I'm confused about number one. You calculated that they were giving 4.5 million units a day, and that was the right answer, but sadly I have to disagree. Yes the doctor ordered 1.5 MILLION units po q8h, but the pharmacy has 500 THOUSAND unit tablets IN STOCK. The questions wasn't "how many units did the doctor request to be given in one day?", where the answer would be the 4.5 million, it was how many units are YOU giving. So using the correct numbers and conversions, how many units are you really giving? What's the right answer?

Chelsea Coffey the answer is 4.5 million units. if you have 500,000 unit tablets, the patient would be taking 3 tablets per dose, 3 times a day, for a total of 4.5 million units per day. as she mentioned, the question is asking for the number of units, not the number of tablets. so the answer is 4.5 million

Number one would require algebra to calculate correctly. Despite the correct answer , u did not answer the number of tablets at each dosage which important for the patient/ administer to know. If Ur going to make a video on calculations please use correct logic and math as in my option you've only scratches the surface .

Community pharmacists are the health professionals most accessible to the public. They supply medicines in accordance with a prescription or, when legally permitted, sell them without a prescription. In addition to ensuring an accurate supply of appropriate products, their professional activities also cover counselling of patients at the time of dispensing of prescription and non-prescription drugs, drug information to health professionals, patients and the general public, and participation in health-promotion programmes. They maintain links with other health professionals in primary health care.
