This diet will show you how to lose pounds in just days! It's a simple recipe Have you ever been on a restrictive diet, and found out that it just doesn’t work for you? Or have you ever tried different gimmicks, such as a juice fast, and find that the weight was so hard to lose, and eventually comes back? Then you definitely have to give this diet a shot! The simplest and fastest way to lose body fat fast is the Steak and Eggs diet! This diet was invented by Vince Gironda, who was a mentor to bodybuilding legends Arnold Schwarznegger and Larry Scott. All the thinking and calculations you have to do on this meal plan is literally how many pounds of steak and how many eggs you want to eat each meal. But wait, isn’t eating only Steak and Eggs unhealthy? No! Steak and eggs are both highly nutritious, and both have vitamins and minerals that your body needs. A 4 oz steak has all over 100% of Vitamin B-12, 40% of Iron, 70% of Vitamin B-6, 40% of zinc, and 40% of your daily recommend servings of selenium. All this isn’t including all the other vitamins and minerals that are in beef, and this is in just 4 ounces of beef. One egg has 5% of Vitamin A, 10% of Vitamin D, and has other minerals essential to our bodies. And this is just ONE egg. Hold up, won’t I get fat eating all this saturated fat? No, eating fat doesn’t make you fat; eating simple sugars make you fat. You cook both in as much butter as you like. Sear and season it any way you like. Don't worry about the calories. For Meal 2 you do exactly the same. That’s it. No carbs, no veggies, no snacks, nothing else. You can drink water and black coffee or unsweetened tea. That’s it. On your cheat day you can eat whatever you like. You CANNOT modify this diet, or you may not lose fat, or even worse, you can poison your body with a high protein no fat diet. Apple Seeds and Cancer: What the Government Has Been Hiding From You for Years The mere mention of consuming apple seeds, cherry pits, apricot seeds, or bitter almonds tends to cause almost panic attacks or angry reactions in some. Why? Cyanide is in them. So they’re justified in freaking out, right? As a rumor based on too little knowledge, their concern is understandable. All you have to do is Google cyanide alongside any of the foods mentioned above and you’ll get a plethora of articles that all support the cyanide dangers from those seeds and nuts. Some say that your body quickly detoxes the compounds containing cyanide. Others say that you will get free cyanide when your body metabolizes those compounds. Most concede that it would take a heck of a lot of pits, seeds, or bitter almonds to poison you. But as the saying goes, “a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.” In this case the fear of fruit seeds and bitter almonds and other nuts is based on incomplete data. The compound containing cyanide is amygdalin. The complete amygdalin story for full knowledge Thousands have used apricot seed kernels to eliminate cancer. They didn’t die from cyanide poisoning. They were cured without negative side effects. This wasn’t accomplished by consuming a couple every week, but dozens daily for months. (Sydney Herald) So why weren’t they weren’t poisoned? The amygdalin compound has four molecules. Two are glucose molecules. The other two are cyanide and benzaldyhide. The last two are scarycompounds, except for a couple of unusual metabolic activities: they are released by and into cancer cells only. Otherwise, they remain in the amygdalin compound and are passed through. It’s a very clever arrangement. The cancer cells depend on fermenting sugar (glucose) for their energy instead of oxygen. So the cancer cells attract the amygdalin compounds for their glucose, but are whacked when they metabolize those compounds that free the benzalldyhide and cyanide. The glucose is the sugar bait. Cancer cells contain an enzyme that is not found in healthy cells, beta-glucosidase. The beta-glucosidase enzyme “unlocks” the amygdalin compound, releasing the deadly toxins within the cancer cell. Only cancer cells metabolize amygdalin. Healthy normal cells don’t. Most non-cancerous cells contain another enzyme, rhodanese. Free cyanide molecules are bound to sulfur molecules by rhodanese, creating harmless cyanates that are eliminated in the urine. This is the little bit of knowledge that those “scary” articles reference when they say a little bit of cyanide is easily detoxed by your body. But the complete function of amygdalin is hidden because the fact that laetrile or B17, a concentrated extract from apricot amydgalins, can cure cancer is taboo. Supressing a #safecancercure Laetrile or B17, was developed by San Francisco researcher Dr. Ernst Krebb in 1952 by liquefying and purifying amygdalin from apricot seeds so it could be injected into cancer patients. Dr. Krebb injected himself to assure laetrile’s safety, and Dr. John Richardson proved its efficacy by curing several cancer patients in San Francisco with laetrile. In 1971, laetrile was banned. Dr. Richardson called on investigative journalist G. Edward Griffin to publicize the merits of laetrile or B17 derived from apricot seeds. Griffin discovered that the Sloane-Kettering Institute’s laetrile trials leading to the FDA ban were bogus. Sloane-Kettering spokesperson Dr. Ralph Moss refused to lie about laetrile and left Sloane-Kettering in disgust. He slipped Griffin unpublicized papers scientifically proving laetrile actually worked. This led to Griffin’s book A World Without Cancer, where you can read much more about the #amygdalincancercuring story. If not promoted as a #cancercure, apricot seeds aren’t banned. Avoid sugar while attempting to cure cancer with any method.

