrients in oats not only boost your metabolism but also prevent the accumulation of fat and toxins in the body. Thanks to the antioxidants present in oatmeal, the probability of damage to the walls of blood vessels by free radicals is reduced significantly. If you find it boring to just have oatmeal for breakfast every day, you’ll love the recipes we have put together to help you turn a boring oatmeal breakfast into something way more flavorful. 5 Superfood Powders That Can Change the Way You Feel

03:41
The term ‘superfood’ is defined as a nutrient-dense food that also provides medicinal and therapeutic benefits. Packed with vital vitamins, minerals, and plant chemicals, these foods can also help ward-off chronic disease while supporting overall physical and mental wellbeing. When superfoods are rendered into a powdered extract, they become incredibly easy to incorporate into your daily food and drink. 1.Spirulina Used as a food source by the Aztecs until the 16th century, spirulina is assuredly a superfood. It’s high in protein, B-vitamins, copper, and iron with good amounts of magnesium, potassium, and manganese. Spirulina is so nutrient-dense that it very well might be the most nutritious food the world over, gram for gram. Supplementing with spirulina is incredibly heart-healthy: it can help lower blood-pressure and decrease LDL-cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Spirulina has also been shown to enhance endurance, prevent oral cancers from forming, and is capable of removing heavy-metals, like arsenic, from the body. To incorporate spirulina into your diet, stir one tablespoon into a glass or water or juice. It is also a wonderful smoothie addition. 2.Collagen Collagen is a major structural protein that helps increase muscle-mass, promotes skin elasticity, and supports tendons, cartilage, and bones. Although our bodies naturally make collagen, as we age the amount of collagen produced is less and less. Wrinkles, sagging-skin, and decreased cartilage between joints are some of the signs that your body isn’t generating enough collagen. You can boost your collagen intake by drinking bone-broth, or by supplementing your diet with collagen peptides. 3.Matcha Like white tea, green-tea, and oolong, matcha is derived from the Camellia sinensis plant. It provides a unique set of nutrients because it is grown and processed differently than other tea varieties. Matcha is a rich source of antioxidants. Compared with green tea, matcha contains 137-times more epigallocatechin gallate – a type of catechin that may help prevent cancer. Drinking teas high in catechins has also been shown to reduce body weight, BMI, waist circumference, and subcutaneous fat. Consuming matcha may even help boost cognitive performance in the areas of attention, reaction time, and memory. 4.Maca Root Maca root is highly nutritious, containing plenty of protein, Vitamin-C and B6, riboflavin, niacin, potassium, iron, copper, calcium, and manganese. Maca has been used medicinally for more than 2,000 years to increase libido and boost fertility. Its traditional uses have been backed by science; consuming maca-root increased sex-drive and boosted fertility in men by increasing sperm-count and sperm-mobility. 5.Moringa Leaf Moringa oleifera, commonly called the drumstick tree, is a fast growing plant native to northern India. Dried and crushed into a fine powder, moringa leaf is rife with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino-acids, and phytochemicals. Studies have found that it possesses anti-inflammatory properties, may help lower blood-sugar and cholesterol-levels, and provides gastro-protective benefits against ulcer formation. You can supplement with moringa-powder by adding one teaspoon to smoothies, juices, and yogurt. For cooked fare, sprinkle moringa into soups, stews, and teas just before serving to keep all of its excellent benefits intact. High Blood Pressure, Vitamin E, Magnesium ~ Understanding

Today I have an understanding of high blood pressure, how magnesium works and how Vitamin E can helo Why is it called hypertension? Maybe I know. Humm ~~Nancy Gurish Your Health And Tech Friend Magazine http://www.livestrong.com/article/301209-vitamin-e-high-blood-pressure/ Here's the link to the Curezone: High blood pressure is serious condition that can increase your chances of developing atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries, heart attack, stroke or kidney disease. According to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, about one in three Americans suffers from high blood pressure. Lifestyle changes, such as reducing stress and increasing physical activity, may help to lower blood pressure. Dietary changes, such as taking vitamin E supplements, may also decrease blood pressure. → 3 Things You Didn’t Know Can Cause Poor Blood Flow & Circulation

06:04
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow and circulation in only 30 days - NO drugs or diets! ►►http://drsam.co/yt/30DaysSolution ======================================= 3 Things You Didn’t Know Can Cause Poor Blood Flow & Circulation ======================================= So today I’m going to quickly discuss 3, little-known causes of poor blood flow and circulation. 1 -- Binge Drinking Studies have shown that drinking a glass of alcohol (distilled spirits, wine, or beer) a day can help the heart function better. It also helps maintain balance and the right proportions of fat in the blood and helps lower your chances of developing blood clots and blocked arteries. However, science also reveals that more than two drinks of alcohol a day can harm the heart. How?... Large amounts of alcohol can affect how the heart works. If the heart isn’t pumping blood throughout your body effectively, other organs may suffer from lack of oxygen or nutrients. If the person drinking has clogged blood vessels, the heart has to work even harder. Studies1 on middle-aged and older people resulted in linking binge drinking to a higher risk of cardiovascular diseases like stroke, sudden cardiac death, and heart attack. Binge drinking may also lead to hardening of your arteries, which further increases your risk of cardiovascular disease. Obviously, binge drinking should be avoided in order to have a healthy blood circulation. Typically, binge drinking happens in groups. So try to limit the time you spend with your friends who tend to be binge drinkers. 2 -- Sitting For Too Long, Especially With Bad Posture While a brief period of sitting here and there is natural, long periods of sitting day-in and day-out can seriously impact your health and shorten your life. Excessive sitting is bad for your back and is one of the causes of poor circulation. Unfortunately, most of us are sitting even more than ever because of computers. And with prolonged sitting, comes negative damages to your organs The Heart – In a sitting position, blood flow slows down and muscles don’t burn enough fat, which permits fatty acids to clog in the heart much faster. The Pancreas – The body’s ability to properly respond to insulin is badly affected by just one day of prolonged sitting. This leads the pancreas to produce more insulin, and this cause low energy, fat again and diabetes. Colon Cancer – Excessive sitting may increase your risk of colon, breast, and endometrial cancers. So, how can you avoid sitting for too long? Set an alarm on your computer, watch or phone and stand up every 30-60 minutes. Move around, stretch, grab a glass of water or do something physical. If possible, go outside for a quick 10 minute walk. Instead of sitting and talking on your cell phone, walk around. There are no cords, so you have no limits. 3 -- High Intake Of Salt A high intake of sodium is a more common cause of poor circulation. For clarity, I’m referring to regular table salt or salt found in most packaged foods. Not so much with more “natural” salts such as Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt Sodium is a mineral and electrolyte that’s crucial for your body to function well. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention2, around 90% of sodium you get comes from salt. Sodium assists in controlling blood volume and blood pressure. However, your circulatory health may suffer if you get too much of it. A high sodium diet is linked to hypertension. According to the CDC, if sodium rises, blood pressure rises too. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2010 recommends you limit salt intake to less than 2,300 milligrams/day. You should not consume more than 1,500 milligrams daily if you’re over the age of 50, African-American, or have health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or chronic kidney disease. Processed foods and restaurant foods are full of salt. Don’t eat these foods and you’ll be able to avoid the majority of your salt intake. You can also add in potassium rich foods or supplements, to counteract and balance the sodium intake. How to INCREASE BLOOD FLOW To BRAIN? 5 WAYS to IMPROVE BRAIN CIRCULATION and Your BRAIN HEALTH

