Gonna keep a log: day1: Did a 1 mile run and this right after. Feels slightly sore but nothing really bad.

I've been doing this workout for about three weeks now! It's a good one for sure! I may be doing it wrong but the only one I don't really care for are the knee crunches. I don't feel it in my abs at all. More so shoulders. So after planking and that work out my shoulders are dead. I'm in shape too(Body builder) I've got strong shoulders but this is almost too much movement. After three weeks I'm considering doing another work out to replace the knee crunches in those 30 seconds. But I do love the work out. I've seen great results in little time. And if you stick with it, it'll get a lot easier! The guy is a great motivator as well during the video and has great form. Keep it up!

i do a plank for 20 minutes with 30pounds on my back and hold my legs up for 10 minutes after that about six inches above the ground after i already do a killer 1hr ab workout. I think I'm over doing it

I started this workout last week. I run 5 miles b4 I do this workout. I'm going to keep doing my jog b4 doing this bcuz it's intense and I feel less like a Bitch when I get muscle failure;)

Andreas is correct at 6.22 the phone moved 6cm and his face was red before hand then his face is not red and he is relaxed. the least he could do is do what he is said he was doing.

Well gotta start a different workout did this one for a month and now it's too simplistic it's a gr8 way to get back in shape tho haven't worked out in a year started again last month remembered this video and just turned it on every night and followed with ya more on the line just used the timer in your video as a timer cuz I'm no good with using timers myself either way thanks after a month I got my definition back and my cores back to what it was and I can get back into more advanced workout routines again

Stop lying to people, no one the history of working out will ever get a six pack just by doing this for 8 minutes, at least two hours a day and a good and healthy dietary
