10 Ways To Improve Kidney Function Naturally http://bit.ly/2ouONK5. Do These Everyday To PEE OUT More Toxins. There is a saying I love: “Spirit is simple, the Mind makes things complex”, and for me it is no different with healing. Your body wants to heal, there is nothing that it wants to do more; it was designed to heal. Improving Your Kidney Function Can Be Simple So you see for many, improving kidney function doesn’t need to be difficult. In most cases, simply by stepping to the side and getting out of your own way, checking your thoughts, fears, and excuses at the door, you can catalyse massive changes in your health, by simply allowing the healing to take place. Rubbing Lanterns Won’t Help Improve Your Kidney Function, But Here’s What Can… Now stay with me… I am not saying that that you can cure all by thinking just happy thoughts, wishing, and “getting out of the way”, no definitely not. There are many practical things you can do every day, with little to no fuss that are very effective in helping increase kidney function. Very helpful indeed. Note: thinking positive however sure won’t hurt, in fact it will go along way; your mindset is the single biggest determining factor on how quickly you heal. … So in tune with today’s theme of simplicity, I would like to share with you 10 effortless tips that can be applied immediately to help your kidney function http://bit.ly/2ovicDZ, no need to leave home, and no need to spend a dime. How To Improve Kidney Function In 10 Easy Steps OK, let’s begin shall we? 1. The Water Hydration Technique: You know how most of us generally go for long periods without water, become thirsty (and dehydrated) and scull the next available glass in about 30 seconds? Have you ever thought what this does to your body? No? I don’t blame you. The actual fact of the matter is that every time you a drink a glass of water (or any fluid) in a hurry, you are placing pressure on kidney function. How? Well, seeing as one of the functions of the kidneys is to keep the fluid levels in the blood stream balanced, by drinking a full glass of water at once you are essentially dumping a large amount of water into the blood stream, which the kidneys now need to balance out (i.e. increase urine production). By drinking slowly, a mouthful at a time, you reduce the pressure on the kidneys and increase hydration. Sound too simple to do any good? Good. Now try it. 2. Sunshine: As you are probably aware, when sunlight touches the skin, light sensitive receptor cells are activated to produce the active form of vitamin D. Vitamin D has many benefits in the body, the main benefits being: cancer prevention, immune system enhancement, bone health, and regulation of phosphorus and calcium levels (which is important in kidney disease). Did you know then that one of the key functions of kidneys is to active vitamin D too? True. By spending just 15 mins a day under the light of the sun, you can let the sun and your skin do all the work. Your kidneys will be saved the extra work, and at the same time you get to enjoy the open air. The other important thing to note is that if your kidney function has deteriorated too far, then your kidneys will not be able to produce enough active vitamin D anyway, making sunshine all the more necessary. Low levels have been linked to diabetes, kidney disease, cancer, and heart disease. People experiencing kidney disease, coupled with low vitamin D levels, have a 26 percent greater risk of dying than those with sufficient levels of vitamin D. Have your vitamin D levels tested with your next visit at your doctors: Optimal reference range for healthy individuals: – US measurement: 50 to 70 ng/mL – World measurement: 125 to 175 nmol/L Optimal reference range for treating heart disease, cancer, and kidney disease: – US measurement:70 to 80 ng/mL – World measurement: 175 to 200 nmol/L Is the sun shining where you are right now? If yes, jump outside! 3. Juicing: Juicing is a favourite kidney function treatment of mine; it’s cheap, and it is easy to do. Vegetables just like herbs contain not only vitamin and minerals that we are all familiar with, but also contain nutrients known as phytonutrients. Phytonutrients are simply ‘nutrients’ (chemical compounds) derived from plants that are produced by the plant to aid in its survival, including: chemical messengers, structure, protection from harmful organisms, protection from insects, or even attracting pollinating insects. The interesting thing with phytonutrients however, is that although these chemicals were made specific for the plant, by some miraculous way, these natural chemicals lend themselves perfectly to other organisms e.g. Humans.

12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged

04:55
12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged The liver is the largest solid organ in your body. It is located in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen and partly protected by the ribs. You need your liver for many important bodily functions and cannot live without your liver. For this reason, you should know the early signs of liver damage and take care of your liver as much as you possibly can. There are more than a hundred different kinds of diseases of the liver. Each has its own set of symptoms. Some of these diseases include alcoholic liver disease, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and cirrhosis of the liver. The early signs of liver disease tend to be easily overlooked and are non-specific, related to any number of different conditions. Here are some common early signs. 1. Upset Stomach You are likely to get nausea and vomiting. They can mimic other diseases, such as migraines, food poisoning, vertigo, motion sickness, early pregnancy, depression and vomiting. It can mimic kidney problems as well. Those who suffer from early liver damage often feel persistently nauseous, because the liver has a decreased ability to rid the body of toxins. The nausea can also be due to ongoing metabolism and changes in digestion. If you have these symptoms for several days and don’t know why, seek the attention of your doctor. 2. Fatigue and Overall Weakness One of the early and obvious signs of liver damage is constantly feeling tired and weak. When the liver is not in great condition, the body must work harder and you will need more rest. This is due to an increase in toxins in the bloodstream that can’t be cleared out because the liver can’t get rid of the toxins properly. If the symptoms persist, especially with other early signs of liver damage, seek medical advice as soon as you can. 3. Lack of Appetite This happens due to a lack of production of bile that helps digest fat in the diet. When food isn’t properly digested, it can lead to a lack of appetite and a severe loss of weight. See your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time. 4. Digestion Problems The liver is important in digestion because it makes bile that helps the nutrients be better processed and absorbed by the small intestines. If the liver is failing, you can develop an increase in indigestion and diarrhea. If the bile is not produced properly, you can also experience irritable bowel syndrome, fatty food intolerance, alcohol intolerance, abdominal bloating, constipation and gallstones. If this becomes severe, you need to seek the medical attention of a doctor. 5. Alterations in the Color of Urine If you think you are drinking enough but still have a dark color of your urine, this may be one of the early signs of liver damage. The urine may look brown, amber, or orange in color because of elevated levels of bilirubin in the bloodstream. The bilirubin is elevated because the liver cannot get rid of the bilirubin and it is excreted through the kidneys. Dark urine may also be due to dehydration, side effects of taking antibiotics, taking B vitamin supplements, urinary tract infections, enzyme deficiencies or kidney abnormalities. The doctor can help sort out the cause of dark urine. 6. Changes in Stool Coloration Because the bile is not made enough by a malfunctioning liver, the color of the stool changes. Instead of being brown, it can become pale yellow, clay colored, or gray in appearance. If this happens periodically, it is not dangerous, but if it happens often, seek the advice of your doctor to check out your liver. https://youtu.be/VOx8ikPmaos

