I've been on and off diet for a year and a half. My only and my biggest problem is that I live with my parents and my mom always buys unhealthy food and makes cookies, cakes and pasteries and I can't control myself. I told my mom I want to lose weight and eat healthy but she doesn't listen, she even scolds me how I should lose weight and eat healthier and don't eat whole bread and sweets so that makes me eat more because I eat when I'm stressed and angry.

want to lose weight without hassle...take out from your diet all products with yeast like bread, picas and other pastries plus take out sugar as well, don't eat pies, chocolate, sweets, cookies and other stuff, replace with agave syrup and honey...I went from 95kg to 80kg like that without exercising at all...

Hey Liezl, I have just started watching your videos and am already feeling motivated to make (and stick to) a lifestyle change where I am in control of what I eat and the amount of weight I lose. I think having someone to refer back to for advice and routine comparisons will definitely help. I am currently setting my weight loss goal. Can I ask how long exactly it took you to lose your 40lbs? I would like to set myself realistic targets. :)

So, the ingredients that you use are healthy. However, the calories in your breakfast options are too high for petite (short ) people like me! I’m wondering if you have any breakfast options with fewer calories. Also, this is not hate at all. I’ve lost 30 pounds and respect everyone else who works hard to lose weight!

3-4 years ago I said TOMORROW. I gained so much weight that I used to weigh 75 kg. I've lost 8 in under 2 months, maybe 10-11 now. I exercise 4-5 times a week and I love it! 15-17 kg to go! 😊😊 UPDATE I lost 15-17 kg and there's 12 kg more to go

This is nice, but yogurt is proven to be the biggest weight cause. Along with white and wheat bread. A tip is to to instead eat Eureka Bread, I normally eat the green or blue one.

You are such a great inspiration ❤❤❤ I watched this video above yesterday and it really struck a chord with me. I like how you mentioned about not putting off getting started with being healthy/exercising. Just start doing it, a little at a time because otherwise, you will never find the time, you just have to make the time. I was having a hard time with this, trying to find time to exercise and I was getting frustrated. I am not a morning person but I realized that if I didn't do it in the morning it would never get done, especially with my work schedule. I get off work at 5 and when I come home I have kids to take care of, dinner to cook, clean-up, prep food for the next day etc... by the time I do all that I might have a little time to myself before I need to get in bed. So, after watching your above video yesterday I went home and decided I am going to get me and the kids in bed by 8, which I did, and I am going to get up at 5am and work out, which I did. I did the running for 30secs and walking for 90 secs that you showed on your blog. I liked it because it was doable, I am not a runner but I could handle doing that. I am also looking at some of your other work-outs to incorporate. Thank you so much for your help and encouragement. I am doing really good because of you. I wish I could just hug you right now! :) Your YouTube channel means the world to me, you have helped me so much. You just don't realize. TAHNK YOU! <3
