Nice work making this video but this is not perminant… I am weight lifter and I have had a lot of back pain problems, especially when I started lifting. I saw a video about a hidden bone at your back that almost no Personal Trainers know about, this bone is one of the main reasons of back pain. I did some research and I found that: "Unlocking" this bone will stop back pain forever, in terms that you keep doing the right stretches of course. I didnt even know I had Sciatica pain until I started moving around at my new job, my lower back and hips have so much tension all the time! After following along with these stretches, I felt relief in places I had no idea how to get to. Thank you for the help!! :)

You are one of my favorite yoga instructors! I couldn't get into the third stretch at all on one side. It was literally impossible to keep my back leg straight. Is it still beneficial if my leg is off to the side kinda diagonal? Thanks!

I ended up slipping a disc a little over two months ago and once it got put back into place I found out that my L5 is compressed and it has been putting pressure on my hips. Doing the stretches has helped really some of the pressure and I am immensely grateful that you have created this video because it has helped and I will continue to be doing this more often to help relieve the pain more.

I want to share an adaptation for those with low back issues. When you change from sitting up on your bottom to laying down on your back-- Place left hand, palm down on floor, next to left side of body. Lean hips onto left buttock, swinging right hand out in front, and bringing that right hand around to left side of body. Use both hands to guide you as you keep rolling hips left, until you are laying on your left side. Now gently roll from left side onto your back. With practice, you can guide yourself in one continuous motion, onto your left side and then onto your back. When you want to return to a seated position from your back, do not strain to pull straight up. Roll onto your left side, and use both hands to prop you up onto left elbow, then continue pushing hands away from the floor, as you sit up fully, rocking from left buttock to a fully seated position.

Nice Video! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you ever tried - Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (google it)? It is a great one off product for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes without the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work colleague after a lifetime of fighting got cool success with it.