🤷🏼‍♂️ #1 Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction & Improving Your Performance In The Bedroom

05:10
My favorite, clinically proven formula for improving ED, boosting testosterone and sex drive: 🤜 http://drsam.co/yt/BeHarderLonger You can also watch this video on my channel: http://drsam.co/yt/BestVitaminForED ======================================= 🤷🏼‍♂️ Kegel - #1 Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction & Improving Your Performance In The Bedroom ======================================= Today I’m going to reveal the #1 exercise for preventing erectile dysfunction and improving your “performance” in the bedroom. This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. Because of this, I’ve got a special link below, to a bonus video about how you can dramatically improve your testosterone levels and fix erectile problems in a few short days or weeks. ======================================== Thank you for watching. How to Lower Uric Acid Naturally

04:09
High levels of uric acid in the blood, also called hyperuricemia, can result from either increased production of uric acid in the body or decreased excretion of it through the kidneys. It can further lead to problems like gouty arthritis, kidney stones and renal failure. Factors that can contribute to a high uric acid level include a diet high in purines (purines are broken down into uric acid), excess alcohol consumption, renal insufficiency, obesity, underactive thyroid, genetics, diabetes, acidosis, and certain other diseases. There are some tips and natural remedies that can help reduce and control uric acid levels. 1. Apple Cider Vinegar Being a natural cleanser and detoxifier, apple cider vinegar can help remove wastes like uric acid from the body. It contains malic acid that helps break down and eliminate uric acid. Add one teaspoon of raw, organic, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. Drink this solution two or three times a day. You can gradually increase the amount of apple cider vinegar up to two tablespoons per glass of water and continue this remedy until your uric acid levels come down. 2. Lemon Juice Though it may seem that lemon juice will make the body more acidic, in actuality, it produces an alkaline effect and helps neutralize uric acid. Plus, its vitamin C content also helps lower uric acid levels. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a glass of warm water. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Continue for at least a few weeks. 3. Cherries Cherries and dark berries contain chemicals that help reduce uric acid levels. Eat one-half cup of cherries daily for a few weeks. You can also drink one or two cups of tart cherry juice for about four weeks. For even better results, add blueberries, strawberries, tomatoes and bell peppers to your diet. 4. Baking Soda Baking soda, is highly beneficial for lowering uric acid levels and reducing gout pain. It helps maintain the natural alkaline balance in the body and makes the uric acid more soluble and easier to flush out of the kidneys. Mix one-half teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. Drink up to four glasses of this daily for two weeks. You can drink it every two to four hours. Do not take this remedy on a regular basis. Also, do not take this remedy if you suffer from high blood pressure. People age 60 or older should not drink more than 3 glasses per day. 5. Olive Oil Most vegetable oils turn into rancid fats when heated or processed. The rancid fats destroy the vital vitamin E in the body, which is essential for controlling uric acid levels. Opt for cold-pressed olive oil rather than using vegetable oil or butter. Olive oil contains monounsaturated fats, vitamin E and antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory benefits. 6. Water Drinking plenty of water helps optimize uric acid filtering. It helps dilute the uric acid and stimulates the kidneys to eliminate excess amounts from the body through urine. Drinking adequate water regularly can reduce the risk of recurrent gout attacks. Drink at least eight to 10 glasses of water throughout the day. Also, include more fluids and fresh, water-rich fruits like watermelons, strawberries and tomatoes, and vegetables like cucumber, lettuce and celery in your diet. Top 5 Vitamins to Build Muscle & Gain Weight [HD]

