Receding Gums | Learn How I got Rid Of Receding Gums For Good!

02:06
http://tinyurl.com/oralproblemsnomore ◄ CLICK HERE TO Learn How I got Rid Of Receding Gums Permanently! Receding Gums, also called advanced gum disease and periodontitis, is a bacterial infection of the gum pockets that undermines the health of the mouth and whole body. The bacteria colonize along and under the gum line and eat (yes eat) living tissue, including gum tissue, bone and ligament that anchor the teeth in the jaws. From within these deepening, infected gum pockets, the bacteria colonize and launch an organized attack on the immune system. Not only do the disease causing bacteria eat away at the gum and bone that hold the teeth in the mouth, these bad bugs also swim their way into the bloodstream and undermine the health of the whole body! So that’s the bad news. The good news is even if you have Receding Gums, you can make massive positive change in your oral health and stop the progression of gum disease, all from the comfort of your own home. Five quick tips to help prevent bleeding gums

01:43
Periodontal issues often reveal themselves when you brush your teeth. Pink in the sink, the telltale sign of periodontal disease, can lead to serious oral care problems - even tooth loss. Here are five quick things you can do today to reduce gum problems. -- Here are five quick tips to prevent bleeding and painful gums. Number one, use a soft bristled toothbrush, preferably nylon, never a medium bristle brush, and God forbid, a hard bristle brush. They're much too hard, and you will ruin tooth material and gum tissue as well. Number two, you need to floss at least once a day. If you floss twice a day, I will personally give you a dental degree. Congratulations. Number three, look for a toothpaste that has CoQ10 in it. There are a few around. We have one called PerioTherapy (http://www.therabreath.com/toothpaste/periotherapy-toothpaste/). CoQ10 is excellent to help heal damaged gums. Also use a mouthwash which has oxygenating compounds. Oxygen is the natural enemy of the anaerobic bacteria, which is the root cause of gum problems. Number four, if using a toothbrush, many toothbrushes have something called a rubber thingy on it. That's a technical term. This is a toothbrush we have which has a rubber thingy on it. It's great for massaging your gums. So if you're watching American Idol, you have nothing better to do, just rub it against your gums. That massaging effort will keratinize the outer layer of your gums to prevent something which we call pink in the sink. And the last step are vitamins. Vitamin C and D are excellent. They help collagen re-fibratize itself to make the gums much stronger. And vitamin D you don't need to buy in a store. If you stand outside five minutes a day, the sun will actually help generate vitamin D naturally.

5 Warning Signs of Vitamin C Deficiency You Should not Ignore

03:36
Vitamin-C is probably one of the most talked about vitamins around, yet almost one third of Americans aren’t consuming enough! A potent antioxidant, Vitamin-C known to fight free radicals in the body and plays a vital role in overall health. Concerned you might be Vitamin-C deficient? Here are some signs you should be watching for: 1.Slow Wound Healing If you notice your cuts and scrapes are slow to heal, have a closer look at your diet. As Vitamin-C is essential to the formation of collagen in the skin – a new connective tissue that binds a healing wound, a lack will lead to slow healing. Along with playing a role in collagen formation in healing wounds, Vitamin-C acts as a powerful antioxidant and immune-system booster – both of which encourage faster healing. 2.Dry or Splitting Hair and Nails A shiny head of hair and strong nails can often be a good indicator of a balanced-diet. Likewise, a lackluster mane that is dry and splitting may highlight a problem. Because hair is a non-essential tissue, nutrients such as Vitamin-C are sent to more important organs and tissues first, before making their way to the hair. So if you have less than ideal levels of the vitamin, you may find your hair is suffering. Furthermore, Vitamin-C is vital for the absorption of iron – a deficiency of which can cause chronic hair loss and slow hair growth, along with brittle and concave nails. 3.Swollen and Painful Joints Pain and swelling of the joints caused by inflammatory arthritis may be another sign you need to overhaul your diet. A 2004 study, conducted in Great-Britain, found that people who had low levels of Vitamin-C were 3-times more likely to develop rheumatoid arthritis than those whose diets included foods rich in the vitamin. 4.Swollen, Bleeding or Inflamed Gums Oral-health problems, like swollen or bleeding gums or recurrent mouth ulcers, are often linked to suboptimal levels of Vitamin-C. Again, collagen is important as it supports the gums. It’s estimated that gums turn over at least 20% of their collagen every day, meaning regular hits of Vitamin-C are vital for good teeth and gums. Low levels of the vitamin are linked with an increased risk of gum-disease which can range from simple gum inflammation to major soft tissue damage! 5.Poor Immune Function The immune-system, our body’s protection against infection and disease, is strongly influenced by the intake of nutrients, particularly Vitamin-C. Several cells in our immune-system need the vitamin to perform their tasks so naturally a deficiency leads to a reduced resistance against certain pathogens. Getting enough Vitamin-C means that our immune system will be in tip-top shape to reduce the risk, severity and duration of certain infectious diseases. The National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements recommends that men over the age of 18 get 90-mg of Vitamin-C a day from their diet, while women need 75-mg. Foods contain high levels of Vitamin-C are Sweet red pepper, Orange juice, Grapefruit juice, Kiwifruit, broccoli And strawberries. Vitamins And How I Use Them For Healing My Cracked Tooth! ~~~Nancy

