10 Ways To Improve Kidney Function Naturally http://bit.ly/2ouONK5. Do These Everyday To PEE OUT More Toxins. There is a saying I love: “Spirit is simple, the Mind makes things complex”, and for me it is no different with healing. Your body wants to heal, there is nothing that it wants to do more; it was designed to heal. Improving Your Kidney Function Can Be Simple So you see for many, improving kidney function doesn’t need to be difficult. In most cases, simply by stepping to the side and getting out of your own way, checking your thoughts, fears, and excuses at the door, you can catalyse massive changes in your health, by simply allowing the healing to take place. Rubbing Lanterns Won’t Help Improve Your Kidney Function, But Here’s What Can… Now stay with me… I am not saying that that you can cure all by thinking just happy thoughts, wishing, and “getting out of the way”, no definitely not. There are many practical things you can do every day, with little to no fuss that are very effective in helping increase kidney function. Very helpful indeed. Note: thinking positive however sure won’t hurt, in fact it will go along way; your mindset is the single biggest determining factor on how quickly you heal. … So in tune with today’s theme of simplicity, I would like to share with you 10 effortless tips that can be applied immediately to help your kidney function http://bit.ly/2ovicDZ, no need to leave home, and no need to spend a dime. How To Improve Kidney Function In 10 Easy Steps OK, let’s begin shall we? 1. The Water Hydration Technique: You know how most of us generally go for long periods without water, become thirsty (and dehydrated) and scull the next available glass in about 30 seconds? Have you ever thought what this does to your body? No? I don’t blame you. The actual fact of the matter is that every time you a drink a glass of water (or any fluid) in a hurry, you are placing pressure on kidney function. How? Well, seeing as one of the functions of the kidneys is to keep the fluid levels in the blood stream balanced, by drinking a full glass of water at once you are essentially dumping a large amount of water into the blood stream, which the kidneys now need to balance out (i.e. increase urine production). By drinking slowly, a mouthful at a time, you reduce the pressure on the kidneys and increase hydration. Sound too simple to do any good? Good. Now try it. 2. Sunshine: As you are probably aware, when sunlight touches the skin, light sensitive receptor cells are activated to produce the active form of vitamin D. Vitamin D has many benefits in the body, the main benefits being: cancer prevention, immune system enhancement, bone health, and regulation of phosphorus and calcium levels (which is important in kidney disease). Did you know then that one of the key functions of kidneys is to active vitamin D too? True. By spending just 15 mins a day under the light of the sun, you can let the sun and your skin do all the work. Your kidneys will be saved the extra work, and at the same time you get to enjoy the open air. The other important thing to note is that if your kidney function has deteriorated too far, then your kidneys will not be able to produce enough active vitamin D anyway, making sunshine all the more necessary. Low levels have been linked to diabetes, kidney disease, cancer, and heart disease. People experiencing kidney disease, coupled with low vitamin D levels, have a 26 percent greater risk of dying than those with sufficient levels of vitamin D. Have your vitamin D levels tested with your next visit at your doctors: Optimal reference range for healthy individuals: – US measurement: 50 to 70 ng/mL – World measurement: 125 to 175 nmol/L Optimal reference range for treating heart disease, cancer, and kidney disease: – US measurement:70 to 80 ng/mL – World measurement: 175 to 200 nmol/L Is the sun shining where you are right now? If yes, jump outside! 3. Juicing: Juicing is a favourite kidney function treatment of mine; it’s cheap, and it is easy to do. Vegetables just like herbs contain not only vitamin and minerals that we are all familiar with, but also contain nutrients known as phytonutrients. Phytonutrients are simply ‘nutrients’ (chemical compounds) derived from plants that are produced by the plant to aid in its survival, including: chemical messengers, structure, protection from harmful organisms, protection from insects, or even attracting pollinating insects. The interesting thing with phytonutrients however, is that although these chemicals were made specific for the plant, by some miraculous way, these natural chemicals lend themselves perfectly to other organisms e.g. Humans.

12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged

04:55
12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged The liver is the largest solid organ in your body. It is located in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen and partly protected by the ribs. You need your liver for many important bodily functions and cannot live without your liver. For this reason, you should know the early signs of liver damage and take care of your liver as much as you possibly can. There are more than a hundred different kinds of diseases of the liver. Each has its own set of symptoms. Some of these diseases include alcoholic liver disease, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and cirrhosis of the liver. The early signs of liver disease tend to be easily overlooked and are non-specific, related to any number of different conditions. Here are some common early signs. 1. Upset Stomach You are likely to get nausea and vomiting. They can mimic other diseases, such as migraines, food poisoning, vertigo, motion sickness, early pregnancy, depression and vomiting. It can mimic kidney problems as well. Those who suffer from early liver damage often feel persistently nauseous, because the liver has a decreased ability to rid the body of toxins. The nausea can also be due to ongoing metabolism and changes in digestion. If you have these symptoms for several days and don’t know why, seek the attention of your doctor. 2. Fatigue and Overall Weakness One of the early and obvious signs of liver damage is constantly feeling tired and weak. When the liver is not in great condition, the body must work harder and you will need more rest. This is due to an increase in toxins in the bloodstream that can’t be cleared out because the liver can’t get rid of the toxins properly. If the symptoms persist, especially with other early signs of liver damage, seek medical advice as soon as you can. 3. Lack of Appetite This happens due to a lack of production of bile that helps digest fat in the diet. When food isn’t properly digested, it can lead to a lack of appetite and a severe loss of weight. See your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time. 4. Digestion Problems The liver is important in digestion because it makes bile that helps the nutrients be better processed and absorbed by the small intestines. If the liver is failing, you can develop an increase in indigestion and diarrhea. If the bile is not produced properly, you can also experience irritable bowel syndrome, fatty food intolerance, alcohol intolerance, abdominal bloating, constipation and gallstones. If this becomes severe, you need to seek the medical attention of a doctor. 5. Alterations in the Color of Urine If you think you are drinking enough but still have a dark color of your urine, this may be one of the early signs of liver damage. The urine may look brown, amber, or orange in color because of elevated levels of bilirubin in the bloodstream. The bilirubin is elevated because the liver cannot get rid of the bilirubin and it is excreted through the kidneys. Dark urine may also be due to dehydration, side effects of taking antibiotics, taking B vitamin supplements, urinary tract infections, enzyme deficiencies or kidney abnormalities. The doctor can help sort out the cause of dark urine. 6. Changes in Stool Coloration Because the bile is not made enough by a malfunctioning liver, the color of the stool changes. Instead of being brown, it can become pale yellow, clay colored, or gray in appearance. If this happens periodically, it is not dangerous, but if it happens often, seek the advice of your doctor to check out your liver. https://youtu.be/VOx8ikPmaos

07:12
Your kidneys are organs that are shaped like a bean. They are located at the backside of your abdomen. They provide your body with very important functions. Particularly, they are primarily responsible for filtering waste and toxins from your bloodstream. They also release important hormones into your body: erythropoietin, renin, and calcitriol. Those hormones are extremely important to your overall health. Your kidneys are constantly working, along with your other organs, in order to keep your blood pressure under control, produce red blood cells and to create Vitamin D. Kidneys are organs that essentially cleanse themselves. However, to help them do this, you must drink enough fluids and remain hydrated. You can also help to achieve this by eating certain fruits and vegetables, as well as drinking water. When your kidneys cleanse themselves, they are not only removing toxins from your body, but also help to keep your blood pressure under control, help the function of your urinary tract and help the function of your bladder. If you are feeling symptoms of kidney trouble, you may need some extra help in cleansing your kidneys. These symptoms can include: feeling fatigued, feeling moody, feeling pain in your kidneys after eating, eczema of the skin, feeling boated, sudden weight gain, kidney stones, or urinary tract infections. You can help your kidneys along by maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regime. It is essential that you keep your body hydrated, as well. However, if you feel that you need a little extra help in cleansing your kidneys, you can turn to some herbs. It is important that you consult your doctor before adding any herbs into your daily regime. They may not be suitable for those with pre-existing kidney disease, or other medical conditions. The herbs may also interact with certain medications. Here is a list of the top “super herbs” to cleanse your kidneys: 1. Top 10 Foods How To Prevent Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

