Thank you for the video, I have been now 1 month in my new sales position and I asked myself this today. I am learning day by day and feel like next month I will be better than I was this month. I am willing to learn new things and revamp my technique. I wont give up because I do actually like the product I sell and believe in it.
Victor Antonio so true. I have had such bad experiences with sales , and I think a lot of it had to do with inexperience and lack of ability to own the situation. I find your videos very helpful because I am a buyer. It is very helpful to know the mindset of the other side of the "opportunity".

i am an eighteen (18) year old lady. i had an experience in sales before until now as you said victor we are all in sales. But i'm not proffesional at it but in the other hand i want to make it as my career and master it. Currently , i'm not studying in school neither in home wanting to take courses related to business.. however, i'm educating myself through this kind of audio in youtube. Hi Victor, this is very great. Love all of your videos and learning from it of course. A little bit about myself: I am working as an international sales consultant for a dredging company in China. I know I am a salesperson with good characteristics, such as honest, responsible, good attitude and very serious about the customer service. However, I don't know my product very well but I love what it does for my customers. I got some sales but still figuring out my own unique selling process. The company never trained me, so I learn by myself like read books, listen to your YouTube Channel, and take professional sales classes. I am eager to learn how to sell better and be an effective salesperson. I learned sales pipeline, 4 steps of consultative sales (relating, discovering, advocating, supporting). I am staying in America to help them open the America market. I feel like I lost many deals because some of them just want low price, how should I convince them to trust our quality and let them understand we are offering quality products with reasonable price? Also can you please share your selling process with me? I also have fear of calling my customers and face to face communicates with them, because it is hard for me to define their communication styles.

I am brand new to car sales, Dec. 2016 to be exact. I sold 14 cars my first month, but this month I've only sold 9. I was really stressed out about my numbers, and questioning whether I have what it takes. I still need a ton of training because my closing ratio is really low. I appreciate your advice and I will find a unique process as you suggested! I will continue to keep up with your videos for futher knowledge, thank you!!
I like Tom Hopkin's material and I will also add that NO ONE has THE best selling method....not even me. Why? Because everyone differs in how they sell and what they sell. The key is to study the best trainers and then develop what works for you. I'm sure you'd agree :-)

I notice an not confident at negotiating prices especially when am not convinced am helping the client to make enough profit selling my product. what can you suggest I do to get over this.
