I recently searched for “fetching tuti space” and found the results intriguing so I tried using it. When I tried this diet regime, it was not long before I started slimming down! I have lost twenty pounds in three months and plan to drop another ten pounds, which I know I`m able to attain. I even had a week of eating food at odd hours, eating a lot of oily food items..
I wish someone has informed me about “fetching tuti space” (Google it) a lot earlier! I would have accomplished my weight loss goal a couple of years ago. This is the only product I used that actually works. I shed 5lbs in A couple of weeks! This product works if utilized correctly along with a good eating routine..
31 yrs old 6"ft and 450lbs. I've always prided myself on being "active" and working in construction and being able to get out and do things. Now my legs are hurt. I have lymphodema (severe swelling at times), a leg ulcer ( a wound that won't heal on my leg due to lack of circulation), the bottom of my calves are purple from bad circulation and IAM in constant pain. I've quit working the last 6 months hoping it would just heal but it takes a LONG time and sitting home is only helping me get bigger. I'm making the decision to quit smoking and get very serious about changing my life and making healthier choices all the way around. My situation is a little complex being that I live with multiple people and money's tight for food. If there's anything I can convey in this msg is that my health is deteriorating, my 9 &11 yr old sons deserve to have a dad that can be here for them in the future and play outside with them while there still young. I have reached a wall where I realize it's now or never. I need to either give up and die a young man with no self will and hurt my wife and kids and everyone that loves me very deeply or I need to change every single part of my life to point towards being healthy. Any and all help would be appreciated. Especially on cheap and sustainable things I can eat myself that won't break the bank so everyone else can still have food for the month. Should I count calories? I'd love to speak one on one with someone and explain my eating habits. I only eat once or twice a day. I eat at the worse times and it's normally empty carbs because there cheap. From what I've been told I need to eat 5 small healthy meals a day and I can replace 2 or so with shakes because eating that many times isn't easy
I am 205.7 right now and if i had to guess around maybe 15-17% body fat. Came back from afghanistan 3ish months ago of constant cardio, heavy lifting and walking everywhere. Plus eating like a horse. Had to say my body fat level was around 12-13% at 208lbs (5'10 hight) my whole goal of the year was to hit pr levels which i did ( 325 squat, 440 deadlift and 295 bench) but now since i am back in garrison state side i am not nearly as active as i was in afghanistan, on top of that i am stressed constantly here. I really need to lose 30ish pounds and really get my body fat levels down. I consistantly do physical training to mantaine army standards, while keeping my ability to lift relatively heavy. ( 277 pt score, very proud of that coming out of a.i.t with a 181) i would really appricate any advice or help. I am sick and tired of seeing myself in the mirror at the body fat levels i am currently holding.
I noticed that most physically active people r happier and more open, tells me a lot about exercises, also i found out after going through the journey of being healthy and fit, running or jogging sprinting for me is a very liberating feeling to it
I've started meal prepping years ago, however in the last year or so, I started meal prepping with healthier choices. Very similar recipes to this video. The only thing is that I have invisalign braces which means I have to wear them 22 hrs a day and I pretty much eat 3 meals a day. I do not snack at all - because if I do, I have to take out my braces to eat, then brush my teeth again (this is a pain in the ass). I've learnt to live with invisalign for 14 months now, but I ensure all 3 meals are filling, healthy and nutritious, and continue with my exercises.
This was a Great Guide line for sure. I know when I prepped mine out I ended up with a touch more protein than he did, and my calories were slightly under, however, it is a GREAT option for quick meals (especially on the go) and really helps you hit that low carb area to really push your body into the fat loss zone.

Hey you should try putting some of that apple cider vinegar on your stake meal, the vinegar softens the meat and makes it super tender and juicy. Or if you want to also add a lot of flavour you could add some wine, or Worcestershire sauce super good with meat like this. 😁

if you are taking bcaas in the morning you are breaking your fast! you shouldn't be giving advice if you don't understand what you are talking about bud! im not saying that this plan wont work but your info Is not on point.
