Tried it around 12:10 a.m., quit at 12:24 a.m. I can't do child's with knees together, and when I did it with knees apart, it seemed like it too so long to do this move and my knees were burning. I'm not really comfortable with this yoga. Not attempting it again.
I started at eleven pm as Im usually still up at 5am or so as I do tend to struggle quite often, Im just trying new things to try Improve my sleeping pattern and I found this really helpful. This is the first time Ive done it n hopefully soon i'll be asleep like a baby =) thank you for your video =)
I watch first thing in the morning to help with joint pain and inflammation with my arthritis. I’m trying to follow it with your yoga for weight loss #1 but can only get through the first half for now! Great stretches and my hip and back pain is getting better every day!
I began this yoga session at 9:30 pm. I just wanted to get some kind of physical activity/yoga movements completed before my day ended. Very calming and relaxing. I enjoyed the instructor & I was able to complete the majority of my movements by listening to her instructions rather then looking up at the screen every minute. Great communication!
I drive a lot and get home late after midnight. I use to be able to fall asleep shortly after getting home but now am awake until 4 or 5 in the morning. .I will keep trying this but am not very flexible.
I really struggle with sleep and searched for bedtime yoga and found your video.
I’m not an night owl, but I have to wake up super early and would love to have a great night of sleep!
