I've seen a lot of those DIY YouTubers making these kind of videos, and they always just make it look so impossible and perfect, and stuff. But you are so relatable, and you explain it very well, and you actually tell us that you lost weight and all of your struggles with losing weight, so really thank you!

This is nice, but yogurt is proven to be the biggest weight cause. Along with white and wheat bread. A tip is to to instead eat Eureka Bread, I normally eat the green or blue one.

You are such a great inspiration ❤❤❤ I watched this video above yesterday and it really struck a chord with me. I like how you mentioned about not putting off getting started with being healthy/exercising. Just start doing it, a little at a time because otherwise, you will never find the time, you just have to make the time. I was having a hard time with this, trying to find time to exercise and I was getting frustrated. I am not a morning person but I realized that if I didn't do it in the morning it would never get done, especially with my work schedule. I get off work at 5 and when I come home I have kids to take care of, dinner to cook, clean-up, prep food for the next day etc... by the time I do all that I might have a little time to myself before I need to get in bed. So, after watching your above video yesterday I went home and decided I am going to get me and the kids in bed by 8, which I did, and I am going to get up at 5am and work out, which I did. I did the running for 30secs and walking for 90 secs that you showed on your blog. I liked it because it was doable, I am not a runner but I could handle doing that. I am also looking at some of your other work-outs to incorporate. Thank you so much for your help and encouragement. I am doing really good because of you. I wish I could just hug you right now! :) Your YouTube channel means the world to me, you have helped me so much. You just don't realize. TAHNK YOU! <3

My mum usually just soaks chia seeds and gives it to me in the morning after she allows it to soak over night with a few berries and you should also soak almonds it makes them soft instead of hard and it makes them much better

Hey sweety! I dont Loose Weight anymore .. i loose 10 kg in one Year.. now my weight is about 68 kg im 168 wanna loose 7 kg more i got married in 5 months .. when i eat more than 1300 to 1400 kcal i gain Weight... i eat in my weight loss yourney Weight Watchers.. at the moment i eat healty .. Morning oats with protein powder and Fruit s or whole grain bread with chicken and fruits Evening Potatoes some protein chicken eggs and veggies Afternoon no carbs.. I dont know what to do.. If your not really not liking the idea of Drinking tons of water, could Green Tea, Camomile, etc. act as a “flavored water” since it haves nutrients or can we substitute Tea for coffee istead. Since your basically drinking caffeine and sugar
