This is probably my favourite yoga class so far for dancers because I do must of these stretches in my jazz class as a warm up and want to stay in shape for next year so I’ll probably do this throughout the summer
I join a dance teatro at my school. And then my friend said when the practice is done. She said that i improved a lot. At first i didnt believe at this but when my friend notices that my flexibility improves a lot im so happy. Guys you should try. I did this 2x a day until our final dance then it works out. Now im trying a harder stretches.
"for beginners" really? ive been dancing for a year now and i couldn't even do half the exercises, i feel like every one of those "beginners" videos are for literally snakes ffs cant find even one that is really for beginners
Yeah im a dance but have no flexablitiy what so ever.. i cant even touch my toes a few days ago. but now i can bc i forced my self into doing so i really didnt think stretches work. but just me being able to touch my toes motivated me into doing these stretches so i can hit my dance moves more cleaner.. i hope this works #Fighting #화이팅