04:55
Urinary tract infections (UTI) mostly affect a large number of women. It is characterized by bacterial infections that develop in the urinary tract, which is composed of the bladder, urethra and the kidneys. The foods which you eat and the acidity of the urine influence how well the bacteria can or can't grow in your urinary tract. Urinary tract infection is often accompanied by abdominal pain, burning sensations during urination and lower back cramping. So, it's necessary that you eat the right amount of nutrients that can stop the urinary tract infection. Antioxidants from foods can scavenge away free radicals in the body to prevent them from causing any cell damage. Here are foods that prevent UTI. 1. Cranberries Cranberry juice is the most recommended drink to have when you suffer from UTI. According to research, cranberries contain substances that stop the infection-causing bacteria from sticking to the urinary tract walls. Cranberries also contain antioxidants that help to prevent the urinary tract infection. 2. Yogurt Yogurt is a probiotic food that consists of good bacteria that help to balance the bad bacteria, which otherwise cause UTI. It also improves the symptoms of UTI. So start having yogurt, especially the unsweetened type, to prevent urinary tract infection. 3. Garlic Did you know that garlic can help prevent UTI? Garlic contains compounds that can kill the bacteria which cause urinary tract infection. The presence of allicin and other sulfur compounds in garlic helps prevent UTI due to their antimicrobial properties. 4. Vitamin C Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, can combat the symptoms of UTI. Vitamin C inhibits the growth of bacteria and makes your urine less acidic and may lower the chances of developing UTI. Eat vitamin C-rich foods like oranges, lemons, tomatoes, cabbage, broccoli, guava, etc. 5. Blueberries Blueberries contain plant compounds called proanthocyanidins, which prevent the bacteria from binding to the cells in the urinary tract. Blueberries also contain immune-boosting antioxidants that will help to boost up your immune system. 6. Dark Chocolate Dark chocolate can prevent urinary tract infection. It has the ability to fight free radicals due to the antioxidants present in them. These two antioxidants - polyphenols and flavonoids - are shown to prevent the symptoms of UTI. 7. Red Wine Red wine has medicinal properties that have been linked to curing many ailments. Red wine is recommended as an antiseptic and a remedy for ailments like urinary tract infections, anxiety, eye pain, etc. 8. Oats Oats are rich in soluble fibers that lower the chances of developing urinary tract infections. They are packed full of fiber that will prevent the symptoms of UTI. So, start having oatmeal daily to further prevent yourself from UTI. 9. Tomatoes Tomatoes are another superfood that can help prevent urinary tract infections. Tomatoes are full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that can help protect against the symptoms of UTI. Add fresh tomatoes in your salad to increase the intake. Additionally, Drinking A Good Amount Of Water! Water can flush out all the toxins from the body and can prevent all kinds of infections, including UTI. The more you drink water, the more you will urinate, which means the bacteria are flushed out from the body. Drink 1 glass of water every hour once. Video URL : https://youtu.be/fiabUibA2QY

The Truth Revealed: “All You Get From Taking Vitamin Supplements Is Expensive Urine”!

06:32
The Truth Revealed: “All You Get From Taking Vitamin Supplements Is Expensive Urine”! Ever heard this one before? “Your body doesn’t absorb extra vitamins. All you get from taking vitamin supplements is expensive urine.” Some people will tell you that any vitamin use higher than the lowly RDA is simply a “waste of cash.” Urine is what is left over after your kidneys purify your blood. If your urine contains, say, extra vitamin C, that vitamin C was in your blood. If the vitamin was in your blood, you absorbed it just fine. It is the lack of water-soluble vitamins in urine that means vitamin deficiency. If your body excretes vitamins in your urine, that is an indication that you are well-nourished and have nutrients to spare. That is good. Here’s another way to think of it: Standing at the base of the Hoover Dam looking up, you cannot tell how much water is behind it. Nevertheless, by observing the overflow spillway, you can tell. If the spillway is dry and dusty, loaded with tumbleweeds and foxes are making their dens, there has been a drought for some time, and the water level in the dam should be low. If water is pouring down the spillway, the dam must be full. “Waste” suggests fullness, just as an overflowing cup is clearly a full cup. Urine spillage of vitamins shows nutritional adequacy. A lack of water-soluble vitamins in the urine indicates insufficiency. “Expensive urine,” writes veteran nutritional reporter Jack Challem, is “a bizarre argument since a $50 restaurant meal and a bottle of fine wine also lead to expensive urine, but no one seems to be complaining about those things. Many studies have shown, however, that vitamin supplements do increase people’s blood levels of those nutrients.” Former faculty member at the University of Auckland Michael Colgan, PhD, measured just how much vitamin C is in fact used with increasing daily doses. He found that “Only a quarter of our subjects reached their vitamin C maximum at 1,500 mg a day. More than half needed over 2,500 mg a day to reach a level where their bodies might use no more. 4 subjects did not reach their maximum at 5,000 mg.” Undoubtedly, says one analyst, “Increasing vitamin C intake from 50 mg to 500 mg has the tendency to double serum vitamin C levels. Increasing consumption to 5,000 mg a day will double serum levels once again.” Time for a Second Opinion? Thomas Levy, MD, JD, a board-certified cardiologist, says “There’s a popular medical view that taking vitamin C just makes expensive urine. A few of it is lost in urine, but the more you consume, the more stays in your body.” William Kaufman, MD, a doctor with a PhD in nutritional biochemistry as well, said: “Those who think that you can get all the nourishment including minerals and vitamins you need to sustain optimal health throughout life from food alone can be very smug. They have the equivalent of an orthodox religious belief: “food is everything.” They do not need to concern themselves with the fact that the nutritional value of foods their patient eats, may be greatly inferior to the listed nutritional values given in food tables… The two-liner ‘We get all the vitamins we need in our diets. Taking supplements only gives you an expensive urine’ completely overlooks the benefits vitamin supplements can produce in our bodies before being excreted in our urine.” Expensive Breath? We all know that we breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide. We also breathe out oxygen, and rather a lot of it, too. Inhaled air is about 21% oxygen. We usually consume only about a quarter of that. So exhaled breath is approximately 15% oxygen. Exhaled out breath has enough oxygen for CPR to save lives. That also should indicate that scuba divers have “expensive breath.” For that matter, oxygen-tent patients from preemies to geriatric patients, and those getting surgical anesthesia all get even more oxygen than their bodies can actually use. We do not consider that a waste; we consider that a great idea. Abundance is not a bad thing. Expensive “Drug Urine”? “When it comes to really expensive urine,” says one editorial, “doctors fail to look at the cost of all those pharmaceuticals and chemotherapy drugs they’re pushing down the throats of patients. Those drugs are excreted through the urine, too, and when you add up the cost of those, just the financial cost, not even counting the expense in devastating adverse effects, they far exceed the cost of consuming healthy foods and taking supporting supplements.” Dr. Kaufmann adds: “During the early part of World War II, GI’s treated with penicillin had to save all their urine so that the penicillin which had actually been excreted in their urine could be recovered and after that used to treat other GI’s with life threatening wound infections. If one only considered the penicillin that was excreted in the urine

How To Pass A Drug Test [100%] [No BullShit] [Plus Myth's Exposed!!!]

03:45
Do you have a drug test coming up? Well this is the one stop video you need to watch. Firstly, stop watching videos 30% are full of lies, i've been getting tested for a year now and know every cheat in the book, how to pass, so dont waste your time on other videos when ill expose all myths and ways to pass your test now ask your self, How dank is the weed. The more potent (more thc) Longer it will take to loose. so good ass weed is less chance of pass. How much have you smoked? If you smoked 5 days in a row apox 2grams of good weed in those 5 days. expect atleast 10-14 days to pass Now last thing to note is body fat. As weed does not store in blood or water like other drugs. Once it hits your fat it sticks to your fat. So more heavy people more longer it will require to loose that thc. tip 1: Dont buy that stupid jell shit at the store. It's the same thing as drinking water before the test. Or as dilution, i personally suggest to water bottles before the test and to piss 2-3 times before the test make sure you drin the waters apox 90 mins before the test to make sure you pee before the test 2-3 times to make sure all old piss is out (longer piss in blader more thc) tip 2: piss in toilet for about 10 seconds before pissing into cup pee in cup for 2-3 seconds now cut off the rest of the urine or finsh in toilet. if they say something, just say you didnt wanna over flow the cup. tip 3: drink gatoraid instead of water, or take b12 vitamins with other vitamins to boost creatine levels in urine so test doesnt come back invalid lastly, im 6 foot 125 pounds roughly 9% body fat. I can loose 90% thc in 5 days what i suggest you to do if you have 10-14 days do not worry, but dont sit watching fake drug test videos. start drinking water immedatly and watch videos on body fat workouts to burn the fat or thc and drink atleast 64 oz of water each day to flush any extra thc out. if your 24-48 hours til test, synthetic urine. or better pray a lot of exercise works. warning: dont drink to much water as you can get very very sick and possibly die. dont drink gallons basically.... NOW LISTEN HERE! TO BEAT A DRUG TEST NATURALLY (no synthetic urine) 1. EXERCISE A LOT (FAT BURNING EXERCISES!) 2. DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!! 3. DONT BUY DETOX DRINKS/ SOME BULLSHIT JELL AT WALMART. ALL THE DRINKS BASICALLY ARE WATER AND VITAMINS, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! 4. GIVE YOURSELF 5-14 DAYS BEFORE TEST TO PASS 100% THE LESS DAYS YOU HAVE THE MORE EXERCISE/WATER TO MAKE SURE YOU PASS! how to pass a drug test how to pass a drug test how to pass a drug test in 24 hours how to pass a drug test for thc

