i'm confuse, if you watch bloated and digestion problem they don't want you to drink Milk as it relax muscles on your esophagus and trigger heart burn but in this video Milk is good before going to bed??
No u cant because kazein from the milk cant diagest when its cold or coocked so it goes into blood stream and can cause autism and allergies.
U should drink Raw organic milk as i do,and check out *Aajonous Wanderplanetz* and *Western A. Price* diet, as well as *Zone diet* to se the rest.
My advice is fo u to drink raw organic eggs,dairy and to eat raw oganic meat(without blood ofc)