04:07
http://HowToGainMuscleForMen.com/Build-Muscle-Guaranteed Frequently, our diets are perfectly balanced in amount of calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats ingested. However, having a deficiency of just one of any of the important vitamins can be the reason why your muscles grow so slowly. This video presents the Top 5 Vitamins that can make your muscle mass increase more quickly, improve your overall health, and keep you fit. Nº 5: Vitamin A This vitamin is very important in protein synthesis, the process responsible for making muscles grow and look bigger. It also improves physical performance, because it contributes to glycogen production, which as you already know, is our source of energy for weight training. Foods high in vitamin A: Carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, butter, liver, among others. Nº 4: Vitamin E Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cell membranes and keeps them healthy. This process is essential for muscle recovery and growth. Foods high in Vitamin E: Sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts. Nº3: Vitamin We need Vitamin D to improve muscular strength. This vitamin helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorous, two important minerals that allow the muscles to contract with power. Foods high in vitamin D: Salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna fish, and others. Nº2: B vitamins B vitamins are an essential group for muscle growth, because they are involved in the absorption and metabolism of nutrients that generate energy and muscular growth. I will now describe the specific benefits of each of the nutrients belonging to this group: Thiamine (B1): Essential for the metabolism of proteins, encourages muscle growth, and helps provide them with oxygen. Riboflavin (B2): Very important nutrient in the metabolism of glucose and fat-burning. It increases energy reserves. Niacin (B3): Increases energy reserves while working out, and takes part in more than 50 metabolic processes. Pyridoxine (B6): The presence of this vitamin enables the body to use available carbohydrates, metabolize proteins and build muscle. Biotin (B7): Important in the metabolism of amino acids. Cobalamin (B12): Metabolizes carbohydrates and keeps the nervous system, partially responsible for muscular strength, healthy. Foods high in B vitamins: Meat, fish, eggs, whole grains, dried fruit, and others. Nº1: Vitamin C Vitamin C is the main responsible for quick muscular growth. It contributes to testosterone production, a hormone that helps muscles grow faster, and burns fat as well. It is essential in collagen formation, which is very important to keep joints and cartilage healthy when exercising with heavy weights. And, as it is a powerful antioxidant, it speeds up muscle recovery and growth. Foods high in vitamin C: Red peppers, parsley, kiwis, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, strawberries, oranges, and others. Is it convenient to take a multivitamin supplement? Yes, I strongly recommend it because, although we may include a great variety of foods in our diet, you might have a deficiency of any of these vitamins. Taking a supplement will ensure this won't happen. Try getting a high absorption multivitamin supplement. Liquid presentations are more effective than tablets and powder forms. Pay attention to the amount of Vitamin D, E and A you ingest because, as they get stored in your body fat, taking excessive supplemental amounts can be toxic. Vitamins B and C dissolve in water, so any excess is eliminated through urine. I hope you enjoyed this video. Remember to subscribe if you want to continue receiving valuable information about building muscle and changing your body once and for all. By checking the color of your urine, you can see whether your body is doing well or if you need to see a doctor. Sounds easy, right? Now you just need to know the possible reasons (serious or not) behind each color. WE researched what the color of your urine reveals about your health and suggestions for what you can do. Have you ever seen your urine appear to be one of these colors? Orange Some anti-inflammatory drugs (Azulfidine), chemotherapy drugs, and laxatives with senna can cause an orange color. Overconsumption of vitamin B2 or beta-carotene (carrots) could also be a reason. If you were not exposed to any of the above, then: • Drink more water. Dehydration can cause urine to be highly concentrated and vary from dark yellow to orange. In just a couple of hours, it should return to its normal clear yellow color. • Check your eyes. If you notice any yellowish tint in the whites of your eyes, then orange urine can be a sign that your liver is not functioning properly. You should make an appointment with a doctor immediately. Pink and reddish It’s probably alarming to see reddish or pink urine, but it is not necessarily serious as it could be caused by food or medications. Before worrying, see the reasons behind this color. Foods: If you ate beetroot, blackberries, or rhubarb, then you have nothing to worry about. Some of the compounds that make these foods red are excreted in your urine after the kidneys do their job. Normally, it clears up by the next day. If it doesn’t, you should make an appointment with a doctor. Medications: Certain antibiotics (like Rifadin and Rimactane) used to treat tuberculosis can turn urine reddish. Phenazopyridine, which is used to treat urinary tract infections, and laxatives containing senna can also be reasons for a pinkish color. Blood: Blood in your urine can be a sign of a urinary tract infection, kidney disease, cancerous or noncancerous tumors, or bladder or kidney stones. If you see any blood clots or other tissues in your urine, see your doctor immediately. Specialists stress that this is rare but underdiagnosed, especially in women as they usually shrug it off as a weird period fluke. Green or blue It might be shocking to see this color, but it’s rare and could be caused by: Foods: Eating artificially dyed foods or asparagus. Nothing to worry about. It will clear up in a day or 2. Medications: Some medications (like Amitriptyline, Indomethacin, and Propofol) can cause the change of color. Attention: If you haven’t been exposed to any of the above, then you should contact your doctor. A green color can signal a rare urinary tract infection caused by the bacteria Pseudomonas. The bug can also cause kidney stones. Brown If you see brown shades in your urine, it could be a sign of dehydration. Among the foods that can turn your urine brown are rhubarb and fava beans. But it’s better to get it checked out, especially if you drink lots of water but the color doesn’t go away. Brown urine could indicate problems with your liver and kidneys. Attention: If your brown urine is followed by abdominal pain, rashes, and seizures, there is a high possibility of a genetic condition. Also, blood appears brownish when it disintegrates, and this can be a sign of a more serious condition like a tumor. Foaming or fizzing Having foamy urine from time to time is normal and is usually due to the speed of urination. But if it keeps coming back and is more noticeable over time, you should see your doctor. Foamy or fizzing urine can be a sign of protein in your urine, and this needs professional evaluation as an increased amount can signal a serious kidney problem. How to Increase Bone Building in the Body

01:36
How to Increase Bone Building in the Body Almost all of the calcium in the body is in the bones. There is a tiny amount in the bloodstream, which is responsible for important functions such as muscle contraction, maintenance of the heartbeat, and transmission of nerve impulses. Your body regularly lose calcium from our bloodstream through urine, sweat, and feces. It is renewed with calcium from bone or from the diet. How rapidly calcium is lost depends, in part, on the kind and amount of protein you eat, as well as other diet and lifestyle choices. What does affect calcium loss from the body? Animal Protein Diets that are high in protein cause more calcium to be lost through the urine. Protein from animal products is much more likely to cause calcium loss than protein from plant foods. This may be one reason that vegetarians tend to have stronger bones than meat-eaters. Sodium Diets high in sodium increase calcium losses in the urine Caffeine Caffeine increases the rate at which calcium is lost through urine. Smoking Smoking increases the loss of calcium from the body. What should I do to increase bone building in the body? Exercise Exercise is one of the most important factors in maintaining bone health. Vitamin D Exposure to sunlight allows the body to make the bone-building hormone vitamin D. Eating vegetables & fruits Eating a plentiful amount of fruits and vegetables helps to keep calcium in bone.Consuming calcium from plant-based sources, especially green vegetables and beans, provides one of the building blocks for bone building. 7 Tips about Vitamins for Infants | Baby Development

01:59
Watch more Newborn & Baby Development videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/506163-7-Tips-about-Vitamins-for-Infants-Baby-Development A newborn baby who is breastfed should start taking Vitamin D supplements at approximately two weeks of age. We like to make sure that the latch is established and the baby is breastfeeding well, but after that we do like to introduce Vitamin D, because the Vitamin D in breast milk is not transferred well and absorbed well by the baby, so those babies do need extra Vitamin D. It's sold over the counter. It's one dropper full, which is one mL, 400 units per day. Babies who are bottle-fed standard cow's milk or soy milk formula or any of the standardized formulas, actually, they are all supplemented with vitamins, so you do not need to give a baby who is on formula vitamins. That being said, some parents do believe in vitamins, and they like to give supplements. Vitamins for children do not cause harm if used in a small dosage, like the recommended child dosage that's over the counter. After age one, the baby can take the liquid drops. There are certain name brands, but it's a children multi-vitamin that's over the counter. If your doctor recommends that your baby needs iron, you might give a vitamin supplemented with iron as well. At four months, sometimes babies need more iron, especially babies who are not taking solids yet. So at four months, some doctors recommend Vitamin D drops with iron or a multi-vitamin with iron for your baby. Those are not written with a prescription, but you should discuss with your doctor what vitamins your baby needs or does not need. In addition, in different states and different localities, some of the water is fluorinated and some is not, so you need to find out if the water in your child's neighborhood is fluorinated or if you need to give your child a fluoride supplement. In New York City, the water has fluoride, so we do not give our children fluoride in the drops because that would be excess fluoride, and it would cause staining of the teeth. As a child grows, if your child eats a well-balanced diet, they do not need to take a vitamin. I often say that the more expensive the vitamin, the more expensive the urine because they usually just excrete most of it out.

