Curious- shouldn’t these exercises be done more slowly (ie micro movements) for max benefits? I’ve taken pilates and barre classes and they always emphasize slower, less exaggerated movements. It’s actually harder when one does smaller movements where you actually use your core instead of momentum
So, I've been doing this workout for about 3 days now and it is starting to get easier. I'm not sure if I've seen any results yet, I've decided that I'm gonna check after two weeks cause I don't wanna lose my motivation. But I'm gonna keep going and I can really feel it! I just wanna say this to everyone out there: You can do it! You know that you can do it, deep down you know it! Good luck everyone. I'll return with updates, I promise. I like your videos... my legs are burnin :D Since this video is from 2014 i guess you a already either had the tattoo or not. My opinion about tattooes are that few people look good with that. A women (or a man`s body) is beautyfull the way it is. Plus it stays there forever so if you regret it that sucks. I usually just change my haircut or clothingstyle,...and when i was younger i had some piercings but i took them out and you can hardly see the little scar..... when this being said... people are different and thank God for that...also are peoples opinions about beauty :) I perfer natural
Here : take a picture of your legs or anything that you are going to workout, then after about one month, take another and compare the two. Keep going after that if you happen to see improvements. If not, the you were not doing it right and not hard enough, or not often enough. OR YOY weren't eating healthy. Remember, it takes 4 weeks for you to notice, 8 weeks for your family no notice, and 12 weeks for everyone to notice.
I have never been in so much pain... omg. 30 seconds into the video and then throughout the video again I kept asking myself, "Why in Gods name am I doing this?" On the other hand it was really good and quick so I will be torturing myself again with this video very soon :)
I can't say for sure just because I switch up my workouts a lot. I don't do the same workouts often. I will say however that the day after I was pretty sore, so that's a good sign. I would recommend trying it out for maybe 2 weeks and see if you notice a change for yourself. I think it has helped me.
+alyssa oedit I have been doing for about a month and doubled the amount but I saw difference in 1 week. My legs are already in good shape I just did this to tighten and after a month you get strong slim legs!!