My cracked tooth is more fully healed. [You can see my other videos about my teeth and gums.] In this video I list the mineral and https://youtu.be/oONf3keJXYE Vitamins I took for healing my teeth. ~~~Nancy Gurish vitamin supplements that I'm taking and emphasize the importance of taking real supplements in good strength, quantity and frequency in order to promote healing. And, "if they are real, they will heal"! Real vitamins will heal; if they are synthetic or incomplete vitamins or minerals you will not experience healing. Oil vitamins have to be taken with food, and I have heard it said that if there is brain cancer, Vitamin A should be taken in low quantity. I take a 25,000 IU Vitamin A but only one time a day because I have had skin cancer. I've taken it twice a day; but not frequently. In time I'll raise the dose of Vitamin A to get my full vision back in good order. ~~~Nancy LET'S CONNECT! Google Plus! https://plus.google.com/+NancyKonciljaGurish My other Youtube Channels! 5 Vitamin Deficiencies That Show Up in Your Face

03:28
Most people admit they have trouble sticking to a healthy diet. But when we steer away from food that’s loaded with nutrients, we may be robbing our bodies of obtaining precious vitamins. Vitamin deficiencies are more serious than many realize. It’s been estimated that more than 1 billion people globally are Vitamin D deficient. A severe Vitamin A deficiency may even lead to death. As your body starves for these essential vitamins, your immune system can become weakened. It’s easy to track your daily nutrient and vitamin amounts when you take a multivitamin. But there’s also another way; just look in the mirror. In today’s video we will review the five physical signs of vitamin deficiencies. 1. Puffy Eyes Upon waking, everyone’s eyes may seem puffy. But excessing puffiness may be signaling a low supply of iodine. This is a great time to stock up on: Cranberries, yogurt, kelp, potatoes, strawberries, navy beans 2. Pale Skin If you notice your complexion is growing pale, it may be a sign you need to increase your Vitamin B12 intake. When it’s lacking, your skin can suffer and you’ll also feel fatigued. One way to boost these levels is to eat plenty of: Salmon, red meat, fortified cereal, yogurt, swiss cheese 3. Dry Hair If your bad hair days are due to dryness, this could be a hint that you are lacking biotin or Vitamin B7. You may also notice a significant amount of dandruff. One culprit could be antibiotics. The remedy is to eat: Eggs, almonds, nuts, legumes, whole grains 4. Pale Lips Take a good look at your lips. If they are pale, it could mean you need more iron. An iron deficiency can weaken your immune system. Catching more colds can also be blamed on low iron levels. If this is the case, change your diet to include: Red meat, seafood, beans, dark green leafy vegetables, iron-fortified cereals, peas 5. Bleeding Gums It’s normal to see a little blood after flossing, but if you notice that your gums are so sensitive they are bleeding frequently, try adding Vitamin C to your diet. A clue that your immune system is weak can also be experiencing muscle pain and dental problems. Again, there are plenty of foods that can spring into action and boost your immune system and heal your gums: Oranges, red peppers, kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, strawberries, grapefruit ---------------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. However, even if you eat well, there are many chances that you miss important nutrients due to their age and susceptibility to health problems. A blood test will often detect vitamin deficiencies, But sometimes there are common deficiencies that can be observed in your skin, hair or nails. In the video, "5 vitamin deficiencies that appear on your face" We explain that you can evaluate the nutrients that you lack when you look in the mirror. A simple way to discover certain ailments is to look at your face. There are five signs of nutrient deficiencies that can be easily detected and treated with curative foods. Swollen eyes: Many people may have experienced swollen eyes at some