■Why Does Diabetes Cause Frequent Urination

05:32
See how Blood Sugar Optimizer can help you here: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBloodSugar =============================================== ■Why Does Diabetes Cause Frequent Urination =============================================== Excessive thirst and increased urination are classic diabetes symptoms. When you have diabetes or are pre-diabetic, excess sugar (glucose) builds up in your blood. Your kidneys are then forced to work overtime to filter and absorb the excess sugar. If your kidneys can’t keep up, the excess sugar is excreted into your urine along with fluids drawn from your tissues. This triggers more frequent urination, which may leave you dehydrated. As you drink more fluids to quench your thirst, you’ll urinate even more. Other “diabetic” symptoms to watch out for are fatigue weight fluctuations – gaining or losing blurred vision tingling hands and feet red, swollen, tender gums symptoms-of-diabetes The BAD News It’s very important for you to do something right now because diabetes is the 7th leading cause of death in America. It’s known to be the catalyst to most health problems – heart disease, inflammation and arthritis, wrinkling, hair loss, gaining weight, high blood pressure – just to name a few. And the worst news of all?… Almost 90 million Americans (1/3 of the population) age 20 and older have pre-diabetes… and it’s growing by 2% every year! Oh… and the scary part is that 83% don’t even know it!… it goes “undiagnosed”! Which means it can quickly and permanently lead to Type 2 Diabetes. Pre Diabetic Stats … And Now The Good News: Almost all of it can be prevented and even reversed!… And I’ll get to this in a minute. Remember, you’re in control and there are simple solutions. You just need to take some action right now, before this situation gets worse and leads to additional health problems. Best Ways To Stablize Your Blood Sugar, Naturally lower-blood-sugar-diet-exercicseWith some minor life-style changes, you can see and feel big improvements quickly. Here are some things you should focus on: Lose Unwanted Fat This may not be fun, but it’s very important and it’s the first step in keeping your glucose in check. Eat Better – Natural Foods This means “low glycemic” foods, less carbohydrates, healthy proteins and fats. It also means to stay AWAY from processed, man-made foods. Also, make sure you eat often – smaller meals throughout the day to stabilize your blood sugar and have lots of fiber as well. Exercise Daily – Aerobic & Anaerobic Exercise utilizes the carbohydrates you eat, so it keeps your blood sugar stable. Having more muscle also improves insulin sensitivity, which means less insulin is needed. Proper Supplementation (for faster results) There are specific natural herbs, vitamins and minerals that can help stabilize your blood sugar, while also improving insulin sensitivity. Clinical studies have shown that people who are diabetic or pre-diabetic are lacking in certain nutrients and taking the correct supplements can quickly help fix this and get you faster results. Simply making some small adjustments in each of these categories will mean fast results for you. Which means more energy, less body fat, better cognition and you’ll simply look and feel YOUNGER! 10 Strange Things That Will Improve Your Soil

10:00
10 Strange Things That Will Improve Your Soil • Ensure your soil gets the air and water it needs. • Remember that less is more. • Don’t pull your plants at the end of the season. • Don’t leave the soil bare. • Use compost to fortify the soil. • Feeding organic matter to the soil. • Know what’s in your soil. Now it’s time to consider what to feed your soil in order to make it healthy again. As we noted, to feed it, it’s important to add organic matter to the soil such as compost, chopped leaves, manure, cover crops, straw or grass clippings from a non-chemical treated lawn. There are also many rather unusual things that are known to improve the health of soil, including these. 1. Coffee grounds Coffee grounds aren’t acidic, so you don’t have to worry about pouring them over your garden. They are outstanding for raising the nitrogen level in the soil, which is why so many gardeners are using them. The grounds contain a large amount of nitrogen so this can help your plants grow faster, whether you have grass, or tomatoes. They also contain potassium and phosphorus, meaning that the grounds offer all three of the essential ingredients for fertilizer. In fact, not only does it help feed your plants the nutrients it needs, but it encourages beneficial microorganisms and earthworms will be attracted to your soil. While you can use your own leftover coffee grounds,If you are not a coffee drinker, or you simply cannot get enough coffee grounds for you garden, you may consider getting large buckets of used grounds at a coffee shop. 2. Tea Aerated compost tea is one of the best ways to improve your soil. Aerated compost tea is a “water-based oxygen rich culture containing large populations of beneficial aerobic bacteria, nematodes, fungi, and protozoa, which can be used to bioremediate toxins.” It’s full of tiny microorganisms that make the soil fertile and healthy. 3. Banana skins We all love bananas and eventually end up with lots banana peels. These make one of the best fertilizers around, as they’re high in calcium, phosphorus, and potassium, as well as a host of other minerals, that are essential to the soil’s health. 4. Urine We must admit it sounds extremely weird, but our urine is nitrogen-rich, which can help in lush foliage growth – and, organic gardeners shouldn’t waste any of nature’s bounty, so why not? Urine is best if used on grassy plants like corn and greens. The best way to do it is to save your urine in a container and dilute it with ten times the amount of water before you apply it around the root zone. If you’re using it on seedlings or especially tender plants, dilute it even more. 5. Humanure This means exactly what you are thinking, human waste. It is completely gross, yet many organic gardeners are using it for its valuable soil nutrients. This is actually a complicated process, however, it will require quite a bit of research if you want to consider using it. It also comes with some degree of risk that is important to be mitigated and well managed. 6. Eggshells Egg shells are also loaded with calcium and you can make good use of them. Placing crushed eggshells in soil that’s around your tomato plants can prevent blossom-end rot. Just sprinkle them around the base of plants in order to keep those pesky snails and slugs at bay, and add them to your compost bin, in order to reduce acidity. 7. Oyster shells If you are in an area where there are lots of oysters, you can crush the shells and make a slow-release fertilizer to keep the soil healthy. Crush them up with a rolling pin, making the pieces as little as possible. They contain calcium carbonate that makes the soil more alkaline, so you’ll want to use it around plants that thrive in alkaline soil. 8. Aspirin To use aspirin, just add one-and-one-half aspirins to two gallons of water. Put it into a spray bottle and then spray your plants every 3 weeks. It will help strengthen the immune system of your plants so they will fight diseases easier. Salicylic acid occurs naturally in plants but in very low amounts. That’s the same substance used to make aspirin, which may be why it boosts the immune system, but stimulates flowering too. 9. Fish heads and other fish parts Fish are rich in nutrients that plants adore. You can grind up fish parts and make your own fertilizer, by using a stick blender or hand grinder and not your kitchen blender for obvious reasons. Afterwards, just work it into your soil. 10. Ashes You may have a burn pile where you dispose of things like old trimmed branches, storm debris and so on, if you live in a rural area. You shouldn’t put it in your compost pile, but it can be used in your garden soil as it has a high alkaline content as well as trace amounts of potassium and calcium to help encourage blooms. If you have acidic soil, sprinkle the ashes around plants that thrive in alkaline soil, such as lilac, roses, and hydrangea. Source - http://gardeningsoul.com/11-strange-things-improve-soil/

