Ive had real bad lower right back pain for a while now which made me stop all my workouts and football for months. I tried fisio therapy, chiropractor and it helped but came to a point where i wasnt getting better and losing hope. After reading so many positive comments on here I decided to try this and after 3 or 4 days I noticed such a huge improvement so I carried on doing these stretches daily and 2 weeks later I was back playing football and working out. I'm not 100% pain free but the best I've been in over a year and I just want to say a massive thank you I will continue to stretch daily and it's so nice to have my life back!!

During the practice, I noticed my breath getting stuck and not fully flowing which indicates something is stuck internally that doesn't allow me to fully connect my breath. Overall, fantastic practice!
The best back stretch on youtube. I can really feel the stretch on my back. I started having back pain a year ago and I'm only 25. I play bass and couldn't strap it on anymore. I also had to carry my laptop everywhere. This vid really helped me. An advice tho, don't do this if you're too much in pain. Rest first.
I've messed up my back several times and I can honestly say I don't work out much or stretch (since high school) and I have been left in tears due to lower back pain and the moment I finished this I didn't feel anymore pain, I absolutely plan on stocking with this stretch routine!!!

Hi. May i ask for child pose, should the knees be together or separated by hip width? I am told to do the latter. But i feel strain at the end of my hips near the tailbone. But when i do it w knees together, i feel no strain at the tail bone. Appreciate ur advice. Thanks.
Nice work making this video but this is not perminant… I am weight lifter and I have had a lot of back pain problems, especially when I started lifting. I saw a video about a hidden bone at your back that almost no Personal Trainers know about, this bone is one of the main reasons of back pain. I love this, I could feel my back cracking doing some of these and it felt so good only a couple hours after doing this I feel now my back has gotten worse. I’m going to do it again and hopefully in the long run my back will improve! Thank you for this video

Im a 14 year old in MMA and i do streches from actual pros im an athlete that also studies in body works this is very bad for your spine.
*Your spine is not supposed to go further than than a normal bend. This terrible false strech actually puts your vertebrae in a funky position and could strech the tendents between it which is what it is NOT SUPPOSED TO DO.*
*Your spine is made to keep you from bending like play dough and KEEP YOU UP. Streching this makes it worse than before, dont do this yoga im not kidding*
*Youll notice the pain isnt in your back after these streches but now in your spine.*
If youre really having back pains the sleep on your left side I am not kidding.
*Ask your doctors about this video im being dead serious if your back does feel worse anywhere near the spine and you do this often back problems will occur.*
You need to build back mucles up as hard as that may sound this will benefit you that means lifting weights.