Vitamin D - Synthesis and Roles in the Body

04:10
This is a brief overview of how Vitamin D is synthesised in the body, how it acts on the vitamin D receptor and what effects it has on the body. Vitamin D can be made in the skin when it's exposed to sunlight. First cholesterol is turned into 7 dehydrocholesterol by an enzyme called dhcr7. UVB radiation from the sun, then turns this into previtamin D, which spontaneously transforms into vitamin D at body temperature. This actually means that because Vitamin D can be made by the body, it's technically not a vitamin, since a vitamin by definition is something that can't be made by the body. There are 5 forms of vitamin D found in nature, but the body only makes one, Vitamin D3, also called cholecalciferol. Even when vitamin D has been synthesised from cholesterol, it is still not active, and there are two more steps needed until it becomes active. The first step is the conversion to calcidiol, which happens in the liver. Calcidiol is then converted to calcitriol which is the active form of vitamin D. This step happens primarily in the kidney and is controlled by parathyroid hormone, calcium and phosophate concentrations in the blood, and the concentration of calcitriol in the blood. Now that our vitamin D is finally active it circulates in the blood and acts like a hormone. When it reaches the cell, it binds to the vitamin D receptor also called the calcitriol receptor. This whole thing then forms a big complex with the retinoid X receptor, or RXR receptor. Finally the RXR receptor needs to be bound by Vitamin A, making a big structure composed of calcitriol, the vitamin D receptor, the RXR receptor and vitamin A. This complex won't be active until Vitamin A is present, which effectively means that Vitamin D is useless unless Vitamin A is also available in the cell. When activated, this complex binds specific areas of DNA and increases transcription of some dna and decreases transcription of other dna. functions of vitamin D Probably the most famous role of vitamin D is to increase the level of calcium in the blood. it does this by Promoting absorption of calcium from the gastrointestinal tract, meaning that we get more calcium from the food that we eat Reducing the amount of calcium that is lost in the urine, by Increasing reabsorption in the kidneys stimulating calcium release from bone by activating osteoclast cells Vitamin D also has effects on the parathyroid gland. It acts to stop parathyroid cells from proliferating too much. when the parathyroid gland becomes vitamin D deficient, it starts to grow to a bigger size than it is meant to and secretes too much parathyroid hormone, resulting in hyperparathyroidism. Vitamin D stops parathyroid cells from proliferating too much Vitamin D also has a role in the immune system with vitamin D deficiency and excess both having negative effects. Macrophages, dendritic cells, B cells and T cells can respond to and synthesise calcitriol. Earlier I said that the conversion of calcidiol to calcitriol happens primarily in the kidney but another place that this can happen is in immune cells. Vitamin D can also lead to the production of antibacterial peptides such as cathelicidin and beta defensin 4. These work by disrupting the cell membranes of bacteria, causing them to die. Summary So, in summary, the skin produces vitamin D from cholesterol when exposed to UVB sunlight. Vitamin D is converted to Calcitriol and is then active The most well known role of calcitriol is in calcium metabolism, but it has many other effects, such as in the immune system and on the parathyroid gland Future videos are going to look the roles of vitamin D in more detail, the amount of vitamin D that humans need and how the recommended daily allowance has been determined, the studies that have been done on vitamin D supplementation, what happens in deficiency and excess, and how prevalent vitamin D deficiency is.

Top 10 Foods to Prevent Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

01:57
1) Cranberry Juice Women are more susceptible to UTIs, being one of the most common infections physicians have to treat. "E.coli" bacteria takes up residence in the vagina and make their way up to the urethra, causing bladder infections. Cranberry juice presents a vast majority of phytonutrients that have been carefully examined for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and the results have been impressive. Proanthocyanidin, content in cranberries, prohibits unwelcome bacteria, like E.coli, to attach onto the urinary tract linings that results in infections. 2) Probiotic Yogurt Natural probiotic yogurt is the healthiest of dairy products, providing an excellent source of several vitamins and minerals, including a great source of high-quality protein. Probiotics in yogurt are live bacteria that have been widely studied for their many beneficial health effects. Live cultures of these healthy bacteria, can help fight the infection-causing bacteria which leads to burning and pain during passing of urine. 3) Water Our body consists of 60% water which helps transport nutrients, digest food, along with other endless duties. Plain water is a nutrient on its own, assisting every cell in the body to function correctly. Drinking plenty of water flushes out the hazardous bacteria that enter and cling on the urinary tract. The more water you drink, the less amount of urine stays in the bladder, thereby reducing the inflammation and the burning. 4) Green Tea A cup of hot, soothing green tea is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants that have extraordinary effects on the body. Presence of flavonoids and amino acids in green tea, prevents the growth of invasive bacteria and has shown to flush out existing toxins in the body that cause harmful UTIs. Drinking two or three cups of green tea daily can help reduce bladder inflammation, which is attributed to the specific antioxidant property of this medicinal herb. 5) Garlic Compounds in garlic are distinguished for their impressive and potent medical properties. Allicin, the major compound of garlic that is responsible for the strong "garlic smell", is linked to anti-inflammatory and antibiotic effects across body systems. Anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties of garlic help in the treatment of infections and ward off invasion of bacteria that pass through the urinary tract. 6) Blueberries Blueberries are high praised for their association with a reduced risk of many health-related conditions. Phytonutrients present in this priceless little berry, function as antioxidants and as anti-inflammatory agents in the body. Blueberries show to hold UTI-fighting properties which is ascribed to their anti-adhesive substances. These active substances help prevent bacteria from attaching on the walls of the urinary tract. 7) Sweet Potatoes One of the best means to get natural relief from UTIs is food products containing high levels of carotenoids. Chemically active colors known as phytopigments, flush out the build-up of toxins in the body and show to prevent recurrent urinary tract infections. Additionally, sweet potatoes offer best sources of Vitamin A that supports a healthy immune system and is a powerful disease-fighting antioxidant. 8) Oily Fish Oily fish such as salmon, sardines, tuna and herring, are good sources of Vitamins A and D, and are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that help calm bladder inflammation. Studies reveal that omega-3s in oily fish are necessary for a healthy immune system that can fight off infections and heal painful UTIs naturally. Ignoring frequent viral, fungal or bacterial infections, could develop more serious problems with the kidneys; always seek professional medical advice. 9) Kiwi Vitamin C, a water-soluble vitamin, can be obtained through a good diet in common foods that are available during all seasons of the year. This crucial vitamin provides enormous antioxidant effects that are capable of preventing numerous human ailments, including bacterial infections that can spread to the urinary tract. Consumption of kiwis, a fruit being one of the best sources of Vitamin C, will help keep a normal acid condition in the urine that is necessary to prevent the growth of bacteria. 10) Oatmeal Oats contain more dietary fiber than any other grain, and have become a very popular 'health food' over the years. Recent studies reveal that chronic constipation is associated with an increased risk of urinary tract infections. Constipation can put pressure over the bladder which can cause incomplete passing of urine; accumulation of urine in the bladder promotes bacteria growth. A bowl of oatmeal cooked in water and topped with nuts and berries, is a healthy way to start your day.

7 Tips about Vitamins for Infants | Baby Development

01:59
Watch more Newborn & Baby Development videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/506163-7-Tips-about-Vitamins-for-Infants-Baby-Development A newborn baby who is breastfed should start taking Vitamin D supplements at approximately two weeks of age. We like to make sure that the latch is established and the baby is breastfeeding well, but after that we do like to introduce Vitamin D, because the Vitamin D in breast milk is not transferred well and absorbed well by the baby, so those babies do need extra Vitamin D. It's sold over the counter. It's one dropper full, which is one mL, 400 units per day. Babies who are bottle-fed standard cow's milk or soy milk formula or any of the standardized formulas, actually, they are all supplemented with vitamins, so you do not need to give a baby who is on formula vitamins. That being said, some parents do believe in vitamins, and they like to give supplements. Vitamins for children do not cause harm if used in a small dosage, like the recommended child dosage that's over the counter. After age one, the baby can take the liquid drops. There are certain name brands, but it's a children multi-vitamin that's over the counter. If your doctor recommends that your baby needs iron, you might give a vitamin supplemented with iron as well. At four months, sometimes babies need more iron, especially babies who are not taking solids yet. So at four months, some doctors recommend Vitamin D drops with iron or a multi-vitamin with iron for your baby. Those are not written with a prescription, but you should discuss with your doctor what vitamins your baby needs or does not need. In addition, in different states and different localities, some of the water is fluorinated and some is not, so you need to find out if the water in your child's neighborhood is fluorinated or if you need to give your child a fluoride supplement. In New York City, the water has fluoride, so we do not give our children fluoride in the drops because that would be excess fluoride, and it would cause staining of the teeth. As a child grows, if your child eats a well-balanced diet, they do not need to take a vitamin. I often say that the more expensive the vitamin, the more expensive the urine because they usually just excrete most of it out.