Hi everyone, Multivitamin and multimineral supplements contain a combination of vitamins and minerals, and sometimes other ingredients as well but they cannot take the place of eating a variety of foods that are important to a healthy diet. Foods provide more than vitamins and minerals. They also have fiber and other ingredients that have positive health effects. But people who don’t get enough vitamins and minerals from food alone, are on low-calorie diets, have a poor appetite, or avoid certain foods like in case of strict vegetarians and vegans, might consider taking an multivitamins and multiminerals supplement. ********************************************************************* LIKE COMMENT SHARE SUBSCRIBE ***************************************** You can Buy multivitamins online on Amazon.in MuscleBlaze VITE Multivitamin, 60 Tablets http://amzn.to/2w89e4u HealthVit Mulvit A To Z Multivitamins and Minerals- 60 Tablets http://amzn.to/2w8RbLs

What The Color of Your Urine Says About Your Health. https://youtu.be/9jkZPvsGq7Q Most of us don’t give much thought to our pee before we flush it out of sight. But the basic details of your urine color, smell, and how often you go - can give you a hint about what’s going on inside your body. The color, density, and smell of urine can reveal much about the state of our health. Here, for starters, are some of the things you can tell from the hue of your liquid excreta. Red, green, yellow, blue—urine comes in a variety of shades and hues, but peeing different colors of the rainbow is not always healthy. That’s why it is good to know what your urine says about your health. Most people don’t pay much attention to the color of their urine. However, urine color and consistency can provide you with valuable clues about your health. How Often Should You Go? Everyone is different, but most people need to empty their bladders up to eight times a day. That can change depending on how much you eat and drink, especially caffeine and alcohol. It could be a side effect of medications, too. Pregnant women and older people usually have to go more often than others. When urine is normal and healthy, it will be pale yellow in color. Normal urine should also be clear and free of visible precipitates 1. NO COLOR- You’re drinking a lot of water. 2. PALE STRAW COLOR- You’re normal, healthy and hydrated. 3. Certain food colorings or dyes may also affect urine color. Medications – Certain medications can alter the color of urine significantly, turning it vibrant, unnatural colors. Dehydration – Dehydration can cause urine to be darker than normal. If dehydration is the cause of abnormal urine, you can solve the problem by increasing your fluid intake. Liver Disease – Liver disease can cause your urine to turn dark brown. Urinary Tract Infection – If you have a urinary tract infection, your urine may turn pinkish or reddish. Kidney Disease – Kidney disease can also cause reddish urine. Tumors, prostate problems, and other rare conditions – In some cases, urine color changes because of a rare condition, such as a tumor in the urinary tract. 7 Best Herbs for Kidney Cleansing

07:12
Your kidneys are organs that are shaped like a bean. They are located at the backside of your abdomen. They provide your body with very important functions. Particularly, they are primarily responsible for filtering waste and toxins from your bloodstream. They also release important hormones into your body: erythropoietin, renin, and calcitriol. Those hormones are extremely important to your overall health. Your kidneys are constantly working, along with your other organs, in order to keep your blood pressure under control, produce red blood cells and to create Vitamin D. Kidneys are organs that essentially cleanse themselves. However, to help them do this, you must drink enough fluids and remain hydrated. You can also help to achieve this by eating certain fruits and vegetables, as well as drinking water. When your kidneys cleanse themselves, they are not only removing toxins from your body, but also help to keep your blood pressure under control, help the function of your urinary tract and help the function of your bladder. If you are feeling symptoms of kidney trouble, you may need some extra help in cleansing your kidneys. These symptoms can include: feeling fatigued, feeling moody, feeling pain in your kidneys after eating, eczema of the skin, feeling boated, sudden weight gain, kidney stones, or urinary tract infections. You can help your kidneys along by maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regime. It is essential that you keep your body hydrated, as well. However, if you feel that you need a little extra help in cleansing your kidneys, you can turn to some herbs. The herbs may also interact with certain medications. Here is a list of the top “super herbs” to cleanse your kidneys: 1. This is because of the important function the kidney’s play for our bodies. They are one of the main organs that the body uses to detoxify itself. They do this by balancing body fluids, form urine, clear unwanted waste from the body and maintain the body’s pH levels. Clearly detoxing the kidneys is important for our health, and luckily it can be done quite simply when the right foods are consumed. Before we discuss the foods, it should be mentioned that drinking water is important for kidney health. Drinking enough water will help to flush out the kidneys, and allow it to even cleanse itself. Now lets discuss the foods for kidney cleansing. 1. Lemon juice can help with the overall health of our kidneys. Since it is naturally acidic, it can increase citrate levels in our urine, thereby decreasing the chances of kidney stones from forming. For best results, squeeze about one quarter to one half of a lemon into 8 ounces of hot water. This can be consumed daily. 2. Pumpkin seeds are also helpful. They are rich in a number of different vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. By reducing the risk of kidney stones, these seeds can help promote the overall health of our kidneys while also promoting kidney function, ensuring they are working at their best. As well, pumpkin seeds can protect your kidneys from free radical damage. 3. Cranberries are also rich in antioxidants and have other qualities that are especially good for our kidneys. They help to flush out uric acid from them which promotes increase function. Cranberry juice can also help prevent painful urinary tract infections. They also have antibacterial properties, which can flush out the kidneys and remove unwanted bacteria through the urine. As well, cranberries contain quinic acid, which is excreted through the urine. By raising the acidity of the urine only slightly, it can help prevent the formation of insoluble stones.. 4. The herb ginger has powerful antioxidant compounds which are beneficial for kidney function. This allows it to help flush our toxins and unhealthy materials out of the kidneys specifically, while also improving your digestion. Ginger is also known for having cleansing properties while it rids the kidney and blood of toxins. Sipping on ginger tea is a great way to get its benefits. Just simmer 2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger in a couple of cups of water for roughly 10 minutes. It can be mixed with lemon juice for increased kidney cleansing benefits. 5. Like ginger, turmeric is another herb that has great cleansing properties. Specifically, it can help to cleanse the kidneys, while also helping to detoxify the blood. Turmeric is also great for these organs since it contains powerful anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to prevent or treat inflammation found within our kidneys and any other infections there. You can add a little bit of raw turmeric powder to your meals to gain these benefits, or simmer 1/2 teaspoon of the powder in about 2 cups of boiling water to enjoy turmeric tea. 6. Lastly, parsley is a natural diuretic that can cleanse the kidneys when consumed. This herb can promote increased urine output because of this, which allows for unwanted bacteria and toxins to be flushed out of the kidneys. It can also help to treat kidney stones and urinary tract infections as well. Try drinking parsley tea to cleanse the kidneys but adding roughly 1 tablespoon of crushed parsley to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Consume the tea for about a week. Water Retention: Try these 3 Foods to Reduce Bloating: Thomas DeLauer

