Okay, hi, hello. I've tried this today and I didn't even get winded. Did it happen to anyone or am I just doing the routine wrong? I did feel a slight burn in my thighs but that's about it. I'm just about to try it again, maybe a couple of times, to see if repetition helps. I see so many comments from people who could apparently barely breath halfway through sooo... Any idea why I'm fine? I'd rather die hyperventilating than do it wrong and have the precious exercise time go to waste
I work on this 2 weeks but 2 days are off for me or like a pause and i don't workout.
I didnt saw big differences and i just eat in the morning and then at 2 or 3 pm, at night i don't eat anything.
I didn't saw some differences on my thigs, maybe is because of the way i am eating or what i eat.
I had been doing this exercise for 2 to 3 years now just for 5 -6 minutes, two times a week. I certainly don't have a thigh gap but I feel really confident in jegging and legging. you can actually see a gentle curve on inner thighs like in models ;) . Love this workout, the quickest and most effective workout on youtube.
On my 3rd day of doing this (once a day) - as far as I can see, no visible difference, however my thighs definitely feel stronger (after just 3 days!!!) n I’m excited to carry on! Like/Reply if you wanna see updates x (I’ll probs update anyways bhaha) (also, this workout does get easier - first time, I paused it 6 times and died; second, I paused 3, today, I went all the way through no stopping! Just stick at it x)

_DAY_ _3_ : I napped for like 5 hours after i came back from school so I couldnt have time oops.
_DAY_ _4_ : I did and it became so much better. Btw I had cramps from the first three days but because I took a rest im fine now but my legs are a little wobbly so I'm laying down on ma bed rn planning to watch Shane Dawson lmao :P
I'm in my fourth day. For be honest, i'm not seeing results yet. But it is getting easy, now i can do the video with no pauses!!! But i will try do this for a week more, with others videos. Wish me luck and a thigh gap!!! Peace ✌✌
covers Brasil anorexia is not a physical disease it’s a mental one dumbass, just because she is slim doesn’t mean she is anorexic, there’s plenty skinnier people than her that aren’t anorexic either it could just be that they are naturally skinny, I know tons of girls that look really small and skinny sometimes because they were premature they aren’t skinny because they are anorexic, pls learn more about the mental illness before you go labelling it to people;)

i have been doing this in combination with a little bit of cardio and other exercises, and I have been getting compliments on my legs almost every day! i feel so much more comfortable wearing shorts now...
Ok so I’m reading all the comments and no one ever ACTUALLY said they got a thigh gap just that their legs got slimmer. I also saw some that are saying that it only works for a few weeks then your legs regain so I will be doing this workout for about 30 days and I will keep anyone who sees this updated every week! Week 1 : so I’ve been doing this for about a week and I have noticed my legs getting smaller but my thighs are still 20 in there is a small gap between my thighs but not so big that u can notice it I also noticed that I’m building muscle a little bit from this vid on my outer leg which I’m ok with but today I also noticed that my thighs looked bigger not smaller than how they first looked when I started doing this workout but it could just be me I will update next week.
Week 2: So it’s week 2 and just so u know I haven’t been doing this workout for about two days since I’ve been busy and I was too tired to do it at night. But I definitely have been seeing a difference I recommend doing his everyday to see results by the end of the week. And my thigh gap is getting bigger at first it was very small and u couldn’t see it but now it’s more noticeable. My legs are still 20 in but they definitely have gotten more toned and slimmer. I will be starting this workout again tmw but just do you know I have a very clean diet and I see lots of comments saying they didn’t change their diet but you definitely should to see results quicker!
Week 3: Before I talk about my legs I just want to say that I am getting some likes so I will definitely be updating every week now!
So anyways my thighs have stayed the same size in inches this past 3 weeks I just measured my legs and I’m still 20 in. But my legs definitely look slimmer from when I first started out. And I have a big thigh gap that is noticeable! Which has been my goal all along and I’m so happy about it! I will be doing other workouts just to slim my legs down but I will still be doing this workout everyday. Btw it does get easier lol. Hopefully my legs don’t regain but so far they haven’t so I’m starting to believe that it won’t but let’s just hope! I hope these updates are helping whoever is reading this and if you have any questions just reply. And don’t lose motivation. I will update next week.
