CX5 is the right pick over other SUVs in the same class and price range (CRV, RAV4, Forester, Rouge, Tuson, Sportage...etc ). I have tested drove few of them back to back. CX5 stands out as being the most fun to drive. Fun to drive does not equate to horsepower, 0 to 60 time for driving enthusiasts. It's driving dynamics, the balance between power and handing that makes the vehicle fun to drive.
I agree with and love: Dodge Durango SRT, Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, The Alpha Romeo Stelvio, the Jaguar F-pace, and the Porsche Macan. The entire time I was watching the video, I was thinking "where's Porsche...?" Should've known that they would be in 1st place lol. You guys have the best reviews.
Nobunaga Oda because it looks beautiful, the mpg ratings are great with the skyactiv engine. it's sportier than regular SUVs but not over the top and expensive like the performance SUVs. The only downside is the room inside is not as good as the rest and maybe the tablet-like screen infotainment system. it is just a great value
Nope, unless they can corner like an mx5/miata or better it's not fun and fun is the smile and feeling you get on a twisty road. High speed, high torque, high weight, straight line speed etc, are contradictory to fun.
Give me a 1980s hatchback any day of the week over any of these giant blocks of steel.
