Job Interview Tips. What is your greatest weakness? Example of a good answer. DenhamResources https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBe5otF5oAE
God, this is difficult. I wish employers would just accept answer like: "My weakness is Milk. I'm lactose intolerant. I'm able to manage this by not drinking milk or eating any dairy products." What? It's a legitimate weakness!
Thank you for making this video and laying out how to talk about weaknesses constructively and fairly. It used to be that whenever I had a job interview, I'd hope this was one of the last questions the interviewer asked. Talking about my flaws used to make me feel ashamed of my mistakes and guilty about my inadequacies, so this question was a turning point in every interview. My attitude became, 'I'm a screw-up, I don't deserve this interview, and I'm wasting this person's time,' so I hoped for the chance to answer other questions before this one. With your advice, I think I can improve the way I answer this question and the impact it has on my attitude. Thanks again.
Hi Linda please kindly help me, as you're a couch too, I will attend an interview section tomorrow, but recently I Google what's most common questions test would be asked by this company and found this question that I totally have no clue what to answer, please kindly helppp ::(((( this is the question :
1. We have some sequence of number, the sequence can have nothing in it, and could you tell me if it's possible to be a significant increasing sequence by pulling out one element of the sequence, the answer is YES or NOT for example :
Sequence A [1, 1, 2, 3, 2, 1]
Since the sequence is increasing already but nothing can be pulled out, the answer is NOT
Sequence B [1, 3, 2] the answer is YES, by pulling the 3 or 2, it still increasing sequence
Sequence C [10, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Sequence D [ 1, 2, 3, 2, 3]
answer : ???
How can I answer it ???? And what pattern to use ??? Please heeeelp me Linda !! ;(
My strength is - I enjoy helping others. I cant say no to others. I am selfless with time. But in doing so my time management is derailed and i can easily lose track of my objective. Good answer? Contrast between strengtg and weakness.
Linda you started off strong but that the examples you used were so so. A weakness is a gap between your skills and what is required by the role. They should always be current and job specific any trait related responses can eliminate you from the interview process.
She's so beautiful I'm crying... anyway if everybody is watching these tips and tricks in the end everybody will look and sound the same, what do they want ? HR ? Are you looking for robots ? All the same, think the same, same gesture and prefabricated BS sentences, etc.. I don't buy it, this is why we are facing more and more dehumanisation in big companies, HR want us to be sheep so they can better control us, treat us like numbers on an excel file, how sad

my weakness is sometimes I'm late it takes me a week or two weeks used to my new work schedule and once I caught onto my new work schedule I come by in an hour or two hours early how would I use that as a weakness and a strength?
I stumbled on this video 2 hours before my interview, and I'm glad I did. It helped me with my responses to the panel of interviewers, I'm so excited and hopeful. I look forward to coming back with great news that I got the job. You're doing an amazing job, please don't stop. Your tips are clear and practical... Thank you for all the tips.
Thank you so much for this video I always have trouble with interviews because I am a very shy but, I have very good skills, your videos give me good tips on how to be confident. I have a phone interview for a Supervisor position tomorrow wish me good luck!
Hi, I'm from Mexico, and I need to practice my English with a native speaker, because I want to practice my pronunciation, could I have a video call with you? I'm learning English because I want to travel to London.
I send you a warm greeting.
Linda, I so appreciate this advice. I have a major job interview for a position that is my heart's desire. Did you hear about the part of California where Oprah Winfrey lives & the torrential rains & boulders came down that ripped homes off the foundations & killed 23 people? Well, I have a chance to be the senior library technician for their little quaint library. I'm very excited & watching tons of your videos to prepare. :-) Please say a prayer for me! I love my community & just want to serve. You're the best coach ever! Hugzzzz, Melissa
I feel like your example isn't too far off a strength disguised as a weakness. If someone pulled that on me I'd be like 🙄🙄
As long as your weakness isn't something terrible or that will directly effect the job you're going for, I would appreciate a candid answer rather than a canned answer.
