Woah, he is using a totally different accent with his voice in this video, compared to the video of him I just watched. Kind of bold, a little weird in my opinion, but hey, if it works for him then go for it!
I do the same, depending on the setting: military, church, regular civilian work, family, or when doing sales. Then are the times where I expend time using just Spanish, that is when my accent comes back and people can pinpoint where I am from. ( I came from Puerto Rico in 1985).

I disclosed my price, he replied, he already getting same at 60% of my price!! (its absurd by the way),
I tried to justify my price by quality and service we provide, he replied I need only this much quality ( again absurd,given his company's reputation).. and so on...
what are your thoughts?