11:36
How to IMPROVE BLOOD CIRCULATION to the BRAIN? Blood circulation is vital for your body's survival. Blood transports oxygen, fuel and nutrients to all organs of the body, including the brain. It also moves toxins and waste products to the appropriate organs for excretion. When blood flow to your brain is disrupted, you can succumb to a stroke. Circulatory System Your circulatory system includes your heart, veins and arteries. Their job is to circulate blood throughout your body. The heart is a muscle and needs to be strong while your arteries and veins should be pliable and without obstructions for you to maintain optimum health. One common cause of poor circulation is high cholesterol levels, which can cause platelet aggregation, or arterial build-up, and lead to heart attack or stroke, depending on where the blockage occurs. Exercise to Strengthen Your Heart Since your heart is a muscle, it needs to be exercised or it can weaken. A cardiovascular workout several times a week can help keep it pumping efficiently. Proper exercising can also negate obesity, which can strain and weaken your entire circulatory system and reduce overall circulation. Yoga is a low-impact exercise that can stretch all your muscles and teach you breathing techniques that can increase blood flow. Because certain exercises can be dangerous to people with underlying health issues, you should speak to your physician before starting any exercise routine. Your Diet The foods you eat can have a huge impact on your circulation. An abundance of saturated fats can lead to blocked arteries. Large amounts of salt can lead to or exacerbate high blood pressure. Processed foods, such as white flour and white sugar, can deny your body the necessary nutrients to run smoothly. To help reduce high cholesterol, the Mayo Clinic suggests eating plenty of soluble fiber found in foods such as oatmeal and apples. Soluble fiber can absorb cholesterol before it gets to the blood stream. Omega-3 fatty acids from fatty fish such as herring or salmon can reduce blood pressure. Olive and canola oils, and nuts can keep arteries healthy and pliable. Alternative Treatments Herbalist Michael Tierra suggests using cardiovascular stimulants such as cayenne, ginger or ginseng to improve circulation. The University of Maryland Medical Center mentions that hawthorn and rosemary can help with poor circulation by providing antioxidants. Herbs such as ephedra and guarana may have stimulant attributes but are considered dangerous, as they can make the heart rate and blood pressure rise rapidly. In 2009, the FDA banned the sale of supplements containing ephedra. Always speak to your physician before adding any herbs or supplements to your diet. What Foods to Eat for a Good Blood Flow? Good blood flow is essential for proper brain function and oxygen transport to vital organs in the body. Because your heart is the pump that keeps your blood circulating, it's important to maintain a strong heart. Eating a diet rich in heart-healthy foods is one way to help ensure that your body experiences efficient blood flow. Foods Containing L-Arginine L-arginine is an amino acid that your body converts to nitric oxide, a substance that helps relax and maintain the elasticity of blood vessels and arteries. Nitric oxide is also a signaling molecule that instructs arteries to dilate, or widen, which allows blood to flow more freely, helping reduce blood pressure and promoting cardiovascular health. According to Don Colbert, author of "The New Bible Cure for High Blood Pressure," good food sources of L-arginine include chicken, fish, soy nuts, beans, dairy and red meat. If you have high blood pressure, talk with your doctor before taking L-arginine supplements to ensure proper dosage for your condition. Vitamin E-Rich Foods Vitamin E, a fat-soluble vitamin, plays an important role in efficient blood flow because it dilates blood vessels. Eating foods rich in vitamin E is a good way to keep your blood moving, according to Sherry Torkos, author of "The Canadian Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine." Good food sources of vitamin E include nuts, seeds, whole grains and leafy green vegetables. If you're taking blood thinners, talk with your doctor before taking vitamin E supplements because they may increase the risk of bleeding. Foods Containing Omega-3 Fatty Acids Omega-3 fatty acids keep your blood flowing. People with blood-circulation problems such as varicose veins, for example, benefit by eating foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids because these unsaturated fatty acids stimulate blood flow and help break down fibrin, or blood clots, according to Shubhangini Joshi, author of "Nutrition and Dietetics." Good food sources of omega-3 fatty acids include nuts, olive oil, canola oil, flax seeds and oily fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines and herring.

How To Lower Blood Sugar Immediately

05:00
You can find Sensolin here: https://www.truthnutra.com/sensolin-yt In the next 60 seconds I'm going to show how to lower blood sugar immediately and naturally increase insulin sensitivity. So first off, let's take a look at… What is insulin? Insulin is a hormone that's produced by the pancreas, that helps turn sugars from carbohydrates to energy. It also allows the body to store glucose for future use. The muscles and liver store the sugars as glycogen, which causes muscle cells to expand. Likewise, fat cells store the sugar as triglycerides and may expand as well. Now, what is insulin sensitivity, and insulin resistance. Insulin sensitivity is how receptive the body is to the insulin it produces. When the body is properly sensitive to insulin, it uses that insulin produced and effectively removes it from the bloodstream, making energy and storing glucose for later. A healthy body is sensitive to insulin, which means it needs to make less insulin to stay healthy. Better yet, being more insulin sensitive allows the body to utilize carbohydrates properly for more energy, building muscle, and will also help the body store less fat. What's even better, is that greater insulin sensitivity is going to lead to higher T levels in men. Now what are some signs that a person might have poor insulin sensitivity? Or have developed insulin resistance? Higher insulin levels can cause weight gain, higher insulin levels can cause aging, higher insulin levels can cause reduced T, higher insulin levels increases cravings for junk foods, and also leads to blood pressure issues. With all of this in mind, for anyone who feels as though they're one of those people who is constantly riding the blood sugar roller coaster, with blood sugar all over the place, depending on what you eat, when you eat, and you get hangry and get crazy when they don't have food, For everyone who needs help with blood sugar control and needs to increase their insulin sensitivity naturally, and for the good people out there who don't want to go take drugs to achieve this, I've got 3 natural compounds to use today to simply, and quickly increase insulin sensitivity naturally and get control over those cravings once again. Now the first thing is what's known as berberine. Now berberine is an alkaloid extract taken from various plants and it's been used in traditional chinese medicine for centuries. Some of the benefits of berberine include, anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic effects, improved intestinal health, improved cholesterol numbers, increased exercise performance, and decreased blood pressure. Now the recommended dosage for berberine is between 500-1500mg/day. It's also recommended to take this dosage split between 2-3 times throughout the day. Now next up, we have cinnamon ceylon oil. Cinnamon is commonly used as a spice but it's also known for its numerous biological effects on the body. The best type of cinnamon is ceylon because it has lower coumarin content. Cinnamon has a ton of benefits, including reducing the rate at which glucose enters the body, improved glucose usage in cells, lower fasting blood sugar, and improved cholesterol levels. Now the recommended dosage for daily cinnamon intake is between 1-6g per day. And the third compound, the third natural ingredient that you can consume on a daily basis is actually what's known as chromium. Chromium is an essential mineral that's consumed through your diet. It's found in plant products and grains. The benefits of chromium include, a regulation of glucose metabolism, improved insulin sensitivity, it is used to treat glucose intolerance in type 2 diabetes, leads to a great reduction in appetite, improved symptoms of depression, and a noticeable increase in libido with the right amount of chromium. Now the daily recommended dosage of chromium is between 800-1000 mcg. At this point, some of y'all are probably wondering: where do we get all these things? One option is to search around on Amazon and try to find them, but we did at Truth Nutra is that we put together a supplement known as Sensolin (hold up sensolin bottle). Sensolin is specifically designed with these three ingredients at the exact clinical dosages shown in human studies to actually work, to actually help regulate blood glucose and to help with insulin sensitivity. Now we put them all in here, it's a very simple supplement. And it actually works. This can cause: soft tissue calcium build up, sleep problems, arrhythmia's, hyper irritability, cramps, high blood pressure, spasm and even learning and memory problems. The causes can be dietary, stress, low vitamin D, alcohol, diuretics and anti-acids. Vitamin Deficiency Symptoms -- Over 5 Self Tests to see if your Deficient!

