Great Jen thanks so much!! I found this video because I had a sore back from sleeping when I woke up. I didn't realise how tight my shoulders were when I did the stretches rolling over focussing on the fronts of the shoulders !! 😶I feel much more open now & ready for a new day 😸Namaste xx
I used to be very flexible and have almost no back pain when I practiced Karate, however I have since done very little stretching and my posture is terrible, and so is the back pain. Now I stretch every single morning, and it has helped me so much, thank you for this video!

My first YouTube comment/feedback but I’ve recently had back surgery and was advised to start yoga; so after several videos which didn’t quite fit my needs or tutors that I couldn’t follow, this completely connected with me and what I was looking for. Funny how I’ve been interested in yoga for years and tried many classes/videos/social media channels but never connected with a tutor until now x finally I get it! And finally it’s something that feels natural. Great video xx

The first stretch alone helped my back so much. These stretches are so relaxing and pinpoints exactly where I have my back discomfort, I couldn't believe it! I was a gymnast for over 6 years so when I quit gymnastics it left me with a lot of really bad back pain. I had no idea Yoga could be so helpful, I always thought it was just another trend that had to much hype. I should have tried this sooner, I might even go to a Yoga class now ^-^. Thank you so much!
I have tried a lot of yoga videos to help with pain after a MVA and this is the only one I have found, as of yet, that gives you a deep stretch and reaches places that other videos do not. Thank you for this! I still am not 100%, but I am much better than when I started and for that I am grateful!