Natural Ways to Conceive Twins: How to increase your chances of having twins

Naturally conceived twins occur in about 1 out of every 89 births. Under normal circumstances, your odds of conceiving twins are slim. Taking fertility medications or undergoing a procedure like IVF can increase your chances of conceiving twins, but you may be curious if there is anything you can do to naturally increase your chances of having twins. How are twins conceived? Most twins are fraternal. Fraternal twins develop from two separate eggs. Identical twins are rare and happen as a result of just one egg which splits sometime in early pregnancy. Fraternal twins are conceived when two eggs are released during ovulation whereas identical twins are more of a random fluke. Can you increase your chances of having twins? Yes, there are some things that will increase your chances of having twins, but some of these things are really out of your control. Having a family history of twins will increase your chances of having twins. This is true if you have a family history of twins, meaning someone on your mother’s side or father’s side of the family has had twins, especially if they had fraternal twins. If your partner has twins in his family, it doesn’t help you any. The reason being is that there may be some genetic component that may cause you to produce more than one egg during ovulation. This “twin gene” may be passed down from your parents to you. Identical twins are not thought to be hereditary. Other factors that may affect your chances of having twins are your ethnicity and your age. African American women are more likely to conceive twins than Caucasian women. And, Asian women have a lower chance of conceiving twins. Twins are also more common in older women. Things you can do to naturally increase your chances of having twins: Take a folic acid supplement: There have been a few studies on the link between folic acid and conceiving twins. One Australian study found that women who took folic acid before they got pregnant were more likely to conceive twins. In fact, according to this study, you may have a 40% or greater chance of conceiving twins if you take folic acid while you are trying to conceive. Some other studies have shown contradictory results making it hard to say for sure if folic acid actually increases your odds of conceiving twins. Nevertheless, folic acid also helps to prevent neural tube defects so it is a good idea to take a folic acid supplement (or a multi vitamin with folic acid) even if you aren’t trying to conceive twins. Gain weight: A study published in the March 2005 issue of Obstetrics & Gynecology found that women who were overweight had a higher chance of having twins. Women who were tall also had a higher chance of having twins. Eat dairy products: According to a recent study by Dr. Gary Steinman, a physician at Long Island Jewish Medical Center who is well known for research on multiple birth pregnancies, women who eat dairy are five times more likely to conceive twins than women who don’t. Dr. Steinman’s study compared women who ate a regular diet with vegan women and vegetarian women who consumed dairy products. Vegans appear to be less likely to conceive twins according to the study. But, it may not be so much that consuming dairy increases your chances of having twins; but rather, that consuming milk or other dairy products from growth hormone treated cows increases your chances of having twins. Continue breastfeeding: If you are breastfeeding and would like to conceive twins, you may want to hold off on weaning your little one. According to one twin study, women who were breastfeeding when they conceived were nine times more likely to conceive twins than women who are were not breastfeeding.

