The yoga was great i never do yoga but since i got back pain i thought id give it a try and found this video! i did a workout and finished wit this yoga and my whole body is relaxed i almost fell asleep at the end lol thx for this will favourite!
I am going to do this every day, promise. I sit 8-10 hours everyday in my car's seat (bloody driving instructor), I am following Chiropractic for two years, but not anymore onward, I think, I will save my money doing this regular practice.

One of my discs is degenerated. I experience pain every morning. This short session alleviated my pain. I am able to move around a lot better. I am grateful for these directions and wonderful demonstration that can benefit so many. I shall do this every morning. . I include a short meditation session and a walk later on in the day. Hi, I have been watching this video for past 6 months and I did the yogasan as instructed by you, and I wanted to say that my backpain has got 90 percent relieved.
I have tried many ayurvedic and aloepathic medicines but to no avail.
But doing only yogasan instructed by you has healed my backpain.
So I m want to say thankyou for helping me to release my backpain and am deeply grateful for that.
First of all you woman seem to wear a size 12 yet you are all a perfect 10 as the song goes . I have always been very overweight , very unfit , bad epilepsy which has not helped my back any . I am looking at videos and this seems the best option for me . How many times a day would you recommend me trying or would you think it wont help me ? I am a bit old to try change my life style but if it helps my back I am willing to try
I have been experiencing lower back stiffness as well as lots of tension in my left shoulder into my neck muscles. These stretches really helped loosen all my problem areas! Great video, very calming and just the right pace for me!
