i was born with dislocated hips and i have a displaced pelvis so when i walk it looks like i wiggle my bum , this and other yoga is helping me correct it

Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else trying to find out aching hip flexorsbest workout for hips try Nevolly Hip Relief Nerd (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got great results with it.

Helpful hint: For the butterfly position, if your shoulders and arms are too tense or inflexible to bend around and push down your knees, you can also use your elbows to accomplish the same thing :)

Wonderful video! I love how long you hold the poses. It definitely helps to make me breathe into the stretch properly and get more flexible. And by the way, I love your hair!!

Awesome my Flexers feel like, solid like lead, and hurt me so much, I never knew why but hearing you say driving effect it makes sense as it is my right side that kill me. your video help me but the pain came back in 15 minutes maybe i need to drink more water? I will try to do this every morning and see what happens. Peace be with you!

So simple yet so effective for someone with a back injury. All the tightness that happens after an injury with months of no exercise really gets in the way and I get impatient with other yoga videos. I guess its part to do with where my mind is but the effectiveness of these kinds of stretches really work. ty and keep the good wok up

The butterfly or sitting with my legs crossed creates a lot of discomfort for me. It results in extreme pain and unable to walk for days. I was at a yoga retreat for one week and the yoga instructor pushed me to do these moves and pressed my legs to the ground as I did the butterfly. It was so painful and even through I did all the exercises I felt excruciating  pain. Hope that you can make a video for people with arthritis of the hips

i tried it it, because my left side hurts from my toe to ankle to knee and hip to lower back and my shoulder blade and my shoulder socket and my wrist also my neck it helped a bit

I can really appreciate that you didn't edit out the part when you lost your balance for a moment. Being new to yoga, it can become frustrating when you constantly lose balance or fall over, but you have patience with yourself and your body and I can really appreciate learning that by watching this video.

I never saw myself in an office for a living. I was always active.  After 10 years in an office chair I have noticed my body change, especially in my hips and flexibility of my legs.
