yup! i dig this! i thought my abs were in pretty good shape, hard to tell under the little layer of fat haha! but i certainly felt this! had to take a small break of about a minute after 5.38 but finished it! :)
+klairebear1986 After doing this workout for only a few days, I am already noticing my neck is getting stronger. I could only get through about 4:30 the first time, but just now I made it through the whole workout! Just do what you can and keep at it and it'll get stronger!
+ladama I got the same thing, if you mean like the muscles in your neck. Mine aren't used to being engaged constantly like this, so it gets sore fast. I have to stop for that before stopping for my abs!
This was really good :) I had to keep on stopping in between the different sits ups cause they were hurting and burning do much! But the video is excellent Dena! :D I can really feel my abs working and need to adjust and strengthen my abdominal muscles and here comes a nice slim stomach!

Hello!! Since kid i like gym. Now i'm 52, 2 daughters, i had make for almost 4 hears dyalise peritonial ( with a tube 5 times a day ) but i have been transplanted 9 hears ago. So, since all this i have no force and big stomac and down also, even if i'm 59 kilos with 1,56, skin legs and harms move well just the stomac and back no possible. Ex: Down, with the back on the floor i put my legs up and i try to balance to put them back of my head but i just c'ant!! Do you have some advices to me?