07:32
http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free report on shopping for dietary supplements. Humans have been walking on this planet for thousands of years and only recently have we learned what vitamins are, and what they really do. The term vitamin wasn't created until 1912. A gentleman named Casimir Funk figured out what was in on outside layer of rice that prevented the disease beriberi, and it was an amine. An amine is just a fancy chemistry term. He then took Mr. Lind's discovery about scurvy in 1747, and realized these things were vital for life and added the vit to the amine and if you combine them both it is vitamin. Besides preventing the disease scurvy and beriberi, vitamins do so much for health. Sure someone can get them from eating a balanced diet, but I highly recommend a good multi-vitamin supplement. One of the reasons is because our food simply doesn't have the vitamins and minerals like it used it. A major reason why is soil depletion. Basically farmers grow crops to support their families and make money. They use chemicals to grow crops quicker, bigger and fight off harmful bugs. This helps them earn more money, but reduces the vitamins and minerals in them. If you press down on one of your bones like your chest bone and it hurts, this might mean you're deficient in vitamin D. You mostly get this from the sun, but since more and more people are indoors more often, many people are deficient in this vitamin. Vitamin D plays a role in bone health as you can tell. It also does a lot to your immune system and it will be weaker if you're lacking this vitamin. Lastly a deficiency in it can increase the odds of getting cancer, heart failure, diabetes, muscle weakness and gum problems. Next close your eyes and stick out one of your feet. If you have problems holding on to your balance for a few seconds it might mean you're deficient in vitamin B12. This vitamin is all about your neurological system, which is about balance. It also plays a role in keeping the immune system strong. Next up is vitamin B6 this vitamin helps keep blood pressure at normal levels, reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, and prevents damage from inflammation. Some indicators that you may be lacking vitamin B6 would be having any sores in the mouth or cracks on the outside of your lips. Another self-test would be looking for any dry rough patches of skin or peeling and splitting of nails. This could mean you need more vitamin A. If you have trouble seeing at night you could be deficient in vitamin A. If someone has frequent muscle cramps it could indicate they need more magnesium. This is especially important for people who lift weights or exercise a lot. The more we work our muscles the more we lose vitamins. Magnesium also plays a role in preventing heart disease, diabetes, migraines, insomnia and reduces blood pressure. If you do decide to take my advice and use a dietary supplement, there are a few things you should be aware of. For starters they are not all the same, and nobody ensures these products are safe before they are sold to consumers. Many government agencies around the world feel it's up to companies to ensure their product is safe and that their statements are honest. To me this is like telling two sports teams that they don't need referees and they should just be honest. The sad fact is many supplement on the marketplace have problems. The prestigious Consumer Labs did a test on many of the top selling supplements in 2013 and their findings where shocking. Around 40% of these common supplements have contaminations in them that are harmful. Or they are mislabeled and don't contain the ingredients advertised. To best protect yourself and your loved ones I highly recommend you view a report I have created about shopping for dietary supplements. This report will explain how someone can identify a good helpful supplement from a high risk brand. It simplifies herbal remedies, explains the role of government agencies that protect us and much more. I could easily earn money from this report due to the high demand and extremely low supply of the information, but I decided to make it free. So do yourself a favor and take a glance at it by clicking on the link http://utahtexans.com/.

Calcium Deficiency Symptoms

07:05
http://www.glutenfreesociety.org/gluten-free-food-sources/max-digest/ultra-cal-mag-gluten-free-calciummagnesium-supplementation/ Nutritional deficiency is a common side effect of gluten sensitivity. Often times patients going on the diet fail to improve because of long term vitamin and mineral deficiencies caused by years of food induced gastrointestinal damage. The problem with this phenomenon is that many patients go gluten free and still continue to have health issues yet their doctor fails to properly evaluate and monitor nutritional status. Calcium deficiency is one of these more common nutritional deficiencies. Causes and Consequences of Calcium Deficiency Click on picture to enlarge... Low Calcium Levels Contribute to Disease There are many medical conditions linked to calcium deficiency. The following list are some of the more common symptoms and side effects: Early bone loss (osteopenia) Muscle spasms and cramps (especially night time calf cramping) Heart palpitations Depression Fatigue Joint pain High Blood pressure Hormone abnormalities Blood clotting problems Gum disease Headaches The above problems are often times medicated before a doctor performs the proper nutritional evaluation. Keep in mind that serum calcium levels are not an accurate representation of calcium stores within the body. Too Much Calcium Can Also Be a Problem Calcium is a very commonly used nutritional supplement. Many doctors instruct their female patients to take calcium as a preventative for bone loss. Without monitoring and checking calcium, taking too much can contribute to many problems. Therefore; it is not recommended to take excessive calcium without need. Some symptoms of too much calcium include: Confusion Fatigue Irritability Constipation Magnesium and iron loss Heart Arrhythmia Kidney damage Drugs That Interfere with Calcium There are a number of prescription medications that can interfere with calcium absorption or metabolism. It is not the single or short term use of medication that one has to worry about, but taking some of the following medications long term (6 months or greater) can interfere with this mineral. Examples include: Corticosteroids -- these are commonly used for control of pain and inflammation. Some steroids are used to treat chronic fatigue, chronic muscle pain, and inflammatory joint pain. Additionally, some steroids are used in the treatment of asthma. Antacid medications -- these drugs are commonly used to treat gastric reflux, heartburn, and indigestion. Examples include Nexium, Tagamet, Tums, and Rolaids. These prescription and over the counter medications suppress and interfere with stomach acid production. Calcium requires acid to be absorbed properly. Sometimes people take Tums with calcium to as a calcium supplement. I have had patients whose doctors actually recommended this! Bad advice -- Don't take antacids for a source of dietary calcium. Foods High In Calcium Despite popular belief, milk and dairy products are not a necessity for calcium in the diet. Foods rich in calcium are kale, broccoli, turnip greens, mustard greens, collards, figs, salmon, sardines, arugula, spinach, kelp, bone marrow and broth, and citrus fruits. High Quality Gluten Free Calcium When you have the need for calcium supplementation, you have to be careful not to take excessive calcium without magnesium, because doing so can contribute to magnesium deficiency. Additionally, it is important to ensure that your vitamin D levels are normal as calcium absorption is low when vitamin D is deficient. Many supplements have been found to contain gluten cross contamination.

