String Theory Explained – What is The True Nature of Reality?
In the video we introduced Heisenberg's uncertainty principle in terms of the effects of a measurement (what is sometimes called the observer effect). The two concepts are not exactly the same, but the observer effect provides an intuitive physical interpretation of the uncertainty principle---in fact Heisenberg himself used it as a physical justification of his principle. A more precise way to introduce Heisenberg's principle is to see that very small objects, such as elementary particles, behave like waves: a famous experiment in quantum mechanics shows that electrons going past an obstacle "diffract", i.e. they go around the obstacle. This is similar to how sound waves behave: if you sit in theater behind a column, you can still hear the music. The uncertainty principle is then a mathematical consequence of this wave description, or in more mathematical terms of the fact that "quantum observable do not commute". In this sense it is not a principle in itself, but a consequence of the axioms of quantum mechanics; yet, given its historical importance in the development of quantum mechanics and the fact that it is a basic feature of quantum mechanical effects, physicists think of it as a founding principle of quantum physics. It is indeed correct that, while the observer effect gives an intuitive way to justify Heisenberg's principle, nowadays physicists distinguish between the two, and they have been working hard to better understand their subtle differences.
Are you a good person?
....Are you moral?
... Are you a good and moral enough person to be accepted by God and enter into heaven and avoid Hell?
... Lets see if you might be...
How many lies have you told before in your entire life? Have you ever stolen anything before, irrespective of its value, even if its small? Have you ever downloaded music or movies illegally that you did not pay for? Have you ever looked at a woman or a man with lust in your heart sexually in your thoughts? Have you ever had sex outside the bounds of marriage? Have you ever used Gods name in vain or in cursing? Have you ever hated anyone for any reason ever in your life? Have you ever desired something material or monetary that didn't belong to you?
.. If you have done these things and committed these sins; then the God of heaven sees you as a liar and a thief and an adulterer at heart.
...This same God of the eternal realm sees you as a coveting fornicator and blasphemer and a hater and murderer at heart and you MUST face a Holy God on the day of judgment!
...Will you be innocent or guilty on the day of wrath? Will you go to heaven or to Hell according to Gods standards and Gods judgments?
...The Book of Revelation chapter 21 verse 8 says that; "ALL liars will have their part in the lake of fire which is the second spiritual and eternal death"
The Bible says that; "No thief and no idolater and no fornicator and no adulterer and no hater and no blasphemer shall by any means enter the kingdom of heaven"
Youve broken Gods eternal laws and you deserve everlasting punishment and torments in Hell forever; But; Jesus Christ has paid your fine with his own life's sinless blood upon the cross of Calvary!
... (IF) you repent and trust alone in Jesus Christ, then God will wash away every sin you have ever committed, and God can legally dismiss your case and grant you everlasting life because of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, and the sacrifice of Christ upon the cross, which satisfied Gods perfect Infinite Justice, and thereby enabling God to grant you INFINITE mercy to the finite sinner!
However: (IF) you refuse to repent and turn away from ALL sins and ALL evil and trust alone in Gods only begotten Son, Jesus Christ; who was and is the sinners savior!
....Then you MUST pay for your own sins against God yourself; which means you will spend an eternity in torments and in agony and outer darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth forever!!!
Not real science, just a bunch of inconclusive jewish mysticism disguised as science designed to make stoners feel dumb and insignificant. This stupid theory along with the big bang and dark matter need to be thrown out, this universe is electric.
Well you do line up like one. String theory is the absolute most forefront of physics research you have zero qualifications to disprove it there as some insanely intelligent people doing things you cannot fathom and for some reason you want to hide and be racist about it and for the Big Bang theory it's directly observable and you obviously don't understand how science works or you wouldn't be saying any of this. It would also help if you would check up on any of your wild claims but you won't because your lazy. The information is more abundant than ever but people like you ignore it and want to just make things up with out and basis. You would hate yourself if you spend time and effort into knowledge.
Its funny and quite ironic how people always assume that someone reasonably questioning an unproven mainstream theory is a blind religious zealot, only Jesus freaks can question a flawed scientific theory? Look at how you respond dude, clearly you got offended. You know deep down inside nobody can explain "string theory" or the "big bang theory" without sounding like an idiot, and the only way to respond to anyone who questions these theories is to say "You are a religious idiot that doesn't understand how science works!", I won't resort to insults like you have done.
Not that I'm offended it's closer to you being repulsively ignorant. You deny anything you don't understand because it contradicts with your force fed christian up bringing. You don't question anything from a critical stand point and live a crap life. You can do what you want I don't care but you should probably know that you're the laughing stock of modern day society.
Simply, before the creation of universe , it was a form of complex water ( billions of different molecules) and because of inside characteristics of water particles and was then creates billions of droplets and all about we today everything from water. This droplet were attracted or subtracted and they were responsible for different kinds of solid objects, empty areas (full of gases) formulations.
The vacant spaces, gravity, solid particles and time creation for shorter of time to end this universe. Finally dead life will alive again and unlimited time will be started. Very simple. Look who comes first Human or universe. simply Human but where? Need to know. Wait I am there.
What if the whole "everything" part is the actual stuff between parts of the string? Like if you look at a guitar string really really up close or if you stretch it, it looks more like a slinky spring rather than a "solid" bendable straight line, I'm not really sure what the most current physics model of the string makes it look like but if we've been looking at it as one piece, maybe that's where we're wrong? Like the string itself is not the smallest thing, it's not just one piece but rather a series of springs pushed hard together that end up forming what looks like a string and that's where all the focus should go, in those teeny tiny space between each roll of spring? I may be talking completely debunked theories here and I apologize for my ignorance if that's the case, I just saw this awesome video and thought I'd give my humble guitar pickin' peasant opinion on this monumental topic.
