When I became anorexic I would only drink water. After they cured me, I eat more normally but I keep drinking only water and tea (not instant tea). By cutting out all soda and other drinks you can lose weight fast and naturally, so please try that, instead of becoming anorexic.💕

1. Try the gallon a day challenge! It helps so much and clears up your skin like crazy. I got myself a 64oz water bottle (recommended)
2. Eating healthy is the best decision I've ever made. I used to eat like crap, and feel like it. After every meal I feel refreshed and nourished.
3. Don't eat after 7pm. Like mentioned in the video, it's harder to loose those calories throughout the day if you eat later. Limit your snacking (if so, eat something like an apple, no chips) and space your meals 5 hours apart.
even if chewing gum "doesn't" contain sugar as it's said on the package which we don't even know for sure a lot of it is lies it does't mean it doesn't contain other unhealthy things that were added when making the chewing gum so look out for that
*im not a fan of soda but the downside also i dont like drinking water. i like just drink a glass of water a day and that's it. i put some lemon and it made me drink water more, like alot. from a glass of water a day to 3 liters a day. it made a difference*

Having protein, healthy fats, and fiber in every meal along with your fruits and veggies. Protein, fat, and fiber turn off the 3 hunger centers in your brain and veggies and fruit will give you the nutrition you need. ❤️✅
Honestly, I don't get it. I drink water like alot. But how much I eat doesn't really good down. I eat 'healthly' just cheating sometimes. And I drink more that 2liters of water a day. However, I eat alot of carbohydrates like bread and rice. Sometimes I just completely just don't eat. What should I do? Im lost honestly. I don't think I have the determination and consistency to do it
Here is a healthy meal that is easy to make and tasty
Steps to make
1: put a handful of spinach in a bowl
2:add a handful of cashews
3 add 5-10 almonds
4:add 6-11. Croutons ( or if your to lazy to count just a handful will do)
6:sprinkle lemon juice all over your salad LOTS
7: add a small bit of lime juice
8:grab a fork and EAT ALL THE FOODS Jk but really eat it
You are so right about the junk food!! I went to a mall and wanted french fries sooooo bad and I got them and later my stomach started hurting and I had to go to the washroom a lot!! I was trying to be healthy and stretch lots using your videos, but ended up breaking my healthy stuff food thingy lol
