Lessco Electronics hi there. Thank you for posting this video. Sadly for me I got to it too late and I can no longer access what I need.
I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 reg cab and when I went over train tracks my dash lights went out. My blinkers and over head lights do not work either. My headlights, break lights, and the over head digital compass and temperature, and odometer mileage light up. I did replace the factory stereo last week with a New stereo which also works. I did nothing fancy just connected the harnesses. Any advice as to where I can locate the information needed to narrow down the problem?? Thank you so much !
@ S M .. My best educated guess in your case is, your getting a SHORT TO GROUND. Seems to me like your tail lights and dash wiring may run from the same fuse, but your wiring must be exposed somewhere and touching metal (perhaps frame of car or engine block) creating a short to ground and blowing the fuse immediately.
Lessco Electronics i have a factory Bose in my 99 seville with a 8 speaker surround sound want to add another wooffer in the rear of my seville, at present it has one bose wooffer, i want to split them side to side in the rear, can this be done and what will i need
Hello LESSO ELECTRONICS.
This advice is no longer applicable.
You are required to REGISTER NEW KEY.
And it has a long blank section underneath those words.
It also goes on to saying
" If you do not have a registration key, please contact your Audiovox Regional Sales Manager or Distributor. "
I personally never got the chance to use the information given out by yourself but appreciate the time and effort you went to in order to help us joe blows out.
Question: I looked up vehicle wiring diagrams for 2010 Nissan Maxima push to start on Audiovox AND Bull dog security. Bulldog security says that there is two starter wires both (negative) and Two ignition wires, one positive and one negative. . Which diagram is correct?