Here are 13 Benefits of cucumbers 1 healthy weight management Cucumbers are extremely low in calories, but extremely high in nutrients, so they make a great healthy snack. This is why fibre rich foods are great for weight management. 2. Skin and hair care – If you don't like to eat the skin of the cucumber, it can be used for skin irritations and sunburns as aloe Vera would be used. Place a slice over puffy eyes and its anti-inflammatory properties help reduce puffiness. Cucumber juice can also be used as a hair rinse to get silky and shiny hair. Why Does It Work- It conditions the hair owing to the presence of silica and makes it more beautiful 3 Get Fresh breath If your breath is no that fresh, you can freshen it up by placing a slice of cucumber on the roof of your mouth. This will help rid your mouth of odour-causing bacteria. 4 Cancer risk reduction Cucumbers contain polyphenols which can help lower your risk of various cancers such as breast, uterine, ovarian, and prostate. (4) They also contain phytonutrients which also have anti-cancer properties! 5 Stress buster Cucumbers contain an assortment of B vitamins including vitamin B1, B5, and B7. B vitamins are known to help ease Anxiety and reduce the damaging effects of stress. 7. Hangover cure – To avoid a morning hangover or headache; eat a few cucumber slices before going to bed. Some studies conducted on animals found that cucumber extract helps to reduce unwanted inflammation partially by inhibiting activity or pro-inflammatory enzymes. 10 Brain protection Cucumbers contain an anti-inflammatory flavonal called fistein that has been shown to play a crucial role in promoting brain health. It is known to improve memory and even protect your nerve cells from declining due to aging, and fisetin has also been found to prevent learning and memory impairments in mice with Alzheimer’s disease. 11Digestive help Cucumbers are loaded with fibre and water, two of the most essential elements that are needed for optimal digestive health. Also Cucumbers may help to raise the stomach pH, which can assist with symptoms of acid reflux. 12. Helps diabetes, Reduces cholesterol and controls blood pressure - Cucumber juice contains a hormone which is needed by the cells of the pancreas for producing insulin which has been found to be beneficial to diabetic patients. 13 benefits the blood Researchers found that a compound called sterols in cucumbers may help reduce cholesterol levels. 7 Foods to Help You Control Your Blood Pressure

04:04
7 Foods to Help You Control Your Blood Pressure Hypertension is a medical condition that makes your blood flow through your arteries much faster than it should. There are several issues that can influence this phenomenon and make your blood pressure reach potentially dangerous levels. The factors that affect your blood pressure the most are: Constantly being stressed Regularly consuming red meat and high-cholesterol foods Smoking Alcohol Having a sedentary lifestyle Because this condition doesn’t have obvious symptoms, it’s hard to catch before it’s too late. To prevent serious problems, start by adding these foods to your diet: 1. Bananas A average-sized banana has about 450 grams of potassium, making it one of the most powerful natural medicines for controlling blood pressure. That’s because this mineral helps your body control how salt is processed in your body. As you already know, consuming too much salt will surely affect your blood pressure. Along with watching your salt consumption. you must pay serious attention to your potassium levels. A potassium deficiency can cause sodium imbalances and compromise many bodily functions. 2. Pumpkin seeds You’ll find managing you blood pressure to be much easier if you start eating pumpkin seeds. Thanks to their high zinc content, they can help reverse the effects of hypertension. When your body doesn’t get enough zinc, your arteries will end up losing elasticity, which will result in inflammation. Pumpkin seeds also taste great and are an excellent source of: Protein Fatty acids Minerals Amino acids All of these also act as a good anti-inflammatory, emollients, and anti-parasite remedy. 3. Garlic Garlic will, without a doubt, help you control your blood pressure. It doesn’t just act as a blood thinner but also helps treat conditions such as: Hardening of your arteries, or arteriosclerosis Heart attacks Coronary heart disease This is due to the great amounts of vitamin C, vitamin B6, and manganese in garlic. 4. Yogurt The consumption of calcium is very important, both for children and adults. When you regularly eat calcium-rich foods and get the recommended 100 to 150 milligrams, you’ll be lowering your risk of elevated blood pressure. Yogurt provides your body with a wide variety of nutrients, including calcium, protein, potassium, and magnesium. Calcium in particular will help you manage your blood pressure because it keeps your blood pH under control. That keeps your body in an alkaline state that prevents your blood pressure from rising. 5. Potatoes Potatoes are very healthy if you eat them in the right amounts and cooked the right way. Remember when we mentioned how important potassium is when it comes to blood pressure? Well, you should know that potatoes are a significant source of potassium. This mineral will help you control your blood pressure by lowering your sodium levels. In addition, they’re rich in magnesium. Magnesium reduces your stress levels and improves your immune system. 6. Watermelon seeds People tend to throw these seeds out, unaware of how good they can be for their health. These little things contain curcurbitin, a substance that has the ability to support kidney function and dilate your blood vessels. That makes them ideal for fighting high blood pressure. As if that weren’t enough, if you deal with arthritis as well, they can be doubly beneficial. Put some slightly crushed watermelon seeds in a container with boiling water, let sit for at least an hour and a half, and eat small amounts over the course of the day. We recommend reading: 5 Things About Watermelon You Probably Did Not Know 7. Onions Just like garlic, onions have superpowers for your arteries and your whole body. Onions help improve blood circulation and fight high cholesterol as well as hypertension. This is due to their high content of: Essential oils Vitamins B complex Vitamin E Vitamin C Minerals (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, sulfur) Try adding onions to low-fat recipes. You can make them a part of tasty salads along with lemon, or in soups. Natural home remedies for (natural treatment for): Subscribe now https://goo.gl/oWckWm