7 Signs You Need To Drink More Water Immediately ! Don't Ignore !

04:19
7 Signs You Need To Drink More Water Immediately ! Don't Ignore ! We all know that the human body is mostly composed of water and that we need to consume a certain amount in order to survive. Your muscles and kidneys are made up of 73% water; your blood is composed of 83% water; your lungs are 90% water and your brain is made up of 76% water. The recommended amounts for water consumption are 3 liters (12 cups) for men and 2.2 liters (9 cups) for women. please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to know the complete information. Everyone who is not drinking enough water will experience some of the following symptoms: 1. Your Urine is Dark Yellow. Usually, the urine should have a light yellow-amber color. But, if you don’t drink enough water, the kidneys will excrete “more waste products in the urine, such as dead blood cells, toxins, or proteins, which results in darker urine. You can also have darker urine after consuming certain medications, B-Vitamins, beets, blackberries, asparagus or food coloring. If you notice a change in urine color, increase the consumption of water immediately and observe if your urine color becomes lighter. If your urine stays dark for a longer period, it could be a sign of more serious health issues such as hepatitis or gallstones. 2. Constipation. Lack of water in the body causes constipation. If you don’t drink enough water, your body will absorb water from wherever it can, including the colon. An insufficient amount of water in the large intestine will lead to harder stools. So, consuming a lot of water is important if you want to prevent or treat constipation. Constipation can also be caused by physical inactivity, hypothyroidism, intestinal inflammation and dysbiosis, food sensitivities and stress. 3. Your skin is dry and wrinkles are more defined. According to Dr. Diana Howard, dehydration can lead to an irritated, inflamed, itching and sensitive skin. In severe cases, the skin can even become red with cracks and bleeds. The lack of water also causes the appearance of wrinkles. So, you should drink more water to revitalize your skin. 4. Headaches. If you don’t drink enough water, your body will absorb water from all of your tissues to compensate for the lack of fluids. Because of that, your brain tissue loses some of its moisture and shrinks, pulling away from the skull. This triggers the pain receptors and results in a headache. At the same time, when you don’t consume enough water, the blood volume drops, reducing the amount of oxygen being carried to the brain. In response to this, the blood vessels in the brain will dilate and the headache will intensify. 5. Fatigue. According to a study conducted in 2011, mild dehydration can cause fatigue, tiredness and lowers the energy. When your body lacks water, the heart has to work harder to push oxygen and nutrients through the body. So, when you start to feel tired, skip the coffee (which is dehydrating!) and drink water instead. Coffee, tea, soda and sports drinks are not substitutes for water. 6. Joint Pain. Water is a lubricant to the joints because it allows two bones to slide over each other as the joint moves. If you don’t drink enough water, the joint will become nutrient deficient, which leads to damage of the cartilage cells. If your organism is lacking water for an extended period of time, your cartilage will degenerate beyond repair. 7. Weak Immune System. Dehydration increases the concentration of toxins in the blood, which weakens the immune system. Drinking enough water is very important for the elimination of toxins and helps the immune system to defend from infections. Top 5 Vitamins to Build Muscle & Gain Weight [HD]

04:07
http://HowToGainMuscleForMen.com/Build-Muscle-Guaranteed Frequently, our diets are perfectly balanced in amount of calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats ingested. However, having a deficiency of just one of any of the important vitamins can be the reason why your muscles grow so slowly. This video presents the Top 5 Vitamins that can make your muscle mass increase more quickly, improve your overall health, and keep you fit. Nº 5: Vitamin A This vitamin is very important in protein synthesis, the process responsible for making muscles grow and look bigger. It also improves physical performance, because it contributes to glycogen production, which as you already know, is our source of energy for weight training. Foods high in vitamin A: Carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, butter, liver, among others. Nº 4: Vitamin E Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cell membranes and keeps them healthy. This process is essential for muscle recovery and growth. Foods high in Vitamin E: Sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts. Nº3: Vitamin We need Vitamin D to improve muscular strength. This vitamin helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorous, two important minerals that allow the muscles to contract with power. Foods high in vitamin D: Salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna fish, and others. Nº2: B vitamins B vitamins are an essential group for muscle growth, because they are involved in the absorption and metabolism of nutrients that generate energy and muscular growth. I will now describe the specific benefits of each of the nutrients belonging to this group: Thiamine (B1): Essential for the metabolism of proteins, encourages muscle growth, and helps provide them with oxygen. Riboflavin (B2): Very important nutrient in the metabolism of glucose and fat-burning. It increases energy reserves. Niacin (B3): Increases energy reserves while working out, and takes part in more than 50 metabolic processes. Pyridoxine (B6): The presence of this vitamin enables the body to use available carbohydrates, metabolize proteins and build muscle. Biotin (B7): Important in the metabolism of amino acids. Cobalamin (B12): Metabolizes carbohydrates and keeps the nervous system, partially responsible for muscular strength, healthy. Foods high in B vitamins: Meat, fish, eggs, whole grains, dried fruit, and others. Nº1: Vitamin C Vitamin C is the main responsible for quick muscular growth. It contributes to testosterone production, a hormone that helps muscles grow faster, and burns fat as well. It is essential in collagen formation, which is very important to keep joints and cartilage healthy when exercising with heavy weights. And, as it is a powerful antioxidant, it speeds up muscle recovery and growth. Foods high in vitamin C: Red peppers, parsley, kiwis, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, strawberries, oranges, and others. Is it convenient to take a multivitamin supplement? Yes, I strongly recommend it because, although we may include a great variety of foods in our diet, you might have a deficiency of any of these vitamins. Taking a supplement will ensure this won't happen. Try getting a high absorption multivitamin supplement. Liquid presentations are more effective than tablets and powder forms. Pay attention to the amount of Vitamin D, E and A you ingest because, as they get stored in your body fat, taking excessive supplemental amounts can be toxic. Vitamins B and C dissolve in water, so any excess is eliminated through urine. I hope you enjoyed this video. Remember to subscribe if you want to continue receiving valuable information about building muscle and changing your body once and for all. ■Why Does Diabetes Cause Frequent Urination

