I join a dance teatro at my school. And then my friend said when the practice is done. She said that i improved a lot. At first i didnt believe at this but when my friend notices that my flexibility improves a lot im so happy. Guys you should try. I did this 2x a day until our final dance then it works out. Now im trying a harder stretches.
"for beginners" really? ive been dancing for a year now and i couldn't even do half the exercises, i feel like every one of those "beginners" videos are for literally snakes ffs cant find even one that is really for beginners
Yeah im a dance but have no flexablitiy what so ever.. i cant even touch my toes a few days ago. but now i can bc i forced my self into doing so i really didnt think stretches work. but just me being able to touch my toes motivated me into doing these stretches so i can hit my dance moves more cleaner.. i hope this works #Fighting #화이팅
I do martial arts and have been doing it for almost 6 years now and I made black belt and I've been looking for ways to improve myself and i saw the flexability my gf (a dancer) has so I'm making my goal to have the flexibility of a dancer to improve my range of motion
Thank yooooou! I've been a ballroom dancer for 2 years and this year I'm really pushung myself to improve. I'm not very flexible at all, so this is something I really want to work on. Going to be doing this everyday!
