I have a herniated disk and this morning it’s just been acting up like crazy. My spine felt stiff and I was crying due to the pain. Did this video and the pain is almost all the way gone! I even took some pain meds and used a cream for my back and that did absolutely nothing. Thank you so much! Definitely adding this to my favorites so I can do this everyday 👍🏽
I have severe scoliosis and chronic pain by it which gets really bad especially after work (I work 12-hour shifts) and recently I'm trying to do yoga every morning to help me with handling the pain. I have tried several other guides but yours is the best I have found so far. It really helps me to stretch and relief some of the pain. My favourite pose is at 7:17
I want to thank you. I know this video is old but I haven't been moving my body as I should and now that I'm in my 50s and overweight everything hurts. This really has made my back and my neck feel better. I will continue to do this!
I’m only 18 but I’ve had back pain since I was about 12. I especially get it after sitting at a desk for a long time. I do this sequence when my back pain gets really uncomfortable and always feel way better, if not completely better. Thank you!

This video is great I do 4 of her videos together this is the 1st one of the 4. My favorite is the hip video with the lunges. I love these and they really do help with flexibility and back pain. I try to do them 3 to 4 times a week and the 4 videos are about 45 minutes together and THEY ARE GREAT. Thanks Jen.
