The Doctors : This is what happens when Doctors are blind to what came before. I'll use Arnold as an example. If I gave all the names your heads would explode & what a mess that would be! I assume everyone has heard of Gold's Gyms, yes? How about their founder Joe Gold? History here: Joe opened his original gym, put together with cinder blocks, early for the Iron Heads that trained before the California sun rose. One of those muscle heads was Arnold. His workout hrs.? 3 in the a.m. 3 in the afternoon (evening). Did that for yrs. Multiple Mr. Olympia wins remember that too? All I see on her is a lack of enough intake of protein. Maybe overtraining? Want to be further confused? GOOGLE Paul Anderson. Read be how he would rep out, cold, with wgts. 200 lbs and more. In street clothes! From what I gather he was just goofing around.
There's a woman like this in my town. She is super skinny, and she's jogging every single day. I always see her on my way to work. Of course jogging daily is healthy, but she's so underweight and has been doing it for so long I'm pretty sure she has addiction and probably eating disorder...
White women are more peone to be obsessed with cardio and being thin bony cus culturally that's what was the norm cus white men didn't like thick women. In a white home thin is healthy but they'd look so dead in the face
That sounds amazing that u feel the rush and dont get tired and at the same time I feel bad for you but I dont understand how u want to feel the rush controls your legs even if it is in ur head, even tho its a addiction, but I will still give prayers
I was addicted to exersice... i couldnt stop no matter how i try. The struggle is real... im skinny but not as much as i was and im healthy and now i can have a good life without worrying about exercise every minute!