► How To Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

12:08
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBP ======================================= How To Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= This is a really important question because most people don’t know that high blood pressure (hypertension) is the most important risk factor for premature deaths… It accounts for over 50% of all deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and 14% of all total deaths each year! Globally, high blood pressure affects 27% of the population and the stats are even worse in the US, about 35% of the population! And get this, it has been estimated that 90% of Americans are expected to develop high blood pressure by the age of 65. I’m very familiar with the stats because I have a family history of high blood pressure (my dad’s side), causing heart attacks and strokes. “Normal” Is Still Too High The newest research suggests that even “normal” blood pressure (120–129 / 80–84 mmHg) increases the risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 46% on average. For women, the risk was slightly lower. But for men, it was much higher—80%, regardless of age. These results are alarming in light of the fact that 33% US citizens have a blood pressure in the normal/high range (129–139 / 84–95 mmHg).... Drugs Don’t Even Work Making the problem worse, studies have shown that prescription drugs for “high normal” blood pressure and even mild hypertension are not effective. A large review of randomized, clinical trials (performed by the prestigious Cochrane Collaboration) found that anti-hypertensive drugs used to treat mild hypertension (140–159 / 90–99 mm/Hg) did not reduce disease complications or the risk of death. What Does All Of This Mean For You?… Even mild hypertension, while still in the “normal” range, can nearly double your risk of heart disease and thus, potentially leading to a heart attack or stroke. So that means we need to… Lower Your Blood Pressure, Naturally High blood pressure affects only 1% of hunter-gatherer populations following a traditional diet,.... but its prevalence increases when those cultures adopt a western diet and lifestyle … DIET Remember that your genes and hormones are primary controlling factors in how you look and feel. And, what you EAT controls your hormones and thus, dictates “gene expression”. Eating the wrong foods can cause hypertension. Pay attention to: Less Sugar & Simple Carbohydrates – When your blood sugar spikes up, typically from eating sugar or from processed/refined carbohydrates, your blood pressure goes up and blood flow decreases. More Vegetables & Fruits – These foods have higher levels of potassium, magnesium, minerals and vitamins which help lower blood pressure. In fact, this is why Blood Pressure Optimizer, utilizes the most potent blood pressure lowering extracts from Hawthorn Berries, Grape Seeds, Celery Seeds, Pomegranate and tomatoes. Less Meat & More Fish – Cold water fish has many blood pressure lowering benefits, primarily because of the healthy fats. The very opposite of modern day meats. If you don’t want to take fish oil pills, just have cold water fish 3-4x weekly. LIFESTYLE Lose Weight – Being overweight is never good for your body, and this includes hypertension. Exercise – You don’t need much. Just get out and WALK daily, even if it’s just 3x a week for only 15-20 minutes. Sleep – My sleep is horrible and as we get older, it seems to get worse for most of us. Try to get to bed earlier. Go Outside – Sunlight helps lower blood pressure. And by walking outside 3x weekly, you’ll get two benefits in one. Relax – We live in stressful times, so you need to take a “time-out” daily and relax. SUPPLEMENTS The right supplements can positively affect your hormones and can dramatically improve your blood pressure naturally, without any of the negative side-effects of drugs. Combined with a better diet and lifestyle, you’re good to go. This is why I formulated Blood Pressure Optimizer for dad and myself. It’s safe and works quickly because it utilizes clinically researched, natural ingredients such as: Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorne Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Try Blood Pressure Optimizer™ … Click here for a natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBP ======================================== Thank you for watching. This is especially true for “endurance” exercises such as running, jogging, biking, etc. Even though lifting weights can actually INCREASE your testosterone levels, for many people this is temporary. Afterwards, there is a big drop in testosterone. So, why does this happen? Well, there are lots of reasons. Lower blood sugar due to glucose depletion in your muscles, increases your cortisol levels and can cause a decrease in testosterone. Stress on your nervous system (CNS) due to an exhaustive or overly strenuous workout, increases your cortisol and will cause a decrease in your testosterone. Not eating well, being depleted of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, causes stress on your body and again, raises your cortisol and decreases your testosterone. As you see - the common problem is STRESS and the increase in your cortisol hormone. There are 3 ways to fix this problem and reduce this from happening: Make sure you have enough food in your body, before AND after exercise. This means have a good, light meal about an hour or two before exercise. And make sure to eat carbs and protein soon after your workout, to replenish your empty glucose and protein levels. Keep your workouts short. No more than 30-45 minutes. No more than 3-4x weekly. Don’t kill yourself. You should leave the gym feeling GOOD and refreshed. Not as if you just got done wrestling Kingkong and you’re dead tired. Take vitamins and herbs after your workout, that are clinically proven to reduce cortisol and increase your testosterone. And one of the simplest ways to do this is to take Vitamin C. Recent research shows that taking about 500 mgs of Vitamin C, before AND after your workout,1 can Decrease your stress hormone, cortisol. Dramatically reduce the drop in testosterone levels. Improve sperm count and the desire to have sex. There have been many other clinical studies showing how powerful Vitamin C is at reducing stress. Combined with other ingredients that boost your testosterone, and you have a winning formula. Personally, here’s what I’ve been doing for years. An hour before exercise: I have a light meal, maybe a protein shake. I take 1000 mgs of Buffered Vitamin C 2 pills of AlphaViril to boost my testosterone. 30-60 minutes after my workout: I have another meal, carbs + protein. More calories. I take more Vitamin C, this time 2000 mgs And I take another 2-3 pills of AlphaViril to decrease my negative hormones and boost my testosterone even further. You can find out more about how AlphaViril works, by clicking the special link to a bonus video about it. Combined with high dose Vitamin C, even 500 mgs before and after your workout, the combination makes dramatic improvements in your testosterone, muscle mass, fat loss and sex drive. Give it a try and let me know how it works for you. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. » Best Diet For Removing Calcium Deposits & Plaque Buildup From Your Blocked Arteries

05:24
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow and circulation in only 30 days - NO drugs or diets! ►► http://drsam.co/yt/CureBlockedArteriesNaturally =============================================== Best Diet For Removing Calcium Deposits & Plaque Buildup From Your Clogged Arteries =============================================== When attempting to remove calcium deposits from the their blocked arteries, most people mistakenly stop eating any food that contains calcium. This is wrong and counterproductive because calcium has many benefits and it’s a very important mineral, especially in your BONES… But NOT in your arteries and heart. In fact, calcium deposits and plaque buildup is a sign of early aging. So you really need to be proactive and reverse and remove calcium and plaque buildup For anti-aging purposes For improved blood flow and circulation To help reduce your risk of a heart attack or stroke. And the good news is that no matter how old you are or how “bad” things may seem in your arteries, you can DEFINITELY help reverse and remove calcium and plaque buildup… quickly and easily. And you can do it naturally, without drugs or crazy restrictive diets. I’ve done it over and over again with hundreds and thousands of my clients, including my father! Your “Diet” The types of foods you eat AND avoid is very important for removing plaque building and preventing calcium deposits in your arteries and veins. The right foods will direct calcium and important minerals directly into your bones, instead of your arteries. The best type of diet to follow is an anti-inflammatory and low insulin-stimulating/blood sugar diet. CARBOHYDRATES 50% of your diet should come from low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory carbohydrates. This is because high insulin levels due to high blood sugar from the WRONG forms of carbohydrates, causes plaque to build in the lining of your arteries. There’s nothing wrong with carbohydrates… You just want to eliminate or minimize sugars and simple carbs such as white bread, cereals, pasta and most carbs that come in a “box”. Instead, you want to eat more natural carbohydrates such as Yams/sweet potatoes Quinoa Buckwheat (contains NO wheat or gluten) Legumes/beans Some fruit Lots of vegetables PROTEINS Less than 25% should come from healthy proteins. Most people eat way too much protein, especially in America. It’s not natural to eat so much protein. Your body doesn’t require much protein and “high protein” diets actually CAUSE plaque and calcium buildup in your arteries. Best Healthy Proteins Wild caught fish (salmon is great) Grass fed bison/buffalo Free range eggs (including the yolks) Small amounts of free-range chicken FATS 25% from healthy fats Most people eat way too much of the WRONG fats and barely any healthy “good” fats. Stay away from hydrogenated oils and trans fats. Do NOT cook or heat your fats. Stay away from most vegetable oils, especially the junk at the local supermarket. These are the WORST types of fats because they cause plaque buildup. Best Healthy Fats: Organic, extra virgin coconut Organic avocado Extra virgin olive oil Raw nuts (almonds & walnuts are great) LIQUIDS Don’t drink your calories. Nothing with sugars. No sodas, even if they are “no calories” because they acidify your body and cause calcium deposits. You also need to eliminate dairy. Milk is for babies and cow milk is for BABY COWS! Drink lots of water (lemon for taste), some green tea and maybe 1-2 cups of organic coffee. 7 Foods That Naturally Unclog Arteries Preventing Heart Attack And Stroke

