So I'm confused is the adrenaline label just a cosmetic procedure to the regular Sport Trac does it add any performance gain? I had this guy saying it came with a different engine and had more horsepower and torque than the regular ST? And how he get's 0-60 in 5.5s stock and qt mile in 14.6s?
The Adrenalin concept truck had the 390 hp 4.6 supercharged engine but (unfortunately) the production truck came with the same 292 hp 4.6 as in all V8 optioned Sport Tracs. At least in Canada, all Adrenalin's came with the 4.6 V8. In the USA, the V8 was an option - hence this video with a 4.0 V6 Adrenalin.
