I really like your soothing music, voice and stretches. Just two weeks ago I could do them full out. Today, my back, left side is really hurting. I think and hope it's from driving uber for long hours and not something more serious. About six months ago, I went to emergency because I could barely walk and they just have me a shot and meds and I was good until today. Any advice?
Good video, i have all sorts of problems with my back, also i ride horses (which means i need to keep my back straight and my hips open and loose/relaxed) so this was helpful for both of those things :) Again, almost cried after this video, because i felt so much better than before! I just started doing a little yoga today to help with growing pains and menstrual cramps. I have woken up every day lately with a locked back that makes it hurt to get out of bed. I'm going to start doing it so hopefully it helps with lessening the pain. I love how calming it was and how each move was throughly instructed, which helped a lot.
Nice work making this video but this is not perminant… I am weight lifter and I have had a lot of back pain problems, especially when I started lifting. I saw a video about a hidden bone at your back that almost no Personal Trainers know about, this bone is one of the main reasons of back pain. I didnt even know I had Sciatica pain until I started moving around at my new job, my lower back and hips have so much tension all the time! After following along with these stretches, I felt relief in places I had no idea how to get to. Thank you for the help!! :)
You are one of my favorite yoga instructors! I couldn't get into the third stretch at all on one side. It was literally impossible to keep my back leg straight. Is it still beneficial if my leg is off to the side kinda diagonal? Thanks!
I ended up slipping a disc a little over two months ago and once it got put back into place I found out that my L5 is compressed and it has been putting pressure on my hips. Doing the stretches has helped really some of the pressure and I am immensely grateful that you have created this video because it has helped and I will continue to be doing this more often to help relieve the pain more.