03:31
If your goal is to restore or maintain a healthy-heart, there are a variety of foods that can help to unclog arteries of plaque build-up, lower your blood-pressure, and reduce inflammation – the main culprits of cardiovascular illness. Many of the foods on this list contain healthy-fats, antioxidants, and soluble-fiber which are great not only for your heart, but also to promote healthy-skin, hair, hormone production, and nutrient absorption. 1.Avocado The next time you make a sandwich or salad, consider adding a few slices of avocado in lieu of mayonnaise or heavy salad dressing. Studies have shown that the daily consumption of avocado result in improved blood-cholesterol with a decrease in triglycerides and LDL of around 22% and an 11% increase in HDL – the “good” cholesterol that helps to keep arteries clear of obstructions. 2.Broccoli Broccoli is another vegetable that is loaded with Vitamin-K which helps to prevent calcification or hardening of arteries.  Eating vitamin- and antioxidant-packed broccoli can also help to prevent oxidation of LDL cholesterol which can lead to serious heart conditions.  3.Asparagus One of the best vegetables for clearing arteries, asparagus is full of fiber and minerals, as well as a long list of vitamins including K, B1, B2, C, and E.  Asparagus can help to lower blood-pressure and prevent blood-clots that can cause serious cardiovascular illness. Try steaming raw asparagus for maximum vitamin potential! 4.Green Tea Green-tea – especially nutrient-rich Matcha green-tea – contains high levels of catechins, antioxidant plant phenols which hinder the absorption of cholesterol during digestion. Enjoy a cup or two of green tea every day to improve your blood-lipid levels and help reduce arterial blockage.  Green-tea also provides a natural boost to the metabolism which can help you to lose-weight, further bolstering your cardiovascular health. 5.Olive Oil Rich in monounsaturated oleic acid – an essential fatty-acid (EFA) known for its positive effects on cholesterol levels and oxidative stress in the blood stream – olive-oil is widely considered to be one of the healthiest oils for cooking and dressing food. According to a recent study, use of olive-oil for these purposes can actually reduce the risk of serious cardiovascular illnesses by up to 41%. When shopping for olive-oil, go with a certified 100% organic virgin olive oil. 6.Spinach One of the famed dark leafy-greens, spinach is loaded with fiber, potassium, and folate – all of which help to lower blood-pressure and keep arteries clear.  According to recent studies, just one serving per day of folate-rich greens like spinach can lower homocysteine levels – a known risk factor for cardiovascular diseases like atherosclerosis. Enjoy your spinach sautéed, in a salad, or as part of a heart-smart smoothie! 7.Turmeric Curcumin, the main component of Turmeric, is a powerful anti-inflammatory.  Adding turmeric to your diet can seriously reduce inflammation and damage to arterial-walls which are leading causes of plaque build-up and blood-clots.  Furthermore, studies have shown us that the high levels of curcumin in Turmeric can aid in the reduction of fatty deposits in the arteries by up to 26%. Follow us on Twitter: @foods4health1 Recipes4Health: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2bZhXBHIb51n1fE3VWPmcQ/videos To learn more about the health benefits of food, visit: http://www.benefitsoffood.blogspot.com Consuming enough nutrients to meet our dietary and lifestyle needs is an important part in living a healthy life. A vitamin or mineral deficiency can lead to unwanted health complications and disorders that can negatively impact our quality of life. Magnesium deficiency is no exception to this, and this mineral plays an important role in contributing to our overall health. Magnesium is important for the overall health of our heart, bones, energy, sleep and many other bodily interactions and functions. Foods that are high in magnesium include spinach, pumpkin seeds, swiss chard, avocado, black beans and almonds. Discuss with your medical practitioner to determine the correct amounts of magnesium you should be getting each day. Now, lets discuss some signs and symptoms of magnesium deficiency. 1. A common sign and symptom of magnesium deficiency is an increased risk of weakened bones or bone related ailments such as osteoporosis. This can also increase the risk of bone injuries and bone fractures. Magnesium deficiency can directly lead to weaker bones and lower levels of calcium in the blood, a nutrient that is very important for bone health. A deficiency in this mineral may also lead to reduced bone mass. 2. Another common symptom of magnesium deficiency is fatigue and feelings of weakness. Please note that these feelings of fatigue are often quite severe and common and occur even after having a good nights sleep. Magnesium deficiency can also lead to muscle weakness often attributed to a lack or loss to potassium in the cells found within our muscles. When we are low in magnesium, these two symptoms can appear together. 3. Being deficient in the mineral magnesium may also lead to the symptom of high blood pressure as some studies have shown. This can also put you at risk for developing heart disease. These studies suggest that low levels of magnesium can lead to blood pressure levels rising. One of the most beneficial nutrients to lower blood pressure if magnesium and it can help contribute to better overall heart health. 4. Another common symptom of magnesium deficiency is muscle cramps or muscle twitches. This is often attributed to more calcium flowing into our nerves cells, leading to our muscle nerves being hyperstimulated. Again, these twitches often occur frequently and are persistent when related to magnesium deficiency. 5. Lastly, being deficient in the important mineral magnesium can increase the risk of certain mental disorders such as depression and anxiety. Having a deficiency in magnesium may lead to nerve dysfunction which can increase the risk for these disorders to occur. For all of the above signs and symptoms, it is important that you speak to your medical practitioner to always determine the direct cause and best treatment for you. Thank you for watching the video! Also, raw honey may decrease hyperglycaemia. Mixing raw honey with cinnamon has been found to be especially beneficial in this regard. Bananas may also be able to improve insulin sensitivity. This is because bananas, specifically unripe varieties, are a great source of resistant starch, which may help improve insulin sensitivity when consumed consistently. 4. What REALLY Causes High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)?

03:53
Give Dr. Berg a Review: http://bit.ly/DrBergReviewGoogle VIDEOS ON INSULIN RESISTANCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxl8hhyN6AQ&t=1s Dr. Berg talks about the link between high blood pressure and insulin resistance. Insulin resistances, which is high insulin stiffens your arteries, disrupts the endothelial layer of your arteries, which start the hardening of the arteries as well as the cascade effect of cholesterol and calcium to accumulate in the arteries. High insulin (insulin resistance) creates inflammation in the arteries. This condition also causes sodium retention and a loss of potassium because insulin is necessary to allow this mineral in the cell. Diuretics also have a side-effect of causing insulin resistance. The treatment of hypertension is mainly medications because we are told that there is no cure, only treatment. The pathophysiology is in reality a disruption of the artery wall creating vasoconstriction, stiffness and less elasticity. The additional symptom of hypertension is headaches and a risk for stroke and heart attack. The home remedies involve actions to lower insulin - cutting out sugar, adding vegetables to get your potassium and even apple cider vinegar can help. Top 3 Minerals for Fasting & a Low Carb Keto Diet

