I don't know why people always think about protein protein protein what the fuck just eat what to want to eat if u all guys would have been seen our elders like father grand father ,paternal uncle they followed their regular diet like ghee butter high carbs milk cheese prantha pullav dahi and workout they still have more stamina rather then anyone else and I m following my elders diet I am 27 yrs old 5'10 height 74 kg biceps 18 inches..do whatever you want to do we can have cheat meal at once in a week but do workout regularly u'll never gain mean extra fat in Ur body
Just do workout regularly skipping Hindu pushups surya namaskar little bit yoga and do some cardio and weight training believe me u'll not gain just give urself 30 minutes everyday