05:32
See how Blood Sugar Optimizer can help you here: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/LowerYourBloodSugar =============================================== ■Why Does Diabetes Cause Frequent Urination =============================================== Excessive thirst and increased urination are classic diabetes symptoms. When you have diabetes or are pre-diabetic, excess sugar (glucose) builds up in your blood. Your kidneys are then forced to work overtime to filter and absorb the excess sugar. If your kidneys can’t keep up, the excess sugar is excreted into your urine along with fluids drawn from your tissues. This triggers more frequent urination, which may leave you dehydrated. As you drink more fluids to quench your thirst, you’ll urinate even more. Other “diabetic” symptoms to watch out for are fatigue weight fluctuations – gaining or losing blurred vision tingling hands and feet red, swollen, tender gums symptoms-of-diabetes The BAD News It’s very important for you to do something right now because diabetes is the 7th leading cause of death in America. It’s known to be the catalyst to most health problems – heart disease, inflammation and arthritis, wrinkling, hair loss, gaining weight, high blood pressure – just to name a few. And the worst news of all?… Almost 90 million Americans (1/3 of the population) age 20 and older have pre-diabetes… and it’s growing by 2% every year! Oh… and the scary part is that 83% don’t even know it!… it goes “undiagnosed”! Which means it can quickly and permanently lead to Type 2 Diabetes. Pre Diabetic Stats … And Now The Good News: Almost all of it can be prevented and even reversed!… And I’ll get to this in a minute. Remember, you’re in control and there are simple solutions. You just need to take some action right now, before this situation gets worse and leads to additional health problems. Best Ways To Stablize Your Blood Sugar, Naturally lower-blood-sugar-diet-exercicseWith some minor life-style changes, you can see and feel big improvements quickly. Here are some things you should focus on: Lose Unwanted Fat This may not be fun, but it’s very important and it’s the first step in keeping your glucose in check. Eat Better – Natural Foods This means “low glycemic” foods, less carbohydrates, healthy proteins and fats. It also means to stay AWAY from processed, man-made foods. Also, make sure you eat often – smaller meals throughout the day to stabilize your blood sugar and have lots of fiber as well. Exercise Daily – Aerobic & Anaerobic Exercise utilizes the carbohydrates you eat, so it keeps your blood sugar stable. Having more muscle also improves insulin sensitivity, which means less insulin is needed. Proper Supplementation (for faster results) There are specific natural herbs, vitamins and minerals that can help stabilize your blood sugar, while also improving insulin sensitivity. Clinical studies have shown that people who are diabetic or pre-diabetic are lacking in certain nutrients and taking the correct supplements can quickly help fix this and get you faster results. Simply making some small adjustments in each of these categories will mean fast results for you. Which means more energy, less body fat, better cognition and you’ll simply look and feel YOUNGER! 04:21
How To Cleanse Your Kidneys Almost Instantly Using This Natural Home Drink the kidneys perform several vital functions in the body, the most important of which include filtering the blood from toxins and eliminating waste through urine. However, some unhealthy dietary habits can lead to toxin accumulation in the body, which puts an extra burden on the kidneys. Proper hydration and regular kidney and liver detox are essential for maintaining optimal function of these vital organs. And, there are a number of herbs, such as parsley, that can prevent kidney disease, formation of kidney stones and toxin accumulation in your body. How Can Parsley Help Your Kidneys? Parsley is abundant in vitamins including K, A, C, folate and essential minerals, such as iron, all of which kidney function depends on. In addition, parsley has a range of medicinal properties which improve overall health: Antimicrobial Antianemic Menorrhagic Anticoagulant Antihyperlipidemic (lowers blood fat) Antihepatotoxic (prevents liver toxicity) Antihypertensive (reduces hypertension) Diuretic Hypoglycaemic Hypouricemic Anti-oxidative Estrogenic (regulates menstruation) According to holistic medicine, parsley is extremely efficient in treating kidney stones. For one thing, parsley tea increases urine production and flow, which may “drive” out kidney stones. Moreover, this recipe also prevents the absorption of salt into kidney tissue, which also inhibits formation of kidney stones. Last, but not least, this tea fights anxiety and calms the nerves. How To Make Parsley Tea To Cleanse Your Kidneys For the recipe, you can either use fresh herbs, which make a more potent tea, or, you can use a handful of dried parsley leaves. Ingredients: 1 bunch of fresh organic parsley leaves 8 cups of filtered water 2 tbsps. of raw, organic honey freshly squeezed juice of ½ a lemon Instructions: Start by washing the parsley well then chop in large pieces. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat. When it boils, add the parsley and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and let cool. Add lemon juice and honey to taste. Drink 1-2 cups a day. If you’re making larger amounts of the recipe, refrigerate and drink within a week. In case you’re suffering from kidney disease, consult a medical practitioner before taking the tea. It’s also important to know that parsley tea is not recommended to pregnant women because it can induce menstruation and abortion. https://youtu.be/1C7brWH6174

Dr. Berg's Book (on amazon): https://www.amazon.com/Its-Not-Lose-W... Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about the key nutrients that make your muscles grow and prevent atrophy (the loss of muscle). You need potassium, trace minerals for the enzymes, not to mention fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K2) and vitamin B complex and C. The most common deficiencies are potassium and trace minerals. However, if you have insulin resistance, protein will not enter the cell as well because insulin controls the absorption of amino acids. But mostly, muscle loss is not a lack of dietary protein. High levels of cortisol from stress can also create a catabolic effect on the muscles and prevent the growing of muscles. INTERMITTENT FASTING: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwCRj... 6 Best Foods For Amazing Kidney Cleansing

04:09
Recipes4Health: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2bZhXBHIb51n1fE3VWPmcQ/videos To learn more about the health benefits of food, visit: http://www.benefitsoffood.blogspot.com Follow us on Twitter: @foods4health1 If you want to increase your overall health, then ensuring your kidney’s are healthy and performing at their best is vital. This is because of the important function the kidney’s play for our bodies. They are one of the main organs that the body uses to detoxify itself. They do this by balancing body fluids, form urine, clear unwanted waste from the body and maintain the body’s pH levels. Clearly detoxing the kidneys is important for our health, and luckily it can be done quite simply when the right foods are consumed. Before we discuss the foods, it should be mentioned that drinking water is important for kidney health. Drinking enough water will help to flush out the kidneys, and allow it to even cleanse itself. Now lets discuss the foods for kidney cleansing. 1. Lemon juice can help with the overall health of our kidneys. Since it is naturally acidic, it can increase citrate levels in our urine, thereby decreasing the chances of kidney stones from forming. For best results, squeeze about one quarter to one half of a lemon into 8 ounces of hot water. This can be consumed daily. 2. Pumpkin seeds are also helpful. They are rich in a number of different vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. By reducing the risk of kidney stones, these seeds can help promote the overall health of our kidneys while also promoting kidney function, ensuring they are working at their best. As well, pumpkin seeds can protect your kidneys from free radical damage. 3. Cranberries are also rich in antioxidants and have other qualities that are especially good for our kidneys. They help to flush out uric acid from them which promotes increase function. Cranberry juice can also help prevent painful urinary tract infections. They also have antibacterial properties, which can flush out the kidneys and remove unwanted bacteria through the urine. As well, cranberries contain quinic acid, which is excreted through the urine. By raising the acidity of the urine only slightly, it can help prevent the formation of insoluble stones.. 4. The herb ginger has powerful antioxidant compounds which are beneficial for kidney function. This allows it to help flush our toxins and unhealthy materials out of the kidneys specifically, while also improving your digestion. Ginger is also known for having cleansing properties while it rids the kidney and blood of toxins. Sipping on ginger tea is a great way to get its benefits. Just simmer 2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger in a couple of cups of water for roughly 10 minutes. It can be mixed with lemon juice for increased kidney cleansing benefits. 5. Like ginger, turmeric is another herb that has great cleansing properties. Specifically, it can help to cleanse the kidneys, while also helping to detoxify the blood. Turmeric is also great for these organs since it contains powerful anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to prevent or treat inflammation found within our kidneys and any other infections there. You can add a little bit of raw turmeric powder to your meals to gain these benefits, or simmer 1/2 teaspoon of the powder in about 2 cups of boiling water to enjoy turmeric tea. 6. Lastly, parsley is a natural diuretic that can cleanse the kidneys when consumed. This herb can promote increased urine output because of this, which allows for unwanted bacteria and toxins to be flushed out of the kidneys. It can also help to treat kidney stones and urinary tract infections as well. Try drinking parsley tea to cleanse the kidneys but adding roughly 1 tablespoon of crushed parsley to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Consume the tea for about a week. Vitamin B1 Deficiency in Diabetes & Hypoglycemia: MUST SEE!

03:19
Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Dr. Berg talks about vitamin B1 deficiencies in diabetes and hypoglycemia. This is VERY common because vitamin B1 (thiamine) is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and glucose. In fact, being a diabetic, pre-diabetic, hypoglycemic person can deplete B1 even more increasing the need for B1. B1 supports the myelin (around nerves), the endothelial layer (arteries), the retina to help your vision not to mention your kidneys. It can also effect your autonomic nervous system (sweating palms, ADD, the flight or fight system, high histamines, increase pulse rate, skin allergies, etc.) B1 deficiencies can come from: 1. Refined carbs and sugars 2. Fructose (HFCS), 3. Alcohol 4. Blood sugar conditions (diabetes, hypoglycemia) 5. Stress 6. Sulfites, 7. Diuretics 8. White rice especially 9. Top 10 Common Habits That Damage Your Kidneys - You Must Know!