07:33
Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com Top 3 Minerals for Fasting & a Low Carb Keto Diet - Thomas DeLauer When you're on a ketogenic diet, a low carb diet or even if you're fasting for that matter, there's some things that you need to be paying attention to when it comes down to your minerals. Now I mention in a lot of videos increasing your sodium intake, in some videos I talk about magnesium, some videos I talk about potassium. But in this video I want to break it down all into one. I want to help you understand what happens in your body when you're in a low carb state or when you're in a fasted state and why minerals become extremely, extremely, extremely important. So we have to remember that even when we're fasting or when we're cutting card out of the diet, we are not holding nearly as much water. You see for every one gram of carbohydrate that you consume, you hold on average 3.7 grams of water. So that means when you cut these carbohydrates out your body is losing a lot of water. Now, to make matters worse, ketones like beta hydroxy butyrate that our body produces when we're fasting or when we're in a ketogenic state are proven to be somewhat of a diuretic as is, so they make it a little bit worse. They cause your body to excrete even more water. So let's talk about three minerals today. I want to talk about sodium, I want to talk about potassium and I also want to talk about magnesium. So let's start with sodium. Heres the thing, first and foremost when your body isn't holding onto the water as much you're going to drop some sodium. It's going to head on out along with the water. You're just going to excrete it out. But there's an additional thing that happens that we have to be cognizant of and that's the fact that your insulin levels are very low. So whether you're fasting or on a ketogenic diet, your insulin levels are lower and insulin helps regulate the kidney's ability to reabsorb sodium. So when insulin isn't present, the kidneys tend to just flush that sodium out of the equation. So now you have two different things going on. Your losing water because you don't have the carbs, you don't have the actual volume. But then you actually have a function of the kidneys themselves that are causing the body to just excrete extra sodium. This isn't necessarily a bad thing because I will honestly say that the benefits of having lower levels of insulin probably supersede the actual negative aspects of your body excreting sodium because it's a lot easier to add more sodium into the diet. There was one study that was published in the American Journal of Medicine that took a look at 51 obese patients. Now these 51 obese patients they put on a low carb diet, okay, they put them on a 25 carb diet for about six months. They kept their calories still relatively high though, they just cut their carbs down. Well what they found was that at the end of six months, all the patients that were on the low carb diet had an increase in blood urea nitrogen levels. What does this end up meaning? This means that their body was losing sodium. They also found that their blood levels of sodium were significantly reduced compared to those that didn't go on a low carb diet. So we do have legitimate telltale proof that going on a low carb diet does slow down the ability to retain sodium and it does make it so you lose a little bit of that salt that's helping your blood pressure stay up. 🍬 Why My Blood Sugar Optimizer Is The Best Supplement For High Glucose Levels And Diabetes

07:00
Find out more about Blood Sugar Optimizer here: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/MoreAboutBSO Or watch this video about how high blood sugar levels causes Alzheimer's: ►https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYvWYg1SzWs ====================== 🍬 Why My Blood Sugar Optimizer Is The Best Supplement For High Glucose Levels And Diabetes ====================== I formulated Blood Sugar Optimizer almost 15 years ago for myself and family because we have a family history of diabetes and heart disease.… and I mention heart disease because over 67% of people who have heart related issues… Such as cholesterol, blood flow, blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes… have elevated blood sugar levels! Plus, if you’ve gained weight or have a hard time losing fat… Especially around those stubborn areas such as belly Or for women around the butt, legs and arms. It’s because of high blood sugar levels. And this is because blood sugar and insulin levels affects almost EVERY aspect of your body! It’s one of the MOST IMPORTANT factors that controls BOTH how you look and feel – all day long?…. Especially how you age… – both physically and mentally! It happens to be a primary factor in most diseases and cancers… Blood sugar also affects your mood, your energy levels and even cognition and memory… And if you care about your looks, it also happens to be one of the underlying causes of weight gain, wrinkles, age spots… and even hair loss! … Because of all these reasons, I had to find easy, convenient & safe, long-term solutions that would help lower my blood sugar naturally and quickly No Drugs! No Super Restrictive Diets! No Crazy Workouts! How It Works So during my research I discovered two important facts that changed my life forever… First - I believe that the #1 reason for blood sugar problems is genetics and more importantly… the change in your hormones, due to AGING! Of course… your diet, exercise, stress management and life-style can make this situation better or worse… Secondly – Your body functions on nutrients, NOT “calories”! And if I gave my body the specific nutrients that it needed, I was able to “fix” these issues. Basically, I could “improve & optimize” my genetics! My pancreas was stronger so my body produced optimal, healthy insulin levels, which helps prevent pre-diabetes and diabetes. Dramatically increased “insulin sensitivity” so my body didn’t have blood sugar “highs” or “lows”, or mood fluctuations Improved glucose/sugar metabolism So the carbohydrates I ate, converted to muscle and energy, NOT body fat! And the same can be true for YOU! And here’s the “cool” part… I was able to accomplish all of these benefits, quickly… because scientists have already discovered about 12 specific vitamins and minerals and 10 natural, organic herbs and amino acids… that when combined together, in the correct ratio… created a synergistic effect that naturally helps improve your glucose levels! Now, these scientist are a lot smarter than me … and they’ve spent YEARS doing clinical research to prove this. So I borrowed their award-winning research… I took these clinically proven ingredients and combined them all into one convenient pill, called… Blood Sugar Optimizer™. Which is super easy to use –you simply take 1-2 small capsules, before your meals. That’s it! No drugs, crazy diets or exercise programs. In fact, I never even think about eating a carbohydrate… WITHOUT taking my Blood Sugar Optimizer™ …. And here’s the best part … Blood Sugar Optimizer™ has almost 15 years of scientific PROOF that it works… And because of this, I’m able to offer you a ONE YEAR satisfaction guarantee! In fact, Blood Sugar Optimizer™ is so effective … And works so quickly… that if it doesn’t help improve your glucose levels in only 30 days… you’ll receive a full refund + an additional $100.00 cash back! … Simply stated, Blood Sugar Optimizer™ gives regular people like you and me, who have “average” or “below average” blood sugar genetics, the specific nutrients our body needs, to help metabolize and utilize carbohydrates CORRECTLY… Similar to “good” genetic, “thin” people have!... or at the very least, the way we used to be when we were younger! you can dramatically reduce your risk for Pre-diabetes & diabetes Heart disease (cholesterol, blood pressure, circulation, clogged arteries, etc.) Cancer (breast, prostate, colon, etc.) Neurological diseases (memory loss, Alzheimer’s, MS, Parkinson’s, etc.) ======================================== Thank you for watching. Manage Diabetes With These Powerful Juice Recipes !! As we all know, diabetes is a serious metabolic condition in which a person has increased concentration of sugar in the blood. Today diabetes is reaching epidemic properties. Is estimated that by 2020, nearly a half of the Americans will be diabetic. In the last a few decades, this disease has become a problem all over the world. The situation can be worse by the fact that people with diabetes have an increased risk of developing health problems such as heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, blindness and nerve disease, etc. People who have diabetes also have a greater risk of developing infections. However, many of these serious health problems can be avoided. Diabetes is reversible disease and implementing some simple changes in your lifestyle can be beneficial for your health. Yes, it can be done if you make some changes in your diet and if you increase your physical activity. Your diet should be variable and based on fresh organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and fresh meat. The following recipes are rich in vitamins and minerals and can help you to lower your blood sugar and even to reverse diabetes. Spinach and Celery juice Ingredients: – 3 cups spinach – One green apple – 1 carrot – 1 cucumber (optional) – Two celery stalks Directions: Wash the ingredients and peel the carrot and the apples. After that, juice all of the ingredients in a juicing machine. The ingredients in this juice are rich in vitamins and minerals. Carrots contain potassium, and can help to reduce high sodium levels associated with heart diseases. Also, carrots contain beta-carotene, vitamin A, and can help with eye problems. Celery is rich in magnesium: also essential in prevention and treatment of heart diseases. Spinach contains vitamin A, vitamin B, beta-carotene, calcium and provide multiple health benefits. Apples contain malic acid and help to normalize blood sugar levels. Celery, Spinach and Parsley juice Ingredients: – 2 cups of spinach – 1 cup of parsley – One stalk celery – A half green apple – 2 carrots Directions: Wash the ingredients and then juice all five ingredients in a juicing machine. The potassium, sodium, malic acid and other vitamins and minerals in this juice, will help you to manage and lower your blood sugar naturally. Health advice: Instead of taking a drug to lower your high blood pressure such as diuretic, try a vegetable that has natural diuretic properties, i.e. cucumber, carrots, parsley, lemon juice.

