Place sliced cucumber, tomatoes, avocados, onion , chiken breast, black olives and parsley and in a large salad bowl. 2. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. two tablespoons of oil is a lot of fat. one tablespoon has at least 14 grams of fat so if you use that much on all your salads it will keep you fat and make you fatter. you are better of with lite dressing or no dressing.