Top 10 common habits that damage your kidneys - you must know! Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUxKlAVpt5s Please subscribe our channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/livehealthylifeofficial Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Live-Healthy-Life-1645151002425115 Follow us on Twitter : https://twitter.com/livehealthylif1 Follow us on Google+ : https://plus.google.com/+LiveHealthyLifeofficial Top 10 Common Habits That Damage Your Kidneys Kidneys are very important for our health. They filter our blood, produce hormones, absorb minerals, produce urine, eliminate toxins, and neutralize acids. Therefore, as one of the most important organs in your body, your kidneys deserve a little love. The damage or constant decrease of your kidneys can often go unnoticed for years since your kidneys can still do their job with as little as 20% of their capacity. Hence kidney diseases are often referred to as "silent diseases". That is why it is so important to look after them before it is too late. 1. Insufficient water intake The most important function of your kidney is to filter the blood and remove toxins and waste materials. When you do not drink enough water during the day, toxins and waste material start to accumulate and can cause serious damage to your body. 2. High Salt Consumption Your body needs sodium or salt to function properly. However, most people consume too much salt that can raise blood pressure and put a lot of stress on the kidneys. As a good rule of thumb, no more than 5 grams of salt should be eaten on a daily basis. 3.Vitamins and Mineral Deficiencies Eating a clean, complete food diet filled with fresh vegetables and fruits is important for your overall health and good kidney function. Many deficiencies can increase the risk of kidney stones or kidney failure. Vitamin B6 and magnesium are very important in reducing the risk of kidney stones. 4. Not Emptying Your Bladder Timely Many of us ignore the need to go because they are too busy or want to avoid public restrooms. Retaining urine regularly increases urine pressure and can lead to kidney failure, kidney stones, and incontinence. So listen to your body when nature calls. 5. Kick The Sugar Habit Scientific studies show that people who consume 2 or more sugary drinks a day are more likely to have protein in their urine. Having protein in your urine is an early sign that your kidneys are not doing their job as they should. 6. High protein diet On protein consumption, especially red meat, increases the metabolic load on your kidneys. So more protein in your diet means your kidneys have to work harder and this can lead to kidney damage or dysfunction over time. 7. Sleep Deprivation We've all heard how important it is to get a good night's rest. Chronic sleep deprivation is linked to many diseases and kidney diseases are also on the list. During the night your body repairs damaged kidney tissue, so give your body time to heal and repair itself. 8. Coffee consumption Like salt, caffeine can raise blood pressure and put extra stress on your kidneys. Over time, excessive consumption of coffee can cause damage to the kidneys. 9. Painkiller Abuse Many people take painkillers for their little pains and aches, while there are many natural and safe remedies available. Overuse or abuse of painkillers can lead to severe damage of the liver and kidneys. 10. Consumption of alcohol Alcohol is actually a legal toxin that puts a lot of stress on our kidneys and liver. To stay healthy and avoid kidney problems it is important to eat many fresh and whole foods and if you keep the above information in mind and avoid these common habits as much as possible, your kidneys will not be under constant stress and your body will thank you for that.

Ketosis and Uric Acid Stones

04:12
Get Potassium Citrate: https://shop.drberg.com/electrolyte-p... Dr. Berg's Book: https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Bergs-Body-... (PLEASE GIVE YOUR UNBIAS REVIEW) Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about higher levels of uric acid and uric acid stones. Because ketones are acidic and release more nitrogen as well as certain parts of your body needing glucose, more nitrogen is released. When your body makes glucose out of dietary protein and fat, this is called gluconeogensis. To the pathway to release this excess nitrogen is urea, in which you could end up with higher levels of uric acid crystals (gout). If your urine is too acid, it will be more difficult to dissolve these crystals. Higher insulin levels usually make higher levels of uric acid and gout, but the ketogenic diet can also do this...IF you do not consume enough potassium foods. Normally, kidney stones are made from oxalates (90%), but on a ketogenic diet, you will have more uric acid stones (50% of the time). RECOMMENDATION 1. Keeping your potassium high (vegetables). 2. Take potassium citrate 3. Lemon juice (because its citrates). 4. Sea salt (on a keto diet you need 1 tsp per day. If you are doing a high carb diet, you need 1/4th of a tsp. 5. Take vitamin K2 if you have a tendency of getting kidney stones as a K2 deficiency is a major cause of kidney stones. In this video we are going to talk about ketosis, acids and stones. When you do a ketogenic diet, ketones are more acid so you are going to be releasing more acid to the body and you are going to be releasing something called nitrogen. A little bit more than you would if you are weren’t in a ketogenic diet. But because certain parts of the body or certain parts of the brain needs a little bit more of sugar, your body are also making a little bit of sugar from your dietary protein and dietary fat so it can make its own sugar, it is called gluconeogenesis. 30 Fruits For Prostate Health

04:51
The prostate gland has the main function to secrete the seminal fluid which helps to nourish and carry the sperm which comes from a man testicles. However, if the prostate becomes enlarged, it can place serious pressure on the urethra (the tube through which urine passes) and the bladder. Furthermore, prostate cancer is the 2nd most common cause of all cancer-related deaths among American adult men, according to the Urology Care Foundation. Symptoms of an enlarged prostate can include - blood in the urine, leaking of urine, a strong and sudden desire to urinate, more frequent urination (particularly at night), an urgency to urinate, difficulty starting urination, a strange feeling of incomplete bladder emptying, and a slow urinary stream. Interestingly, there is strong evidence that a diet rich in calcium (such as dairy products) is strongly associated with an increased risk of developing prostate cancer. Here is a list of top fruits good for people with enlarged prostate: #1 Blueberries #2 Pineapple #3 Papaya #4 Apples #5 Raspberries #6 Strawberries #7 Apricots #8 Pears #9 Mango #10 Orange #11 Banana #12 Red Grapes #13 Cherries #14 Grapefruit #15 Cantaloupe #16 Kiwi #17 Lemon #18 Blackberries #19 Figs #20 Tangerine #21 Durian #22 Pomegranate #23 Cranberries #24 Dates #25 Watermelon #26 Passion Fruit #27 Limes #28 Mangosteen #29 Plums #30 Pomelo Thank you. Health Tips - Always Check The Color Of Your Urine

02:27
Are you hydrated are you not feeling well. Make sure you check the color of your urine. And drink lots of water.

Your Urine color Reveal a lot Information about your health

05:00
Your Urine color Reveal a lot Information about your health 1. Clear If your urine is clear, then it can signal that you're healthy. Typically, the lighter your urine, the healthier you are. But as the 'ideal' healthy urine colour is straw yellow, clear wee might not be such a good thing. While you could just have a very well-hydrated body, it could also mean that you are over -hydrated or could even be a sign of diabetes. If you show symptoms of diabetes, such as increased thirst and frequent urination, then you should consult your doctor. 2. Pale yellow This is what we're all aiming for. Healthy bodies produce urine that isn't too dark, which signals that you are well hydrated. At the same time, you don't want it to be too clear - this points to a low concentration of waste in what you are passing. If this were the case, you would have to go to the toilet more to excrete the waste your body doesn't need. 3. Bright yellow Is your pee a good colour of yellow but is a bit, well, bright? You can blame B vitamins for this. Riboflavin (B2) is naturally fluorescent when exposed to UV light, so it can make your toilet bowl a bit of an alarming colour. 4. Dark yellow This is typically a sign that you are not drinking enough water, and is at the darkest end of the "normal" spectrum. If you don't hydrate yourself enough, then the waste products your body is getting rid of aren't diluted, causing a darker colour than is healthy. The lesson to be learned from this? Increase your intake of water. 5. Brown Light or dark brown urine can signify blood in the urine or a potential liver or kidney disorder. It can also show that you've been overworking your muscles, which release a substance called myoglobin when damaged that can turn urine brown. Urinary tract infections and liver disorders, such as cirrhosis, are other causes. 6. Green If you've had a green pint on St Paddy's Day, you will probably notice that the food colouring in the beer has turned your urine the same hue. Asparagus can cause your wee to take on a greenish tint - but health issues can also do this According to urinecolors.com: "Bile and diarrhea can cause a greenish tint to your urine, and pus from a urinary tract infection could also cause green urine." If you don't present any of these symptoms, it's still probably to do with something you've ingested. But if you're concerned, always consult a healthcare provider. 7. Blue Blue urine is mostly caused by foods or medications you've taken recently. Triamterene, Rinsapin and Viagra are all medications that can cause your wee to have a blue tinge - along with any other pills that use a blue dye. Even if it looks like something out of Avatar, it's probably not going to be down to an ongoing health issue and is more likely to be due to something you've ingested. 8. Orange As previously stated, dehydration can cause a darker urine colour that can sometimes appear orange. Jaundice can also be a factor here, causing bile to show up in your wee that gives it an orange hue. If this change in colour is food-related, then it will probably only last a day or two at most. If it lasts more than a couple of days, you should consult your doctor. 9. Pink or red Unless you've been eating lots of beetroot, this could be a sign that you are passing blood when you go to the toilet. Blood in your urine could be a sign of a urinary tract infection or urinary stones. These are usually accompanied by pain and discomfort, so you would probably notice other symptoms.

