So simple yet so effective for someone with a back injury. All the tightness that happens after an injury with months of no exercise really gets in the way and I get impatient with other yoga videos. I guess its part to do with where my mind is but the effectiveness of these kinds of stretches really work. ty and keep the good wok up
The butterfly or sitting with my legs crossed creates a lot of discomfort for me. It results in extreme pain and unable to walk for days. I was at a yoga retreat for one week and the yoga instructor pushed me to do these moves and pressed my legs to the ground as I did the butterfly. It was so painful and even through I did all the exercises I felt excruciating pain. Hope that you can make a video for people with arthritis of the hips
I can really appreciate that you didn't edit out the part when you lost your balance for a moment. Being new to yoga, it can become frustrating when you constantly lose balance or fall over, but you have patience with yourself and your body and I can really appreciate learning that by watching this video.