Week 4: So it’s almost been a week already so I’ll just update now. Basically it’s summer and I’m going swimming a lot more with my friends and stuff and I DEFINITELY recommend doing this workout for about 2 weeks or even 1 you will get good results! I feel so confident in my body! Now I’m still doing this workout and it’s definitely gotten easier sometimes I skip a few days just because I’m busy but I’ll be doing a lot more running and cardio now just so I can make my legs more slimmer. I’m still 20 inches btw. But my thigh gap is getting bigger! Oh and also I lost 2 pounds idk if it’s because of this workout or just because I’ve been working out a lot in general but now I’m 116
Week: 5 or 6 I can't remember since I haven't updated in a while. But basically I still have a thigh gap! And my legs looks a lot slimmer from when I first tried this workout. And about 2 weeks ago I started doing Gabriella Whited thigh gap video too along with this video and it has definitely helped make my thigh gap much bigger! But there is one thing tho I have been having a smaller appetite because I've been intermittent fasting which made me lose some weight I think and has definitely made my thigh gap a little bigger. I'm not saying you should eat less or intermittent fast but definitely eat healthy! And drink lots of water trust me it helps! Im gonna give myself 2 cheat days a month and tomorrow is my first cheat day for September so if you do have cheat days like me do this workout twice that day and a calorie burning workout to not gain any weight. Anyways that's my update!
Week 7-8 : Hello everyone! It’s been a while it’s October now! And I remember when I just started doing this and it was like July wow! Time really does fly. Anyways since my last update a lot has changed I’ve been skipping meals and this whole week I’ve only been having around 200-400 calories a day I binged today (which I’m not happy about) but since I’ve been eating so little I’ve been losing a lot of weight I started off 118 then slowly made my way to 116 and now idk what I am but I’m definitely a few pounds lower than that. I know what I’m doing isn’t healthy but it’s the only way I can get skinny. My parents are worried for me and even my coach is starting to notice my weight loss. I really don’t see it I don’t think I’m as skinny as they are telling me I am but anyways since I’ve been eating so little my thigh gap is much bigger than when I started off (by a lot) I was looking at before pictures and my thighs were huge! But now I have a thigh gap! I do this about twice a day along with the Gabriella Whited video and I do that one once. I have a thigh gap but I’m not happy with it yet I’m gonna keep doing it and update next time I have better results.
Week : 12-13 hi everyone! It’s November now and I’ve decided to update every once a month now. So a lot has happened since I’ve been eating such low calories I have lost 8 pounds last time I checked I am now 110 which is kinda annoying because I still don’t look like how I want to look :( but my thigh gap has gotten the biggest it’s ever been and I’m shook! I have been eating a lot more and it has made my thigh gap get smaller because I haven’t been doing the workout so it goes back and forth a lot when I don’t do the workout and eat a lot. But this really does work! Also I lost 1/2 an inch on my legs! Now they are 18 1/2! Which is pretty awesome I’m going to try to aim for 16 inches I’ll update in December! Your last two updates are VERY unhealthy. You're not eating nearly enough calories. Restricting calories to this extreme makes losing weight harder and this kind of mentality is exactly what leads to the development of deadly eating disorders.
As i read a lot of armys wanna achiev yoongis debut legs, i just want to give a gentle reminder:
Yoongi often is so skinny, because he struggles with self care & Depression.
He forgets to eat and with their schedule it leads to rapid weightloss.
In comparison to jungkook he does not works especially on his muscles so his legs also are thinner.
And the most important thing:
Guys often have slimmer thighs. Is more rare that they are thicker like jimin or jungkook due their intense workouts at the gym.
Woman have naturally thicker thighs so please do not compare yourself to the other gender.
Ps: I am aware that girls can have naturally a thigh gap and guys can have naturally thick thighs.
i don't know if anyone is still watching this video or doing it but... i have done this video for quite sometime and it does work!! in 3 days i had felt my thighs not touching as much and I've seen my legs get toned and slim.
Im no doctor but I see many girls commenting they are doing this more than once a day. Im pretty sure thats not what this exercise was meant for PLEASE DONT SENSATIONALIZE THE THIGH GAP IF YOU DONT NATURALLY HAVE IT!
I am trying to do this everyday but I'm too lazy for that so I do this every two days and this is my third time and I am still dying it is so hard.. I am scared I will build side muscles with this anyone know something about?
