This video shows the correct Japanese pronunciation of popular Japanese car brands including Nissan, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Toyota, Mazda, Daihatsu, Honda and Lexus.
Wow so we poles (except of Lexus) prenounce them in exact same way.
You english prenounce it for us like - Handa, Siubaruu, Toyoda, Mezda , but the Huyndai wins anyway - it's just unabelievable how close to HOnda it is in english ...
So Mazda is pronounced Matsuda? And founder is Juijiro Matsuda????? Mind blown!
I already knew that Toyota was founded by Kiichiro Toyoda, but Toyoda is written with 10 strokes, and asian cultures thinks that 8 is a lucky number, so they changed to a better sounding word, that uses 8 strokes to be written...
And still Americans persist in saying Maaazda and Neeesan - what is wrong with them?
I can see no precept in English Nor in the Pigin that Murrcans speak that would lead them down such an incorrect path.
