Ugh, I can't get used to the texture of a lot of vegetables and fruits so I don't know how the fuck I can eat anything like this. My meals my life thus far have never incorporated so many veggies and such. I would have to force myself to eat it, I would never enjoy it. I struggle to even eat a salad, I feel like I'm eating plain grass and the vinegars/oils taste nasty to me.

The fats in the foods you eat should be Monounsaturated fat is considered to be a "good fat" which reduces levels of bad cholesterol in your blood and lowers your risk of stroke and heart disease. And Over 75% of this fat are in avocados. Plus an average avocado contains around 4 grams of protein, which is much more than most other fruits. And avocado's sugar content is low compared to other fruits. Half an avocado contains approximately 0.2 g of sugar. Do some research man!

when you cut cherry tomatoes (and grapes, berries etc) put a plate on top of them and then use your knife to cut through from the side. thats how you can easily cut them into halves.