5 Critical Ketosis Tips

03:59
I recommend these electrolytes: https://shop.drberg.com/electrolyte-p... Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about the 5 critical ketosis tips. 1. FLUIDS -Ketosis tends to release a lot of fluid and can act as a diuretic. This means you can lose potassium and other electrolytes. Sometimes when potassium gets depleted, a person can develop kidney stons, feel tired, develop keto flu. Potassium is needed for your heart to be regulated. Its also not a bad idea to even drink a bit more water (but of course when you are thirsty). 2. WASTE REMOVAL -Make sure you do not end up constipated. If you start a ketosis diet and you get constipated it could be low potassium. Add 7-10 cups of vegetables and this usually can handle it. However, sometimes adding more vegetables (cruciferous esp. can constipate you because you're not used to digesting these high level of fiber). If this happens, switch the type of vegetables you are using to vegetables you are used to. Its even okay to take a mild laxative (smooth move tea) to esure you are riding waste as toxins are also eliminated with waste. 3. USE SYMPTOMS TO KNOW HOW YOU ARE DOING -If you are tired add B-vitamins (nutritional yeast is good) or some other natural B-vitamins (B1, B5, B6 are key) and sometimes you need sea salt, esp. if your muscles are tight. KETO RASH: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJUkh... KETO FLU: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUICk... 4. WATCH YOUR DIETARY FATS -When people are told they can do lots of fat, they can overdo it and clog up their gallbladder. This causes pain on the right side, and right neck area. Go slow and gradually increase your fats. I do recommend adding some bile salts to help this: https://shop.drberg.com/gallbladder-f... 5. QUALITY -When you lose weight - make sure its healthy. Of course this includes doing it with quality food (grass fed, wild caught, pasture-raised, organic). If you do this, when you lose weight, you'll look healthy at the same time. Vitamin B12 Deficiency Symptoms || Vegan Nutrition Q&A

05:08
One nutrient that vegans in particular need to supplement is B12, although vegetarians and meat eaters may need to supplement as well. SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/1fNLSVx VEGAN NUTRITION Q&A playlist ▹ bit.ly/vegan-nutrition-tips-playlist VIT B12 SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ib6FqReK5pg Can you get B12 from dirt: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQgIhQF8GgU Your body stores an extra supply of it, so it can take up to 2 years for any vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms to creep up on you. You risk permanent damage to your nervous system and brain if you let this one get too far though, so be on the lookout for those symptoms. Early Vitamin B12 Deficiency Symptoms: Unusual fatigue Faulty digestion No appetite Nausea Loss of menstruation Tingling hands and feet (start of serious deficiency) If you don't get levels back up from there, it can result in permanent nerve damage and get very serious, causing blindness or deafness. Also, homocysteine levels will be high (risk factor for heart disease, stroke and complications during pregnancy) long before any of the early vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms show up. If children don't get enough B12 during childhood, their levels can be corrected but the period where they didn't have enough can have permanent effects on their brain and nerve functions. Maintaining your own B12 levels while breastfeeding is crucial. You can be tested for B12 deficiency by your doctor, and the most accurate method of testing is a urine or blood test called a Methylmalonic Acid test (MMA). It can detect deficiency much earlier and much more accurately than the standard blood test most doctors use to test for serum cobalamin levels and pernicious anemia. If you're seeing vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms, or show low levels in a blood test, the obvious solution is to raise B12 levels. Depending on how low your levels are, go for any or all of the following: - supplements (my recommendations here: http://bit.ly/vit-B12) - fortified foods (nut/grain milks, cereals, certain nutritional yeasts) - B12 injections (done by a doctor, for severe deficiency or people who aren't absorbing B12 through digestion) Have you ever noticed any of these symptoms in yourself? Water Retention: Try these 3 Foods to Reduce Bloating: Thomas DeLauer

06:54
Subscribe for 3x Videos Per Week! http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Water Retention: 3 Foods to Reduce Bloating- Thomas DeLauer… What is a Diuretic? Diuretics are sometimes called ‘water tablets’ and are designed to increase the amount of water and salt expelled from the body as urine (termed diuresis) They help get rid of excess fluid by removing sodium and chloride from the body in the urine - the sodium and chloride in turn draw excess water from the body. Too much salt can cause extra fluid to build up in your blood vessels, raising your blood pressure. There are different types of prescribed diuretics acting on different levels of a nephron (the smallest unit of kidney) The basic mechanism seen in most of them is that they act on pumps of a nephron, which means that they decrease the absorption of sodium from urine, and thus more water remains in the urine. (1) Use of Diuretics: Doctors prescribe diuretics when the body is retaining too much fluid. The following conditions may require the regulation of fluid in the body or result in fluid retention: High blood pressure, congestive heart failure, kidney dysfunction, edema (tissue swelling, such as in swollen legs and feet) Diuretics lower your blood pressure by flushing salt out of your body, which causes the walls of your blood vessel to relax and widen - easier for your blood to flow through. Congestive heart failure keeps your heart from pumping blood effectively throughout your body: this leads to a buildup of fluids in your body, which is called edema. Diuretics help reduce this fluid buildup. Prescription diuretics may cause some side effects. These include fatigue, muscle cramps, lightheadedness, rash, and headaches. (1,2,3) Natural Diuretics: Some herbs and dietary supplements have diuretic properties that may be helpful to you and won’t provide any negative side effects. Asparagus: It contains high levels of the amino acid asparagine, which serves as a natural diuretic, and increased urination not only releases fluid but helps rid the body of excess salts. Asparagine also benefits our central nervous system by helping with the maintenance of balance or equilibrium – keeps you from being overly calm or nervous. Also essential for the proper functioning and health of our nerves and other cells of the body, It controls their metabolism in the brain. Dandelion Leaves: Full of vitamins A, B, C, and D, as well as minerals, such as iron, potassium, and zinc. Dandelion leaves are used to add flavor to salads, sandwiches, and teas. Dandelion leaves act as a diuretic, increasing the amount of urine your body makes. The leaves are used to stimulate the appetite and help digestion. Dandelion flower has antioxidant properties. In one study (Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine) dandelion leaves were ingested by volunteers to investigate whether an increased urinary frequency and volume would result. Volume of urinary output and fluid intake were recorded by subjects. For the entire population, 17 subjects, there was a significant increase (5%) in the frequency of urination in just 5 hours after the first dose. You can find dandelion herbs and roots fresh or dried in a variety of forms, including tinctures, liquid extract, teas, tablets, and capsules (4) Parsley: Parsley is one of the best natural diuretics for edema treatment and fluid retention. Parsley increases urine output by acting as an aquaretic, meaning it acts to increase water excretion from the body without affecting electrolytes such as sodium and potassium the way most conventional diuretic drugs do. Parsley’s effect on your body’s electrolytes is largely neutral. Parsley herb extracts have been studied as natural diuretics in combination with another aquaretic, asparagus. In uncontrolled trials, this combination caused significant weight loss in overweight patients and significantly lowered blood pressure in patients with hypertension, without changing other laboratory values or physiological processes (5) References: 1) The Top 7 Natural Diuretics. 🤷🏼‍♂️ #1 Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction & Improving Your Performance In The Bedroom

05:10
My favorite, clinically proven formula for improving ED, boosting testosterone and sex drive: 🤜 http://drsam.co/yt/BeHarderLonger You can also watch this video on my channel: http://drsam.co/yt/BestVitaminForED ======================================= 🤷🏼‍♂️ Kegel - #1 Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction & Improving Your Performance In The Bedroom ======================================= Today I’m going to reveal the #1 exercise for preventing erectile dysfunction and improving your “performance” in the bedroom. This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. Because of this, I’ve got a special link below, to a bonus video about how you can dramatically improve your testosterone levels and fix erectile problems in a few short days or weeks. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Glutathione, Methylation & Nutrition w/ Dr. Russell Jaffe