The wrinkles start forming in the thirties and they increase with increasing age. They are also called laugh lines. The problem occurs when collagen and elastin in the skin decrease with age. As a result, the skin loses its elasticity and wrinkles form. Thus, this problem is very common in elderly women. Along with this, there are other symptoms like brown spots. Strong sunlight and smoking also increase the problem of crow’s feet. Other factors that worsen the wrinkles are some face expressions like smiling and frowning. It is important to take steps to address this problem. We will give some tips for this. Use our tips and remedies to heal the wrinkles due to crow’s feet. Following Are Some Useful Tips on How to Get Rid of Crow’s Feet. 1. Use A Moisturizing Cream. The regular use of a moisturizer helps in reducing the problem of crow’s feet. For improving the elasticity of the skin, use a cream moisturizer. Choose a product that contains retinoid and copper peptides. These are the ingredients of medicinal anti-wrinkle creams. You can also use a moisturizer cream that contains AHAs or alpha hydroxyl acids. 2. Use Cucumber Mask. Cucumber has soothing properties and it helps in healing crow’s feet when used along with yogurt. Use it as a mask. For this, you need to crush or grind cucumber in a food processor so that you get its puree. Mix the puree with yogurt. Apply the mixture on face for minimum fifteen minutes. After that, wash the face and clean it well. 3. Apply Aloe Vera Gel. Aloe Vera is a natural remedy for crow’s feet. Cut an aloe leaf and take out its pulp or gel. Apply the pulp on the wrinkles on the skin near the eyes. Do this before sleeping at night. When you wake up next morning, wash the face. Aloe helps in hydrating the skin and making it firm. You can also drink aloe juice. 4. Apply Milk. Milk is a natural ingredient that is useful for healing crow’s feet. Dip cloth pieces in milk. Cover the skin with crow’s feet wrinkles with the milk dipped cloth. Remove the cloth after fifteen minutes and wash the skin. The acids present in milk remove wrinkles and help in forming new healthy skin without wrinkles. 5. Apply Vitamin E Oil. Vitamin E oil help in healing wrinkles of crow’s feet. Break open a capsule of Vitamin E by piercing it with a needle. Take out the liquid inside it. Apply the Vitamin E oil on affected skin areas near the eyes. 6. Use Honey with Yogurt. Raw honey has hydrating and antibacterial properties, which removes bacteria from the skin. Mix the honey with a very little amount of yogurt. The amount of both ingredients should be the same. Use plain unflavored yogurt for this. Apply the mixture on face. Wash the face after ten minutes using lukewarm water. 7. Apply Avocado Pulp. Avocado is a fruit that can heal the problem of crow’s feet. Cut the fruit into half, take out its pulp and mash it well. Apply the mashed pulp on affected skin areas near the eyes. Wash the skin after twenty minutes using lukewarm water. 8. Apply Egg Whites. Egg whites help in decreasing crow’s feet by increasing the tightness of the skin. Break an egg and separate its white portion. Beat it well. Apply the liquid on affected areas near the eyes for ten minutes. Fill a bowl with cold water. Dip cotton in it and wipe the skin to make it clean. Use the egg white of cheekbones too. Apply egg white two times in a week.

