I really liked this video for the stretches but "right leg, left leg" guides are switched around. I get it because I know it's backwards for instructors but it was confused. And you should "definitely probably" breathe made me laugh. It's one or the other. Otherwise, good stretches for a quick post workout.

Ugh, thank you so much! I started running the stairs at my job with some co-workers, and was in some serious pain! My leg muscles were cramping and it hurt to walk. I searched for a leg stretch video when I got home, and this is the first video I tried. I feel so much better! Following along did hurt for awhile, but I feel so much more loose now. I really really suggest doing this after any thigh,inner thigh,butt workout as it actually makes a HUGE difference trust me. i used to stretch after every leg workout with this video but one day i got lazy and just slept after my workout and woke up in the middle of the night due to the pain then i stretched and it made me MUCH MUCH better. I REALLY advise you to do this as this is AMAZING. Thank you for putting this video my friend :)
Defently not for begginers. I am an Olympic weightlifter, I find it 10 times easier to squat with 150 kilos than this.You nearly killed me.Need something softer to strech my quads and hamstrings after my workouts.This is way too much for me :(
i love this video and the trainer but she advertises her blog and channel tooo much during the stretch it cant let you focus its frustrating! and i cant mute it cause then i wouldnt know when to move to the next step :(

Agree that this video is not useful for beginners. I suggest offering easier version of the pidgeon. Make use of your fellow models and have one doing a beginner version, medium, and high. Also, the tone of speaker wasn't very soothing for a stretching video. Felt like she was shouting at me. And all the plugs to like your video and self-marketing not only turned me off watching the video but also leave a negative comment.
it is if you want something easier then you will never improve if you cant hold a stretch as long then dont do it as long..but the thing is to do it a few times a week and then you start getting better
