Ridiculous stretching. Just did something to my neck that no other stretching has ever done! This video needs removing before someone injures themselves. The neck stretches should be done extremely slowly with stops in between the tilts.
These were the same exact stretches we did before every dance class/rehearsal. This is the best morning, pre-workout and before bed stretch for everyone! I absolutely love this part of my every day routine! :D
P.S. I had a beginning of 2017 with a (bad hangover), I am not much of a drinker but I could never say no to Champagne, and the hangover left me with with a stiff neck... but after this stretching I feel much, much better. Thanks!!

It's Good To Stretch Because If You're A Dancer Or A Ballerina Or Cheerleader Or Gymnast You Need To Stretch Out Your Body Because You Can Get Hurt Somebody Else Next To You Can Get Hurt. I'm A Dancer And I Stretch In Dance Class Every Day Because I Can Hurt My Back And My Whole Body. So I Stretch First Then I Learn The Dance. I Love Hip Hop, Flash Mob, Bollywood, Thriller, Contemporary And Nightmare Before Xmas. Those Are My Favorite Dances. And This Video Really Helped Me So I Watched The Video And I Listened To What The Girl Was Saying. I Love To Dance Because Dancing Is Like My Favorite Thing To Do But Singing Is Also My Favorite Thing To Do But I'm Used To Singing On A Stage In Front Of A Live Audience And When I Grow Up I Really Want To Be A Singer Because My Favorite Artist Is Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Cher Lloyd And Chris Brown And Drake And Lil Wayne And T Pain. I Love All Of Those Artists And I Watch Their Songs On YouTube.

This video is too fast for beginners and she does not do an equal # of stretches for each side of the body. The video feels very rushed. And, since the video is titled "for Beginners", why is she doing the more advanced version, while someone else is doing the beginner modification? Shouldn't she do the beginner version and someone else in the background do the more advanced version? Otherwise, why call it a video for beginners?