time in their lives. Either after waking from a nap or after having cried well. However, swollen eyes can also be related to something else. Especially if you are experiencing excessive swelling. This can be a sign of low iodine. This would be a good time to incorporate foods with high levels of iodine in your diet. Could help! Foods such as blueberries, yogurt, seaweed, potatoes, strawberries and white beans are excellent sources of iodine. Dry skin - Vitamin A deficiency Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps in the formation and maintenance of healthy skin and teeth, skeletal tissue, mucous membranes, and soft tissue. If you do not get enough of this vitamin, it can cause flaky and dry skin and dry lips. Bleeding gums It is normal to see some blood after flossing, but if you notice that your gums are sensitive and bleed frequently, This could be a sign of low vitamin C level. A persistent lack of vitamin C in your diet can lead to a condition called scurvy. Symptoms of scurvy include easy bruising, easy bleeding, and joint and muscle pain. Skin rashes: vitamin B2 deficiency Riboflavin is involved in the production of energy from food and plays an important role in keeping your skin and vision healthy. A deficiency of this vitamin can cause redness and cracks in the corner of the mouth and tongue, as well as a rash. You can also experience inflamed eyelids, hair loss, and redness of the cornea. Dry hair: Nobody likes a bad hair day. Most people seek a soft, strong life, and hydrated locks and generally fear the winter weather that causes the hair to dry. However, if you experience dry hair frequently, Even after you've been taking care of it, this could be a sign that you lack biotin or vitamin B7. You may also notice that you are getting more dandruff than usual. The foods for you are eggs, almonds, nuts, legumes and whole grains.

Everybody experiences bleeding gums at some point in their life. But if you’re dismissing the sight of blood in the sink when you brush your teeth, you could be putting your health at risk.Healthy gums don’t bleed, so if it’s a persistent issue, it’s a warning sign that something isn’t right. If a dentist has checked your teeth and ruled out bad dental hygiene or a rough brushing technique, a vitamin deficiency could be to blame.Vitamin C is particularly important when it comes to oral health because it helps build strong teeth and gums. 5 Signs Of Vitamin Deficiency That Can be Seen On Your Face Instantly

03:09
Here are five signs of vitamin deficiencies that can be seen on your face: 1. Puffy Eyes. Do your eyes look extra puffy in the morning? Puffy eyes often indicate that you’re not getting enough sleep, but they can also be sign of low iodine levels in the body. Eat This: Cranberries, yogurt, kelp, potatoes, strawberries and navy beans. 2. Extremely Pale Skin. You might notice you’re looking a little pale in the dead of winter, but if your skin has become overly pale, it could be a sign that you’re lacking Vitamin B12. If your body isn’t getting enough B12, you’ll start to feel fatigued and your skin can suffer. Eat This: Salmon, red meat, fortified cereals, yogurt and Swiss cheese. 3. Dry Hair. Has your hair felt extra dry and brittle lately? Have you noticed a large amount of dandruff on your scalp? These could be signs that you’re lacking biotin or Vitamin B7. A biotin deficiency can be the result of using antibiotics. Eat This: Eggs, almonds, nuts, legumes and whole grains. 4. Pale Lips. Pale lips can be a sign that you’re lacking in iron. An iron deficiency can cause your immune system to become weak. If you’re getting sick often, it could be another sign that your body needs more iron. Eat This: Red meat, seafood, beans, dark green leafy vegetables, iron-fortified cereals and peas. 5. Bleeding Gums. If your gums have been bleeding lately, it could indicate a lack of Vitamin C in your body. Without Vitamin C, your immune system can weaken, causing muscle pain and problems with your teeth. Eat This: Oranges, red peppers, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, strawberries and grapefruit.