This is an invitation to see a theory on the nature of time! In this theory we have an emergent uncertain future continuously coming into existence relative to the spontaneous absorption and emission of photon energy. Within such a process the wave particle duality of light and matter in the form of electrons is forming a blank canvas that we can interact with forming the possible into the actual! The future is unfolding with each photon electron coupling or dipole moment relative to the atoms of the periodic table and the wavelength of the electromagnetic spectrum. As part of a universal process of energy exchange that forms the ever changing world of our everyday life the ‘past’ has gone forever. At the smallest scale of this process the ‘past’ is represented by anti-matter annihilation with the symmetry between matter and anti-matter representing the symmetry between the future and the past as the future unfolds photon by photon. In such a theory the mathematics of quantum mechanics represents the physics of ‘time’ with the classical physics of Newton representing processes over a period of time, as in Newton’s differential equations. In my videos I explain how this process is relative to temperature and the phase changes of matter.
String theory is a real conspiracy theory, a myth generated from pure mathematical construct, it has no relation to reality.
Exactly like Nikola Tesla said: "Today's scientists have substituted mathematics for experiments, and they wander off through equation after equation, and eventually build a structure which has no relation to reality."
3 dimensions for W,H and D , 3 Dimensions for Distant, Time, Gravity another 6 dimension for anti and another 12 Dimensions is for Reverse, now i have ti .. a perfect 24 Dimension as Ramanujan said in his book.
That is the wrong question to be asking. If these people were smarter they would have asked is this even the true reality, before bothering to wonder what the nature of it is. Fucking intellectual infants.
The very first kurzgesagt video i am disappointed about. I already knew these things and hoped they would explain string theory a bit deeper. From where to where do the strings go? Are they straight, vibrating, loopy, bunched up, isolated? Which string variation brings up which particle and why? What binds or ties them, how do they react with each other, how do they explain forces, are there strings in spacetime itself, or vacuum, etc.
Why couldn't these physicists say that these strings are electric vibrations?
From the site Ask a Mathematician, Ask a Physicist:
Q: What are "actual pictures" of atoms actually pictures of?.
Actual pictures of atoms aren’t actually pictures at all.
There are a few good rules of thumb in physics. Among the best is:
light acts like you’d expect on scales well above its wavelength and
acts weird on scales below. In order to take a picture of a thing you
need light to bounce …
The only thing physicists have actually seen is basically a computer
image, not the real image, and second, they observe electric fields,
not the particle itself. They do not observe particles themselves;
they are able to observe only the field. However this alone does not
prove anything, but that the electric energy field exists and that’s
about it---no atoms, no photons, no electrons, no quarks. no nothing.
So no, particles do not exist. Particles exist only inside
mathematical abstractions and nothing more and nothing else. We don’t
know what actually exists in the real world, except that there are
energy fields---electric, magnetic and all other forms and all other
kinds of energy fields.
I forgot to add what exactly is visualized with all these microscopes
including STM--the scanning tunneling microscope. What is visualized is
the charge density of the electric field.
Basically you observe vibrations---electric vibrations.
You haven’t seen an atom either. You’ve seen an image you assume to be
an atom, but it is simply an instrument’s representation of the atom.
It is not the atom itself.
These techniques aren’t actually “visual” like microscopes we work
with in biology classes. Microscopes use lenses and light to help zoom
and focus on small objects. Electron microscopes, on the other hand,
use quantum scattering theory to construct the shape of small objects,
then the data is transferred to a computer to create a model. The
wavelengths of visible light ranges on the order of ~370nm to 750nm.
These are all MUCH larger than many particles of interest (and way too
large to view atoms, which are on the order of Angstroms–0.1nm).
Scientists need to be creative to be able to “see” atoms.
The problem with what we think atoms are is exactly about the shorter
wavelengths--sure shorter wavelengths hit something, but what is it?
So, no, scanning tunneling microscopes and atomic force microscopes
did not prove the existence of atoms.
What is a particle? Kurzgesagt says its a blurry sphere of influence. Seriously, this is the b e s t definition I've ever heard. That's the reason I keep returning to Kurzgeasgt! Guys, you are amazing!
If you want the truth of all things you’ll get a lot further when you as God a lot of questions. He knows everything, after all.
This being said, I love watching these videos, because learning from other smart people, even when they’re not omniscient, can help a lot!
No surprise when there's people who actually think this through. But I'm amazed on how they can communicate it to us with dumbed-down animations (well at least telling the animators what to draw). It's the real definition of being smart.
So I used to be really really good at understanding physics. I could imagine most aspects of quantum mechanics. I got stuck in an extremely monotonous study course which I could only mug up because it did not make me think hard, it was just 3 years of basic formulae and unimaginative derivations. My imagination and strength in physics got completely messed up. Just recently I got out of this course, and I had a little time to myself. I got into physics again, and this video made me tear up. I am in love with physics
wow, now i think i understand. it's hard to put into words, but i think that string is 10 dimensions of an way to organize and "vibrate" string differently to have different particles that can interact with each other and form the universe?
and here's a hint: think abstractly, accept the weirdness.
This is by far your best video. I am a fan of physics for about two decades now and have iterated through countless popular science and borderline scientific resources on this topic, but this video was to the point and so simple I got a scholarly orgasm. Keep up the good work!
