When Is The Best Time To Drink Milk? Ayurvedic Medicine Revealed The Milk Secret!
Milk was special in Ayurveda, known for its nutritional properties that we cannot get from any other food item.
Based on Ayurveda, how milk was consumed and when it was consumed, act as a huge role in digestion.
Let’s get into The Best Time To Consume Milk.
So, We Can Conclude Is Best To Consume Milk During..
Milk also should NOT combine with...
Milk should totally avoid if you are suffering from condition such as...
Also when you were doing your reading you may have found that most of the milk out there being sold to the public is from the wrong kind of cows... some cows produce a higher-quality milk that has MORE FLAVOR and it also has MORE PROTEIN..and that is not what most people are drinking.
I tell people IF they have to drink pasteurized milk they should think about going with PROMISED LAND milk which tastes so much better and has no hormones or antibiotics and it has a RICHER FLAVOR because they use the right kind of cows... they also remove some of the water
Last time I checked New Horizons still had fish oil in it...gross.
If I want fish oil I'll buy it at the health food store.
Besides I'm tired of looking at all this health stuff and I've been having a lot more interesting times listening to people's accounts about their encounters with the Dogman.
Usually if I'm writing a long thing like that it's not just for one person it's for somebody , Anybody, Everybody out there who I'm going out of the way for and hoping that somebody somewhere might change their lifestyle and maybe they've been wondering why they feel so lousy and they realize it's because they're eating all wrong.
Like I said I'm tired of explaining it to people and I thought I would do it one last time just to try to help somebody out there .
But anyway just know that a lot of places called their milk fresh milk and it's not raw milk and therefore it's not really fresh milk
Keen yep , it comes from cows or goats and I guess you could also say from mother's milk too.
For centuries when people milk a cow or a goat they simply took the milk and drank it... or used it to make butter and cheese ..whipped cream.
Around the year 1900 they started having dairy farms to help feed the crowded cities and those Farms were often at the edge of the Cities and what they did is had way too many cows on the farm.. it was just too crowded, it was an early version of factory farming basically.
The conditions were FILTHY often.
There sometimes would be cow feces and other filth in the milk !
So then the government stepped in to make sure that these farms started pasteurizing the milk... boiling it .. to kill any filth, disease and pathogens ... to make it safer.
But when you boil it you also kill a lot of the good in it the stuff that makes it so good for you.
If you wanted to drink some fresh orange juice... meaning it had just been squeezed from an orange.. how would you feel if you found out it had been boiled first ?
You would know that that had killed a lot of the good enzymes that make it healthy for you.
Well in America most of your juices that are in bottles and cartons almost all of them have been pasteurized first and most people don't know this.
Getting back to milk ...
Raw milk will be unpasteurized... raw milk also is not supposed to have any hormones in it and regretfully factory-farmed cows almost always have hormones and it's because they do that to make the cows either grow faster and produce more milk or both.
Why should people want to drink hormones to mess with their own hormones ?
And because the cows are in so close together and overpopulated and forced to eat garbage they don't normally eat for example corn... the corn industry is very powerfu...a very, very powerful industry in America... in fact if you start reading the labels on all the pre-packaged Foods and even frozen foods , ice creams and breads you will often see it has some kind of a corn product in it ..whether it's corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup or cornstarch or corn syrup solids.. it's ridiculous !
Even a child who grew up in a ghetto ,for some reason, if you ask them to draw a picture of a cow, they will almost always show the cow out in the field eating GRASS... somehow people inherently know cows are grass eaters not corn eaters.
So the cows when they are forced to eat things that their stomachs can't deal with ...they get sick and need antibiotics .
So now you are drinking antibiotics and so are your children... do you really want antibiotics in your milk ?
Then they homogenize the milk which means the cell structure is crushed or separated and it is not the same as when it first came out of the cow and I don't want to go into the whole thing about why the milk should not be homogenized... please just look it up if you can when you find the time ... some experts and critics of this process say it is not good for our stomachs to say the least.
So they've done all this stuff to the milk before you even get it in your mouth and that they had the nerve to call it fresh.
People in this country have been so brainwashed, have fallen for the propaganda against raw milk that for some people the thought of milk that has not been boiled sends fear through them , basically you could call it terror, believe me I know...
I have a friend from college with her masters in nutrition and she is also one of the top people running the whole WIC program in her state in the in the capital and is in their main government building ... when she heard I was drinking raw milk from a farm in the area she was freaking out and worried I was going to get sick.
I tried to educate her and explain it to her and sent her videos.
I'm getting tired of it and this is going to be the last time I do it.