Now I just teamed up with ZestVIP and Pretty Good Videos on youtube. Basically they just stole my idea and asked me to host the show, and I said yes. Bitch gotta get paid. Now one of my most popular videos on my channel is the Military Diet where you can lose up to 10 pounds in 3 days. So I decided to recruit some of the zestVIP employees and have them try the diet. Hi guys, I'm Emily. I'm Thomas. Hi I'm Dwight. I expect to A: complain a lot, B Definitely stick to it. and C: I think I'm gonna lose a lot of weight. Hey guys! So you're my lucky candidates, right? My first impression of Rob is that he's animated. Alright, let's go! When I first saw the food I was like is this one meal? Here it is, it's a three day diet. On day 1 for breakfast you eat 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Slice of Toast, 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter, and 1 cup Coffee or Tea. For lunch you eat a 1/2 Cup of Tuna, 1 Slice of Toast, and 1 cup Coffee or Tea. For dinner you eat, 3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 cup of green beans, 1/2 banana, 1 small apple and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. I have no idea what I just got myself into. Day 2, for breakfast you eat 1 egg, 1 slice of toast, a 1/2 a banana. For lunch, 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 hard boiled egg, and 5 saltine crackers. For dinner, 2 hot dogs without the bun, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, and a 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream. I was a little bit confused by the vanilla ice cream, but I'm gonna trust the process. On day 3 you eat for breakfast 5 saltine crackers,1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small apple. For lunch, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast. For dinner, 1 cup of tuna, 1/2 banana and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. I may cheat here and there. There is no cheating. Ok fair enough, say no more. Alright, so guys I'm going to leave you with this meal plan and I'll see you in the next 3 days. Bye. My expectations for this diet is to hopefully lose a few pounds, definitely get a few numbers at the beach from some sexy ladies and modeling contract, at least one or two offers. I'm not so nervous about sticking to the diet. I am nervous about people on the internet hating me. People on the internet hate everything so be nice. The thing I'm most nervous about over the course of this diet is how I'll do with snacking. The reason I'm trying the military diet is cause I want to test my willpower. I'm back. I would ask you guys if you're happy to see me but Im a little afraid after I just put you through 3 days of dieting. As we know we started out with 3, and now we're missing one and that's because Emily that bitch is in Hawaii. We're a little jealous, alls I'm gonna say. So Dwight, how did you do? I did pretty well. I didn't lose the anticipated 10 pounds like the diet said, but I did lose some. And Thomas, how did you do? So I lost 4 pounds in the first 3 days and I'm sticking on a low calorie diet to try to continue to lose some weight. And I think that's important to know that once you complete this diet, you can't just go back to the way that you were eating because you're just going to gain all the weight back again. You need to kind of continue on a healthier path. Not necessarily 1500 calories but just a healthier path, maybe exercise, walk a little bit, and you'll find that your energy is just more abundant than it was before. I wish you guys continued success with your weight loss journey, and hopefully this summer we could all go to the nude beach and just let it all hang out and be proud.

I don't agree with the Adkins diet where you are depriving yourself of carbs. Now, if you are like myself then you are gluten sensitive which means having most breads will make you bloat for days and leaving you wishing you didn't give into your bread cravings. I just went to this amazing sandwich place. Normally, I choose a chicken salad but they had gluten free bread! OMG it was delicious. I hadn't had a sandwich in so long because most gluten free bread is gross and falls apart but WOW this place was delicious. I bet you are wondering where I went, huh? Fig Tree Cafe. There are lots of Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free options :) They even have gluten free cinnamon raisin french toast. I didn't try it but it was VERY tempting. However, if I want to fit into this cute dress then loading up on sugar is not going to allow that to happen! So I chose the chicken sandwich. 2. Pair It With Something Else Bread and butter just does not cut it! It will leave you wanting more even after you have had 2, 3, or 5 slices! By adding protein and fat to this bread indulgence you will be left satisfied and will not go back for seconds. The protein and fat help you feel full while causing the glycemic load to be lower which means that that bread will not turn into extra fat on your thighs. You can add almond butter, low-fat cheese, lean protein, or hummus. 3. Check Out What Your Daily Carbohydrate Intake Is Each week as I meet with new clients I see women not eating enough carbs through out the day. I'm sure you are eating way more than enough at dinner time but what about at breakfast or before your workout. Your body needs carbs to function best. MyFitnessPal is a great place to start. Type in your info then they will give you basic guidelines for how many carbs you need to eat per day. When you are ready to kick it up a knotch then you need someone like myself to design a personalized nutrition program which will cause you to reach your goals much quicker and actually keep the results for good.