06:54
Subscribe for 3x Videos Per Week! http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Water Retention: 3 Foods to Reduce Bloating- Thomas DeLauer… What is a Diuretic? Diuretics are sometimes called ‘water tablets’ and are designed to increase the amount of water and salt expelled from the body as urine (termed diuresis) They help get rid of excess fluid by removing sodium and chloride from the body in the urine - the sodium and chloride in turn draw excess water from the body. Too much salt can cause extra fluid to build up in your blood vessels, raising your blood pressure. There are different types of prescribed diuretics acting on different levels of a nephron (the smallest unit of kidney) The basic mechanism seen in most of them is that they act on pumps of a nephron, which means that they decrease the absorption of sodium from urine, and thus more water remains in the urine. (1) Use of Diuretics: Doctors prescribe diuretics when the body is retaining too much fluid. The following conditions may require the regulation of fluid in the body or result in fluid retention: High blood pressure, congestive heart failure, kidney dysfunction, edema (tissue swelling, such as in swollen legs and feet) Diuretics lower your blood pressure by flushing salt out of your body, which causes the walls of your blood vessel to relax and widen - easier for your blood to flow through. Congestive heart failure keeps your heart from pumping blood effectively throughout your body: this leads to a buildup of fluids in your body, which is called edema. Diuretics help reduce this fluid buildup. Prescription diuretics may cause some side effects. These include fatigue, muscle cramps, lightheadedness, rash, and headaches. (1,2,3) Natural Diuretics: Some herbs and dietary supplements have diuretic properties that may be helpful to you and won’t provide any negative side effects. Asparagus: It contains high levels of the amino acid asparagine, which serves as a natural diuretic, and increased urination not only releases fluid but helps rid the body of excess salts. Asparagine also benefits our central nervous system by helping with the maintenance of balance or equilibrium – keeps you from being overly calm or nervous. Also essential for the proper functioning and health of our nerves and other cells of the body, It controls their metabolism in the brain. Dandelion Leaves: Full of vitamins A, B, C, and D, as well as minerals, such as iron, potassium, and zinc. Dandelion leaves are used to add flavor to salads, sandwiches, and teas. Dandelion leaves act as a diuretic, increasing the amount of urine your body makes. The leaves are used to stimulate the appetite and help digestion. Dandelion flower has antioxidant properties. In one study (Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine) dandelion leaves were ingested by volunteers to investigate whether an increased urinary frequency and volume would result. Volume of urinary output and fluid intake were recorded by subjects. For the entire population, 17 subjects, there was a significant increase (5%) in the frequency of urination in just 5 hours after the first dose. You can find dandelion herbs and roots fresh or dried in a variety of forms, including tinctures, liquid extract, teas, tablets, and capsules (4) Parsley: Parsley is one of the best natural diuretics for edema treatment and fluid retention. Parsley increases urine output by acting as an aquaretic, meaning it acts to increase water excretion from the body without affecting electrolytes such as sodium and potassium the way most conventional diuretic drugs do. Parsley’s effect on your body’s electrolytes is largely neutral. Parsley herb extracts have been studied as natural diuretics in combination with another aquaretic, asparagus. In uncontrolled trials, this combination caused significant weight loss in overweight patients and significantly lowered blood pressure in patients with hypertension, without changing other laboratory values or physiological processes (5) References: 1) The Top 7 Natural Diuretics. Top 10 Foods for Diabetes Control

05:38
Diabetes is a group of metabolic diseases in which there are high blood sugar levels over a prolonged period. Symptoms of high blood sugar include frequent urination, increased thirst, and increased hunger. If left untreated, diabetes can cause many serious long-term complications include heart disease, stroke, chronic kidney failure, foot ulcers, and damage to the eyes. What you eat can help you to control and fight your diabetes. Research proves that making a few key changes to your diet such as eating more produce, fewer refined carbohydrates, plenty of lean protein can help in improving your blood-sugar and cuts the risk of diabetes-related complications. Certain foods are packed with nutrients that stabilise blood sugar levels, protect your heart, and even save your vision from the damaging effects of diabetes. These top 10 foods can help you in controlling Diabetes. Spinach The American Diabetes Association calls spinach a diabetes super food and recommends that you regularly include this dark green leafy non-starchy vegetable in your diet. Besides being rich in vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals, spinach possesses a low glycemic index, which means eating it will help support healthy and stable blood glucose levels. Spinach is low in carbohydrates, containing only 0.83 grams per cup. The fact that spinach contains so few carbohydrates makes it an excellent choice on a diabetes diet. Broccoli Broccoli contains a compound called sulforaphane, which triggers several anti-inflammatory processes that improve blood sugar control and protect blood vessels from the cardiovascular damage that’s often a consequence of diabetes. Olive oil Olive oil is recognized as one of the healthiest edible oils since it contains less saturated fats. It is rich in Omega 9 and Omega 3 which help maintain the flexibility of blood vessels, allowing good blood flow. Olive oil, especially extra virgin, contains tyrosol phenolic compounds such as oleuropein and oleocanthal. These compounds are nature’s most powerful anti-oxidants. Sweet potatoes Sweet potatoes are a good carbohydrate choice for diabetics. The glycemic index of sweet potatoes is a lot lower, which is better for diabetes control, according to a 2002 article in the "American Journal of Clinical Nutrition." Eating sweet potatoes in moderate amounts will help you keep your blood sugar levels in the healthy range even if you have diabetes. Avocados Avocados are an excellent choice for people with diabetes because they are very rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals and packed with numerous health benefiting plant nutrients. Blueberries Blueberries contain both insoluble fiber (which “flushes” fat out of your system) and soluble fiber (which slows down the emptying of your stomach, and improves blood sugar control). It also contain a natural plant compound known as anthocyanins. Scientists believe these may help lower blood sugar by boosting insulin production. Tomatoes Tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin K. They are also a very good source of, potassium, manganese, dietary fiber, chromium, and vitamin B1. Because of their low carbohydrate content, tomatoes can play a big role in controlling blood sugar levels. The low carbohydrate content also helps lower calorie intake and can help diabetics to lose weight. Eggs Eggs are a versatile food and a great source of protein, and the American Diabetes Association considers eggs an excellent choice for people with diabetes. Cinnamon Cinnamon spice has the highest anti-oxidant strength of all the food sources in nature. Many studies show that consumption of one teaspoon cinnamon to three teaspoons a day has a positive effect on reducing blood glucose levels. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about the key nutrients that make your muscles grow and prevent atrophy (the loss of muscle). You need potassium, trace minerals for the enzymes, not to mention fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K2) and vitamin B complex and C. The most common deficiencies are potassium and trace minerals. However, if you have insulin resistance, protein will not enter the cell as well because insulin controls the absorption of amino acids. But mostly, muscle loss is not a lack of dietary protein. High levels of cortisol from stress can also create a catabolic effect on the muscles and prevent the growing of muscles. Vitamin C - The Universal Helper that Boosts the Immune System

