Wow. This is amazing. At first, I thought yoga was boring and so easy until I tried it today. It's totally the opposite of what I thought it was and its like a challenge for me to do the yoga poses right. I'm a full time mom and wifey that I totally forgot myself and how to take care of my body. I felt that my body was so heavy and i feel tired after some house chores. But after trying yoga for the first time, i sweat a lot. I felt that my body lighten up, more relaxed and got its posture back. Thanks Salena for your great tutorials.
This was my first time doing yoga and it felt so calming 💞 but I didn't swear is it normal not to sweat when doing it for first time ? And thank you for this routine it's really calming and not too hard to follow 💜
Mam i am orthopaedically handicapped with one leg n i can't do all of your told yoga ,but i want to do it n loose my weight, so pls suggest some yoga exercises for me pls n whatever other things u want to suggest.
Dear Sanela thank you so much for your videos. I have a bit of a health problem regarding my knees as i need to do an operation in one knee so I have a problem kneeling down.Can you pls suggest another one instead of kneeling down on my knees. Thanks from sunny Malta. :) xx
Thank you so much for this routine, I had a wonderful time using it for the first time today. I even managed to stay breathing and relaxed as my baby crawled over or under my twisted positions. My spine felt nice and relaxed and my abdomen was tightened slightly and yet very warm with finishing. I really liked that your voice is soothing and that you reminded me to smile. Thank you so much. Woke up after sleeping really badly, up late. My stomac was puffed up and a bit nauseated. After this set and sat kriya, breath of fire with #meditativemind solar plexus healing music, I not only felt better but had to go the bathroom. You're also so very grounded and sweet. Are you a dancer, thinking of arm movements? Also glad for more black people in the yoga community, you,ve been missed.
Normally I hate Yoga, I don't do yoga, I don't believe in Yoga. Yesterday, I was kind bored after finishing my sport, so I tried this one... Wow.. Damn this was crazy, I loved it. I was sweating, My stomach was feeling so soft and free, my backside was absolutely relaxed.. I love It.
What's so interesting was, after finishing it, I had to run to the bathroom very fast.

I can't fold my legs to start this exercise yet so what position should I be in while I work on getting into the cross leg sit? Then when you move to next position I can sit on my ankles ...so what position should I be in? Maybe this video isn't good for me? Please help me