How to improve gum health with vitamins for teeth and tooth caries. Call 800-910-5523 today. Ask your dentist if Pharmaden could help eliminate that bad mouth smell. Visit http://www.pharmaden.net for more information, testimonials, and to see our research!   A major cause of bad breath is gum disease. Please visit your dentist to find out the cause of your bad breath and if Pharmaden’s natural dental vitamins are for you.  How to Improve Gum Health Our products contain 98% grape seed extract, which is far superior to anything found in a store! Pharmaden products are pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplements that were once only available to dental professionals or medical professionals. What happens in our mouths, good or bad, ends up in the body so Pharmaden was created as a new way to approach periodontal disease. It is the ONLY dental supplement supported by a double-blind study from a major American University (Loma Linda University Dental School) showing reduction of pocket depth (meaning the boundary between the gum and teeth), bleeding, and plaque – the 3 main components of periodontal disease.  Vitamins for teeth Call (800) 910-5523 or visit http://www.pharmaden.net     https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hfm2L7O_Y7A

Pharmaden Dental Vitamins 800-910-5523 | Vitamins For Teeth | Nutraceuticals|Healthy Gums|Bad Breath

05:56
Pharmaden Dental Vitamins, Vitamins For Teeth, Nutraceuticals, Healthy Gums, Bad Breath. Call 800-910-5523 or visit http://www.pharmaden.net to learn more. medical professionals receive 50% off web price. Loma Linda double blind study showed reduction of pocket depth, bleeding, & plaque. Hear from Allie, the marketing director for Dr. Schefdore's dental practice. Dr. Schefdore is the president of Pharmaden LLC. Nutraceuticals A group of dentists and hygienists realized that a significant portion of their patients did not have great oral health even though they were brushing and flossing. Most of them did not have healthy gums & had bad breath. They also noticed many of them healed slowly after any treatment or that their periodontal condition relapsed in just a couple of years after treatment. These dentists and hygienists knew that they were missing a key component for their patients to achieve and maintain good oral health. So what is it they were missing?   According to a first of its kind double blind study done at the dental school at Loma Linda University, patients with periodontal disease were told to do exactly the same home care they have been doing - except half of the group would be taking a high absorbing supplement with ingredients specifically designed for the oral cavity and the other half would take a placebo. Nutraceuticals   THE RESULTS?????? There was a significant reduction of plaque, bleeding and pocket depth in the group taking the supplement. Dental Vitamins   Now, you are probably thinking…let me see some more research But we have something much better. A group of dentists have been giving their patients these exact supplements and have seen the same results as this Loma Linda study for the past 14 years! That is, they see a signification reduction of plaque, bleeding, and pocket depth in these patients. Pharmaden has even won 2 awards from Dental Town, was voted one of the top 100 products by Dentistry Today, and has been featured in Compendium (the dentistry peer reviewed magazine). Healthy Gums. Bad Breath. Vitamins For Teeth.   Pharmaden is not making any claims that a supplement is going to get all of your patients healthy or cure any disease but we now realize that there are key nutrients needed to achieve and maintain oral health and healing. All dentists were taught this in school but it never occured to many of them that we should provide patients with key nutrients. But Since Americans choose to eat a average, or poor, diet and they cannot chew fresh, raw fruits and vegetables many times after treatment, a quality supplement with a double blind study would make sense for patients to take. #badbreath Your practice will come off as much more professional when you recommend a whole-food, high absorbing quality supplement specific for their oral and overall health, backed by a university study compared to telling a patient to take some over the counter, synthetic, poorly absorbed vitamin found at the store. We have collected many interview testimonials from dentists and hygienists on the home page of our website if you would like to listen to what other professionals have to say. https://pharmaden.net/testimonials/   These specific supplements can be purchased through a dental office or the patients can purchase it online from http://www.pharmaden.net. Dental offices can purchase the supplements for 50% less than web pricing, creating another revenue source for the dental office. Not only will you be improving your patients health by carrying the dental vitamins but you can make your office more profitable!   If you would like to know how to use the vitamins for teeth call Allie at (800) 910-5523 and she will can show your staff the system dentists and hygienist are using to help their patients achieve better oral health.   Pharmaden supplements do not cure, treat, or prevent disease. Always see a physician before taking any supplement. Since our products are natural products made with the highest quality ingredients available, you can enjoy a high level of safety with Pharmaden.   If you read the email sent to you we have thrown in a few offers when you place an order. Tooth Cracked, Soft Gums, Stress, Healing And Repair ~~~Nancy Gurish