Episode #56: Russell Jaffe, MD PhD – Glutathione, Metallothionein and Vitamin C: key detox molecules Dr. Jaffe shares his top tips to increase glutathione, metallothionein and methylation. ➢ Link to full show notes and Dr. Jaffe's contact info: http://highintensityhealth.com/russell-jaffe-glutathione-metallothionein-vitamin-c-detox-molecules ➢ Listen to the Audio in iTunes: http://highintensityhealth.com/itunes -----------------------------------------Lets Connect-------------------------------------- ➢ Facebook https://www.facebook.com/MikeMutzelMS ➢ Instagram https://www.instagram.com/metabolic_mike --------------------------------------Key Takeaways---------------------------------- 06:27 The Power of Epigenetics: We have shifted from a focus on metabolism and biochemical individuality, to epigenetics – your lifestyle, habits, and choices regarding what you eat, drink, think and do determines 92% of your lifetime health that is not genetic. A small fraction of our health is determined by our DNA and our genes. 08:30 Effects of Toxins: It is your internal adaptations that determine the effect that toxins will have on you. For example: toxic metals can be a serious problem, but if you have enough healthy metallothionein to take up and detoxify those metals, they do not stay in your body. If you have switched from this elective/protective mode into survival mode, then your body cannot devote the energy to detoxification in order to deal with the immediate crisis. 10:41: How Does Metallothionein Work? Metallothionein is a protein made of two amino acids: glycine and the sulfur-containing cysteine. Metallothionein is a magnesium/zinc rich protein that gives up its magnesium or zinc and irreversibly binds to any of the toxic metals, like mercury or lead. They are then excreted from the body through sweat, stool, or urine. Metallothionein is everywhere in our bodies and is measureable. When we shift to survival mode, toxic metals begin to accumulate. The same happens with persisting pollutants, volatile chemicals and the risk of exposure to radioisotopes or other environmental pollutants. 12:44 How to Upregulate Metallothionein: A diet rich in sulfur foods, you can build metallothionein, if you stay alkaline and you have a balanced nutrient intake, appropriate for your lifestyle. Metallothionein is very important to our long term health and survival. Nutrition begins in the kitchen, in the cooking pot. It begins with whole foods that you consume in as whole a form as possible. GGOBE is an acronym he uses for top sulfur-rich foods. It stands for garlic, ginger, onions, brassica sprouts and eggs. 16:55 Whey Protein: Whey protein is high in cysteine. 19:22 Metallothionein and Glutathione: The purpose of both of these is to protect us. Glutathione is synthesized inside of cells. Oral glutathione may help the gut and the mucosal barrier, but it does not go to your body’s cells. Glutathione is an important intermediary in keeping oxidative stress low. If we give the precursor amino acids for glutathione production in cells, GGOBE foods or supplements that contain cysteine, methionine and we have a healthy alkaline cell with mitochondria are healthy, we can make glutathione. 21:58 Mitochondria and Cell Health:The cell protects the mitochondria and the mitochondria give the cell ATP. The mitochondria also detoxify things like pesticides, persisting pollutants and hormone disruptors. These must be detoxified inside the mitochondria. If the mitochondria are overwhelmed, then the energetics of the cell slows and uses up Coenzyme Q10, which is the electron shuttle, impairing things further. About 66% of our detoxification happens in the liver. Maybe 15% of detox happens in the kidneys. A small percentage takes place in the spleen. Some also happens in our skin. Every muscle, every cell of the body does some detoxification and utilizes mitochondria to do that. 24:50 Ascorbate and Raising Glutathione: Unlike vitamins, ascorbate does not activate catalysts. It is used directly. It is a sub straight. It is used up in the course of detoxifying, energizing and protecting the other antioxidants in the body. Ascorbate is the correct name. It is the mother protective molecule for all other protective molecules in the body. The best way to raise glutathione in the cell is to give ascorbate. The amount of glutathione that you generate is proportional to having enough ascorbate. 27:42 C-Cleanse: Quickly saturate the body with mineral ascorbate, so you have calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc minerals along with the ascorbate. Toxins and fluid are flushed out of the body. When you have taken in the amount of ascorbate you need to protect from oxidative stress, you are also maximizing the glutathione inside the cells.

Vitamin C - The Universal Helper that Boosts the Immune System

03:46
Vitamin C is also referred to as The Universal Helper. Vitamin C has been the subject of research for almost a century. Therefore much is known about its beneficial effects. It is a water soluble vitamin but it is very sensitive to oxygen. Foods which contain Vitamin C will lose their vitamin content very quickly if left open to the air. The main function of Vitamin C in the body is the manufacture of collagen, the main protein substance of the human body. This protein hold our bodies together, such as connective tissues, cartilage, tendons and even those little lines and wrinkles in the skin which you see as getting older, are the result of a decrease in collagen production. Vitamin C plays an important role in all immune system functions, particularly in enhancing white blood cell function. Any time there is increased chemical, emotional, psychological or physiological stress, the body excretes Vitamin C at an increased rate. So, worrying about whether you are going to have enough money to pay your bills, inhaling the fumes from the cleaning supplies you use to clean your bathroom, or catching a cold can all severely deplete your Vitamin C levels. Since we have stress every day of our lives, it stands to reason that we need to supplement with Vitamin C every day. The body's ability to absorb Vitamin C is impaired by smoking, stress, high fever, prolonged administration of antibiotics and ingestion of aspirin or other painkillers. So, when you give your child some kind of drug to lower their fever during times of cold, flu, ear infection you are actually reducing their immune system's ability to fight the infection. As an antioxidant, Vitamin C also helps reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Actual clinical and experimental studies have shown that Vitamin C can reduce cancer rates, boost immunity, protect against pollution and cigarette smoke, increase life expectancy, and reduce the risk of cataracts. A high Vitamin C intake reduces the risk for virtually all forms of cancer, including cancers of the lung, colon, breast, cervix, esophagus, oral cavity, and pancreas. Vitamin C has also been used for psychological disorders, including schizophrenia, depression, and paranoia. It even has helped to increase the IQ of children. Vitamin C is one of the most important dietary supplements. Vitamin C in large doses of 1000mg + helps us to fight the flu. It boosts our immune system. It is very important for good brain functioning. It neutralizes free radicals. Vitamin C has a preventive role in heart disease. It prevents hardening of the arteries. Vitamin C kills candida, viruses, parasites and bacteria. It fights stress and acts as an antidepressant. It helps also lower high cholesterol. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin which means that our body cannot function properly on a single dose of vitamin C a day. Vitamin C is disposed of within hours through our urine. Therefore it is important that we take Vitamin C throughout the day. If you do not get enough vitamin C every day you'll suffer eventually from fatigue, weakness, irritability and pain in your limbs. Being deficient in Vitamin C might increase your risk for heart disease and strokes. Being deficient in Vitamin C can also increase your risk of having certain cancers. All in all vitamin C deficiency might result in not reaching your body's optimum health potential. So please take care of your body and your mind. My name is Erika and welcome to my YouTube channel. I've had this channel since 2009 but only started uploading regularly last year. I am a born and raised New Yorker. I've been a performer my whole life and in 2009 was offered the job of a lifetime - performing for Disney Cruise Line. Over three years with the company, I portrayed some of Disney's most beloved characters, danced my heart out, and met my husband! In 2013, I moved up to Toronto, Canada and studied for my full STOTT Pilates certification. Then, that summer, my husband and I got our first apartment on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, NY! In December 2013, my husband (then boyfriend) came home from his last ship contract and proposed! We got married at The Russian Tea Room in New York City on January 24th, 2015. We love adventure, and after 3 years living in Manhattan, in May 2016, we moved down to Celebration, Florida! In December 2016, I danced in the Macy's Holiday Parade at Universal Studios and had the time of my life! Although we've loved Florida, in May 2017, we moved back to New York to be closer to family and friends. In June 2017, we got the best news in the world - that we were expecting our first baby due March 2018. We are so excited that our little family is growing! PHEW.. So that's my story! I don't know what adventures lie ahead but I am SO excited to share them with all of you!

How to Dissolve Kidney Stones (Part 1)

08:09
I recommend using this electrolyte powder to spike your potassium citrate and magnesium citrate: https://shop.drberg.com/electrolyte-p... Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about dissolving kidney stones. Most stones are calcium oxalate stones. This is different than gallbladder stones. You need to consume lower oxalate in your diet. You also need to increase citrates in the diet. Citrates combine with stones. 1. The best way to do this is with lemon juice and potassium citrate. Magnesium is another good mineral, but take in citrate form https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.... 2. Avoid oxalates (see below) 3. Avoid calcium from supplements, but dietary calcium is okay, since it can bind with calcium before it turns into stones. However, there is also mixed reviews on this and some say that taking calcium would be okay. 4. Of course if you have a kidney stone, adding more water will help, however, drinking excessive water in general without electrolytes will not prevent kidney stones. The key is drinking adequate amounts of fluid. Sometimes when I tell people not to drink excessive amounts, they interpret this as to avoid drinking water - no, just drink when you are thirsty and if you have a stone or develop stones easily, drink more. 5. Vitamin D most likely will help prevent kidney stones. This is an excellent read: http://oxvox.com/the-importance-of-vi... https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases... 6. Vitamin K2 helps keep calcium out of the soft tissues of the body and this is a must. 7. There are mixed reviews on vitamin C (specifically ascorbic acid) on if it contributes to stone formation. 8. Too much sodium could contribute to stone formation in some people. HIGH OXALATE FOODS: Spinach Avocado Dates Grapefruit Potato Wheat Beans Canned pineapple FOOD LOW IN OXALATE Kale Cabbage Bok Choy Cauliflower Cucumber For Uric Acid Stones This can be triggered from higher amounts of insulin or sugar intake. It can also be triggered from ketosis. Potassium citrate will help this. GREAT REFERENCE ON OXALATES: Oxylates: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