For The Heart From The Heart

Ingredients mentioned in this video with their descriptions: Taurine 500mgs - Taurine may facilitate the transport of Potassium into and out of the body's Cells and may help to prevent and treat Cardiomyopathy. Taurine concentrates in the Heart references and (5000-6000 mg per day of supplemental Taurine) may alleviate Ischemic Heart Disease. By normalizing Potassium flow into and out of Cardiac Muscle cells, Taurine normalizes the electrical excitability of the Cell Membranes of Cardiac Muscle and enhances the contractile strength of the Cardiac Muscle. Taurine modulates the activity of cyclic AMP within Cardiac Muscle. Persons who have experienced a Heart Attack often exhibit very low Taurine levels subsequent to their Heart Attack (indicating that supplemental Taurine may be highly advisable for persons who have experienced a Heart Attack). Taurine may also help to prevent a Heart Attack as it may help prevent potentially lethal Arrhythmias after Heart Attacks. Taurine is the most abundant and most important Amino Acid in the Heart (it is present in the Heart in greater quatities than all other Amino Acids combined). Taurine (6000 mg per day) may lower Blood Pressure in Hypertension patients (by suppressing Renin-Angiotensin). It usually requires four weeks of daily supplementation with Taurine before its Blood Pressure lowering effects occur. Magnesium Citrate or Malate - Magnesium may exert antispasmodic effects on Blood Vessels. Magnesium supplementation may improve Heart function in Cardiomyopathy patients. It may also be beneficial for the treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy. Magnesium may prevent and treat most types of Cardiovascular Diseases. Approximately 85% of Mitral Valve Prolapse patients exhibit Magnesium deficiency and oral Magnesium supplementation (600-1800 mg per day) may alleviate many cases of Mitral Valve Prolapse. Magnesium supplementation may provide significant protection against Strokes (the Blood Vessels that supply the Brain are prone to vascular spasm during Magnesium deficiency and these vascular spasms that occur during Magnesium deficiency may result in a Stroke. With Magnesium supplementation, the Cerebral Arteries may relax and Blood Circulation to the Brain may improve). Magnesium (administered within six hours after the occurrence of a Stroke) may reduce the after-effects of Strokes. 100mgs and Potassium citrate 99mgs--this will regulate the heart and initially use each dose of each 3 times per day. Potassium is a very important mineral for the proper function of all cells, tissues, and organs in the human body. It is also an electrolyte (a substance that conducts electricity in the body) along with sodium, chloride, calcium and magnesium. Potassium is crucial to heart function and plays a key role in skeletal and smooth muscle contractions making it important for normal digestive and muscular function. Other studies show that increasing potassium intake reduces the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. Researchers suspect that this is largely due to potassium's blood pressure lowering effects. Hawthorn Leaf - may improve the utilization of Oxygen by the Cardiac Muscle and improves Blood Circulation to the Cardiac Muscle. Hawthorn may prevent and treat many Cardiovascular Diseases. Hawthorn (pretreatment) may minimize the Brain damage that occurs after the occurrence of an ischemic Stroke. It may also protect the Heart against Hypoxia. Hawthorn may alleviate Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) by increasing the strength of Cardiac Muscle contractions and increasing blood circulation to the heart and by reducing the resistance of blood circulation in peripheral tissue. Hawthorn may also improve the production of energy within the heart and may improve the contrations of the heart muscle wall (the Myocardium) allowing it to more efficiently pump blood through the body and also protects the heart against Hypoxia. Hawthorn and Ginger Root may increase the contraction strength of the heart and may improve Energy production in the heart (due to its ability to increase the production of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) by the heart. Recipe: to make a tea, take about a 3 inch slice of ginger--peel and chop--and add equal amounts of either Hawthorn Berry or Leaf and bring to a boil. Or, you can percolate this or take the same portions and and extract them in alcohol. Olive Oil - Visioli and Galli reported that Oleuropein shows anti-athergenic activity. In 2003, Carluccio MA et al. reported that oleuropein reduces monocytoid cell adhesion to stimulated endothelium as well as vascular cell adhesion molecule-1. Reflow in ischemic hearts was accompanied by a prompt release of oxidized glutathione in ischemic hearts pretreated with oleuropein. This release was significantly reduced and was accompanied by prevention of membrane lipid peroxidation, which is considered a key factor in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.

Lose Weight Lower Cholesterol and Blood Sugar With Just An Avocado a Day

03:46
Lose Weight, Lower Cholesterol and Blood Sugar With Just An Avocado a Day why? because Without a doubt, avocado is a lot of people’s favorite fruit, and this isn’t the case with Americans only, but with people from many other countries as well. This tasty fruit contains a lot of nutrients and so it offers numerous health-benefits. Additionally, numerous studies have shown that people who consume avocados regularly have lower Body-Mass-Index and better nutrient intake when compared to those who don’t eat avocados frequently. Here is what 1 Avocado a day can do to your body. 1.It’s a Healthy fat The avocado is virtually the only fruit that has monounsaturated fat (good-fat). According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, good-fats are those that can lower bad-cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of heart-attack and stroke. So instead of mayonnaise why not spread some Avocado on your toast and sandwiches. 2.Helps lose weight According to a study published in the Nutrition Journal, ½ avocado with lunch can be of great help for overweight individuals as it keeps you satiated for a longer period of time. According to the participants in the study, they had 40% lesser desire for eating for more than 3-hours and 28% lesser desire for eating 5-hours after a meal. 3. Reduces Cholesterol level Statistically speaking, 1 in 3 American adults suffer from problems related to high cholesterol levels which only double the risk of cardiovascular diseases. However, there are natural ways to lower high cholesterol-levels. Studies have shown that regular consumption of avocado is an excellent way to decrease cholesterol-levels. Avocado has the amazing power to lower blood-triglycerides and cholesterol levels, as well as to lower LDL cholesterol levels and to increase HDL levels. 4.Avocardo is rich in nutrients Avocados have an abundance of nutrients and each serving has more than 20-vitamins and minerals. Through consumption of one avocado you intake the following recommended daily values: 33% of vitamin-C, 21% of vitamin-E, 26% of vitamin-B6, 53% of vitamin-K, 19% of copper, 41% of folate, 28% of potassium, and 28% of pantothenic-acid. 5.Prevents diabetes According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, at one point in our lives, diabetes is going to affect around 40% of people in USA. In order to minimize this risk, you must balance your blood-sugar levels. One study showed that participants who were given ½ avocado with their lunch, and had their insulin and blood-glucose levels checked at intervals, raised their carb and calorie intake, but showed no increase in the blood-sugar levels, unlike those who didn’t consume an avocado with lunch 6.Improves Bone health Avocados are rich in Vitamin-K, folate, copper, and numerous other nutrients. When regularly consumed, avocados help in the building and maintenance of strong bones. 7.Helps in Digestion Avocados keep the digestive-system working smoothly. A single avocado has 13 grams fiber which is 54% of the daily recommended fiber. 8.It is Anti-Carcinogenic According to a study, avocado may be helpful in inhibiting or stopping prostate-cancer cell growth. Another study pointed out that avocados can be significant in the reduction of chemotherapy side-effects.
