two tablespoons of oil is a lot of fat. one tablespoon has at least 14 grams of fat so if you use that much on all your salads it will keep you fat and make you fatter. you are better of with lite dressing or no dressing.

Ugh, I can't get used to the texture of a lot of vegetables and fruits so I don't know how the fuck I can eat anything like this. My meals my life thus far have never incorporated so many veggies and such. I would have to force myself to eat it, I would never enjoy it. I struggle to even eat a salad, I feel like I'm eating plain grass and the vinegars/oils taste nasty to me.
