Really enjoyed the poses.I always did the weight loss on but as I felt energetic today,I thought I'd do the morning yoga video too!Its amazing,I really enjoy your videos as they are descriptive and very easy to follow unlike these really intimidating classes where I'm left falling over on my own trying to keep up with everyone

Great video, thank you Courtney. I've used it for morning yoga several times. I think it would be helpful in future videos if you say how many reps of a certain exercise you will be doing beforehand, for example the boat pose to half boat pose repetitions. Also just to point out you say we are going to do about 8 of these, I counted and it's more like 12. Just nice for the viewer to know what they are getting into.
This is just for me. I have done others but this is just perfect. I am glad I found you. I need the morning time to do this. I love it.
I have hope now. The music is great. I do guided meditation and not the same time everyday. Not everyday. I need the structure. This may be my start to change my life. Namaste!

I am very grateful for Counrtney's videos! I like her as an instructor and also have been doing 2 of her workouts for five days now and am not planning to quit. I am very new to yoga and for me most of these routines are not hard. At the end of the seance I am sweaty but feel good. I am more flexible than most people, so maybe that's why it's not hard for me. They are just perfect. I want to thank you for these amazing opportunities to practice yoga at home and I will enjoy your other videos, too!
Courtney, I think I like the morning video the best! You explain things so well that even though I'm still falling over in Warrior One and could only do one boat to half boat, I'm inspired to come back and try again tomorrow. Namaste!
this is a great yoga workout. I still consider myself a beginner and this was excellent for me. beginner doesn't mean "this is my first time doing yoga or any activity". that classifies as a novice. this video was excellent, no complaints. infinite gratitude

I've been on youtube for a few years now trying to find good yoga videos that are also a little challenging to get my energy flowing. I realize this video is from a year or so ago, but I love and watch all of Courtney's yoga videos! After watching so many others and not finding any that worked for me it was a relief to find these. This beginners morning yoga was amazing! While I have a functional understanding of yoga I haven't done any in a very long time and this was so perfect for warming up and shaking the dust off some very tired muscles! Some of the poses felt like a real challenge but nothing seemed totally out of reach. Thank you so much for sharing this, it will hopefully become part of my morning routine!
This was a very nice way to start my morning, thank you! I'm definitely a beginner to yoga, and this would have been hard for me if I didn't already have core strength from doing exercises like Russian twists (similar to boat pose). So I would recommend this video to someone who is new to yoga but already has some physical strength and flexibility from doing other fitness activities. I really like you as an instructor - you remind me of my aunt in a lot of ways so I felt like I was trying out a yoga routine with someone I already knew. Thank you again!

Hi .Thanks for lovely video. I was doing yoga class in London before , but now I am living on a Farm and I have no access to yoga classes and I decided do yoga from Youtube I have watched 2 videos of you, it is great . You are very calm and gentle and I can followed your video without hurry.
20 minute yoga routine was timed correctly and great for starting out the morning. I really enjoyed the room that can be viewed, it's so nice and peaceful with the light streaming in. Instructor had a nice, soothing voice and articulated clearly. I'm probably somewhere between beginner and intermediate and thought all stretches and poses were great. Thank you for posting this so I can do yoga at home!
I'm a beginner and I could do all the stretches! I'm not used to yoga, but sometimes when I need to relax or stretch a little I do one video. I was going to workout this morning, but instead I did this morning yoga. Feels good :)
I can't wait to train with Courtney. I've been sick last week and haven't done any workout so I'm starting with this video because I know it is a bit of a challenge. I need to sweat and moving my body now or else I'm going to become lazy, I don't really want that.
Just used this video guided 20 min yoga routine to help me wake up. Loved it! Great stretches, very thorough instructions for new poses, and just the right pace for early morning, while still waking up. Will use again often. Thanks for sharing!
seems intermediate, which was good for me. it moved a little too slowly but i did like the explanations. I suppose if I had woken up at the crack of dawn I would have appreciated the slow pace a little more. I also enjoyed these poses. Nice variety!
I started my day with this yoga practice, it was amazing! I feel refreshed and energised! Some people mentioned that it is not for beginners, that is why I like it. Most of the so called "yoga for beginners" routines do the same three-four poses over and over again. I like the variety in this video, however, I am not a beginner, so I would be so happy if Courtney could show more challanging yoga exercises. :-)
you can modify all of these poses. when you honor your body by using its capacity; it honors you by growing its capacity. you can Google the modifications for any pose. 😀 there are generally multiple mods for each one. if you can't find one let me know and I'll send you some.
this is my favorite yoga stretch channel. i watch at least one a day from this channel. i think you girls move a little too fast for people who are following along. I try to see what your doing and then do it but your already onto the next pose. it disturbs my stretch to click pause and rewind on each pose. slow down a little so we dont have to click pause every time. thank you for the great videos and great channel!