Stress causes acid - and teeth can 'take the hit!' It happened for me. Too much going on - probably poor eating. My tooth cracked https://youtu.be/7UWICEQhcJk (two teeth) - one broke off. My gums were soft and the teeth were loose in the sockets. Scary stuff. I got the minerals and vitamins; and the cracked tooth is growing back. The other teeth are solid in the gums. The tooth cracked on April 20th - today is May 15th, and I feel my teeth are back on track. Pretty quick work. Vitamin C (heavy and frequent doses); gelatin, by way of Jello; and beef and chicken broth - for their natural gelatin. Liquid sulfur and the Vitamin K that is for bone support. Thank you God! Vitamins will heal - if they are real. It was scary finding out how bad my teeth had gotten. Very scary. This was not a case of gum disease. ~~~Nancy P.S. How To Heal Tooth Decay And Reverse Cavities Using This Easy Remedy

04:21
Cavities are a type of tooth decay that occur when certain bacteria produces an acid that destroys the tooth’s enamel. Its so powerful that it also destroys the underlying layer (the dentin). Not many people know that it's actually possible to reverse it. There are several ways to naturally reverse cavities. According to a study published in the British Medical Journal, cavities and tooth decay can potentially be reversed with a change in diet. In this study 62 children with cavities were divided into three diet groups. Group 1 ate a standard diet plus oatmeal, rich in phytic acid. Group 2 ate a normal diet and supplemented with Vitamin D, while Group 3 ate a grain-free diet and also took Vitamin D. Researchers found that Group 1, who had a diet high in grains and phytic acid, had an increase in cavities. Group 2 showed improvements in cavities, while Group 3, who followed a grain-free diet with nutrient-rich foods and a Vitamin D supplement, saw the greatest improvements. Nearly all of the cavities in Group 3’s participants were healed.kid teeth Many doctors and dentists have backed the findings of this study, suggesting that diet can in fact help those suffering with cavities to reverse their tooth decay. There are four main things that contribute to tooth decay: Lack of minerals in the diet (deficiencies of magnesium, calcium and phosphorus) Lack of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) Too much consumption of phytic acid-rich foods Too much consumption of processed sugar Natural Ways to Reverse Cavities 1. Remove Sugar For healthy, cavity-free teeth, sugar cannot be a part of your diet. Not only does it feed oral bacteria that prevents a healthy flow of dental fluids, it’s also highly acidic, allowing it to decalcify and demineralize the structural content of teeth! 2. Consume Nutrient-Rich Foods Beating tooth decay requires an increase in fat-soluable vitamins and minerals. A diet full of vegetables – especially leafy green vegetables, and foods high in healthy fats such as coconut oil and avocado, along with nuts and seeds can help create the ideal diet for battling tooth decay. 3. Eliminate Phytic Acid Phytic acid is a mineral blocker and enzyme inhibitor that’s found in grains, nuts, seeds and beans that are not organic or GMO-free. It can cause serious health problems, such as mineral deficiencies and osteoporosis. Phytic acid prevents you from absorbing the minerals in your food, while leaching minerals out of your body, bones and teeth. Avoid foods high in phytic acid by choosing organic and GMO-free. 4. Try Oil Pulling Oil pulling has been used for centuries as an oral detoxification procedure. Simply swish a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes, then spit the oil into the trash. If 20 minutes is too long, start with 3-5 minutes. Oil pulling has been praised for its ability to treat numerous health issues, from gingivitis to headaches.shutterstock_216984226 5. Use Mineralizing Toothpaste Fluoride-free toothpaste are expensice, but there are some brands that are more affordable. You can also make your own remineralizing toothpaste at home using: 3 tablespoons of food grade diatomaceous earth clay 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda 1/4 teaspoon mint-flavored chlorophyll 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil 1 tablespoon filtered water

