It is an inflammation of the joints, either one or more in your body. Pain, stiffness, swelling, redness, decreased the range of motion are some of the symptoms of arthritis. There are many different forms of arthritis, and there is no cure for this disease, but there is a possibility to control and make our life without problems. Fortunately, there are some useful home remedies to treat Arthritis. Home Remedies for Rheumatoid Arthritis Turmeric Turmeric, a yellow spice that contains a potent compound called curcumin, which helps heal inflammation. According to the Study of Women's Health in Iowa, it is clear that women who drank three or more cups of this green tea per day are 60 percent less likely to develop Rheumatoid Arthritis and its symptoms rather than women who do not drink this green tea. Therefore, drink it regularly at regular intervals to get rid of this problem. Cinnamon Cinnamon helps give relief from arthritis pain and symptoms. Therefore, take a half teaspoon of cinnamon powder and one tablespoon of honey. Mix these two in a cup of warm water and drink this regularly in the morning on an empty stomach. Cloves Cloves have an inflammatory chemical called eugenol against which helps heal the pain of arthritis. Women who drink a single cup every day are 10 per cent less likely to develop the disease than those who never drink tea, research last year found. Green tea is considered to have the most health benefits of any type of tea. Studies have found that it is a preventive for heart disease and cancer, an acne cure and even a mouthwash. It is also thought to protect us from glaucoma and other eye diseases However, because green tea naturally contains a small amount of caffeine, it is unsuitable for people with caffeine sensitivity, and should not be drunk in large quantities by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Black tea is also thought to have similar negative elements. Mainly, the caffeine in it is believed to contribute to the stiffening of arteries. The experiment, which placed volunteers in a stressful scenario, showed a 25 per cent increase in anxiety for those that did not receive tea immediately after the stress-inducing test. Omega-3s work to decrease inflammation in the body by working to suppress the production of enzymes that erode and damage cartilage. There are studies that also show that omega-3 fish oil can reduce symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, specifically reducing symptoms of joint stiffness and swelling, pain and fatigue. If you don’t eat salmon or do not enjoy its taste, you could also consume flaxseeds, chia seeds or walnuts for their omega-3 fats. You can enjoy dandelion leaves in nice salad, or brew tea with them. Ingredients. 3 teaspoons of fresh dandelion leaves, or 1 teaspoon of dried. 1 cup of boiling water. A handful of fresh leaves (if making a salad). A dash of extra virgin olive oil (if making a salad). Method. For fresh dandelion tea, step 3 teaspoons of fresh leaves or 1 teaspoon dried in 1 cup of boiling water. Strain and drink twice daily. Dandelion tea is very bitter you have been warned! You can add honey to sweeten it up if you’d like. To make a salad, simply toss the greens in with another recipe, or eat them plain with a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Older leaves can be gently sautéed to soften them up a bit.
