I am trying to do this everyday but I'm too lazy for that so I do this every two days and this is my third time and I am still dying it is so hard.. I am scared I will build side muscles with this anyone know something about?
(First Time) - I couldn't keep my arms up for some exercises. I put my hands on my legs because I got tired. I even rested when I was supposed to do the exercises, it was hard the first time. I think the hardest were the heels because you could feel the pressure in your other leg, which is hard to keep going.
(Second Time) - It was easier, doing your stretches does make a difference, don't just ignore them! I coukd keep my hands up without touching my legs on some of them, I believe it will get easier. I believe in you!
I'm going to tell you how my legs are, to see if you can relate, to make it easier. My calfs are toned, I'd say they're in good shape. My thighs though, are big, and I have stretch marks (I'm going to put aloe vera gel every night, too.) I feel my thighs run against each other when I walk, and I am just not happy with my thighs, but I am hoping to change that.
So I know so many people say they’re going to do their progress update, and they usually never do. I’ll try my best to, so yayy! (I might not do it every single day, but I’ll try).
Day 1: It burned my thighs a lot and I loved it! Afterwards, I kept wobbling around. But I’m breaking a sweat and can’t wait for my final results! 🤞

starting this today!! i’ve been really insecure about my thighs for a long time so i’m finally willing to do something about it. i’ll try to do this workout everyday day if i can and try to eat healthier. like this if you want any updates idk haha
YES I managed to finish this video! Not gonna lie tho I did stop a few times cuz if not my legs will tear.. Im gonna keep doing this cause I just hate the fact that my thigh always brush tgt when I'm walking
Dudes I've only done this three times and I've seen such an improvement! And I did it with a days break in between and didn't change my diet at all (not that it's bad, I just don't restrict myself). This is the BEST workout for slim, non-bulky thighs!!
I used to do this, but I stopped for whatever reason. I started my old routine of 30-60 minutes of jump roping every day, I ended up 20lbs lighter than I am right now back when I did that (and I'm not that big), and I do the Ballet Beautiful butt workouts, so this should do the trick for the rest of the leg. I was never able to do ballet as a kid, and can't afford catching up, but that doesn't mean I can't workout kind of like one. I love the strength, and the look.
I have a natural thigh gap but I gained weight and my gap disappeared. I don't aim to achieve something that is not possible for my body. That is why i decided to share my results - because yes my legs got firmer but the gap didn't appear even slightly.
Day 4: I didn’t do the full thing yesterday cuz I had a pretty busy day but I did do it today. I have muscle in my thighs and it’s starting to slim down. It’s not really noticeable but hopefully if I do this work out more often then I’ll start seeing an actual difference :)
