I was smoking alot in 1999 I felt really unwell then I had chest x-ray in 1999 it was clear but still I felt unwell all the way from may 1999 to jan 2000 then after that I was better without any medication.
And I have never ever smoked since never will ever and now since June 2018 this year I feel the same as 1999 and no I don't smoke!!
It feels like my vains blood vessels Artiries and nerves aren't circulating proper I have no air to breathe ..
Then August this year 2018 I had ct scan for my lungs and chest and my results were clear!!

I know you're talking about RDR 2, but realistically, get to a climate dry and warm and wait it out with a 50% chance of survival. Best case scenario, the infection runs it's course and you live the rest of your life being relatively weak. Worst case scenario, it prolongs your life and you eventually die anyway.