Disembodied dentures smiling back at you from a glass. A sunken-in, toothless face. Hours in a dental chair, awaiting expensive implants. If images like these give you the heebie-jeebies, take heart. Although tooth loss is common, it's not an inevitable part of aging, says Richard H. Price, DDS, a retired dentist in Newton, Mass., and spokesman for the American Dental Association. "Teeth do not die a natural death -- we kill them," Price says. Exactly how do we do that? In short, by disease or trauma, Price says. Tooth Loss from Trauma "When an irresistible force meets the immovable object, something gives," Price says. Trauma might be anything from getting hit by a baseball to biting on a frozen candy bar. ❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀ Thank you so much for watching and subscribing to our channel! I've had Bleeding Gums, Turns out My Body lacks vitamin C

03:57
5 SIGNS YOU'RE NOT GETTING ENOUGH VITAMINS The problem of vitamin deficiency is especially relevant now. Without vitamins, we feel weak and apathetic and become an easy target for various viruses. We at Health Digest were amazed when we found out that all you need to do to determine if you’re getting enough vitamins is look in the mirror. You can carry out your own check-up while you’re reading this article. Summary: Overly pale skin Few people can boast of having a good tan by the end of winter. But if your skin has become completely pale compared to how you normally look, this is a sign that you’re lacking vitamin B12. Without it, we feel despondent and tired. To restore the correct level of this vitamin, you need to eat more meat and seafood products. Dry hair Dry, brittle hair covered in a large amount of dandruff could be a sign that you lack biotin, known as vitamin B7. This is often the result of using antibiotics. To increase B7 levels, you need to eat meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, mushrooms, and pulses more often. And forget about going on a diet for a while. Puffy eyes If you’ve noticed puffiness around your eyes and in your limbs, your body might be lacking iodine. The most common source of it is iodized salt. Iodine is also contained in seafood (lobsters, shrimps, seaweed), dairy products, and even bread. Colorless lips Pale lips can be a sign that a person lacks iron. Low arterial pressure and regular colds can be further signs of this. To recover a healthy amount is not difficult. You simply need to eat more red meat and give up eating food with a high calcium content for a while. Bleeding gums Bleeding gums can indicate a lack of vitamin C. A reduced amount of this can lead to weak immunity, muscle pain, and problems with teeth. Vitamin C is found in citrus fruit and red peppers. Unexplained fatigue, dizziness, or pins and needles If you are exhausted even after you have slept well, your body might lack vitamin B12. In this case, the transport of oxygen to the organs is impeded and leads to fatigue, dizziness, and sleepiness. This vitamin also takes part in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system. A lack of it can cause numbness or the feeling of electric shock waves. It’s important to remember that these are all indirect symptoms of vitamin deficiency. If you’ve noticed one of the above in yourself, see a doctor to get a more precise diagnosis. Disclaimer: We strongly advise you to consult a specialist before beginning any treatment program or making any adjustment to your health care, diet, or/and your lifestyle. Do not remove yourself from any prescribed medications or treatments without consulting your physician. Vitamins Are Important For Your Teeth | Dr. Steven Lin

02:08
The fat-soluble vitamins can prevent all dental diseases. Reducing sugar, brushing, and flossing is only part of the story if you want to really prevent tooth decay. However, conventional dental training has not taught the physiology of vitamin A, D, and K2. Inside each of your teeth is an immune system. They are hungry for these vitamins, and if you feed them enough, you build immunity for tooth decay. In the same way, they calm your gut and immune system to prevent gum disease. But most importantly, they guide jaw growth, meaning children who eat these vitamins grow strong, wide jaws, that don't require orthodontic braces. Straight, strong teeth need healthy doses of these vitamins, and the modern diet does NOT provide enough. That's why I wrote The Dental Diet. Our dietary guidelines need desperate readjustment to prevent all dental diseases. The mouth is the simplest and easiest way to model how to eat for whole-body health. In my book, The Dental Diet, I'll explore this lesson with you and give you the 40-day food plan to have a brilliant smile and life-changing natural health.