(But oddly enough, In America it seems that too many people don't care what goes in their mouths ...they don't care that it's poisoning them and their bodies, their organs, their brains , and also contributing to making them fat.... some of the chemicals dyes and preservatives in our food are neurotoxins and attack the brain and the neurological system , some ruin the liver such as high fructose corn syrup which cannot be absorbed the normal way which is in the gut and so it bypasses the intestines and shoots straight to the liver damaging it and causing fatty liver it also revs up the appestat... the thing that makes you hungry and so if you eat high fructose corn syrup a half hour later after eating food that has it , you might actually be hungrier.. and if you eat a lot of it you will constantly be hungry and not understand why...
( a while back that it was either this or the last Administration that was trying to do away with food manufacturers having to tell us all the ingredients ,all the chemicals preservatives and dyes that go on our food...
Can you imagine ? That could be really dangerous... anyway some Americans don't care what garbage is in their food as long as it tastes good ... try explaining to them that we are humans and we evolved to eat certain things Century after Century after century and that we are not Androids or robots that are supposed to have chemicals
..they still don't get it because they only care about it tasting good ...the concept of health and nutrition is beyond them and these are going to be the first to complain when they need a kidney or liver transplant .
If you go to buy most kinds of bread... and pancake mixes... and sometimes boxes of mashed potato mix... as well as all kinds of cake mixes , you will see aluminum bisulfate listed as an ingredient.
Aluminum contributes to Alzheimer's and you don't want aluminum in your body and your brain .. it is another one that screws up the brain and the neurology ...but it is everywhere nowadays in America because they ADD it.
Now regretfully I hear that in America it is in a lot of cheeses... and why is that ? Simply said that she's will look more straight and uniform and not clumpy... I'd rather have clumpy lumpy cheese any day than aluminum cheese.
I can't believe how many people never look at the package and read the ingredients when they buy bread , when they buy frozen foods , when they buy ice cream, when they buy almost anything you can think of that goes in your mouth...
And you see a whole list of all these chemicals... and when that happens a person should be a bit freaked out and wondering what all these things are.
If a person has ever tried to cook these items from scratch they get an idea of what is supposed to be in them.. therefore they know what is NOT supposed to be in them .
( try looking at a box of pudding and see all the chemicals in that... it's a box full of chemicals and then go look up the recipe for how to make homemade pudding from scratch )
The FDA allows some of the most dangerous chemicals in our food in America that have long ago been outlawed in other modern countries... why is that.
You can do your research and your reading there are people who do the heavy research and then presented to us for the public to read so that we can come to our own conclusions and try to be safe.
Some states will allow you to get your roll milk at a local co-op or a health food store.
I'm not sure if any states allow raw milk to be sold in any regular stores or supermarkets.
Regretfully I am currently in Texas and in the county I am in the closest dairy farm where I can look the owners in the eye and talk with them is a 52 mile round trip.
So I only go there when I'm going to be out that way already.
People who live in places where there are Amish and Mennonite communities who bring their raw milk for consumption with the public have pretty easy access to raw milk... such as in certain parts of suburban Philadelphia.
Back when I lived there I was able to speak with the owner of the farm regularly and he said they tested for pathogens 4 times a week.
I think that when you buy your products from people who actually create it, and there's a good chance you could meet them face-to-face and talk with them... I think those people are less likely to sell you an unwholesome product that could make you and your family sick and usually these people themselves are using it and so are their kids .
regretfully most of us have no choice now a days and we have to put our trust in large corporations who only care about one thing and one thing only and it is certainly not our safety.
We need to start having a lot more smaller farms all over America again...ALOT MORE . so people can start having healthier food... same thing with the free range eggs.
Real free range eggs or eggs from chickens that actually do get to walk around outside in the sunlight and at least on some grass for at least a little bit .
There's a difference in the texture color and especially the flavor between factory farm eggs and eggs from healthy chickens.
I deliberately explained a lot more in here other than the milk industry because there's a chance you probably don't know about all this other stuff but now you've been told and now you know you can start researching should you ever be interested.
I just feel really sorry for the people who can't afford to eat healthy foods Pure Foods because they cost more and I feel sorry for their children.
Eating food the way it was meant to be should not be a privilege in America ... it shouldn't have to cost extra money and sometimes considerably extra
gardensofthegods welp... never heard of that(raw milk) .. tbh I only knew fresh milk was the best back then when I was a kid... sadly the world never tell me about raw milk :( is it a milk originally from cow or goat??? Or my mom's milk maybe... yeah cause the way u called it "raw milk".