03:46
Vitamin C is also referred to as The Universal Helper. Vitamin C has been the subject of research for almost a century. Therefore much is known about its beneficial effects. It is a water soluble vitamin but it is very sensitive to oxygen. Foods which contain Vitamin C will lose their vitamin content very quickly if left open to the air. The main function of Vitamin C in the body is the manufacture of collagen, the main protein substance of the human body. This protein hold our bodies together, such as connective tissues, cartilage, tendons and even those little lines and wrinkles in the skin which you see as getting older, are the result of a decrease in collagen production. Vitamin C plays an important role in all immune system functions, particularly in enhancing white blood cell function. Any time there is increased chemical, emotional, psychological or physiological stress, the body excretes Vitamin C at an increased rate. So, worrying about whether you are going to have enough money to pay your bills, inhaling the fumes from the cleaning supplies you use to clean your bathroom, or catching a cold can all severely deplete your Vitamin C levels. Since we have stress every day of our lives, it stands to reason that we need to supplement with Vitamin C every day. The body's ability to absorb Vitamin C is impaired by smoking, stress, high fever, prolonged administration of antibiotics and ingestion of aspirin or other painkillers. So, when you give your child some kind of drug to lower their fever during times of cold, flu, ear infection you are actually reducing their immune system's ability to fight the infection. As an antioxidant, Vitamin C also helps reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Actual clinical and experimental studies have shown that Vitamin C can reduce cancer rates, boost immunity, protect against pollution and cigarette smoke, increase life expectancy, and reduce the risk of cataracts. A high Vitamin C intake reduces the risk for virtually all forms of cancer, including cancers of the lung, colon, breast, cervix, esophagus, oral cavity, and pancreas. Vitamin C has also been used for psychological disorders, including schizophrenia, depression, and paranoia. It even has helped to increase the IQ of children. Vitamin C is one of the most important dietary supplements. Vitamin C in large doses of 1000mg + helps us to fight the flu. It boosts our immune system. It is very important for good brain functioning. It neutralizes free radicals. Vitamin C has a preventive role in heart disease. It prevents hardening of the arteries. Vitamin C kills candida, viruses, parasites and bacteria. It fights stress and acts as an antidepressant. It helps also lower high cholesterol. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin which means that our body cannot function properly on a single dose of vitamin C a day. Vitamin C is disposed of within hours through our urine. Therefore it is important that we take Vitamin C throughout the day. If you do not get enough vitamin C every day you'll suffer eventually from fatigue, weakness, irritability and pain in your limbs. Being deficient in Vitamin C might increase your risk for heart disease and strokes. Being deficient in Vitamin C can also increase your risk of having certain cancers. All in all vitamin C deficiency might result in not reaching your body's optimum health potential. So please take care of your body and your mind. POTASSIUM: The MOST Important Electrolyte - MUST WATCH!

10:00
Get Dr. Berg's New Electrolyte Powder: http://bit.ly/ElectrolytePowderCart10 (use this code: IK7H05 to get 10% off) Dr. Berg discusses potassium and the importance of this electrolyte. Your heart, your fluid, your energy, your nutrients in and out of the cell is dependent on the sodium and potassium pump. However, potassium is the most difficult to get from the diet. High levels of cortisol (stress), insulin, sugar, diuretics, excessive salt, surgery, all can deplete potassium. However, you need between 7-10 cups of salad or vegges to get your daily requirement of 4700mg. Hey guys, Dr. Berg here and I want to do a video on the most important electrolyte. Let me explain what an electrolyte is, when you put a salt into water and dissolve it, the sodium and chloride disconnect and they become two separate minerals and that fluid is very electrically inductive. Basically electrolytes have to do with minerals that help conduct electricity in the body. They help with a lot of different things. As far as the electrolytes, it will be like potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, chlorides, and all those minerals. Potassium out of all the electrolytes is the one that we need in a very large quantities. Why do we need potassium in a large amount? I am talking 4,700 mg to 6,000 mg every single day and that is equivalent to 7 to 10+ cups of salad or vegetables every single day. Let’s go dig further into why we need potassium. There are something in the body called sodium-potassium pump. It is built in a little protein connected to an enzyme, it forms a whole enzyme in the surface of your cells and you will have between 8,000 to 30million of this little tiny pumps and they are little generators that generate electricity to allow things to go through the cell so it take a lot of energy, in fact the energy of 1/3 of your diet goes to running those pumps. You also have another pump in the stomach called the hydrogen potassium ATPas, it is basically another pump that is build with a potassium that allows you to create stomach acid to help you digest. 5 Critical Ketosis Tips

