This helped me to relax. It also helped with my back pain. I actually did this this morning. However, I am a night owl. I feel totally relaxed. I have an exam to take so I know this will help to do very well in it. Your hair looks fabulous. I really did enjoy the quiet morning to here the birds chirp. I'm nocturnal but I like to relax earlier in the evening so that when I do go to bed, I'm ready. Did this at 7:30 p.m., and will probably fall asleep around 12 or so.

A great relaxation video, it was almost perfect until she started talking about her hair and leaving it down and its messy- had nothing to do with the yoga lesson. otherwise its a good video. I did this at 9.30am Virgin Islands time. Yoga TX have great relaxation yoga before bed without the hair talk and me talk.

Tried it around 12:10 a.m., quit at 12:24 a.m. I can't do child's with knees together, and when I did it with knees apart, it seemed like it too so long to do this move and my knees were burning. I'm not really comfortable with this yoga. Not attempting it again.

I started at eleven pm as Im usually still up at 5am or so as I do tend to struggle quite often, Im just trying new things to try Improve my sleeping pattern and I found this really helpful. I watch first thing in the morning to help with joint pain and inflammation with my arthritis. I’m trying to follow it with your yoga for weight loss #1 but can only get through the first half for now! Great stretches and my hip and back pain is getting better every day!

I began this yoga session at 9:30 pm. I just wanted to get some kind of physical activity/yoga movements completed before my day ended. Very calming and relaxing. I enjoyed the instructor & I was able to complete the majority of my movements by listening to her instructions rather then looking up at the screen every minute. Great communication!
