Use the old school FEEL, FELT, FOUND rebuttal to help you. I understand how you FEEL, infact most of our clients FELT the same way , however that was before they FOUND out......Goodluck and remember to listen to what your clients when they're talking .Ususally the client will tell you how to sell them. AND FOR PETE SAKE DO NOT OVERSELL BECAUSE ITS A BIG NO NO AND A DEAL BREAKER.

The number 1 reason people fail in sales is because of the inability to rebuttal objections and transitioning back to the close. The sale only begins after a client gives you their objection. Anything before that is just a presentation of the features and benefits of whatever service or product that your soliciting. If you cant overcome the NO then you'll never make it in sales. There are 5 parts of a sale. #1 THE INTRODUCTION...#2 THE QUALIFICATION...#3 THE PRESENTATION...#4 THE OFFER...#5THE CLOSE. With most sales positions comes a script that MUST BE MEMORIZED inorder to flow naturally as if youve done this a million times without stumbling on your words and sounding timid. However the key to closing the deal comes down to 5 parts of overcoming the objection. #1 AGREE WITH THE CLIENT...#2 FIND WHAT THE TRUE OBJECTION IS #3 REBUTTAL THE OBJECTION...#4 MAKE A REOFFER...#5 RECLOSE.....

Victor Antonio, whats a great paying sales job? Im in mortgage and it's lucrative, but I always want to keep my options open incase the economy takes a hit and the industry ever tanks. Sales job where the commission is high per deal. Let me know your thoughts