03:59
I recommend these electrolytes: http://bit.ly/ElectrolytePowderCart10 Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about the 5 critical ketosis tips. 1. FLUIDS -Ketosis tends to release a lot of fluid and can act as a diuretic. This means you can lose potassium and other electrolytes. Sometimes when potassium gets depleted, a person can develop kidney stons, feel tired, develop keto flu. Potassium is needed for your heart to be regulated. Its also not a bad idea to even drink a bit more water (but of course when you are thirsty). 2. WASTE REMOVAL -Make sure you do not end up constipated. If you start a ketosis diet and you get constipated it could be low potassium. Add 7-10 cups of vegetables and this usually can handle it. However, sometimes adding more vegetables (cruciferous esp. can constipate you because you're not used to digesting these high level of fiber). If this happens, switch the type of vegetables you are using to vegetables you are used to. Its even okay to take a mild laxative (smooth move tea) to esure you are riding waste as toxins are also eliminated with waste. 3. USE SYMPTOMS TO KNOW HOW YOU ARE DOING -If you are tired add B-vitamins (nutritional yeast is good) or some other natural B-vitamins (B1, B5, B6 are key) and sometimes you need sea salt, esp. if your muscles are tight. KETO RASH: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJUkhI3CA_8 KETO FLU: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUICkOTHYb4 4. WATCH YOUR DIETARY FATS -When people are told they can do lots of fat, they can overdo it and clog up their gallbladder. This causes pain on the right side, and right neck area. Go slow and gradually increase your fats. I do recommend adding some bile salts to help this: https://shop.drberg.com/gallbladder-formula-regular 5. QUALITY -When you lose weight - make sure its healthy. Of course this includes doing it with quality food (grass fed, wild caught, pasture-raised, organic). If you do this, when you lose weight, you'll look healthy at the same time. How to Get Rid of Sinus Mucus

Dr. Berg's Gallbladder Formula can help increase the absorption of vitamin A and other fat-soluble vitamins: http://bit.ly/GallbladderFormulaCart10 Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about the sinuses and how to get rid of mucus, He recommends vitamin A as the best remedy for the sinus. Vitamin A supports the mucus membranes of the body. Use virgin cod liver oil. Grass fed butter also has vitamin A. If your gallbladder is not fully functional, then add some purified bile salts to help absorb vitamin A. If you also have microbial biofilms - use serrapeptase (200,000 IU). This is that crusty material that continues to develop in your sinuses. It's also present when people have sleep apnea. Vitamin B12 Deficiency - Do You Have These Symptoms?

05:08
✳ Grab your (free) vegan quick-start guide to get all the nutrients and energy you need: http://bit.ly/veganook-start ✳ Check out my book, Protein from Plants: http://bit.ly/protein-from-plants ⭢ My daily vegan supplements: http://a.co/abTOprG B12 Supplement recommendations: http://bit.ly/vit-B12 One nutrient that vegans in particular need to supplement is B12, although vegetarians and meat eaters can easily need to supplement their diet with it as well. Your body stores an extra supply of it, so it can take up to 2 years for any vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms to creep up on you. You risk permanent damage to your nervous system and brain if you let this one get too far though, so be on the lookout for those symptoms. Early Vitamin B12 Deficiency Symptoms: Unusual fatigue Faulty digestion No appetite Nausea Loss of menstruation Tingling hands and feet (start of serious deficiency) If you don't get levels back up from there, it can result in permanent nerve damage and get very serious, causing blindness or deafness. Also, homocysteine levels will be high (risk factor for heart disease, stroke and complications during pregnancy) long before any of the early vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms show up. If children don't get enough B12 during childhood, their levels can be corrected but the period where they didn't have enough can have permanent effects on their brain and nerve functions. Maintaining your own B12 levels while breastfeeding is crucial. You can be tested for B12 deficiency by your doctor, and the most accurate method of testing is a urine or blood test called a Methylmalonic Acid test (MMA). It can detect deficiency much earlier and much more accurately than the standard blood test most doctors use to test for serum cobalamin levels and pernicious anemia. If you're seeing vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms, or show low levels in a blood test, the obvious solution is to raise B12 levels. Depending on how low your levels are, go for any or all of the following: - supplements (my recommendations here: http://bit.ly/vit-B12) - fortified foods (nut/grain milks, cereals, certain nutritional yeasts) - B12 injections (done by a doctor, for severe deficiency or people who aren't absorbing B12 through digestion) Have you ever noticed any of these symptoms in yourself? Have you seen or heard a friend complaining about them? Is Creatine Safe? | Creatine for Muscle and Brain Performance- Thomas DeLauer

07:47
Is Creatine Safe? | Creatine for Muscle and Brain Performance- Thomas DeLauer: Finally, one of the most popular questions! Is Creatine Safe? Want to Chat with me? Go to http:/www.ThomasDeLauer.com We are constantly burning energy. This energy ultimately comes from the food that we eat. Through the Krebs Cycle ATP is created, and this is what is used as fuel in our cells. ATP is created through three pathways, depending on the type of activity we are performing: 1. Phosphagen - for immediate and short lived energy needs 2. Anaerobic Glycolysis - slower than #1, does not need oxygen 3. Aerobic Glycolysis - slowest, requires oxygen Phosphagen: When ATP is broken down for energy, what is left is ADP and a phosphate group. Creatine phosphate combines the phosphate group with the ADP to quickly create more ATP for immediate energy needs. Very little ATP and creatine phosphate is stored in muscle cells. Pathway used to create energy at the onset of exercise as well as for quick exercised lasting about 1 to 30 seconds, such as kicking a ball, a fast sprint or lifting weights. Where does creatine come from? Creatine can either come directly from your diet or can be produced by the liver and kidneys using amino acids. When you consume more creatine you produce less in the body. An early study on creatine supplementation found a 20% increase in the stored creatine and phosphocreatine in the body when participants consumed 20 grams of creatine for several days in a row. This increase looks to be the upper limit with the remaining being excreted through urine. Many studies have shown benefits of creatine supplementation, including bench press, sprinting, high intensity exercise, among other fast cardio and weight training type workouts. Side Effects: Unfortunately studies have examined safety of creatine for less than two weeks, not for long term use. Many possible side effects include dehydration, muscle cramping, nausea, kidney damage and kidney stones, and renal damage. Creatine supplements are not monitored by the FDA and thus there is the danger of impurities in supplements. Creatine as a Nootropic: Nootropics are substances that people use to enhance their brain function, giving mental clarity, energy and health. Five percent of the creatine stored in our bodies is found in our organs, such as the brain. For your brain to work quickly, it needs readily available energy stores just like your muscles do! Neurons rely on the fast phosphagen cycle to create energy for communication. Vegetarians have been found to have lower levels of creatine stores in their brains. One study found creatine supplementation to enhance performance on some skills related to cognitive function. Tips: You can find dietary creatine in meats, particularly beef, wild game and wild caught fish. A common study protocol was to have participants take 20 grams per day for 5 or 6 days, so be sure not to exceed that quantity. It’s only beneficial for short duration, high intensity exercise, not for endurance sports. References: 1.
