Philip E honestly I loved the way it tasted out of the house 😂 it don’t taste that way anymore ☹️ world is polluted I don’t think anything is safe anymore ...just have to be cautious of the super deadly water that has bacteria and Etc. and deal with the the filth that’s in it !
GOD FUCKING DAMN IT!!
I've been doing it wrong this whole fucking time???
I fucking thought I was supposed to be drinking the brown and red water that comes out of people's asses as their intestines melt from the Black Death. FUCK THIS SHIT!!
NOW somebody fucking tells me!
Steam distilled water has a pH of 5 to 4, it WILL make your body acidic which will increase tissue inflammation.
Reverse osmosis water also has a pH of 5 or below because it has no minerals. Cellular hydration can't happen without the cell salts found in spring water.
Not all spring waters are the same. It's true that here in Canada all our bottled waters have the ppm info on the label. Water from the city of Moose Jaw (province of Saskatchewan) is from a 26,000 year old mineral spring. People come from all over the world to swim in the hotel's mineral water pool (and take a tour of the tunnels Al Capone built from Chicago to Moose Jaw to smuggle alcohol into Canada!) Moose Jaw water is the 6th best water in the world at 500ppm mineral salts. Muskoka, Ontario, Canada has the 4th best spring water in the world.
Good spring water with 0 ppm fluoride ions is best for everyday use. But if you crave a fizzy drink, drink unflavoured San Pellegrino mineral water because it has the highest amount of mineral salts (800ppm) and sulfate.

NEVER buy those water flavour crystals or drops, they're pure poison. A friend of mine's teenage son has constant migraines, way too many for a 13 yr old kid. Stopped the flavoured waters (even the flavoured coconut/aloe vera/vitamin or protein waters)
and migraines disappeared.
Brita type filters are good but don't filter out fluoride. Tap water can be "revived" with carbon filtration. Then adding 1tsp of food grade sodium bicarbonate to 1L (4 cups) of filtered water). To remove fluoride from your body, make some borax water (it won't kill you, it's just boron, kids can drink it too), see tutorial below:
you can then structure your water to erase its memory and make it "thinner" which restores it to the way water was 1,000's of years ago. I use the water vortex magnetizer, it's portable and cheap. Watch the video here:
you can also structure water using sound.
I was a skeptic too, but if you still are, watch this before/after drinking structured water blood test results video:
I started drinking distilled water after few weeks i felt so much better in general. But then my skin was not looking so healthy so then i decided to take mineral drops this did not work . So then i searched different types water I found an expensive mineral water that was from Italy. I will only buy it in glass bottles not plastic . I will drink this for one week and drink distilled for 1 week . I been doing this for 1 month and i notice my skin is getting better . Im 51 years old . I think now we should mix distilled water with a good quality mineral water that u can buy im glass bottless . This seem to work for me and my skin in glowing now. The distilled water will clean out heavy metals then u drink mineral water will put minerals back in your system . With this method its only costing me half of what it should cost than if u drinking expensivs minerals water full time. Distilled water cost about nothing. Well only cost of distiller off eBay for around 100 bucks
Distilled water is best becouse it has been proven and god said to drink the water from the sky and that is distilled water so that water is the pure water god gave us so get you a distiller and put your tap water throw it an look at ths stuff left in the pot do you want this in your body know. People that do this are healthy an they live feeling great an they eat a good diet vegs an fruit a famous man that started the bragg apple cider vineager he lived into his 90s and died surfing. His vains was like a 20 year old. So who knows how long he would have lived if he didnt have that accident. I have alot more but this is enough for now.
!!!!!!!NO ONE AS DONE A STUDY ???????????WE HAVE ONLY BEEN DRINKING IT SINCE WE FIRST CRAWLED OUT OF THE OCEAN .the reason no one as done a study on what water to drink is the same reason no one as done studies of the power of food for healing THERES NO MONEY IT IN FOLKS FOR BIG PHARMA OR DOCTORS IF THEY CANT PATENT IT THEY LEAVE IT WELL ALONE
Well you filter very little with a carbon filter. You should look at the water reports online for your zip or post code. I did for mine and was horrified. When you see the list of chemicals at so called “safe levels” the idea that these are all combined and become compounds inside your own body along with the chemicals in food and those in the air and being emitted from fabrics and chemical paints it really is a wake up call or it was for me. I do not want my body to be a test tube for some experiment.
Fluoride and chlorine are poison and carbon filters don't remove either one. Also if you drink city water there's lots of prescription drugs in the water because people flush their old prescriptions down the toilet. NO NO.. Spring or Artesian only..
Do a video on the negative effects of mycotoxins and aflatoxins on inflammation that are found in corn, beans, chocolate, nuts, grains, dates, raisins, prunes and coffee and how they cause neurological damage
No his point is that there is a lot of studies coming out and he's confused, sure the fact that their studies aren't uniform is a little annoying but that's why you look at peer-reviewed research... There are studies saying egg's doesn't raise cholesterol but if looking at who funded that research it is usually the egg industry......... What I'm saying is, if you use some critical thinking then it's pretty easy to identify the bad research from the good. There are whole channels here on YT dedicated to just that.
OR AM I WRONG??? maybe I am, idk. confusing...mhmhm.
Zersix I think his main point is doctors are not uniform in their studies far as treating the human body, they differ so much in their views that they might as well be base on opinions rather than scientific and medical research.
Yeah? Science is progressing and we should adapt to what it says (this has nothing to do with manipulation or brainwashing, just how the universe is and what has been shown to be best for us). Are you honestly complaining about this? I mean, you don't have to do it, but the option is there and you know it's better.
Well, if we don't have the experts to tell us, then we will brainwashed by advertising telling us that certain types of mineral water are 100% pure, and they will even print on the bottle that it is 100% pure.
Just get a water distiller, That will get rid of all the toxins that are in the water, and eat some greens to get minerals.
Regardless what kind of water you drink. If you buy it in plastic containers or bottles, it's no longer pure. The chemicals of the packaging will leech into the water sooner or later. You just don't know for how long these waters have been stored and under what conditions.
Vince I agree completely in my last comment I was just enjoying some sarcasm and reverse psychology. It's suprising what people deny and defend. If fracking came to my country I would be freaked. But I wonder where on earth is really free from containments like radiation, fossil fuels, etc at this stage? Pick a spot on the globe the picture is the same???
+James Mull-Adkins this is true almost impossible to find water that isnt tainted with something ...it is very sad ....distilled water may be good for you for a spell because perhaps you had a build up of toxic heavy metals and so now you are flushing it out . But in the long run you might need some type of mineral water - perhaps a glass bottle daily of some type - you will know your body will tell you 😁 If distilled is working for you now it is just what you needed at this juncture in your life and health . We are bombarded by filth it is awful ....even rain water is dirty ...so sad ...
+Happy angel also water from streams, rivers, and everything isn't what it once was anymore due to the pollution in the world. You really have to be living by an isolated place to get that type of water that's beneficial for you. Outside of that I just don't see that being the case in today's world.
+James Mull-Adkins Wait a second James 😁 And Im not being a smart ass here - Im really trying to understand - because natural water from springs , underground, rivers and streams all contain an abundance of minerals . So isnt stripping water of how it occurs naturally kinda unnatural friend ? The minerals in water help remove excess aluminum in our bodies - including the brain. ( you should read about it ) For example aluminum binds to silica in water and then you pee it out . It also removes other heavy metals . You should look deeper into it because it is life changing. Also I dont sell any water products at all just care about people 💖
